"Skripsi ini bertujuan untuk menyelidiki apakah komitmen didalam berorganisasi dapat mempengaruhi karyawan untuk melakukan perilaku-perilaku diskresioner yang secara agregat dapat mendukung fungsi keefektifan organisasi, atau yang disebut OCB. Secara mendalam, skripsi ini berfokus dalam menghubungkan tiga komponen komitmen didalam organisasi (affective commitment, normative commitment dan continuance commitment) terhadap dua jenis OCB yang diperoleh dari hasil analisa literatur-literatur sebelumnya, yaitu OCBI dan OCBO. Hasil Skripsi ini menemukan mayoritas bukti menunjukkan bahwa ketiga komponen komitmen di dalam berorganisasi (affective, normative dan continuance) memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap OCBI maupun OCBO. Namun, seberapa signifikan pengaruh itu sendiri ditemukan berbeda-beda untuk setiap kombinasi. Hubungan antara Affective Commitment dan kedua OCB; OCBI dan OCBO, ditemukan untuk menjadi yang terkuat di antara semua kombinasi. Normative Commitment memiliki hubungan yang condong lebih kuat terhadap OCBO daripada OCBI. Namun secara keseluruhan kuatnya hubungan anatara Normative Commitment dan kedua tipe OCB masih sedikit lebih rendah dibandingkan dengan Affective Commitment. Pengaruh terlemah ditemukan di dalam kombinasi Continuance Commitment terhadap OCBI maupun OCBO. Namun yang menariknya, hubungan antara Continuance Commitment dan OCB diduga mempunyai relevansi yang mana dapat menjelaskan konsep goal-relevance di dalam impression management.

This thesis aims to investigate whether organizational commitment has influence on employees to perform citizenship behavior. Specifically, the investigation focuses on linking the three-components of organizational commitment (affective, normative and continuance commitment) to two types of OCB obtained from analyzing the preceding literatures (OCBIaltruism and OCBO-compliance). It is found that majority evidences show that all threecomponents of organizational commitment (affective, normative and continuance commitment) have positive relations to both, OCBI and OCBO. However, the strength of influence itself found to be mixed among each combination. The relation between Affective Commitment and both OCBI and OCBO, found to be the strongest among all. Normative Commitment has a stronger relation to OCBO than to OCBI; yet, the overall strength of influence is slightly lower compared to Affective Commitment. The weakest relation to either OCBI or OCBO is found in the Continuance Commitment. However, interestingly, it is suspected that the weak relation between Continuance Commitment and OCB might be relevance in explaining the concept of goal-relevance in impression management."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh employee engagement dan servant leadership terhadap organizational citizenship behavior dengan mediasi organizational commitment. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling. Sejumlah 353 (tiga ratus lima puluh tiga) pegawai Sekretariat Jenderal Kementerian Keuangan berpartisipasi menjadi sampel penelitian. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa employee engagement, servant leadership, dan organizational commitment berpengaruh positif terhadap organizational citizenship behavior. Selanjutnya, employee engagement memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap organizational commitment sedangkan servant leadership tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap organizational commitment. Diperoleh hasil pula bahwa organizational commitment memediasi antara employee engagement terhadap organizational citizenship behavior dengan sifat mediasi parsial, namun organizational commitment tidak memediasi antara servant leadership terhadap organizational citizenship behavior. Hasil penelitian ini dapat dijadikan dasar dalam memberikan implikasi manajerial untuk praktik manajemen yang dapat dijalankan organisasi dalam mengidentifikasi permasalahan dan menerapkan solusi yang berkaitan dengan variabel-variabel dalam penelitian serta mengelaborasi faktor yang dapat meningkatkan organizational citizenship behavior yang secara paralel juga dapat meningkatkan kinerja dari organisasi.

This research aims to determine the influence of employee engagement and servant leadership on organizational citizenship behavior with the mediation of organizational commitment. Data was collected through questionnaires and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling. A total of 353 (three hundred and fifty three) employees of the Secretariat General of the Ministry of Finance participated as research samples. The results of this research show that employee engagement, servant leadership, and organizational commitment have a positive effect on organizational citizenship behavior. Furthermore, employee engagement has a positive influence on organizational commitment, while servant leadership has no influence on organizational commitment. The results also obtained that organizational commitment mediates between employee engagement and organizational citizenship behavior with partial mediation properties, but organizational commitment does not mediate between servant leadership and organizational citizenship behavior. The results of this research can be used as a basis for providing managerial implications for management practices that organizations can carry out in identifying problems and implementing solutions related to the variables in the research as well as elaborating on factors that can improve organizational citizenship behavior which in parallel can also improve organizational performance."

"Penelitian menguji peran konstruk tentang organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) di industri kemasan. Melalui metode penelitian kuantitatif, kuesioner dipakai dan dibagikan kepada 369 responden di PT. Unipack Indosystems. Hasil yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa organizational commitment dan knowledge sharing memberi efek mediasi terhadap POS dan OCB. Lebih daripada itu, tujuan penelitian ini menguji perceived organizational support untuk menumbuhkan organizational commitment dan memotivasi knowledge sharing dalam organisasi. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa keikutsertaan karyawan dalam knowledge sharing hanya akan terjadi ketika dirasa akan meningkatkan reputasi.

This research examined the role of organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) construct in a packaging industry. Using a quantitative research, a questionnaire was developed and distributed to 369 employees at PT. Unipack Indosystems. Results suggested that role of organizational commitment and knowledge sharing play as mediating effects in the relationships between perceived organizational support (POS) and OCB. Further, this paper also examined the role of POS in fostering organizational commitment and facilitating knowledge sharing in the organization. Findings showed that the employee contribute to their knowledge sharing only when they perceive that it would enhance their reputation."

"Hingga kini, semakin banyak studi yang membahas mengenai generasi milenial. Dengan dimulainya era global, semakin besar kebutuhan perusahaan akan karyawan generasi milenial. Penelitian ini berfokus pada pengaruh work-life balance, organizational commitment, dan organizational citizenship behavior terhadap intention to stay pada generasi milenial di Indonesia. Survey secara online dilakukan selama kurun waktu 1 bulan, dan pengolahan data dilakukan menggunakan software SEMLISREL. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa work-life balance memiliki hubungan yang negatif dan signifikan terhadap intention to stay. Organizational commitment terbukti memiliki hubungan positif dan signifikan terhadap intention to stay. Organizational citizenship behavior memiliki hubungan yang positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap intention to stay. Perusahaan yang mempekerjakan karyawan generasi milenial sebaiknya memperhatikan work-life balance dan organizational commitment karyawan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar atau kecil intention to stay mereka, sehingga perusahaan dapat mengeluarkan atau memperbaiki kebijakan perusahaan yang diharapkan akan meningkatkan keinginan bertahan karyawan generasi milenial. Diskusi, implikasi manajerial, dan saran untuk penelitian selanjutnya diberikan pada akhir laporan ini.

Until now, more and more studies have discussed the millennial generation. With the start of the global era comes the greater need for companies to employ millennial generation workers. This study focuses on the effect of work-life balance, organizational commitment, and organizational citizenship behavior on intention to stay in the millennial generation in Indonesia. The online survey was conducted over a period of 1 month, and data processing was carried out using SEM-LISREL software. The results showed that work-life balance have a negative and significant relationship with intention to stay. Organizational commitment is proven to have a positive and significant relationship with intention to stay. Organizational citizenship behavior is found to have a positive relationship with intention to stay, however the relationship is not significant. Companies employing millennial generation employees should pay attention to the work-life balance and organizational commitment of employees to find out how big or small their intention to stay is, so that companies can issue or improve company policies which are expected to increase millennial generation employees’ willingness to stay. Discussion, managerial implications, and suggestions for further research are provided at the end of this report."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh organizational mobility preferences dan perceived organizational support terhadap affective commitment karyawan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan alat ukur Affective Commitment Scale yang telah direvisi dan dikembangkan oleh Meyer, Allen, dan Smith (dalam Meyer & Allen, 2004) untuk mengukur komitmen afektif karyawan sebagai variabel terikat, Boundaryless Career Attitudes Scale (Briscoe, Hall, & DeMuth, 2006) untuk mengukur organizational mobility preferences dan Survey of Perceived Organizational Support (Eisenberger et al., 1997). Penelitian ini dilakukan pada 143 responden yang pernah bekerja selama minimal satu tahun.
Penelitian ini menunjukkan hasil bahwa organizational mobility preferences (β = -0,30, p = 0,000) memiliki pengaruh negatif terhadap komitmen afektif dan perceived organizational support (β = 0,51, p = 0,000) memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap komitmen afektif karyawan, Lebih lanjut lagi diketahui bahwa variabel organizational mobility preferences dan perceived organizational support memiliki kontribusi varian yang unik pada komitmen afektif karyawan setelah mengontrol usia, tahun lulus pendidikan terakhir, tahun mulai kerja, lama kerja saat ini, dan waktu paling lama kerja karyawan.

The aim of this research is to examine the influence of organizational mobility preferences and perceived organizational support on affective commitment. This study is a quantitative study using Affective Commitment Scale developed by Meyer, Allen, dan Smith (in Meyer & Allen, 2004) to measure employee's affective commitment towards organization as the dependent variable (DV), Boundaryless Career Attitudes Scale developed by Briscoe, Hall, and DeMuth (2006) to measure the dimension of organizational mobility preferences and Survey of Perceived Organizational Support developed by Eisenberger et al. (1997) to measure employee?s perceived organizational support. The sample of this study is a total of 143 respondents who have worked in a company for at least a year.
Results indicated that organizational mobility preferences (β = -0,30, p = 0,000) negatively influenced employee?s affective commitment while perceived organizational support (β = 0,51, p = 0,000) positively influenced employee?s affective commitment. Furthermore, organizational mobility preferences and perceived organizational support explained a unique variance in affective commitment above age, year graduated from latest education, year first started a job, employee's tenure (current tenure and longest tenure).

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh keterlibatan kerja terhadap komitmen keorganisasian karyawan. Dalam penelitian ini variabel keterlibatan kerja menggunakan instrumen penelitian baku dari Lodhal dan Kejner 1965. Sedangkan untuk komitmen keorganisasian menggunakan instrumen penelitian dari Porter et al 1974 yang menyatakan bahwa komitmen keorganisasian dapat dilihat dari 3 tiga dimensi yaitu penerimaan oleh karyawan terhadap tujuan dan nilai organisasi kesediaan berupaya lebih keras untuk mencapai tujuan organisasi dan memiliki keinginan kuat untuk tetap mempertahankan keanggotannya dalam organisasi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan melakukan pengumpulan data melalui penyebaran kuesioner dengan sampel sebanyak 72 karyawan non manajerial PT Virama Karya Uji yang digunakan adalah uji validitas menggunakan korelasi pearson reabilitas menggunakan aplha cronbach dan analisis regresi sederhana. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif meskipun lemah dari keterlibatan kerja terhadap komitmen keorganisasian karyawan.

This researched study aimed to examine the influence of job involvement on employees organizational commitment. In the research job involvement is using standard research instruments as proposed by Lodhal and Kejner 1965 For the organizational commitment is using theory and research instruments as proposed by Porter Steers and Mowday 1974 which states that the organizational commitment can be seen from three dimensions i.e including acceptance of the organization 39's goals and values by employees willingness to work harder to achieve the organization 39's goals and a strong commitment to maintain his membership in the organization. This quantitative research is using data that is collected through questionnaires from a sample of 72 non managerial employees of PT Virama Karya Data analysis is using the validity test of Pearson Correlation the Cronbach Alpha Reliability and also a Regression Analysis. Results from this study indicates that there is a positive but weak influence job involvement on employee's organizational commitment."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyelidiki pengaruh etika kerja Islami pada perilaku kewarganegaraan organisasi yang dimediasi oleh keterikatan karyawan dan komitmen organisasi. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif, sebanyak 355 responden berpartisipasi mengisi self report questionnaire yang digunakan untuk mengambil data, namun hanya 341 responden yang lolos screening. Penelitian ini penting dilakukan untuk melihat pengaruh etika kerja Islami terhadap perilaku kewarganegaraan organisasi yang dimediasi oleh keterikatan karyawan dan komitmen organisasi. Data yang diperoleh kemudian diolah dengan menggunakan teknik Structural Equation Model (SEM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa etika kerja Islami memiliki pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap perilaku kewarganegaraan organisasi, etika kerja Islami memiliki pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap keterikatan karyawan, keterikatan karyawan memiliki pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap perilaku kewarganegaraan organisasi, etika kerja islami memiliki pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi, dan komitmen organisasi memiliki pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap perilaku kewarganegaraan organisasi. Variabel keterikatan karyawan memediasi etika kerja Islami terhadap perilaku kewarganegaraan organisasi, sedangkan variabel komitmen organisasi tidak memediasi etika kerja Islami terhadap perilaku kewarganegaraan organisasi. Penelitian ini berkontribusi secara teoritis dan praktis. Secara teoritis penelitian ini berkontribusi menambah khasanah teoritis yang berkaitan dengan pengaruh etika kerja Islami terhadap organizational outcome berupa perilaku kewarganegaraan organisasi dengan memperhatikan peran mediasi dari keterikatan karyawan dan komitmen organisasi. Secara praktis penelitian ini memberikan masukan kepada manajemen organisasi.

This study aims to investigate the effect of Islamic work ethics on organizational citizenship behavior that is mediated by employee engagement and organizational commitment. This research is a quantitative study, 355 respondents participated in filling out the self report questionnaire used to collect data, but only 341 respondents passed the screening. This research is important to do to see the effect of Islamic work ethics on organizational citizenship behavior that is mediated by employee engagement and organizational commitment. The data obtained were then processed using the Structural Equation Model (SEM) technique. The results showed that Islamic work ethics has a significant positive effect on organizational citizenship behavior, Islamic work ethics has a significant positive effect on employee engagement, employee engagement has a significant positive effect on organizational citizenship behavior, and Islamic work ethics has a significant positive effect on employee engagement. Organizational commitment, and organizational commitment have a significant positive effect on organizational citizenship behavior. The employee engagement variable mediates Islamic work ethics on organizational citizenship behavior, while the organizational commitment variable does not mediate Islamic work ethics on organizational citizenship behavior. This research contributed theoretically and practically. Theoretically, this research contributes to adding theoretical knowledge related to the influence of Islamic work ethics on organizational outcomes in the form of organizational citizenship behavior by paying attention to the mediating role of employee engagement and organizational commitment. Practically this research provides insight into organizational management."

"Perbankan diperkirakan menjadi salah satu bidang usaha yang akan terkena dampak disrupsi dalam perkembangan industry 4.0. Bank Central Asia sebagai perusahan perbankan swasta terbesar di Indonesia tidak melakukan strategi pengurangan karyawan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat pengaruh Kepemimpinan Transformasional dan Budaya Organisasi serta peran mediasi Komitmen Organisasional terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) karyawan Bank Central Asia di Divisi Sentra Layanan Perbankan Elektronik. Target responden penelitian adalah karyawan tetap di Divisi SLPE BCA. Proses analisa data menggunakan metode SEM-PLS untuk melihat hubungan antar variabel. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional tidak berpengaruh terhadap OCB baik secara langsung maupun melalui peran mediasi Komitmen Organisasional. Sebaliknya budaya organisasi berpengaruh signifikan baik secara langsung maupun melalui peran mediasi Komitmen Organisasional. Oleh karena itu proses internalisasi budaya sangat penting dilakukan kepada setiap karyawan agar tujuan organisasi yang telah ditetapkan bisa tercapai.

Banking is estimated to be one of the business sectors that will be affected by disruption in industrial development 4.0. Bank Central Asia as the largest private banking company in Indonesia doesnt carry out a strategy to reduce employees. The purpose of this study was to look at the effect of Transformational Leadership and Organizational Culture with the mediating role of Organizational Commitment on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) of Bank Central Asia (BCA) employees in the Division of Electronic Operations Centers (COE). The target of the research respondents is permanent employees. The data analysis process uses the SEM-PLS method to see the relationships between variables. The results of the study found that Transformational Leadership didnt influence OCB either directly or through the mediating role of Organizational Commitment. Instead Organizational Culture has a significant effect both directly and through the mediating role of Organizational Commitment. Therefore, the process of cultural internalization is very important for each employee so that the organizations stated goals can be achieved."

"Tingkat komitmen keorganisasian yang dimiliki karyawan sangatlah penting karena menjadi hal yang menentukan apakah seorang karyawan ingin tetap bertahan dalam organisasi atau tidak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh persepsi dukungan organisasi terhadap komitmen keorganisasian dan pengaruh persepsi dukungan organisasi terhadap masing-masing dimensi komitmen keorganisasian (komitmen afektif, kontinu, dan normatif). Variabel persepsi dukungan organisasi diukur menggunakan kuesioner baku Survey of Perceived Organizational Support, sedangkan variabel komitmen keorganisasian diukur menggunakan kueisoner baku Affective Commitment Scale, Continuance Commitment Scale, dan Normative Commitment Scale yang merepresentasikan masing-masing dimensi. Responden penelitian ini adalah 54 orang karyawan tetap non-manajerial di kantor pusat PT Wika Realty yang telah bekerja lebih dari satu tahun. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa persepsi dukungan organisasi berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap komitmen keorganisasian secara keseluruhan. Selain itu, persepsi dukungan organisasi berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap komitmen afektif dan komitmen normatif, namun tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap komitmen kontinu.

The level of organizational commitment become very important, because it determines whether the employees want to continue their employment or not. The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of perceived organizational support on organizational commitment and the influence of perceived organizational support on each dimensions of organizational commitment (affective, continuance, and normative commitment). Perceived organizational support was measured by standard questionnaire Survey of Perceived Organizational Support, while Organizational Commitment was measured by standard questionnaires Affective Commitment Scale, Continuance Commitment Scale, and Normative Commitment Scale that represents each dimension. Respondent includes 54 permanent and non-managerial employees in PT Wika Realty who has worked for more than one year. The result showed that perceived organizational support is significantly influence overall organizational commitment. In addition, perceived organizational support significantly influences affective and normative commitment, but not significantly influences continuance commitment."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh usia, masa kerja, jenis kelamin, tingkat pendidikan, kepuasan kerja, dan gaya kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap komitmen keorganisasian pegawai dalam pelaksanaan reformasi birokrasi. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Kementerian Komunikasi dan Informatika (Kemkominfo), dengan menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif eksplanatif. Melibatkan 294 responden dari 28 unit kerja setingkat eselon II yang dipilih secara acak, dengan menggunakan kuesioner tertutup yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya dengan teknik Cronbach's Alpha. Melalui analisis koefisien kontingensi, diketahui terdapat perbedaan komitmen keorganisasian berdasarkan umur dan masa kerja pegawai, Sehingga umur dan masa kerja memiliki pengaruh terhadap komitmen keorganisasian pegawai dalam pelaksanaan reformasi birokrasi. Melalui analisis regresi linier berganda, diketahui gaya kepemimpinan memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan tingkat pendidikan memiliki pengaruh yang negatif terhadap komitmen keorganisasian pegawai dalam pelaksanaan reformasi birokrasi. Sedangkan jenis kelamin dan kepuasan kerja, diketahui tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap komitmen keorganisasian pegawai dalam pelaksanaan reformasi birokrasi. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini memberikan rekomendasi agar dilakukan kajian lanjutan mengenai faktor-faktor lain yang diduga turut mempengaruhi komitmen keorganisasian pegawai dalam pelaksanaan reformasi birokrasi. Sehingga dapat diketahui cara yang efektif untuk dapat meningkatkan komitmen keorganisasian pegawai dalam pelaksanaan reformasi birokrasi.

This research was conducted to acknowledge the influence of age, length of service, gender, level of education, work satisfaction, and transformational style of leadership towards the commitment of employee's organization in applying Beauracracy Reformation. This research was held in the Ministry of Communications and Informatics, using the method of explanative quantative research. It involved 294 respondent from 28 work units in the second level of employment which were chosen randomly and used closed questionnaire which validity and reliability had been tested with the technique of Cronbach's alpha. With the analysis of Contingency Coefficient, there was a difference in organizational commitment based on age and length of service. It was saying that age and length of service affected the commitment in applying Beauracracy Reformation. With the analysis of multiple linier regression, it was found out that a transformational style of leadership had a positive impact, while level of education had a negative impact on the commitment in applying Beauracracy Reformation. Meanwhile, sex and work satisfaction didn't influence the commitment. Therefore, this research recommended further researches about any other factors which could influence the commitment in applying Beauracracy Reformation. Hopefully, there would be an effective way to increase the commitment."
