"Kesehatan merupakan suatu upaya yang dilaksanakan oleh pemerintah maupun seluruh komponen masyarakat yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesadaran, kemauan, dan kemampuan hidup sehat untuk setiap orang agar terwujud derajat kesehatan masyarakat yang setinggi-tingginya. Dengan memenuhi kebutuhan kesehatan masyarakat tentunya pemenuhan perbekalan mengenai obat publik dan perbekalan kesehatan merupakan hal yang utama. Dalam kesempatan Praktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) di Direktorat Bina Obat Publik dan Perbekalan Kesehatan, Direktorat Jenderal Bina Kefarmasian dan Alat Kesehatan, Kementerian Kesehatan Republik Indonesia pada periode 17 - 28 Maret 2014, penulis dapat mendalami peran apoteker dalam pengelolaan, pengadaan, analisis harga obat dan pemantauan serta evaluasi dan juga program obat haji yang berlangsung pada direktorat ini. Tugas khusus yang dilakukan selama Praktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) berlangsung ialah mengkaji bimbingan teknis pengelolaan obat publik dan perbekalan kesehatan di sektor pemerintahan.

Health is an effort undertaken by the government and the entire community which aims to increase awareness, willingness and ability of healthy life for every person to manifest the degree of public health as the highest. It has been the main thing to fulfilled the needs of public health course supplies trough public medicine and medical supplies. In Apothecary Profession Internship (PKPA) at the Directorate of Public Medicine Development and Health Provisions, Directorate of Pharmaceutical Care and Medical Devices, Ministry of Health, Republic of Indonesia in March 17th to 28th, 2014, the author can explore the role of pharmacists in the management, procurement, pricing analysis, monitoring and evaluation steps as well as Hajj drug program that took place in this directorate. A specific tasks performed during the Apothecary Profession Internship (PKPA) was reviewing the technical guidance of management of public medicine and medical supplies in the government sector."

Berdasarkan pengamatan yang dilakukan, peran Apoteker di Direktorat Bina Obat Publik dan Perbekalan Kesehatan adalah sebagai pembuat kebijakan, penyusun norma, standar, prosedur teknis, dan kriteria (NSPK), dan pemberian bimbingan teknis dan evaluasi di bidang obat publik dan perbekalan kesehatan. Perencanaan penyediaan obat publik Di direktorat bina obat publik dan perbekalan kesehatan, merupakan tugas khusus pada praktek kerja ini.

Pharmacists Professional Practice in Direktorat Bina Obat Publik dan Perbekalan Kesehatan Kementerian Kesehatan aims to understand the duties and functions of Direktorat Bina Obat Publik dan Perbekalan Kesehatan Kementerian Kesehatan and also to understand the duties and functions of each subdirectorate in Direktorat Bina Obat Publik dan Perbekalan Kesehatan Kementerian Kesehatan. Therefore, Faculty of Pharmacy University of Indonesia in corporate with Directorate of Publik Medicine and Health Supples Directorate General of Pharmaceutical and Medical Device Service Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia in Maret 17 th – Maret 28 th 2014. Based on observation, The pharmacist's role in the Direktorat Bina Obat Publik dan Perbekalan Kesehatan Kementerian Kesehatan is a policy maker, composer norms, standards, technical procedures, and criteria (NSPK), and providing technical guidance and evaluation in the fields of medicine and public health supplies. Tugas Khusus dengan judul Penyusunan Instrumen Pemantauan dan Evaluasi Program Kerja Subdirektorat Penyediaan Bina Obat Publik dan Perbekalan Kesehatan bertujuan untuk memahami peran Direktorat Bina Obat Publik dan Perbekalan Kesehatan dalam melakukan pemantauan dan evaluasi serta melakukan Penyusunan Instrumen Pemantauan dan Evaluasi Program Kerja Direktorat Bina Obat Publik dan Perbekalan Kesehatan.

Based on this right, the central government is obliged to fulfill it is by doing coaching, supervision and control of facilities and health care personnel. In order to support the health service, the Minister of Health issued the Indonesian Ministry of Health commissioned the Directorate General of Pharmaceutical and Medical Devices guarantee all pharmaceutical preparations, food, and medical supplies qualified and ensure the availability of essential drugs and basic medical equipment in each area. Pharmacists have a role in conducting the procurement, production, distribution, and health care. Therefore, Faculty of Pharmacy, University of Indonesia coorporating with the Directorate of Public Medicines and Health Products Directorate General of Pharmaceutical and Medical Devices Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia organized Pharmacist Internship Program on 17 to 28 March 2014. Specific Assignment titled Preparation of Instrument monitoring and evaluation Work Programme Sub-Directorate Provision of Public Medicines and Medical Supply aims to understand the role of the Directorate of Public Medicines and Medical Supply in monitoring and evaluation and preparation of instruments perform the Work Programme monitoring and Evaluation Directorate of Public Drug and Medical Supply."

"Kementerian Kesehatan Republik Indonesia (Kemenkes RI) merupakan badan pelaksana pemerintah di bidang kesehatan, dipimpin oleh Menteri Kesehatan yang bertanggung jawab langsung kepada Presiden. Kementerian Kesehatan Republik Indonesia secara kontinyu berupaya meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan kesehatan salah satunya di bidang pelayanan kefarmasian sehingga apoteker dituntut untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan melalui pembinaan pelayanan kefarmasian. Praktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA Dirjen Binfar Alkes bertujuan agar calon apoteker dapat mengetahui dan memahami peran, tugas, dan fungsi dari Kementerian Kesehatan, khususnya Direktorat Jenderal Bina Kefarmasian dan Alat Kesehatan. Selain itu, diharapkan dapat mengetahui, mempelajari, dan memahami kebijakan, penyusunan standar, norma, pedoman, kriteria, prosedur, dan bimbingan teknis serta evaluasi di Direktorat Bina Pelayanan Kefarmasian. Tugas khusus yang diberikan berjudul pengembangan software pio melalui penambahan dua monografi obat: asiklovir dan fenitoin. Tujuan dari tugas khusus adalah membuat daftar nama obat Formularium Nasional yang belum tercantum dalam software PIO dan menambahkan dua monografi obat, yaitu asiklovir dan fenitoin.

In addition, expected to know, learn, and understand the policies, standard formulation, norms, guidelines, criteria, procedures, and technical guidance and evaluation in the Directorate of Pharmaceutical Services. Given a special task titled PIO Software development by the addition of two monograph drugs: Acyclovir and Phenytoin. The purpose of the special task is to make a list of names of National Formulary drugs that not listed in the PIO Software and add two drug monograph, Acyclovir and Phenytoin."

Pada Direktorat Obat Publik dan Perbekalan Kesehatan, Mahasiswa dapat mendalami peran apoteker dalam pengelolaan, pengadaan, analisis harga obat dan pemantauan serta evaluasi dan juga program obat haji yang berllangsung pada Direktorat ini. Tugas Khusus yang diberikan selama PKPA berlangsung ialah menelaah mengenai penyimpanan obat dan perbekalan farmasi di puskesmas.
