"Pelaksanaan SPM bidang farmasi Di Instalasi Farmasi Rumah Sakit Tugu Ibu dipengaruhi faktor input: SDM, jenis pasien, jenis resep, ketersediaan obat, peresepan dokter, sarana dan prasarana, formularium obat, SOP pelayanan resep serta faktor proses pelayanan resep yang meliputi: penerimaan resep dan pemberian harga obat, pembayaran, pengambilan dan peracikan obat, pemberian etiket obat, dan penyerahan obat kepada pasien.
Hasil penelitian didapatkan ratarata waktu tunggu pelayanan resep jadi tunai 13,07 menit, resep jadi jaminan 21,36 menit, resep racikan tunai 26,31 menit, resep jadi jaminan 31,28 menit; tidak adanya kejadian kesalahan pemberian obat 100%; kepuasan pelanggan 90,17 %; penulisan resep sesuai formularium 100 %.

The implementation of the minimum service standard in the pharmacy section at Tugu Ibu hospital influenced by input factors: human resources, types of patients, kinds of prescription, availability of medicines, doctor's prescribing, facilities, medicine formulation, prescription service operational standard and the process of prescription service, which includes the acceptance of the prescription and priceing medicines, the payment, the receipt and extraction of medicines, the medicine procedure and medicine delivery to patients.
From the research, the average waiting period needed to change a prescription into cash is 13,07 minutes, a prescription into a guaranty 21,36 minutes, medicine extraction into cash 26,31 minutes, a prescription into a guaranty 31,28 minutes; prescription delivery with no mistakes is 100%; customers' satisfaction 90,17%; the accuracy of prescription with medicine formulation 100%.

"Penelitian ini membahas bagaimana pesan Peningkatan Penerapan SNI dalam konten web BSN dibaca dan dimaknai oleh khalayak di lingkungan PT Rusli Vinilon Sakti. Menurut Stuart Hall, makna pesan yang disampaikan ke khalayak tidak memberikan jaminan akan dimaknai sama oleh khalayaknya. Khalayak belum tentu akan dominan dengan apa yang dimaksud oleh si pembuat pesan. Khalayak bisa bertindak negotiable atau bahkan oppositional terhadap maksud pesan. Dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor kebaruan sangat mempengaruhi persepsi; perbedaan makna oleh khalayak dilatarbelakangi oleh perbedaan jabatan pekerjaan dan pengalaman di bidang standardisasi.

This study discusses how the message of SNI Application Enhancement in the BSN web content was read and interpreted by audiences in the PT Rusli Vinilon Sakti. According to Stuart Hall, the meaning of the message that was delivered to the audience does not guarantee the same that will be interpreted by the audience. The audience will be not necessarily dominant in what is meant by the creator of the message. People will be able to act negotiable or even oppositional to the purpose of the message. The research results showed that the novelty point greatly affect the perception and the difference in meaning by the audience that motivated by differences in job title and experience in the field of standardization."

"Tesis ini membahas tentang kontrak kontruksi jembatan ampera yang mencantumkanklausula baku dan menganalisis pembatasan asas kebebasan berkontrak.penerapan asa itikat baik dan keabsahan kontrak kontruksi tersebut,metode penelitian ini adalah penelitian keperpustakaan yang bersifat yuridis normatif yang menganalisis norma hukum dalam perundang-undangan yang berkaitan dengan penelitian ini.
Hasil penelitian adalah dalam perjanjian berlaku mutlak. klausula baku dalam kontrak konstruksi jembatan ampera belum memenuhi asas itikat objektif karena bertentangan dengan norma kepatutan, dan keadilan. Kontrak konstruksi tersebut juga belum memenuhi salah satu syarat perjanjian yaitu causa yang halal.

This thesis discusses about Ampera Bridge Construction Contract that includes the standard clause and analyzes the restriction for the freedom of contract principle, the application of the good faith principle and the validity of the construction contract. This research methodology is the literature research that analyzes the normative aspect of legal norms in legislation related to this research.
The result is, the freedom of contract principle applies in contract, but it does not apply absolutely. Standard clause in bridge construction contracts doesn't meet the good faith principle because it opposed to objective norms of propriety, and justice. The construction contract also isn't comply with one of the legal agreement which is a lawful cause.

"Tesis ini membahas mengenai kinerja Puskesmas dan peningkatan kinerja Puskesmas dalam pencapaian standar pelayanan minimal bidang kesehatan di Kota Depok tahun 2018. Tesis ini menggunakan teori sistem dimana peneliti mendeskripsikan faktor input Puskesmas, factor proses puskesmas berupa penyelenggaraan pelayanan puskesmas dan output Puskesmas yaitu Kinerja Puskesmas berdasarkan 12 indikator SPM. Meode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian mixed methods, yaitu penelitian kuantitatif dari univariate hingga multivariate dengan menggunakan data sekunder. Metode kualitatif menggunakan wawanara mendalam dan diskusi terarah. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Kinerja Puskesmas terhadap pencapaian SPM sangat rendah, fackor yang berpengaruh terhadap kinerja Puskesmas adalah factor bangunan, alat kesehatan dan BMHP serta factor ketenagaan. Hasil uji regresi logistik menunjukan faktor yang paling berpengaruh adalah faktor ketenagaan.

This thesis discusses the performance and efforts to improve the performance of Puskesmas in achieving minimum service standards in the health sector in Depok City. This thesis uses a system theory where the researcher describes the input factor, the process factor in the form of puskesmas service delivery and the output factor, namely the Health Center Performance based on 12 SPM indicators. The research method used is mixed methods research, which is quantitative research from univariate to multivariate using secondary data. Qualitative methods use in-depth interviews, focused discussions and document review. The results of the study showed that the performance of the Puskesmas towards achieving SPM was very low, the factors that affected the performance of the Puskesmas were building factors, medical devices and BMHP as well as workforce factors. The results of the logistic regression test show that the most influential factor is the workforce factor."

"Kesehatan adalah hak yang sangat mendasar bagi manusia, untuk itu negara harus hadir dalam pemenuhannya. Dalam era otonomi daerah, Standar Pelayanan Minimal SPM bidang kesehatan menjadi jaminan penyelenggaraan pelayanan kesehatan dengan jenis dan mutu pelayanan dasar yang sama. Salah satu jenis layanan dasar adalah SPM bidang kesehatan pada usia produktif SPM BKUP. Jenis layanan dasar ini bernilai strategis bagi kinerja Pemerintah Daerah, karena berdasarkan BPS 2017 komposisi penduduk usia produktif menempati proporsi 60-70 dari seluruh jumlah penduduk dan nilai strategis bagi pengendalian Penyakit Tidak Menular PTM karena bentuk skrining. Analisis kesiapan ditujukan untuk melihat seberapa besar jarak antara kondisi ideal dengan kenyataan yang sebenarnya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan teknik WM, FGD dan telaah dokumen terkait.
Hasil penelitian didapatkan 10 dari 13 indikator kesiapan implementasi, belum lengkap dimiliki Kota Depok, meliputi konseling faktor risiko PTM, Pelatihan teknis petugas skrining dan surveilans berbasis web, pelayanan terpadu PTM, pencatatan pelaporan, monitoring evaluasi, komunikasi, sikap pelaksana, ketersediaan SDM, fasilitas dan dana. Sementara 3 indikator yang belum sama sekali dimiliki yaitu insentif bagi pelaksana yang mencapai target, SOP pelaksanaan SPM BKUP dan Tim penanggung jawab penyelenggaraan SPM BKUP. Kesimpulan didapatkan bahwa Kota Depok memiliki kesiapan yang minimal dalam rangka implementasi SPM BKUP.

Health is a fundamental right for human being, in its fulfillment, the state must be present to provide health services for all citizens. In the era of regional autonomy, Minimum Service Standards MSS in the field of health becomes the guarantee of health service delivery with the same type and quality of basic services. One type of basic service is the SPM field of health at the productive age MSSPA. This type of basic service is of strategic importance to the performance of the regional government, since based on BPS 2017 the composition of the productive age population occupies a proportion of 60 70 of the total population and the strategic value for the control of Non Communicable Diseases NCD due to the form of screening. Preparation analysis is intended to see how much distance between ideal conditions and actual reality. This research uses qualitative method with indeep interview technique, FGD and study related documents.
The results of the study were 10 out of 13 indicators of implementation readiness, not yet fully owned by Depok City, including NCD risk factor counseling, technical training of screening officers and web based surveillance, NCD integrated service, reporting recording, evaluation monitoring, communication, dispotition, human resources availability, facilities and funds. While 3 indicators that have not yet been owned are incentives for implementers who achieve the target, SOP implementation MSSPA and the team responsible for the implementation of MSSPA. The conclusion found that Depok City has minimal preparedness in order to implement MSSPA.

"Standar Pelayanan Minimal (SPM) pelayanan kesehatan pada usia produktif merupakan hak dasar penduduk usia 15-59 tahun untuk mendapatkan pelayanan kesehatan sesuai standar yang harus dipenuhi oleh pemerintah daerah kab/kota. Dengan status akreditasi puskesmas yang sudah diraih dan manajemen puskesmas yang sudah diterapkan, capaian SPM pelayanan kesehatan pada usia produktif di Kota Cirebon masih rendah. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui efek status akreditasi dan manajemen puskesmas terhadap capaian SPM pelayanan kesehatan pada usia produktif puskesmas di Kota Cirebon. Jenis penelitian adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian crossectional. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh puskesmas di Kota Cirebon. Sampel penelitian adalah 22 puskesmas (total sampling). Analisis statistik menggunakan uji annova one way, uji korelasi dan uji regresi linier sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan status akreditasi puskesmas tidak berefek terhadap capaian SPM pelayanan kesehatan pada usia produktif, sedangkan semua aspek manajemen puskesmas berkorelasi cukup kuat dan kuat kecuali fokus pelanggan yang berkorelasi lemah/tidak berkorelasi. Diperlukan penerapan manajemen puskesmas yang berkualitas dan dukungan dinas kesehatan agar SPM pelayanan kesehatan pada usia produktif dapat tercapai.  

Minimum Service Standards (SPM) for health services at productive age are the basic rights of the population aged 15-59 years to obtain health services according to the standards that must be met by the district/city regional government. With the accreditation status of the public health center that has been achieved and the management of the public health center that has been implemented, the achievement of SPM for health services at productive age in Cirebon City is still low. The aim of the study was to determine the effect of the accreditation status and management of the public health center on the achievement of the MSS for health services at the productive age of the public health center in Cirebon City. This type of research is quantitative research with a cross-sectional research design. The research population was all health centers in Cirebon City. The research sample was 22 health centers (total sampling). Statistical analysis using one-way annova test, correlation test and simple linear regression test. The results showed that the accreditation status of the public health center had no effect on the achievement of SPM for health services at productive age, while all aspects of public health center management had a fairly strong and strong correlation except for customer focus which had a weak correlation/no correlation. It is necessary to implement quality health center management and the support of the health office so that the SPM for health services at productive age can be achieved."
