"ABSTRACT
Penelitian ini mendiskripsikan proses difusi inovasi dalam penerapan Knowledge
Management dengan melihat elemen-elemennya yaitu penerapan KM sebagai inovasi,
pemanfaatan saluran-saluran komunikasi, waktu dan sistem sosial, pada organisasi non-profit
yang memberlakukan aktifitas/program KM secara tidak wajib.
Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif etnografis pada organisasi non-profit di Jakarta
yang merupakan tempat peneliti bekerja saat waktu penelitian. Penelitian ini menjelaskan dan
menggambarkan melalui pengamatan berperan serta, bagaimana aktivitas/program KM
disampaikan kepada penerima yaitu staf/unit kerja melalui saluran komunikasi dengan
tahapan keputusan inovasi dalam organisasi TNP2K. Penelitian ini menjelaskan saluran
komunikasi yang digunakan dalam proses difusi penerapan KM serta menggambarkan secara
rinci tahapan keputusan staf pada aktifitas KM dengan menjelaskan sikap-sikap yang diamati
pada tahap pengetahuan, persuasi, keputusan, konfirmasi dan keberlanjutan sehingga peneliti
dapat mengidentifikasi sikap menerima dan menolak aktiftas/program KM. Penelitian ini
juga menjelaskan apa saja yang menjadi variabel yang berpengaruh terhadap tahapan difusi
penerapan KM yang dikaitkan dengan temuan Rogers yaitu Karakteristik Aktifitas/Program
KM, Jenis Keputusan pada Tahapan Difusi Penerapan KM, Saluran Komunikasi Penerapan
KM, Kondisi Sistem Sosial di TNP2K dan Peran Agen Perubah.

ABSTRACT
This study describes the process of diffusion of innovation in Knowledge Management
Implementation by observes its elements, which are the KM Implementation as an innovation, the use
of communication channels, time and social system, which KM activity/program are not mandatory in
the organization. This study used a qualitative ethnographic method on a non-profit organization in
Jakarta, a place where researchers work during the research. This study describes and illustrates
through participant observation, how the KM activity / program delivered to the recipient that are staff
/ work units through a communication channel with the stages in the innovation decision in TNP2K.
This study describes the communication channels used in the diffusion process of the KM
implementation and describes in detail the stages of decision-staff on KM activities by explaining
attitudes were observed in stages of knowledge, persuasion, decision, confirmation and sustainability
so that researchers can identify the attitude of accepting and rejecting of KM activity/program. This
study also describes what are the variables that affect the diffusion of KM implementation associated
with Rogers‟ findings which are characteristics of KM Activity / Program, Decision type on
Diffusion Stages of KM implementation, Communication Channels, Conditions of Social Systems in
TNP2K and the agents of change role."

"Tujuan dari Millenium Developmet Goals 2015 untuk menekan angka kemiskinan diprediksi tidak akan berhasil dicapai pada tahun 2015 (Laporan Utusan Khusus Presidan untuk MDGs, 2011). Hal ini disebabkan oleh kegagalan mekanisme pasar, pendekatan policy dan inisiatif organisasi sipil (Murray, 2012). Konsep inovasi sosial adalah konsep pendekatan multi-stakeholder yang dapat menjadi alternatif untuk memecahkan permasalahan sosial dengan cara mengkolaborasikan sektor tripartit. Meskipun demikian, konsep inovasi sosial yang dijalankan dengan cross partnership membutuhkan sistem manajemen pengetahuan yang terintegrasi sehingga sumber daya inovasi sosial yang tersebar pada berbagai sektor dapat diakumulasikan dan diakses bersama. Melalui penelitian ini, peneliti merancang sistem manajemen inovasi sosial Indonesia yang akan menghimpun sumber daya inovasi sosial pada sektor tripartit dan memecahkan permasalahan-permasalahan sosial. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu SECI Model. Metode tersebut mencakup, pemetaan karakteristik pengetahuan dan analisis penciptaan dan transfer pengetahuan pengetahuan tacit-explicit. Hasil dari penelitian ini berupa platform online open innovation/shared design thinking, platform online community of practice untuk inovasi sosial, platform open volunteerism, platform crowdfunding, dan platform Changemakers Hub yang menghubungkan sektor tripartit.

The goal of Millenium Developmet Goals 2015 to reduce the number of poverty rate is predicted will not be achieved by 2015. (Envoy of the President on MDGs, 2011). Market mechanism, government policy and civic organizations inisiatif failed to fill it (Murray, 2012). The concept of Social Innovation as a multi-stakeholder approach is an alternative approach to solve a social problem with collaboration of tripartite sectors. However, the concept of social innovation characterized by cross partnership requires an integrated knowledge management system in order that the social innovation resources can be accumulated. Researcher elicits social innovation knowledge management system that will collaborate tripartite sectors to accumulate social innovation resources and solve social problems. Methodology used in this research is SECI Model analysis. The methodology includes knowledge characteristic analysis and formulation for creating and transferring tacit-explicit. The research products are platform onlines for open innovation/shared design thinking, community of practice for social innovation, open volunteerism, crowdfunding, and changemakers hub for the tripartite sectors.

"Dewasa ini pertumbuhan industri broadcasting, khususnya pertelevisian, semakin marak di Indonesia. Televisi swasta dengan jangkauan nasional sekarang berjumlah sepuluh, dan sedikitnya ada empat puluh televisi swasta di berbagai daerah dengan jangkauan lokal. Pertumbuhan ini berlangsung begitu cepat sehingga beberapa perusahaan yang kurang melakukan inovasi akan kalah bersaing. Nonaka dan Takeuchi (1995) berpendapat bahwa keberhasilan perusahaan Jepang dalam melakukan inovasi adalah karena skill dan Expertise dalam organizational knowledge création, yaitu kemampuan perusahaan secara keseluruhan untuk menciptakan pengetahuan baru, mendistribusikannya ke tubuh organisasi dan mewujudkannya dalam produk, layanan dan sistem.
Berangkat dari pendapat ini, perusahaan broadcasting perlu mengubah paradigmanya dalam melihat bisnis broadcasting dari industrial paradigm menjadi knowledge paradigm (Sveiby 1997:26). Perubahan sudut pandang tersebut perlu dilakukan oleh Trans-TV yang telah berkomitmen untuk melakukan transformasi dalam segala hal yang mendukung pencapaian tujuan organisasi. Untuk mendorong penyempurnaan transformasi tersebut, knowledge management merupakan pendekatan yang bisa dipakai dalam mendukung tujuan organisasi melalui peningkatan market value driven sebagai salah satu key success factors dari Trans-TV. Dengan dasar tersebut maka penulis meyarankan perusahaan agar melakukan pengoptimalisasian knowledge management untuk meningkatkan inovasi dalam pembuatan program televisi.

Nowadays, the growth of broadcasting industry, especially television broadcasting, has continued to increase in Indonesia. The total number of private television in national scope has now reaches ten companies and there are at least forty private televisions companies in various regions with a local scope. Such growth has occurred in such a rapid pace resulting in a number of companies failing to innovate satisfactorily so that they could not compete in the market. Nonaka and Takeuci (1995) said that the success of Japanese companies in carrying out innovation is due to their skill and expertise at organization knowledge creation (OKC), namely the ability of the company as a whole to create new knowledge, disseminate it throughout the organization and embody it into products, services and systems.
On the basis of such opinion, it is necessary that broadcasting companies change their paradigm in looking at the broadcasting business from an industrial paradigm into a knowledge paradigm (Sveiby 1997:26). Such change in viewpoint needs to be carried out by Trans-TV which is committed to carry out transformation in all aspects that can support the realization of the organization objective. Knowledge management could be applied to encourage such transformation, in supporting the organization goal through the improvement of a market value driven as one of the key success factors of Trans-TV. On that basis, the author recommends that the company optimizes knowledge management in order to enhance innovation in producing television programs.

"Penelitian tentang kinerja perusahaan telah banyak dilakukan sebelumnya, begitu juga dengan manajemen pengetahuan, kinerja inovasi dan kapabilitas dinamis. Namun demikian, ketika kita melihat variabel-variabel tersebut dan aplikasinya di industri financial technology di Indonesia, yang masih tergolong baru dan berkembang secara pesat, fenomena tersebut menjadi menarik untuk diteliti. Hingga saat ini terdapat 161 perusahaan financial technology yang terdaftar dan berizin di Indonesia. Secara kolektif perusahaan-perusahaan financial technology tersebut menyumbangkan 25,92 trilliun rupiah kepada kreditur di seluruh Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara manajemen pengetahuan, kapabilitas dinamis dan kinerja inovasi terhadap kinerja perusahaan di industri financial technology di Indonesia. Dalam penelitian ini dilakukan survei dengan 60 responden dari berbagai perusahaan financial technology di Indonesia, dan data survei diolah dengan menggunakan partial least square stuctural equation modeling (PLS-SEM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa manajemen pengetahuan, kapabilitas dinamis dan kinerja inovasi memiliki pengaruh yang positif terhadap kinerja perusahaan.

Research about firm performance has been conducted by many researchers before, the same goes with knowledge management, innovation performance, and dynamics capabilities. however, when we put those variable and try to find the correlation in Financial Technology industry in Indonesia, where the industry is still new and rapidly growing it became an interested phenomenon to look at. Until now there are 161 Financial Technology companies that run in Indonesia, collectively they give more than 25.92 Trillion Rupiah to the lender across Indonesia. In this paper researcher try to see the relationship between knowledge management, dynamics capabilities and innovation performance on firm performance in financial technology's industry in Indonesia, this research has collect 60 samples from different fintech company in Indonesia, using PLS analysis the results shows that knowledge management, dynamics capability and innovation performance has positive impacts towards their firm performance.

"ABSTRAK
Inovasi telah lama diakui sebagai sumber penting bagi pencapaian
keunggulan daya saing. Namun dalam industri asuransi terdapat perbedaan
pandangan terhadap konsep ini; beberapa pelaku industri telah menyadari
pentingnya inovasi sebagai sumber untuk mencapai pertumbuhan dan daya saing,
sementara sebagian lagi lebih memilih imitasi sebagai sumber untuk mencapai
keunggulan biaya rendah. Dalam upaya meneliti isu inovasi dalam industri
asuransi, studi ini memperluas studi Liao, Fei, dan Chen (2007) tentang hubungan
antara knowledge sharing dan kapasitas absorptif dan pengaruh positifnya
terhadap kapabilitas inovasi, dengan memasukkan faktor-faktor penghambat
inovasi ke dalam kerangka studinya; dan meneliti pengaruh positif kapabilitas
inovasi terhadap kinerja perusahaan (e.g.: Garcia-Morales, Llorens-Montes, &
Verdu-Jover, 2008).
Melalui analisis atas data riset dari 212 strategic business unit dari 64
perusahaan asuransi yang beroperasi di Indonesia, studi ini menemukan bahwa
faktor hambatan-inovasi berpengaruh negatif pada kapabilitas inovasi namun
hubungan sinergis antara knowledge sharing dan kapasitas absorptif dapat
mengeliminasi atau meminimalisasi pengaruh negatif tersebut. Studi ini juga
menemukan bahwa faktor-faktor hambatan-inovasi memiliki akarnya di luar
perusahaan namun harus ditangani dengan menggunakan sumber daya
pengetahuan internal. Temuan ini menimbulkan pertanyaan mengenai kebutuhan
untuk mengkaji ulang konsep manajemen pengetahuan dan knowledge sharing
agar tidak berfokus hanya pada pengetahuan internal tetapi perlu diperluas dengan
pengetahuan eksternal.
Studi ini menyarankan kepada pelaku industri asuransi di Indonesia untuk
segera meninggalkan strategi ?blind imitation? dan meningkatkan basis
pengetahuan melalui manajemen pengetahuan yang terintegrasi antara
pengetahuan internal dan pengetahuan eksternal; dan kepada regulator asuransi
agar memberikan arahan yang lebih tegas mengenai penggunaan dana pendidikan
dan latihan perusahaan asuransi pada pengetahuan state-of-the-art untuk tujuan
inovasi dalam upaya meningkatkan keunggulan daya saing perusahaanperusahaan
asuransi Indonesia di dalam negeri maupun di pasar regional atau
internasional;

from the players; either as a critical source of growth and competitiveness, or
costly undertaking as opposed to low cost imitation. In investigating this issue,
this research extends the study of Liao, Fei, and Chen (2007) on the relationship
between knowledge sharing and absorptive capacity and its effect on innovation
capability, by incorporating innovation barriers into the framework; and the
influence of innovation capability on firm performance (e.g.: Garcia-Morales,
Llorens-Montes, & Verdu-Jover, 2008).
Research in this study, conducted on 212 strategic business units of 64
insurance companies in Indonesia, found that innovation barriers had negative
impact on innovation capability but the synergic relationship between knowledge
sharing and absorptive capacity could reduce such a negative influence. This
study also found that innovation barriers have their roots outside organization but
have to be dealt with by developing and enforcing internal knowledge sharing of
resources. The findings prompt a question of rethinking knowledge management
to not only focus on internal knowledge sharing but to include external knowledge
sharing in an integrated system.
This study recommends the Indonesian insurance industry to immediately
leave the 'blind imitation' strategy and enhance their knowledge base through an
integrated knowledge management between internal knowledge and external
knowledge; and the insurance regulators to provide more explicit direction
regarding the use of funds for insurance company?s education and training on
state-of-the-art knowledge for innovation purpose, in order to increase
competitive advantage of Indonesian insurance companies in domestic market as

"Skripsi ini membahas proses kreasi pengetahuan yang dilakukan staf perpustakaan dalam menghasilkan inovasi di Perpustakaan Universitas Indonesia. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan desain deskriptif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode wawancara. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa proses inovasi di Perpustakaan Universitas Indonesia melibatkan proses kreasi pengetahuan organisasi yang terjadi di dalam interaksi antara anggota organisasi, baik interaksi informal maupun formal. Penelitian ini menyarankan Perpustakaan Universitas Indonesia untuk secara sistematis mengelola pengetahuan melalui program berbagi pengetahuan, memanfaatkan intranet, serta membentuk divisi yang bertugas melakukan riset dan pengembangan untuk meningkatkan kualitas inovasi di Perpustakaan Universitas Indonesia.

The Focus of this study is to investigate the process of knowledge creation that had been done by library`s staff in earning innovation at the University of Indonesia Library. This research is a qualitative with a descriptive design. The data were collected by means of deep interview. The results founded that innovation process at University of Indonesia Library involved the organization`s knowledge creation that happened in the interaction between organization members, either formal nor informal. This research suggest university of Indonesia to systematically manage the knowledge through the sharing of knowledge, the using of intranet, and the establishment of a division who responsible for research and development to improve the quality of innovation."

Biro Kepegawaian dan Organisasi merupakan satuan kerja di bawah unit Sekretariat Jenderal Departemen Komunikasi dan Informatika. Berdasarkan Peraturan Menteri Komunikasi dan Informatika nomor 25/P/M.KOMINFO/7/2008 tentang Organisasi dan Tata Kerja Departemen Komunikasi dan Informatika, salah satu fungsi yang diselenggarakan oleh Biro Kepegawaian dan Organisasi yaitu penyelesaian masalah-masalah kepegawaian. Dalam menyelesaikan masalah kepegawaian, pengetahuan dan pengalaman seorang pegawai sangat dibutuhkan sehingga diperlukan sebuah knowledge management system untuk mengelola dan mendistribusikan pengetahuan serta pengalaman tersebut kepada pegawai lainnya agar pelayanan prima pun dapat terwujud. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan sebuah rancangan model knowledge management system yang sesuai dengan kondisi Biro Kepegawaian dan Organisasi dalam mewujudkan pelayanan prima melalui analisis dan perancangan prototipe dari model yang dikembangkan. Model knowledge management system dihasilkan dari analisis faktor-faktor kontingensi yang kemudian dipetakan ke dalam SECI model dari Nonaka dan Takeuchi. Model knowledge management system yang dikembangkan pada Biro Kepegawaian dan Organisasi sesuai dengan tugas pokok dan fungsinya termasuk ke dalam penangkapan pengetahuan yaitu melalui proses internalisasi dan eksternalisasi. Aplikasi dari model knowledge management system dapat digunakan untukmengevaluasi model tersebut serta diperlukan strategi dalam pengimplementasiannya. Database knowledge management system dapat.

The service was the main task of an organization of the government including with the Department of Communication and Informatics. The bureau of Employment and Organization is a part of Secretariat General in Department of Communication and Informatics. Based on Minister Communications and Informatics regulation number 25/P/M.KOMINFO/7/2008 about the Organization and managerial in Department of Communication and Informatics, one of the functions that was held by the Bureau of Employment and Organization that is solving the employment problems.In resolving the problem of the employment, knowledge and the experience of an employee really were needed so we needed Knowledge Management System to manage and distribute knowledge as well as this experience to the other employee so that the good service could be then realized. This research aim to getting model of Knowledge Management System according with condition at Bureau of Employment and Organization in realizing good service through analysis and develop prototype from developed model. Knowledge Management System Model is yielded from contingency factor analysis and then mapped into Nonaka and Takeuchi SECI model.Knowledge management system model what is developed at Bureau of Employment and Organization as according to fundamental duty and its function representing in knowledge capture that is internalization and externalization process. Knowledge management system application from model can be used to evaluated that model and also strategy needed for implementing that knowledge - management. Knowledge management system database can applicable to helpdesk employment application."

Akhirnya, proses pengembangan produk dan cetak biru manajemen pengetahuan akan digabungkan dan dipetakan sebagai satu proses bisnis yang utuh sebagai pedoman proses inovasi untuk Industri TI di Indonesia

Recent studies have shown that knowledge management holds a very important role in determining a company
innovation, especially when it comes to their product development process. This study aims to design a business
process that will combine both product development process and knowledge management for IT Industry as it is
one of the industries with the highest innovation growth in Indonesia. This study will use risk management
framework to identify, eliminate and minimize risk in designing the product development process and Tiwana’s
framework will be used in designing the knowledge management blueprint. At last, both product development
process and knowledge management blueprint will be combined and mapped as one whole business process as an
innovation process guideline for IT Industry in Indonesia.
