PKPA activity was intended that students could see the direct profession pharmacists activity that took place in the pharmaceutical industry, gaining knowledge and insight into everything related aspects in the pharmaceutical industry, especially in terms of the implementation of GMP in Landson PT. Pertiwi Agung Cikarang Barat Bekasi and might have a deep understanding of the role and duties of the pharmacist in the pharmaceutical industry. Special task had titled Stability levofloxacin in Landson PT. Pertiwi Agung Cikarang Barat Bekasi."

"Peranan industri farmasi obat sebagai penyedia obat adalah menjamin ketersediaan obat bermutu, aman, dan berkhasiat untuk sampai ke tangan masyarakat. Langkah utama dalam menjamin mutu suatu obat adalah dengan menerapkan cara pembuatan obat yang baik (CPOB) dalam seluruh aspek dan rangkaian kegiatan pembuatan obat, sehingga obat yang dihasilkan memenuhi persyaratan yang telah ditentukan sesuai dengan tujuan penggunaannya. Pertiwi Agung bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman tentang peran, tanggung jawab dan wewenang Apoteker dalam industri farmasi terutama di Landson PT. Tugas khusus yang diberikan adalah mengenai proses pembuatan dokumen instruksi kerja dan penentuan metode pengujian bahan baku dan bahan kemas.

"Pembuatan obat serta bahan obat wajib mengacu pada pedoman Cara Pembuatan Obat yang Baik (CPOB). Peralatan untuk pembuatan obat sebaiknya memiliki desain dan konstruksi yang tepat, ukuran yang memadai serta ditempatkan dan dikualifikasi dengan tepat, untuk menjamin mutu obat sesuai desain serta seragam antar batch dan untuk memudahkan pembersihan serta pemeliharaan agar dapat mencegah kontaminasi silang, penumpukan debu atau kotoran dan, hal-hal yang umumnya berdampak buruk pada mutu produk. Sebelum digunakan, peralatan untuk pembuatan obat hendaknya dikualifikasi. Kualifikasi untuk peralatan, fasilitas, sarana penunjang, dan sistem penting untuk menjamin mutu produk obat, kosmetik, makanan dan minuman (BPOM, 2018). Pengemas pada produk farmasi penting untuk diperhatikan dalam menjaga kualitas produk. Kemasan produk harus dapat melindungi produk dari pengaruh kondisi eksternal produk (Annex 9 Guidelines on packaging for pharmaceutical, 2002). Mesin Cartoning ini direkualifikasi karena adanya rekondisi mesin tersebut, kemudian mesin akan digunakan kembali untuk proses pengemasan sekunder suatu produk. Mesin Cartoning tersebut penting untuk direkualifikasi, untuk memastikan bahwa mesin tersebut telah terinstalasi, dapat beroperasi dan berkinerja sesuai dengan spesifikasi.
