"Central to the book are questions concerning the existence and the characteristics of justice motives, and concerning the influence that justice motives and justice judgements have on the emergence, but also the solution of social conflicts. Five main themes will be addressed : (1) "Introduction and justice motive", (2) "organizational justice", (3) "ecological justice", (4) "social conflicts", and (5) "solution of conflicts." The authors of the editions are scholars of psychology, as well as distinguished experts from various other disciplines, including sociologists, economists, legal scholar, educationalists, and ethicists. The common ground of all contributors is their independent conduction of empirical research on justice issues. Apart from the German contributors, authors represent scholars from the US, India, Korea, New Zealand, and various European countries (Austria, Switzerland, the Netherlands, UK, Sweden).;Central to the book are questions concerning the existence and the characteristics of justice motives, and concerning the influence that justice motives and justice judgements have on the emergence, but also the solution of social conflicts.

This paper examines the legal protection of restorative justice implementation for children who commit physical violence during their imprisonment, particularly through rehabilitation programs at the Special Child Development Institution Class II Jakarta. Using a socio-legal approach, it investigates the impact of rehabilitation from legal and non-legal perspectives for children who engage in physical violence, focusing on the post adjudication stage. The paper finds that restoration-oriented rights for children in incarceration are protected only under regulations related to corrections. The Juvenile Justice System Law and Child Protection Law provide protection and restoration for children only during the judicial process. In practice, the rehabilitation of children who commit physical violence at the LPKA Class II Jakarta aligns with the formulated rights for children in conflict with the law. However, the LPKA Class II Jakarta rehabilitation program does not effectively parallel the restorative impact for its inmates. The rights of children in conflict with the law are minimally provided, lacking focus on social needs and personal development, the primary factors underlying children's violent behaviour. Consequently, the rehabilitation provided has not effectively achieved the restoration of children in conflict with the law as per the restorative justice concept."
