"Menurut teori imunitas mutlak, tindakan suatu negara berdaulat tidak dapat diuji oleh pengadilan asing, sehingga dalam melakukan kegiatan seperti perdagangan, negara biasanya berlindung di balik tameng kedaulatan. Meningkatnya peran negara dalam perdagangan internasional menyebabkan teori imunitas mutlak tidak dipertahankan lagi. Amerika Serikat dan Australia menerapkan teori imunitas negara terbatas. Hal ini terlihat dalam perkara Anglo-Iberia melawan Jamsostek di Amerika Serikat dan Garuda Indonesia melawan Australia Competition and Consumer Commission di Australia. Dalam perkara pertama, Jamsostek dikategorikan sebagai perwakilan negara yang tindakannya tidak bersifat komersial sehingga berhak atas imunitas. Sedangkan dalam perkara kedua, Garuda Indonesia dikategorikan sebagai perwakilan negara yang tindakannya bersifat komersial sehingga tidak berhak mendapatkan imunitas.

According to absolute sovereign immunity doctrine, sovereign acts cannot be adjudicated by foreign courts. Therefore, states can use their sovereignty to avoid lawsuits from trade disputes. However, the increasing participation of states in international trade led to restriction of sovereign immunity. USA and Australia apply restrictive sovereign immunity doctrine. This is concluded from Anglo- Iberia against Jamsostek case in USA and Garuda Indonesia against Australia Competition and Consumer Commission case in Australia. In the former, Jamsostek was categorized as a state representative whose actions were not of commercial nature and was entitled to immunity. Whereas, in the latter, Garuda Indonesia was categorized as a state representative whose action has commercial nature and thus was not entitled to immunity."

"[ABSTRAK
Konversi bentuk nanopartikel perak (AgNP) melalui pemanasan dan fotoinduksi terjadi dengan kehadiran sitrat sebagai capping agent dan polivinilpirolidone (PVP) sebagai stabilisator. Awalnya, assintesis nanoprisma perak (AgNP-Biru) dipanaskan selama 30 menit hingga terbentuk nanodisk perak (AgNP-Kuning). Selanjutnya, di bawah penyinaran lampu natrium nanoprisma perak(AgNP-Iradiasi) kembali terbentuk dengan ukuran yang lebih besar. Spektrofotometer UV-Vis dan transmission electron microscopy (TEM) digunakan untuk investigasi pertumbuhan dan konversi bentuk AgNP. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa parameter kisi AgNP-orange (4.0716 Å) lebih kecil dari AgNP-Iradiasi (4.3134 Å). Hal tersebut mengindikasikan terjadinya rearrangement atom perak pada permukaan AgNP. AgNP dengan bentuk bulat dan triangular diuji akivitas katalitiknya sebagai katalis homogen dan heterogen untuk reduksi 4-nitrofenol. Sebagai katalis heterogen, AgNP diimobilisasi dalam karbon aktif dan dikarakterisasi menggunakan SEM-EDX. Aktivitas katalitik AgNP-Iradiasi lebih aktif daripada AgNP-Orange. Konstanta kinetika reaksi pseudo orde satu reduksi 4-NP dengan NaBH4 adalah 0.2178 s-1 (katalis homogen) dan 0.2225 s-1 (katalis heterogen).

ABSTRACT
Heated and Photoinduced shape conversion of silver nanoparticles (AgNPs) were occurred in the presence of citrate as capping agent and polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP) as additional stabilizer. First, the as-synthesized silver nanoprism (AgNP-Blue) were heated to transformed into silver nanodisks (AgNP-Orange) with time. Subsequently, under light irradiation (sodium lamp), an increasing fraction of silver nanoprism (AgNP-Irradiation) develop. The UV-Vis spectrophotometer and transmission electron microscopy (TEM) were adopted to investigate the growth and shape conversion of AgNPs. The result show that the lattice constant of AgNP-Orange converted by heating (4.0716 Å) less than AgNP-Irradiarion (4.3134 Å), which was possibly achieved through rearrangement of silver atoms on the surface of AgNPs. Both silver nanodisk and nanoprism were tested as homogenous and heterogeneous catalyst for reduction of 4-nitrophenol (4-NP). AgNPs supported on activated carbon were synthesized as heterogen catalyst and characterized by SEM-EDX. For catalytic application, AgNP-Irradiation were more actived than AgNP-orange. "Latar Belakang: Jumlah usia lanjut (Usila) makin meningkat dan tumbuh cepat, yang membawa konsekuensi meningkatnya gangguan terkait usia, termasuk penurunan fungsi kognitif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efek pemberian aktivitas berjalan kaki terstruktur, yaitu minimal 6000 langkah/hari, terintegrasi dalam aktivitas sehari-hari dengan kecepatan yang nyaman selama 12 minggu, dalam memelihara fungsi kognitif pada usia lanjut dengan fungsi kognitif normal di komunitas.
Metode: Desain penelitian ini adalah studi ekperimental, berupa uji klinis acak tersamar tunggal. Subyek terdiri dari 20 orang Usila pada kelompok perlakuan yang diberikan aktivitas berjalan kaki terstruktur, dan 19 orang Usila pada kelompok kontrol yang beraktivitas sebagaimana biasanya, selama 12 minggu. Subyek dinilai fungsi kognitifnya menggunakan MoCA Ina pada awal dan akhir perlakuan. Aktivitas berjalan kaki diukur menggunakan pedometer.
Hasil: Aktivitas berjalan kaki terstruktur yang mampu dilakukan oleh kelompok perlakuan adalah 7531 langkah/hari, dan kelompok kontrol adalah 3527 langkah/hari (p=0,000). Pada akhir penelitian, skor total MoCA pada kelompok perlakuan (median=29) adalah lebih tinggi (p=0,022) dibandingkan kelompok kontrol (median=27), dan begitu pula untuk selisih skor MoCA antara awal dan akhir penelitian (rerata selisih pada kelompok perlakuan adalah 3,35; kelompok kontrol adalah 1,47; p=0,003). Efek perlakuan pada domain fungsi kognitif menunjukkan skor Visuospasial/Fungsi Eksekusi secara siknifikan (p=0,08) lebih tinggi pada kelompok perlakuan dibandingkan kelompok kontrol. Selisih skor domain MoCA pada awal dan akhir penelitian ditemukan lebih besar pada kelompok perlakuan pada domain Visuospasial/Fungsi Eksekusi, Bahasa, dan Abstraksi.
Kesimpulan: Aktivitas berjalan kaki terstruktur 7500 langkah/hari memiliki efek positif dalam memelihara fungsi kognitif usia lanjut secara umum, dengan domain yang paling dipengaruhi adalah Visuospasial/Fungsi Eksekusi. Aktivitas ini juga memberikan peningkatan yang lebih besar pada fungsi kognitif secara umum dan pada domain Visuospasial/Fungsi Eksekusi, Bahasa, dan Abstraksi.

Background: Fast growing of elderly population increases disorders related to aging, including decreasing of cognitive function. The objective of this study is to evaluate the effect of structured walking activity, that characterized by minimally 6000 steps/day, integrated to daily activities, with comfortable pace, for 12 week, in maintaining cognitive function in elderly with normal cognitive function in community.
Method: This study design was experimental, single-blind randomized controlled trial. The subjects were 39 elderly, consist of 20 subjects in intervention group and 19 subject in control group. Intervention group were given structured walking activity, and control group did their usual activity, for 12 weeks. Cognitive function were assessed using MoCA Ina in the beginning and end of the study. Walking activity was measured using pedometer.
Results: Amount of walking activity that was able to do was 7531 steps/day in intervention group, and 3527 steps/day in control group (p=0,000). In the end of study, total MoCA score in intervention group (median=29) is significantly better (p=0,022) than control group (median=27), and so did the improvement of MoCA score in the end of study (mean of increasing score in intervention group was 3,35, and in control group was 1,47, p=0,003). Effect on domain of cognitive function showed Visuospatial/Executive function score in intervention group was signifantly better than control group. Improvement in Visuospatial/Excecutive function, Language, and Abstraction domains‟ score was also found larger in intervention group.
Conclusion: Structured walking activity, about 7500 steps/day had a positive effect in maintaining general cognitive function in elderly, and Visuospatial/Executive function was the most influenced domain. The effect of this activity also showed larger improvements in general cognitive function and Visuospatial/Excecutive function, Language, and Abstraction domains.

"Wearable sensor technology is evolving in parallel with the demand for human activity monitoring applications. According to World Health Organization (WHO), the percentage of health problems occurring in the world population, such as diabetes, heart problem, and high blood pressure rapidly increases from year-to-year. Hence, regular exercise, at least twice a week, is encouraged for everyone, especially for adults and the elderly. An accelerometer sensor is preferable, due to privacy concerns and the low cost of installation. It is embedded within smartphones to monitor the amount of physical activity performed. One of the limitations of the various classifications is to deal with the large dimension of the feature space. Practically speaking, a large amount of memory space is demanded along with high processor performance to process a large number of features. Hence, the dimension of the features is required to be minimized by selecting the most relevant feature before it is classified. In order to tackle this issue, the hybrid feature selection using Relief-f and differential evolution is proposed. The public domain activity dataset from Physical Activity for Ageing People (PAMAP2) is used in the experimentation to identify the quality of the proposed method. Our experimental results show outstanding performance to recognize different types of physical activities with a minimum number of features. Subsequently, our findings indicate that the wrist is the best sensor placement to recognize the different types of human activity. The performance of our work also been compared with several state-of-the-art of features for selection algorithms."

"Modifikasi gaya hidup merupakan cara preventif dalam mengurangi risiko hipertensi, salah satunya melalui peningkatan aktivitas fisik. Tujuan studi adalah untuk mengukur estimasi risiko tren perubahan aktivitas fisik terhadap hipertensi selama 3 periode pengamatan. Tesis ini merupakan studi longitudinal kohor dengan menargetkan populasi dewasa di Kota Bogor menggunakan Studi Kohor Faktor Risiko Penyakit Tidak Menular. Data dianalisis menggunakan Generalized Estimating Equation dengan binary outcome. Hasil penelitian diperoleh proporsi tertinggi hipertensi berdasarkan waktu pengamatan terjadi pada kelompok yang berasal dari kategori aktivitas fisik <600 MET-min/minggu dengan delta perubahan ≤600 MET-min/minggu, yaitu 24% pada follow up ketiga. Studi ini membuktikan individu yang berasal dari kategori aktivitas fisik kurang dan tidak berubah (menurun atau meningkat ≤100 MET-min/minggu) berpotensi meningkatkan risiko terjadinya hipertensi sebesar 1,223 (0,466-3,211), dengan presisi dan risiko tertinggi terjadi pada follow up ketiga (RR=3,607; 95% CI: 0,923 – 7,993). Masyarakat diharapkan dapat bergerak secara aktif 5 kali dalam seminggu selama minimal 30 menit sehari dalam bentuk aktivitas olahraga, beraktivitas sedang (seperti membersihkan rumah) selama 150 menit seminggu, dan aktivitas berat selama 10 menit sehari guna menurunkan risiko hipertensi dan penyakit akibat sedentary behavior lainnya

Lifestyle modification is a preventive way to reduce the risk of hypertension, one of which is through increased physical activity. The study aimed to measure the estimated risk of the trend of altered physical activity on hypertension during the three years of observation. This thesis is a cohort longitudinal study targeting the adult population in Bogor City using The Cohort Study of Non-Communicable Disease Risk Factor. Data were analyzed using the Generalized Estimating Equation with binary outcome. The results showed that the highest proportion of hypertension based on observation time occurred in the group from the physical activity category <600 MET-min/week with a delta change of 600 MET-min/week, which was 24% at the third follow-up. The present study proved that individuals from the low physical activity group and unchanged (decreased or increased ≤100 MET-min/week after controlling for time of observation increased the risk of hypertension during the three periods of the study RR=1,223; 0,466-3,211), with the highest risk occurring in the third year (RR=3,607; 95% CI: 0,923 – 7,993). It is hoped for the community to move actively a minimal five times a week through sports activities for at least 30 minutes in a day, moderate physical activity (ex: cleaning the household) for 150 minutes in a week, or vigorous activities for at least 10 minutes per day to reduce the risk of hypertension and other diseases caused by sedentary behavior."
