"The level of milk consumption in Indonesia is still low amongst Asia countries with only 11.9 per capita. Pocket money is a source of children in school aged to buy some products. The research aims to know if there is an association between the habit of milk consumption and pocket money in school aged children or not. This cross sectional study was held in SD Pegangsaan 01 Cikini, on January 2011 with population as musch as 97 students from grade 4,5, and 6.

"Saat ini Indonesia masih menghadapi masalah nutrisi, terlihat dari masih terdapatnya sejumlah anak yang masuk dalam kategori kurang gizi. Studi lain menyatakan bahwa tingkat konsumsi susu di Indonesia masih rendah dibandingkan negara Asia lainnya. Berdasarkan kedua fakta diatas, penulis membuat riset dengan tujuan mengetahui ada tidaknya hubungan antara status gizi dengan kebiasaan minum susu pada anak usia sekolah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode ?cross sectional? dengan populasi sejumlah 97 siswa SD kelas 4, 5 dan 6. Input data dan analisis statistic menggunakan program SPSS 11.5, dengan metode ?chi-square for cross tabulation?. Berdasarkan data yang didapat, 100 persen dari populasi mengaku mengkonsumsi susu. Hasil analisis menunjukan bahwa tidak ada hubungan yang signifikan antara status gizi dan frekuensi konsumsi susu perhari (p=0.670). Begitu juga dengan hubungan antara status gizi dan jenis susu yang diminum, menunjukan hasil yang tidak signifikan (p=0.224). Dari studi ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa tidak ada hubungan yang signifikan antara status gizi dengan kebiasaan minum susu.

Nowadays, Indonesia is still dealing with nutrition problems which represented by a quite number of children who are still categorized as undernourished and severely malnourished. Furthermore, recent study shows that the milk consumption in Indonesia is still low if compared to other Asian countries. Based on those facts, the author seems to determine the relationship between nutritional status and the habit of milk consumption among school aged children. In this cross-sectional study, the study population is chosen by cluster random sampling of grade 4, 5, and 6 with the total respondents 97 students. Primary data is conducted by self administered questionnaire regarding milk consumption habit, type of milk, frequency of drinking milk, and nutritional status measurement. Data entry and statistical analysis is done by the SPSS for windows version 11.5. The chi square test for cross tabulations was utilized. From the study populations 100% admitted that they consume milk daily. The result of the chi-square for cross tabulation reveals that there is no significant difference determined between nutritional status and the frequency of drinking milk per day (p=0.670). Also there is no significant difference between nutritional status and type of milk that is consumed (p=0.224). Hence, this study concludes that children nutritional status is not associated with the habit of milk consumption among school aged children."

"Sebagai salah satu negara berkembang, Indonesia masih menghadapi masalah rendahnya nutrisi pada anak - anak karena 14,9% anak - anak kelas 4 - 6 SD tergolong dalam kategori kurus yang salah satunya disebabkan oleh rendahnya konsumsi susu. Tujuan dari studi ini adalah untuk mengetahui asosiasi antara kebiasaan konsumsi susu pada anak sekolah dasar kelas 4 - 6 dan sumber informasi yang mempengaruhi pengonsumsian susu mereka. Riset ini terdiri dari 97 responden yang terdiri dari anak kelas 4 - 6 SD dan pengumpulan data dilakukan di SD Pegangsaan 01, Jakarta Pusat, pada Januari 2011 dengan metode cross sectional. Sampel diambil dengan cluster random sampling dengan cara mengisi kuisioner tentang kebiasaan meminum susu. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa tidak ada asosiasi yang signifikan antara kebiasaan konsumsi susu dan sumber informasi.

As a developing country, Indonesia still faces a problem of the low nutrition in children because 14,9% of children grade 4 - 6 was categorized in a thin condition with low milk consumption as one of the cause.3 The aim of this study is to find the association between the habit of milk consumption and sources of information. The research consists of 97 respondents and the data was collected at SD Pegangsaan 01 grade 4 - 6, Central Jakarta on January 2011 with cross sectional method. "Rendahnya konsumsi susu masyarakat Indonesia bila dibandingkan dengan negara Asia lainnya menjadi masalah nasional yang belum terselesaikan, hal ini berdampak pada buruknya gizi bayi di Indonesia. Riset ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kebiasaan pengkonsumsian susu dan pengetahuan dengan menggunakan metode cross sectional. Riset ini dilaksanakan di SD Pegangsaan 01 Jakarta Pusat dengan cara pengambilan sample cluster ramdom sampling. Sample yang terdiri dari 97 responden diberikan beberapa pertanyaan dalam kuestioner yang menyangkut tentang pengetahuan dan kebiasaan minum susu. Data dianalisa dengan menggunakan metoda Kolmogorov-Smirnov. Hasil riset ini menunjukan bahwa kebiasaan minum susu responden di SD baik, walaupun 90.7% responden memiliki pengetahuan yang tidak adekuat. Berdasarkan uji Kolmogorov‐Smirnov, tidak didapatkan hubungan bermakna antara kebiasaan minum susu pada anak usia sekolah dasar dengan pengetahuan. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa tidak terdapat asosiasi antara kebiasaan minum susu pada anak usia sekolah dasar dengan pengetahuan.
Indonesia has a low consumption rate of milk compared with other Asian countries. It brings along with them a national problem that has not been resolved. This affects the poor infant nutrition in Indonesia. This research was conducted to determine the relationship between milk consumption habits and knowledge. This research uses cross-sectional method. This research was performing at SD Pegangsaan 01 Central Jakarta in 17th January 2011. Sample consisted of 97 respondents obtained by cluster random sampling method. Questionnaire as the data source were being given to know the knowledge and also the milk consumption habit. Data analyzed by Kolmogorov-Smirnov. The results of this research showed that the milk consumption habit among these respondents is good because all of them consuming milk (100%), however 90.7% of respondents still had inadequate knowledge. The evidence of this research demonstrates no significant result between drinking milk at the primary school age children with knowledge. Therefore this finding suggests there are no association between milk consumption habit and the knowledge of the children."

Guntoro menyatakan bahwa Indonesia masih mengalami masalah nasional yang dibuktikan melalui survei pada tahun 2007 bahwa 5.4 % bayi dikategorikan mengalami malnutrisi, dan 13 % tidak cukup gizi. Suatu studi di Turki mengatakan status ekonomi dalam keluarga berhubungan dengan konsumsi makanan sehat, termasuk susu. Riset bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kebiasaan pengkonsumsian susu dan pendidikan orang tua, pekerjaan orang tua, dan Informasi yang diberikan orang tua mengenai susu. Sampel diambil dengan cara cluster random sampling. Hasil dari riset ini membuktikan bahwa tidak ada hubungan yang berarti antara kebiasaan pengkonsumsian susu dan faktor-faktor yang berhubungan, kecuali tipe susu yang dikonsumsi anak usia sekolah dasar dan taraf pendidikan orang tua yang menunjukan hubungan yang signifikan.

Indonesian has an issue of lacking interest in consuming milk with only consume 11.9 litre per capita per year, compared to milk consumption in other Asian countries.2 Guntoro conveyed that Indonesia is still undergoing a national nutrition issue, proven by the survey on year 2007 as much as 5.4% of average baby have the prevalence of malnourished and 13 % have insufficient nutrition. A study in Turkey stated that economic status of the family is associated with healthy food consumption, including milk. This study aims to find the relationship between school aged children' milk consumption with parents' education, parents' occupation, and information received from their parents. Samples were taken by way of cluster random sampling. The result shows that there are insignificant association between the habit of milk consumption habit and the related factors, except for type of milk consumed and parents' educational background which shows a significant association."

"Prevalens gizi lebih dan obesitas pada anak di Indonesia masih cukup tinggi. Konsumsi susu formula, terutama tingginya kandungan tinggi protein, berhubungan dengan kejadian gizi lebih dan obesitas pada anak sehingga kadar protein pada susu formula dianjurkan untuk diturunkan. Belum pernah terdapat penelitian di Indonesia mengenai hubungan konsumsi susu pertumbuhan dengan kejadian gizi lebih dan obesitas pada anak.
Tujuan: Mengetahui rerata asupan energi, rasio kalori susu pertumbuhan dibandingkan kalori total per hari, protein susu pertumbuhan, dan rasio kalori protein susu pertumbuhan dibandingkan kalori protein total per hari dan hubungannya dengan kejadian gizi lebih dan obesitas pada anak usia 2-3 tahun. 
Metode: Studi potong lintang dilakukan untuk mengetahui proporsi gizi lebih dan obesitas, dilanjutkan dengan studi kasus kontrol untuk mengetahui hubungan susu pertumbuhan terhadap kejadian gizi lebih dan obesitas dengan matching usia dan jenis kelamin. Penelitian dilakukan di Posyandu Jakarta Pusat dan Timur bulan September hingga Desember 2018. Kelompok kasus merupakan subyek gizi lebih dan obes, sedangkan kelompok kontrol merupakan subyek gizi baik. Subyek menjalani pengukuran antropometri dan penilaian asupan nutrisi menggunakan food record selama 3 hari.
Hasil: Sebanyak 292 subyek dengan kelompok kasus 34 subyek dan kelompok kontrol 68 subyek. Proporsi gizi lebih dan obesitas pada anak usia 2-3 tahun sebesar 12%. Terdapat perbedaan bermakna pada asupan energi susu pertumbuhan [516,1 (0-1546,7) vs 238,5 (0-1090,4) kkal/hari, p<0,001], rasio kalori susu pertumbuhan dengan kalori total per hari [41,1 (0-83,7) vs 20,8 (0-80,7)%, p<0,001], protein [18,9 (0-71,7) vs 8,6 (0-50,7) g/hari, p<0,001], dan rasio kalori protein susu pertumbuhan dengan kalori protein total [46,9 (0-89,5) vs 19 (0-72,3)%, p<0,001] antara kelompok kasus dan kelompok kontrol.
Kesimpulan: Konsumsi susu pertumbuhan yang berlebih berhubungan dengan kejadian gizi lebih dan obesitas pada anak usia 2-3 tahun.

Overweight and obesity prevalence in Indonesia is quite high. Recent studies suggest that consumption of infant formula, particularly high protein content, was related to overweight and obesity in children. Therefore, protein content in infant formula was recommended to be lowered. Currently, there is no data on the association between growing-up milk consumption and overweight and obesity in children aged 2-3 years in Indonesia.
Objective: To determine the average intake of growing-up milk energy, ratio of growing-up milk calories to the total calories per day, growing-up milk protein, and ratio of growing-up milk protein calories to the total protein calories per day and their relationship with overweight and obesity children aged 2-3 years.
Methods: Cross-sectional study was conducted to determine the proportion of overweight and obesity, followed by case-control study to determine the relationship between growing-up milk consumption with overweight and obesity. Overweight and obese subjects were considered as the case group, while normal weight subjects were categorized as control group. Study was conducted in Jakarta since September to December 2018. Three days-food record analysis were performed.
Results: A total of 292 subjects with 34 cases and 68 controls. The proportion of overweight and obesity in children aged 2-3 years was 12%. There were significant differences between case and control group in terms of growing-up milk energy intake [516.1 (0 to 1546.7) vs. 238.5 (0 to 1090.4) kcal/day, p<0.001], ratio of growing-up milk calories to total calories per day [41.1 (0 to 83.7) vs 20.8 (0 to 80.7)%, p<0.001], growing-up milk protein [18.9 (0 to 71.7) vs 8.6 (0 to 50.7) g/day, p<0.001], and ratio of growing-up milk protein calories to total protein calories [46.9 (0 to 89.5) vs. 19 (0 to 72.3)%, p<0.001].
Conclusion: Excessive consumption of growing-up milk had significant relationship with overweight and obesity in children aged 2-3 years.

"Gizi lebih merupakan kondisi tubuh dengan berat badan yang berlebih dibandingkan dengan usia atau tinggi badan akibat asupan gizi relatif melebihi jumlah yang diperlukan untuk pertumbuhan normal, perkembangan, dan metabolisme. Gizi lebih merupakan masalah kesehatan masyarakat karena berhubungan dengan meningkatnya risiko terjadinya kesakitan dan kematian. Tujuan umum penelitian ini adalah diketahuinya hubungan antara kebiasaan makan (frekuensi makan, kebiasaan minum susu dan hasil olahannya, kebiasaan makan fast food, kebiasaan makan jajanan, kebiasaan makan camilan saat menonton TV) dan durasi menonton TV dengan gizi lebih pada anak usia prasekolah.
Penelitian ini merupakan studi cross-sectional terhadap 148 anak usia prasekolah dari 2 sekolah di Garut. Pengukuran berat dan tinggi badan anak dilakukan oleh petugas sedangkan informasi karakteristik anak dan orang tua, kebiasaan makan dan aktivitas fisik anak diperoleh melalui kuesioner yang diisi oleh responden sendiri. Pengolahan dan analisis data menggunakan uji chi-square (bivariat) dan regresi logistik ganda (multivariat).
Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa berdasarkan indeks IMT/U prevalensi gizi lebih (kelebihan berat dan kegemukan) anak prasekolah mencapai 25,7%. Ada hubungan antara frekuensi makan, kebiasaan minum susu, kebiasaan makan fast food, kebiasaan makan camilan saat menonton TV, dan durasi menonton TV dengan gizi lebih anak prasekolah. Frekuensi makan utama merupakan faktor yang dominan berhubungan dengan gizi lebih setelah dikontrol variabel kebiasaan makan fast food, kebiasaan minum susu, durasi menonton TV dan status pekerjaan ibu dalam analisis multivariat.

Overnutrition is the condition of body with excess weight compared with age or height due to oversupplied of nutrients relative to the amounts required for normal growth, development, and metabolism. Overnutrition is a public health issue because it deals with an increased risk of morbidity and mortality. The general objective of this research is to know the relationship between eating habits (frequency of eating, milk-drinking habits, fast food eating habits, snack eating, habits of snacking while watching TV), and duration of watching TV with overnutrition in preschoolers.
This was a cross-sectional study of 148 preschoolaged children from two kindergarden in Garut. A measurement of children`s heights and weights were collected by trained personnel, while the information characteristics of children and parents, childrens eating habits and physical activities were collected from self-administered questioner. Processing and analyzing data using chi-square test (bivariate) and multiple logistic regression (multivariate).
The analysis showed that based on the index BMI/age, prevalence rates of overnutrition (overweight and obesity) were 25,7%. The results of chisquare tes showed significant relationship between overnutrition with frequency of eating, milk-drinking habits, fast food eating habits, habits of snacking while watching TV and duration of watching TV. Frequency of eating variable is the dominant factor associated with overnutrition after being controlled by fast food eating habits, milk-drinking habits, duration of watching TV and maternal employment status in the multivariate analysis.

"ABSTRAK
Video game semakin popular di semua kalangan, termasuk anak-anak. Bermain
video game secara berlebihan diperkirakan dapat mempengaruhi motivasi belajar
anak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kebiasaan
bermain video game dengan tingkat motivasi belajar pada anak usia sekolah.
Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif korelatif dengan teknik
stratified sampling. Penelitian ini dilakukan di salah satu SD di Depok dengan
jumlah sampel 106 orang. Data penelitian diujikan dengan menggunakan uji chi
square. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kebiasaan bermain video game
anak-anak di sekolah ini 65% tergolong kategori normal (waktu yang tidak
berlebihan). Di sisi lain, tingkat motivasi belajar anak-anak di sekolah ini 56%
tergolong kategori rendah. Kesimpulan penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa tidak
ada hubungan antara kebiasaan bermain video game dengan tingkat motivasi
belajar. Hasil penelitian ini dapat dijadikan rujukan bagi perawat untuk
memberikan edukasi dan konseling mengenai peningkatan motivasi belajar baik
secara langsung pada anak maupun melalui orangtua.

ABSTRACT
Video games are more popular in everyone, including children. Play video games
redundantly can be affecting the children's learning motivation. The purpose of
the research is to determine the correlation between the habit of playing video
game and the level of motivation learning in school-age children. The method of
the research is a descriptive correlative with the stratified sampling technique.
The research was conducted at a primary school in Depok with total sample of
106 people. The research data was tested by using a chi square test. The result
showed that the habit of playing video game of the children in this school is 65%
in normal category (not over time). On the other side, the level of motivation
learning of the children in this school is 56% in low category. The conclusion of
this research showed that there is no a correlation between the habit of playing
video game and the level of learning motivation. The results of this research can
be used as references for nurses in giving education and counseling about
increasing learning motivating directly for school-age children or for their
parents."

"[Pendahuluan: Obesitas adalah suatu permasalahan pandemik yang ditemukan di
negara maju maupun berkembang, dengan peningkatan prevalensi dalam dua
dekade terakhir. Obesitas pada anak dapat meningkatkan risiko berbagai penyakit
kronik, baik fisik maupun psikis. Gangguan psikososial yang berkaitan dengan
obesitas pada anak meliputi: depresi, cemas, rendah diri, gangguan hiperkinetik,
serta peningkatan agresivitas. Diperkirakan obesitas berhubungan dengan
gangguan perilaku dan emosional akibat ekspresi genetik rentan pada individu
obes. Metode: Penelitian potong lintang dilakukan pada anak usia sekolah dasar
di SDN 01 Menteng Jakarta untuk mengetahui hubungan tersebut. Penelitian
dilakukan dengan membandingkan status gizi anak dengan skrining gangguan
perilaku dan emosional melalui kuesioner PSC-17. Hasil: Sebaran anak obes di
SDN 01 Menteng Jakarta mencapai 23,18%. Hasil analisis obesitas pada anak
terhadap gangguan perilaku secara signifikan bermakna untuk subskala
eksternalisasi (p = 0,036). Sedangkan obesitas pada anak tidak memiliki hubungan
bermakna secara statistik untuk subskala internalisasi (p = 0,428), perhatian (p =
0,233), dan skor total PSC-17 (p = 0,824). Secara umum, obesitas tidak
berhubungan dengan gangguan perilaku dan emosional pada anak (p = 0,602).
Diskusi: Obesitas tidak berhubungan dengan gangguan perilaku dan emosional
pada anak secara general menunjukkan bahwa ada faktor-faktor lain yang
berperan dalam menimbulkan gangguan psikis pada anak. Namun, penggunaan
kuesioner PSC-17 yang singkat dapat menunjukkan adanya kemungkinan negatif
palsu, terutama untuk gangguan cemas. Obesitas berhubungan dengan gangguan
subskala eksternalisasi (agresivitas, dissosial) yang diduga berhubungan dengan

"Pengaruh globalisasi dan urbanisasi menyebabkan penyebaran informasi dan budaya yang sangat cepat. Pola makan menjadi salah satu aspek yang turut terdampak akibat tersebarnya budaya barat ke seluruh dunia secara cepat. Saat ini makanan siap saji menjadi salah satu jenis makanan yang digemari banyak orang, termasuk anak-anak. Hal ini menimbulkan masalah baru karena kandungan makanan siap saji yang tinggi akan kalori, sodium, serta rendah serat dapat menimbulkan masalah kesehatan jika dikonsumsi berlebihan. Kelebihan kalori dalam tubuh dapat menyebabkan peningkatan simpanan lemak tubuh yang apabila terjadi dalam waktu lama akan menjadi penyebab berbagai masalah kesehatan. Penelitian menggunakan data sekunder sub-sampel dari penelitian South East Asian Nutrition Surveys (SEANUTS) 2.0 dengan jenis studi potong lintang dengan total sampel sebanyak 95 anak, terdiri atas 39 anak laki-laki dan 56 anak perempuan. Kebiasaan konsumsi makanan siap saji dinilai menggunakan kuesioner Child Food Habit Questionairre (CFH), sedangkan persentase lemak tubuh diukur menggunakan Body Composition Analyzer. Karakteristik subjek penelitian merupakan anak usia 7—12 tahun yang berasal dari wilayah Jakarta Utara dan Kepulauan Seribu. Konsumsi makanan siap saji sebanyak 1 bulan sekali menjadi konsumsi terbanyak pada populasi dengan persentase 15,8% serta nilai persentase lemak tubuh dengan median 14,2%. Berdasarkan uji Kruskal-Wallis, didapatkan korelasi yang signifikan antara Kebiasaan konsumsi makanan siap saji (p=0,001), usia (p=0,047), IMT (p=0,001), aktivitas fisik (p=0,001), dan pendidikan ayah (p=0,010) dengan persentase lemak tubuh. Selain itu, berdasarkan uji regresi linear berganda diketahui bahwa IMT (p=0,001) dan aktivitas fisik (p=0,001) memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhdap persentase lemak tubuh. Kebiasaan konsumsi makanan siap saji berhubungan dengan persentase lemak tubuh pada anak usia sekolah di Provinsi DKI Jakarta. Faktor yang memengaruhi persentase lemak tubuh adalah IMT dan aktivitas fisik.

The influence of globalization and urbanization causes the spread of information and culture very quickly. Diet is one aspect that is also affected by the rapid spread of western culture throughout the world. Currently, fast food has become a type of food that is popular with many people, including children. This creates new problems because fast foods that are high in calories and sodium and low in fiber can cause health problems if consumed in excess. Excess calories in the body can cause increased body fat stores. If this occurs for a long time, it will cause various health problems. The research used secondary data from the South East Asian Nutrition Surveys (SEANUTS) 2.0 research with a cross-sectional study design. This study used subsample data from the SEANUTS study with a total sample of  95 children, consisting of  39 boys and 56 girls. Fast food consumption habits were assessed using the CFH questionnaire, while body fat percentage was measured using the Body Composition Analyzer. The characteristics of the research subjects were children aged 7-12 years who came from Jakarta Utara and Kepulauan Seribu. Consuming fast food once a month is the highest consumption in the population with a percentage of 15.8%, as well as the median value of body fat percentage was 14.2 percent. Based on the Kruskal-Wallis test, a significant correlation was found between fast food consumption habits (p=0.001), age (p=0.047), BMI (p=0.001), physical activity (p=0.001), and father's education (p= 0.010) with body fat percentage. Apart from that, based on the multiple linear regression test, it is known that BMI (p=0.001) and physical activity (p=0.001) have a significant influence on body fat percentage. The habit of consuming fast food is related to the percentage of body fat in school-aged children in DKI Jakarta Province. Factors that influence body fat percentage are BMI and physical activity."
