"In this paper an improved prediction-based power control is proposed for code division multiple access (CDMA) systems in Rayleigh fading channel environments. One of the most serious problems which degrades the performance of power control algorithm is the effect of feedback delay. To overcome the effect of feedback delay, power control needs to employ prediction algorithm which utilises the correlation property of the past channel samples measurements
to predict the future sample values. In CDMA power control, however, the correlation property of channel measurements is destroyed because the transmit power is continuously updated for each power control interval. The prediction algorithm in this paper uses the recursive least square (RLS) technique and an improved predictor algorithm is proposed to compensate for the channel correlation. The result shows that the performance of improved predictive
power control proposed in this paper evaluated in terms of bit error rate (BER) as a function of bit energy-tointerference power density ratio Eb/Io improved significantly from that of the conventional predictor."

"Turbin merupakan salah satu alat yang dipakai semua industri listrik sebagai penggerak utama dalam suatu pembangkit yang merubah energi fluida menjadi energi mekanik/energi gerak. Dimana energi uap panas yang ada di dalam bumi kali ini dimanfaatkan untuk menggerakan langsung roda turbin. Setelah itu turbin akan memutarkan generator dimana energi mekanis akan dirubah menjadi energi listrik. Kualitas uap pada PLTP Indonesia Power Kamojang berperan penting terhadap performa turbin dan daya yang dihasilkan karna niali entalpi dari kualitas uap tersebut.
Kondisi saat ini tekanan rata-rata yang diberikan dari reservoir adalah 6,8 Bar, setelah itu tekanan yang masuk ke turbin yaitu 6,5 Bar dan temperature 161°C. Perhitungan efisiensi turbin yang dilakukan secara akurat dapat mempermudah kita dalam pengamatan daya listrik yang dihasilkan oleh PT. Indonesia Power Kamojang.
Dalam tugas akhir ini kami akan membahas tentang performa kerja dari turbin uap yang diakibatkan oleh pengaruh temperatur lingkungan yang ada di PLTP Indonesia Power Kamojang.

A turbine is a rotary mechanical device that is used by electrical power industry that extracts energy from a fluid flow and converts it into useful work. In the steam heat energy that is in the earth, will be used to confront and drive the turbine wheel. After that the turbine will spin a generator which will be converted mechanical energy into electrical energy. Steam quality of PLTP Indonesia Power Kamojang and type of turbine itself is very important to the performance of the turbine and the power generated because niali enthalpy of the steam.
Conditions of hot steam (Steam) at the current average pressure that m is supplied from the reservoir is 6.8 bar, after which the pressure coming into the turbine of 6.5 bar and temperatures of 161°C. Turbine efficiency calculation is done accurately make easier for us to observe the electrical power produced by PT. Indonesia Power Kamojang.
In the thesis, the author will discuss about the job performance of steam turbines caused by the influence of environmental temperature and also the design of the turbines used in Indonesia Geothermal Power Kamojang."

"Beberapa bangunan kadang terlihat memiliki kekuatan diantara bangunan-bangunan di sekitarnya, seperti bangunan-bangunan pemerintahan, bangunan-bangunan bersejarah. Saya ingin menganalisa bagaimana bangunan-bangunan tersebut menyampaikan pengaruhnya kepada manusia sehingga manusia dapat merasakan kekuasannya. Hal ini mungkin dapat dilihat dari penggunaan bentuk-bentuk elemen-elemen yang digunakan, tata letak bangunan di site, tata letak site terhadap bangunan-bangunan atau site lain di sekitarnya, penggunaan warna, dsb.

Some buildings seem to have a power among the others which surround it, such as government buildings, old buildings which have important history, etc. I would like to analyze how these buildings give effects to us so that we can feel it's Power. Possibly it can be explain by building elements, building position at the site, the influence of site position toward the others site and buildings surrounding it, colour using, etc."
