"Penghematan sumber energi saat ini sangat dibutuhkan untuk mengatasi semakin langkanya energi tidak terbarukan untuk puluhan tahun ke depan. Pada penelitian ini, penulis melakukan pengamatan untuk mengidentifikasikan permasalahan yang muncul di proses Pretreatment. Pemakaian air PAM dan solar yang cukup tinggi pada proses operasional ketel uap akan berdampak pada biaya produksi yang tinggi pula.
Sistem yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah sistem instalasi secara close loop sehingga sistem instalasi ini dapat memanfaakan condensate uap panas yang sebelumnya dibuang, menjadi dapat digunakan kembali dalam proses pemanasan ketel uap. Penulis mengumpulakan data-data yang diperoleh, selanjutnya diolah untuk memperoleh hasil yang berguna dalam proses analisa. Pengolahan data-data tersebut dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan secara statistik, untuk memperoleh rata-rata pemakaian Solar dan air PAM selama periode tertentu.
Dengan pemanfaatan air condensate uap panas ini diharapkan dapat mengurangi biaya produksi terutama untuk biaya konsumsi air PAM & bahan bakar minyak (solar) untuk operasional ketel uap, serta dapat mengurangi biaya untuk pengolahan limbah condensate uap panas.

Today to reduce of using energy is so important in order to handle the rare of the unrenewable energy for the next years.In this paper, writers do the observation to identify problem which is happent in the pretreatment process. The using of PAM water & solar which is high enough in boiler operational process will effect to the production cost.
The system which is writer use in this paper is close loop ıpecificıion system so this system can reuse the steam condensate which is not use before, so it?s can reuse again for the re heat of boiler. Writer collect the data in order to process and in the end will use for the analysis process. The process of data is done by statistic methode, to get the average of solar & PAM water consumtion for the ıpecific periode.
By reusing this steam condensate we hope it?s can reduce the production cost specialy cost for the PAM water & solar in boiler operation, it?s can also reduce the cost for steam condensate waste water treatment.

"[Konsumsi minyak mentah untuk dijadikan bahan bakar terus meningkat, seiring dengan tumbuhnya perekonomian dunia. Kekhawatiran akan terus berkurangnya cadangan minyak dunia, ketidakstabilan harga minyak dnia serta perunya pengurangan gas rumah kaca menjadi alasan untuk munculnya pengembangan pemanfaatan energi terbarukan. Bahan bakar nabati (BBN) atau
disebut juga biofuel menjadi alternatif paling cocok untuk menggantikan dominansi bahan bakar fosil minyak, karena sifatnya dan teknoogi sekarang yag mampu langsung mengadopsi BBN, berbeda dengan sumber energi terbarukan lainnya yang lebih mudah untuk dikonversi menjadi listrik. Banyak Negara telah mengembangkan pemanfaatan BBN, begitu juga di Indonesia. Program mandatory BBN menjadi alat untuk menguatkan pemanfaatan BBN di Indonesia. Namun beberapa tahun kebelakang yang terjadi adalah sedikitnya realisasi pemanfaatan BBN, dan yang masih berjalan adalah biodiesel.
Harga diindikasikan menjadi faktor yang menyumbangkan peran besar atas produktifitas pemanfaatan BBN di Indonesia. Keekonomian harga BBN tidak lagi dicapai sejak penurunan harga minyak mentah dunia, maka diusulkanlah perubahan formula harga yang tidak berpatokan pada harga minyak mentah dunia. Atas dasar hal tersebut maka perlu adanya suatu analisis yang mengkaji formulasi harga BBN yang ditetapkan pemerintah dengan formulasi harga BBM
yang juga telah ditetapkan pemerintah, kemudian didapat informasi terkait dengan formulasi harga yang ada saat ini apakah mampu menghadapi dinamika harga minyak dunia maupun harga CPO. Juga diharapkan dapat memberikan informasi yang tepat tentang perkembangan pemanfaatan BBN di Indonesia. Lebih jauh lagi
untuk mendapat perhitungan yang tepat potensi penghematan yang mungkin didapat dari pemanfaatan BBN ini. Dengan metode pemodelan dari tiap ragam kondisi harga HIP Solar dan HIP biodiesel didapatkan bahwa ada batasan pemanfaatan pencampuran biodiesel an Solar yang dianggap masih dalam kondisi keekonomian yang dinyatakan dalam limit CPO.;Consumption of crude oil to be used as fuel continues to increase, along with the growing world economy.
