"Sebagai organisasi yang terdiri dari kaum intelektual, ICMI mempunyai tugas untuk melahirkan cendekiawan muda yang nantinya akan memegang tali estafet untuk meneruskan langkah ICMI. Kaum intelektual muda ini menjadi salah satu konsen ICMI yang memang pada saat ini sedang melakukan proses penguatan masyarakat madani dengan berbagai programnya. ICMI bergerak membangun generasi penerus bangsa dalam proses kaderisasi. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, yakni dengan menganalisis proses kaderisasi cendekiawan muda ICMI periode 2011-2012. Adapun hasil yang didapatkan dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa memang benar di ICMI terdapat pedoman kaderisasi yang telah dibuat sejak 2009, dan telah disosialisasikan di Silaknas, namun pada kenyataannya proses kaderisasi itu tidak berjalan optimal sesuai dengan pedoman serta harapan. Masukan untuk proses kaderisasi ICMI adalah perlu ada program khusus untuk kaderisasi yang bisa dilakukan oleh semua pihak organ ICMI, sehingga proses kaderisasi ICMI bisa berjalan seimbang sesuai dengan harapan, baik di Orsat, Orda, Orwil dan Orpus.

As an organization consist of intellectual community, ICMI has assigned to generate youth intellectual that would carry on ICMI in the future. This youth intellectual community become one of focus over ICMI, which today running process for strengthening civil society through their various programs. ICMI developing the next generation in regeneration process. This research performed using qualitatives approach, by analyzing regeneration process of youth intellectual in ICMI for 2011-2012. This research has result that ICMI, in point of fact, provided regeneration guidelines which made since 2009, and has been socialized in Silaknas, however those regeneration process does not optimally performed in accordance to guideline and unfulfilled expectation. As feedback, ICMI`s regeneration process require specific programs for regeneration which can carried out by the entire of ICMI, so that regeneration process in ICMI able to run in chime and match the expectations, either in Orsat, Orda, Orwil and Orpus."

"ABSTRAKAngka Kematian Ibu (AKI) dan Angka kematian Bayi (AKB) di Indonesiamasih masih cukup tinggi di banding dengan negara-negara di Asia Tenggara.Cakupan persalinan oleh tenaga kesehatan hasil Survey Demografi dan KesehatanIndonesia (SDKI) tahun 2007, di Indonesia masih rendah yaitu 73%, cakupanpertolongan persalinan oleh tenaga kesehatan di Kabupaten Sukabumi 77,9%(Profil Dinas Kesehatan Kab. Sukabumi tahun 2009) dan di wilayah kerjaPuskesmas Kalibunder Kabupaten Sukabumi penolong persalinan oleh tenagakesehatan 77,1% (Profil Puskesmas Kalibunder tahun 2011), ini memperlihatkanbahwa pertolongan persalinan oleh tenaga kesehatan masih di bawah StandarPelayanan Minimal Bidang Kesehatan yaitu pada tahun 2015 harus mencapai95%.Penelitian ini bersifat kuantitatif dengan studi cross sectional. Datadikumpulkan dengan cara wawancara terhadap ibu yang melahirkan pada bulanMeret 2011 sampai dengan bulan Februari 2012. Hasil penelitian mendapatkansikap terhadap penolong persalinan dan dukungan keluarga berhubungan denganpemilihan penolong persalinan, sikap merupakan faktor yang paling dominandimana ibu yang bersikap positif terhadap penolong persalinan 58,64 kali memilihtenaga kesehatan sebagai penolong persalinan dibanding yang bersikap negatifsetelah dikontrol oleh dukungan keluarga, umur, paritas, dan pengetahuan ibutentang persalinan.

ABSTRACTMaternal Mortality Rate (MMR) and Infant mortality rate (IMR) inIndonesia is considered as high compared with other countries in Southeast Asia.Coverage of deliveries by skilled medical personnel based on 2007 IndonesiaDemographic and Health Survey (IDHS) is still at 73%, the coverage of deliveryassistance by health personnel in the Sukabumi District is at 77.9% (2009Sukabumi District Health Office Profile) and in the work area of Kalibunderhealth center, Sukabumi district delivery helped by health personnel is at 77.1%(2011 Kalibunder Health Center Profile), This shows that the delivery assistanceby medical personnel is still far below the Minimum Service Standard for theHealth Sector which is around 95% by the year 2015The study was a cross section quantitative study. The data collected are theprimary data, obtained by interviewing mothers giving birth in March 2011 untilFebruary 2012.The results obtained from this study concluded that the attitude andfamily support factors were significantly associated with the selection of deliveryhelper, Attitude is the most dominant factor where 58.64% of mother withpositive attitude with the delivery helper choose medical personnel as theirdelivery helper compared with the negative one, followed by control and supportby family, age, parity, and knowledge about delivery."
