"Seorang apoteker merupakan kunci di suatu industri farmasi dalam penerapan segala aspek yang tercantum dalam CPOB baik sebagai penanggung jawab produksi penjaminan mutu maupun pengendalian mutu. Untuk memberikan pemahaman yang mendalam tentang implementasi CPOB di industri farmasi maka telah dilakukan Praktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker di PT Aventis Pharma pada 6 Januari - 28 Februari 2014. Sistem penjaminan mutu PT Aventis Pharma berdasarkan pada Sanofi Global Quality Standard dan Global IQC Directive yang sejalan dengan ketentuan CPOB BPOM untuk menjamin obat yang dihasilkan memenuhi persyaratan keamanan khasiat dan mutu. Sistem penjaminan mutu tersebut meliputi 12 aspek yaitu manajemen mutu personalia bangunan dan fasilitas peralatan sanitasi dan higiene produksi pengawasan mutu inspeksi diri audit mutu dan persetujuan pemasok penanganan keluhan terhadap obat dan penarikan kembali produk dokumentasi pembuatan dan analisis berdasarkan kontrak serta kualifikasi dan validasi. Tugas khusus yang dilakukan selama Praktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker ini adalah pembuatan dokumen mutu produk untuk registrasi variasi di BPOM berdasarkan peninjauan terhadap regulatory compliance. Dengan melakukan peninjauan berkala akan menjamin dokumen mutu yang disiapkan sesuai dengan persyaratan mutu untuk registrasi BPOM.

A pharmacist is a key in the pharmaceutical industry in the application of all aspects listed in the GMP both in charge of production quality assurance and quality control. To provide a thorough understanding of the implementation of GMP in the pharmaceutical industry it has been done Practice Pharmacist PT Aventis Pharma on 6 January to 28 February 2014 by PT quality assurance system based on Sanofi Aventis Pharma Global Quality Standards and Global IQC Directive which is in line with FDA GMP regulations to ensure that the drug is produced to meet the requirements of safety efficacy and quality. Kegiatan PKPA ini bertujuan agar mahasiswa profesi apoteker dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan dan wawasan tentang segala aspek industri farmasi yang berhubungan dengan CPOB serta mengetahui penerapan CPOB di PT Aventis Pharma serta mengetahui dan memahami peran dan tanggung jawab apoteker dalam industri farmasi yang diharapkan dapat menjadi bekal untuk menghadapi dunia kerja yang sesungguhnya. Tugas khusus yang diberikan berjudul Kajian Pelaksanaan GEODE+ (Manajemen Sistem Dokumentasi Elektronik) pada Prosedur Tetap serta Appendixnya dengan Membandingkan Terhadap Sistem Dokumentasi Manual. Tugas khusus ini bertujuan untuk memahami sistem pelaksanaan dokumentasi GEODE+ (electronic document management system) di PT Aventis Pharma dan menentukan gap analysis antara penggunaan sistem dokumentasi elektronik dengan sistem dokumentasi manual.

Pharmacists Professional Practice (PKPA) was implemented at PT Aventis Pharma Jl. Jend. A. Yani Pulomas Jakarta. PKPA activity aims to increase knowledge and insight on all aspects of GMP-relatedin the pharmaceutical industry and determine the application of GMP in PT Aventis Pharma also to know and understand the roles and responsibilities of pharmacists in the pharmaceutical industry to face the real working world. Specific assignment titled Implementation Study of GEODE+ (Electronic Documentation Management System) on Procedures and Its Appendixes Comparing Against the System Documentation Manual. This specific assignment aims to understand the implementation of GEODE+ (electronic documentation management system) in PT Aventis Pharma and define a gap analysis between the use of electronic documentation system and manual documentation system."

Specific assignment aims to make a spreadsheet for calculation of calibration."

Dalam pelaksanaan PKPA diberikan tugas khusus mengenai pembaruan metode pengujian bahan baku feniramina maleat. Tugas khusus ini bertujuan untuk memahami, membandingkan dan mengkaji pembaruan metode pengujian feniramina maleat berdasarkan standar acuan BP 2012 menjadi BP 2014.

PPharmacists Professional Practice (PKPA) in PT Aventis Pharma aims to compare the application between the provisions and the implementation of GMP in Pharmaceutical Industry and equip prospective pharmacists with insight, knowledge and skills, as well as understand the duties and responsibilities of pharmacists in the Pharmaceutical Industry. In the implementation of the PKPA the student was given the special task about updating test method of pheniramine maleate raw materials. This particular task aims to understand, compare and assess the test methods based on BP 2012 and BP 2014."

Aventis Pharma bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan memahami peran dan tanggung jawab apoteker di industri farmasi serta di departemen Quality Assurance PT Aventis Pharma. Tugas khusus yang diberikan berjudul revisi dan peninjauan ulang prosedur pengolah induk. Tugas khusus ini bertujuan agar mahasiswa mengetahui fungsi prosedur pengolahan induk, sehingga mendapatkan informasi yang lengkap untuk merevisi dan meninjau kembali prosedur pengolahan induk sesuai dengan persyaratan Cara Pembuatan Obat yang Baik (CPOB). Metode yang digunakan adalah melalui penelusuran literatur (studi pustaka). Hasil yang didapat dari tugas khusus ini bahwa PT Aventis Pharma melakukan revisi prosedur pengelolaan induk untuk menjamin obat yang dibuat sesuai dengan spesifikasi yang telah ditentukan.

Apothecary Internship Report at PT. Novell Aventisa Pharma aimed to know and learn duties and functions of apothecary in pharmacy industry and Quality Assurance of PT Aventisa Pharma. Special assignment title which is given is difference regulation of comprehensive copy drugs registration document between Malaysia dan Indonesia country. This special assignment aimed revision and reconsideration of the parent-processing procedures. The specific task is intended that the student knows the function of stem processing procedures, thus gaining complete information for revising and reviewing processing procedures in accordance with the requirements of the parent drug Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP). The method used is through literature searches (literature). The results of this special task that PT Aventis Pharma to revise procedures to ensure the management of the parent drug that is made in accordance with predetermined specifications."

"Praktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker Di PT. Aventis Pharma bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan memahami tentang pelaksanaan CPOB di industri farmasi khususnya di PT Aventis Pharma. Selain itu, diharapkan apoteker dapat memahami tugas, fungsi, tanggung jawab dan wewenang apoteker dalam industri farmasi. Dalam industri farmasi, apoteker mempunyai peranan dan tanggung jawab penting untuk menerapkan aspek–aspek yang tercantum dalam CPOB tersebut, antara lain sebagai penanggung jawab produksi, penanggung jawab pengawasan dan pemastian mutu. Tugas khusus yang diberikan berjudul revisi dan peninjauan kembali prosedur pengolahan induk (PPI). Tugas khusus ini bertujuan agar apoteker dapat memahami dan melakukan revisi terhadap dokumen prosedur pengolahan induk sesuai dengan cara pembuatan obat yang baik (CPOB). PPI akan selalu diperbarui secara berkala untuk disesuaikan dengan standar CPOB yang selalu diperbarui, disesuaikan dengan alat yang dipunyai (jika ada alat baru), dan bertujuan untuk menjaga keseragaman, serta kualitas produk yang dihasilkan dari waktu ke waktu.

Apothecary Internship Report in PT. Aventis Pharma aims to know and understand about the implementation of GMP in the pharmaceutical industry, especially in PT Aventis Pharma, Beside that, it is expected Apothecary to understand the duties, functions, responsibilities and authority of Apothecary in the pharmaceutical industry. In the pharmaceutical industry, Apothecary have an important role and responsibility to implement the aspects listed in the GMP, they are responsible for production, responsible for quality control and quality assurance.

Given a special task called revision and reconsideration procedures of processing the master document (PPI). The specific task is intended that the Apothecary can understand and revise procedures of processing the master document according to how well drug manufacturing (GMP). PPI will always be regularly updated to conform with the standards of GMP are always updated, adjusted with a tool that belongs to (if there is a new tool), and aims to maintain uniformity and quality of the products produced from time to time."

Pharmacist Internship Program implemented in PT Aventis Pharma Jl. Jend. A. Yani, Pulomas Jakarta. The Internship Program is intended that students can understand implementation of GMP in pharmaceutical industry, especially in PT Aventis Pharma, and also may have a deep understanding of the role and duties of the pharmacists in pharmaceutical industry. "Industri Farmasi adalah tempat untuk memenuhi kebutuhan kesehatan masyarakat dengan cara meningkatkan kuantitas dan kualitas obat yang akan di produksi. Semua obat-obatan yang di produksi dan akan beredar harus dapat dijamin keamanan, khasiat, dan mutunya. Untuk mencapai hal tersebut maka diperlukan suatu pedoman yang meliputi seluruh aspek produksi dan pengendalian mutu dengan tujuan untuk menjamin obat dibuat secara konsisten, memenuhi persyaratan yang ditetapkan dan sesuai dengan tujuan penggunaannya, yaitu Cara Pembuatan Obat yang Baik (CPOB). Semua industri farmasi harus menerapkan CPOB dalam seluruh aspek dan rangkaian kegiatan pembuatan obat. Pharmaceutical Industry is a place to meet the needs of public health by increasing the quantity and quality of the drug to be in production . All drugs are in production and will be circulated to be guaranteed safety, efficacy, and quality. To achieve this, Pharmaceutical Industry need a guideline that covers all aspects of production and quality control in order to ensure the drug is made consistently, meeting the requirements set out and in accordance with their intended use, namely the Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP). All the Pharmaceutical Industry must implement GMP in all aspects and activities of a series of drug manufacturing. Pharmacists Internship Program (PIP) conducted from June 17th - July 12th, 2013 and August 5th - 30th, 2013 in the PT Aventis Pharma to provide supplies for prospective pharmacists to apply the knowledge they have learned during the course in a practical and direct the quality control of drugs in the Pharmaceutical Industry. The PIP activities aimed to compare the application of the provisions of the implementation of GMP in Pharmaceutical Industry, particularly in PT. Aventis Pharma and understand the duties and responsibilities of pharmacists in the Pharmaceutical Industry is mainly in charge of production, quality assurance, and quality control."

Apoteker tidak hanya membutuhkan pengetahuan teoritis, tetapi juga pengalaman bergelut langsung di lapangan. Untuk mewujudkan hal tersebut dijalin kerjasama dengan industri farmasi untuk menyelenggarakan praktek kerja apoteker. Praktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker ini dijalankan dari periode 17 Juni - 12 Juli 2013 dan 12 - 30 Agustus 2013 di PT. Aventis Pharma.

One of the basic rights of every individual as well as other Indonesian citizens are getting health care through health services. Health is closely associated with the drugs. All the drugs in circulation should be guaranteed safety, efficacy, and quality. Therefore we need a guide that covers all aspects of production and quality control so that each drug produced always comply with established quality. These guidelines are the guidelines of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP/CPOB). A pharmacist is a key person in all aspects of the application that are listed in the GMP. Pharmacists not only requires theoretical knowledge, but also the experience in the real field. To achieve the requirements, a co-operation with the pharmaceutical industry to conduct practice pharmacist was held. Pharmacist Practice is run from the period June 17th to July 12nd, 2013 and August 5nd to 30th 2013 in the PT. Aventis Pharma."
