"Paradigma akan supply chain telah bergeser. Arus produk sekarang tidak hanya memprioritaskan bagaimana produk sampai kepada pelanggan akhir, tetapi juga bagaimana produk yang sudah digunakan atau usang kembali ke perusahaan. Reverse Logistik merupakan kegiatan yang memungkinkan perusahaan untuk menghasilkan nilai tambah melalui produk yang dikembalikan dan dapat meningkatkan kinerja keuangan perusahaan. Namun, karena ketidakpastian dalam arus kembali dan kompleksitas kegiatan tersebut, sistem informasi khusus diperlukan. Sayangnya, sistem ditujukan untuk logistik reverse masih terbatas. Sistem yang tersedia merupakan hasil integrasi antara rantai suplai tradisional dan reverse logistik. Disamping masalah ini, tesis ini menemukan bahwa sistem informasi yang tersedia telah terbukti untuk membantu perusahaan dalam menghasilkan nilai dari pelanggan. Hal ini juga di dukung oleh nilai informasi. Namun, sistem informasi yang ada belum mampu mendukung nilai lingkungan.

The paradigm towards supply chain?s sustainability is shifting. Product flow nowadays is not only concern of delivering products to the end customers, but also how used or obsolete products go back to companies. Reverse logistics is an activity that enables companies to generate additional values through returned product and it can improve companies? financial performance. However, due to uncertainty in return flows and the complexity in the activities, specialized information system is necessary. Unfortunately, the system intended for reverse logistics is still limited. The available system is the result of integration between traditional supply chain and reverse logistics. Despite this problem, this thesis finds that available information system has proven to help companies in generating values from the customer. It also results positively with information value. However, existing information system has not been able to support environmental value."

"ABSTRAK
Logistics system mempunyai peranan penting bagi perusahaan farmasi, karena logistics system mengatur aliran material mulai dari penerimaan material hingga pengiriman barang jadi. Untuk mengurangi keterlambatan yang terjadi pada proses pengiriman atau distribusi barang jadi, perusahaan farmasi perlu menerapkan manajemen logistics system yang lebih baik.
Penelitian ini dikembangkan dengan metode business process reengineering untuk mencapai perbaikan proses yang signifikan. IDEF0 digunakan untuk memetakan dan menganalisis logistics system melalui fungsi ICOM (input, control, output dan mechanism) serta merancang proses logistics system yang baru.
Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah rancangan proses yang baru melalui strategi yang didapatkan dari analisis permasalahan yang terjadi. Untuk menguji efektivitas proses perbaikan yang diusulkan, maka akan dilakukan simulasi dengan menggunakan software Igrafx. Dengan menggunakan parameter waktu, hasil simulasi penelitian menunjukkan penurunan waktu sebesar 7.55 hari dan efisiensi sebesar 7.93%.

ABSTRACT
Logistics system has an important role for pharmaceutical companies, because logistics system regulates the flow of material from ordering material to shipping finished good. In order to reduce delays that occur in the shipping process or finished goods distribution, pharmaceutical companies need to implement a better logistics system management.
This study was developed with methods of business process reengineering to achieve significant process improvement. IDEF0 is used to map and analyze logistics systems through ICOM functions (input, control, output and mechanism) and to design the new logistics system.
Results of this research is the design of the new process through a strategy that is obtained from the analysis of the problems occurred. To verify the effectiveness of the proposed improvements, a simulation model is built using iGrafx. By using time as a parameter, the simulation output shows a decreased time process by 7.55 days and efficiency 7.93% in the logistics system.

"Perusahaan third party logistics (3PL) memainkan peran penting dalam aktivitas supply chain management. Kemampuan yang ditawarkannya dapat membantu perusahaan yang menggunakan jasanya dalam mengurangi biaya supply chain dan fokus pada kompetensi utama mereka. Dalam menghadapi persaingan untuk mencapai keunggulan kompetitif, baik perusahaan pengguna jasa ataupun 3PL sendiri perlu memperhatikan biaya yang dikenakan kepada pelanggan untuk produk dan jasa yang ditawarkan. Lebih dari setengah biaya suatu produk merupakan biaya untuk supply chain dan sebagian besar dipengaruhi oleh aktivitas outbound logistics. Penelitian ini berisi tentang pengembangan model optimasi untuk meminimalkan biaya outbound logistics menggunakan metode Mixed Integer Linear Programming (MILP). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model optimasi berhasil mengurangi total biaya outbound logistics dengan keputusan rencana pengiriman yang terdiri dari pemilihan tipe kendaraan, volume muatan pengiriman, tingkat utilisasi kendaraan, dan jumlah kebutuhan pekerja pemuatan.

Third party logistics (3PL) companies play an important role in supply chain management activities. The capabilities it offers can help companies that use their services to reduce supply chain costs and focus on their core competencies. In the face of competition to achieve competitive advantage, both service users and 3PL companies themselves need to pay attention to the fees charged to customers for products and services offered. More than half the cost of a product is the cost for the supply chain and is largely influenced by outbound logistics activities. This research contains the development of optimization models to minimize outbound logistics costs using the Mixed Integer Linear Programming (MILP) method. The results showed that the optimization model succeeded in reducing the total cost of outbound logistics with the decision of the shipping plan consisting of choosing the type of vehicle, the volume of the shipping load, the level of vehicle utilization, and the number of loading worker needs."

"Most studies on humanitarian aid and disaster relief (HADR) missions suggest that the quality of
logistics, coordination and human resource management will affect their performance. However,
studies in developing countries are mainly conceptual and lack the necessary empirical evidence
to support these contentions. The current paper thereby aimed to fill this knowledge gap by statistically
examining the effects of the abovementioned factors on such missions. Focusing on the
Malaysian army due to its extensive experience in HADR operations, the paper opted for a quantitative
approach to allow for a more objective analysis of the issues. The results show that there are
other potential determinants of mission success which deserve due attention in future studies. They
also suggest that human resource is not easily measured as a construct, and that this limitation in
methodology must be overcome to derive more accurate conclusions regarding its effect on HADR
mission performance."

"ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari komponen modal kerja terhadap nilai pasar perusahaan yang diukur dengan Tobin?s Q. Variabel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Tobin?s Q, Cash Conversion Cycle, Current Assets, Current Assets to Total Assets Ratio, Current Liabilities to Total Assets Ratio, Debt to Total Assets Ratio, dan Ukuran Perusahaan. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah sejumlah perusahaan yang bergerak di sektor agriculture, mining, consumer goods, dan basic industry and chemicals pada periode 2008-2011. Pendekatan model penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan efek tetap.
Berdasarkan hasil regresi data panel dengan pendekatan efek tetap, hanya ada 4 variabel yang memiliki nilai yang signifikan ketika diuji pengaruhnya terhadap rasio q. Rasio tersebut adalah Current Assets, Current Liabilities to Total Assets Ratio, Debt to Total Assets Ratio, dan Ukuran Perusahaan. Sedangkan dua variabel lainnya, nilainya tidak signifikan.

ABSTRACT
This study aims to determine the effect of the components of working capital on firm value as measured by Tobin's Q. This study used Tobin's Q, Cash Conversion Cycle, Current Assets, Current Assets to Total Assets Ratio, Current Liabilities to Total Assets Ratio, Debt to Total Assets Ratio, and Size of Company as variables. Sample in this study are 41 companies from agriculture, mining, consumer goods, and basic industry and chemicals sector on the period of 2008-2011. The approach of this research model using fixed effects approach.
Based on the results of panel data regression with fixed effects approach, there are only 4 significant variables that effect to Tobin?s Q. That ratio are Current Assets, Current Liabilities to Total Assets Ratio, Debt to Total Assets Ratio, and the size of the Company while, the two other variables have no significant effect with the dependent variable.

"ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini membahas keterkaitan values orientation yang terdiri dari egoistic, altruistic, dan
biospheric dengan green functional benefit, green monetary cost, dan green satisfaction
sehingga terbentuklah green commitment dan green loyalty. Non-probability sampling dan
metode purposive sampling digunakan dengan kriteria tertentu, di mana konsumen adalah
mereka yang membeli dan menggunakan produk green brand. Terdapat 402 konsumen sebagai
sampel penelitian yang terkumpul dan dianalisa menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling.
Hasil menunjukkan bahwa data mendukung hipotesis pengaruh egoistic dan biospheric values
terhadap green functional benefit dan green monetary cost. Hipotesis terdukung juga
ditunjukkan pada pengaruh green functional benefit dan green monetary cost terhadap green
satisfaction, pengaruh green satisfaction terhadap green commitment, dan pengaruh green
commitment terhadap green loyalty. Sedangkan hipotesis lainnya tidak terbukti. Penelitian ini
menunjukkan bahwa green loyalty ditentukan oleh egoistic dan biospheric values, serta green
commitment sebagai mediasi penting dalam hubungan green satisfaction dan green loyalty.
Implikasi manajerial dari hasil penelitian ini menyarankan agar strategi marketing menekankan
pada pembentukan nilai egoistic dan biospheric, baik melalui promosi maupun penyampaian
pesan marketing.

ABSTRACT
The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of egoistic, altruistic and biospheric value
on green functional benefit, green monetary cost, green satisfaction and green loyalty. The
study also analyze the effect of green functional benefit and green monetary cost on green
satisfaction and green loyalty, as well as green satisfaction on green loyalty. The research use
quantitative method with customers who has green brand purchase experience as the
population in Indonesia. Non-probability sampling then conducted using purposive sampling
method based on predetermined criterias, which are customers who has already purchase and
use green brand products. There are 402 sample of customers that were gathered and analyzed
using Structural Equation Modeling. The result shows that the data support hyphotheses on
egoistic and biospheric value to green functional benefit and green cost monetary. The
supported hyphotheses also show on green functional beneft and green cost monetary to green
satisfaction. This study found there is positive on green satisfaction to green commitment, as
well as green commitment to green loyalty. The other hyphotheses are not supported by data. As
a conclusion, it is egoistic and biospheric values that has positive effect on green loyalty, while
green functional benefit, green monetary cost, green satisfaction, and green commitment act as
mediation between the value orientation and green loyalty. For managerial implication, green
brand marketing strategy should incorporate egoistic and biospheric values in messages in
advertising and promotion."

Tujuan utama dari studi ini adalah untuk mendapatkan strategi yang tepat guna
mencapai keunggulan komparatif. Dalam mencari strategi tersebut, perusahaan
perlu melakukan beberapa proses seperti: persiapan profil perusahaan, identifikasi
lingkungan eksternal terkini, perkiraan lingkungan di masa depan dan
perubahannya, dan karena ini adalah perusahaan software maka fokus lebih akan
diberikan pada teknologi, audit internal atas kelemahan dan kekuatan perusahaan,
membangun strategi. Kemudian menggunakan SWOT Analysis dan TOWS
Matrix untuk mendapatkan pilihan strategi terbaik.

ABSTRACT
The objective of this thesis is to get the right strategy in order to achieve
competitive advantage. To get the strategy, company needs to do several
processes such as: preparation of company’s profile, identification of present
external environment, predict future environment, since this is IT software
company then more focus will be put on technology, audit company’s internal
weaknesses and strengths, development of the strategy. Then use SWOT analysis
and TOWS Matrix to get the best choice of strategy."
