"[ABSTRAKJurnal ini akan membahas tentang ayat mutasyabihat. Ayat mutasyabihat adalah ayat yang penuh denganberbagai makna, karena di dalamnya terkadang mengandung satu makna ataupun lebih, bahkan terkadangartinya tidaklah diketahui oleh siapapun kecuali oleh Allah swt. Penulis mencoba membahas sedikit tentangayat mutasyabihat yang berbicara tentang hari akhir. Ayat yang membahas tentang hari kiamat dan akhirattermasuk kedalam golongan ayat mutasyabihat karena hari akhir merupakan rahasia Allah dan hanya Allahyang mengetahuinya secara pasti. Ayat-ayat mutasyabihat yang termasuk ke dalam golongan ini merupakanayat-ayat yang membahas tentang kejadian kiamat, keadaan manusia di hari kiamat, surga, neraka, dan lainsebagainya.

"Penelitian ini meneliti tentang bagaimana bentuk dan isi cerpen-cerpen Arab dalam koran An-naba Tujuan penelitian ini menjelaskan bentuk dan isi cerpen dan untuk mengetahui ciri sastra internet khususnya cerpen arab yang termuat dalam koran An-naba sehingga membedakan cerpen-cerpen ini dengan cerpen Arab yang berada di luar internet atau cerpen yang termuat dalam bentuk buku yang dicetak. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif, studi kepustakaan dan metode analisis isi.Teori yang digunakan yaitu teori hiperteks yang dikemukakan oleh Theodore H. Nelson. Hasil penelitian ini bahwa bentuk cerpen-cerpen Arab dalam koran ini secara keseluruhan tidak berbeda jauh dengan cerpen di luar internet, sedangkan isi cerpen terlihat lebih sedikit daripada cerpen yang ada di luar internet sehingga cerpen dalam koran ini dikategorikan sebagai cerpen yang pendek serta alur pada cerpen-cerpen Arab ini seolah-olah masih terdapat kelanjutannya ceritanya

This research discussed about how the forms and content of Arabic short stories on An-naba Arabic newspaper. The purpose of this research to explain form and content and differentiate the Arabic short stories out of internet and to short stories which published in print and knowing the characteristic of online literature especially Arabic short stories which are published in An-naba Arabic newspaper.This research uses descriptive qualitative research methods, literature study and content analysis methods and using hypertext theory by Theodore H. Nelson. The results of this research that form of these arabic short stories similar to short stories which published in print while the content of these stories shortest than stories published in print and the sequel of this stories in the Arabic short stories looked like continuing"

"ABSTRAKTindak tutur memuji merupakan tuturan yang mengandung ekspresi positif terhadap apa yang terjadi dengan mitra tutur. Dalam Alquran Surat Yusuf, terdapat sejumlah tindak tutur memuji yang digunakan untuk menjelaskan sejumlah konteks cerita dalam Surat Yusuf. Tindak tutur memuji yang terdapat dalam Surat Yusuf merupakan tindak tutur yang terstruktur. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, penelitian ini membahas mengenai tindak tutur memuji dalam Surat Yusuf. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menjelaskan tindak tutur pujian bahasa Arab dalam Surat Yusuf. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif dengan menggunakan teknik studi pustaka dan literatur untuk mengetahui dan menjelaskan bagaimana tindak tutur memuji disampaikan dalam bahasa Arab pada Surat Yusuf. Penelitian ini menggunakan teori dari Holmes dan Nelson, El Bakary, dan Al Batal mengenai jenis tindak tutur memuji. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa terdapat empat jenis tindak tutur memuji dalam Surat Yusuf yaitu pujian terhadap penampilan mitra tutur, pujian terhadap kemampuan, prestasi atau perbuatan baik mitra tutur, pujian terhadap benda yang dimiliki mitra tutur, dan pujian terhadap kepribadian atau keramahan mitra tutur.

ABSTRACTSpeech act of compliment are utterance that contain a positive response to what is happening with the interlocutor. In the Quran Surah Yusuf, there are a number of speech act of compliment that are used to explain some contexts of the story in Surah Yusuf. Speech act of compliment contained in Surah Yusuf are structured speech act. Based on that, this study discusses the speech act of compliment in Surah Yusuf. The purpose of this study is to explain speech act of compliment in Arabic in Surah Yusuf. This study uses descriptive research methods using library research techniques to find out and explain how speech act of compliment delivered in Arabic in Surah Yusuf. This study uses theories from Holmes and Nelson, El Bakary, and Al Batal about the types of speech act of compliment. This study found that there were four types of speech act of compliment in Surah Yusuf that is appearance compliment, ability/performance compliment, possesions compliment, and personality traits/friendliness compliment."

"Pengelolaan minyak dan gas bumi di Indonesia telah diatur dalam pasal 33 ayat (3) Undang-Undang Dasar 1945. Dalam pengaturan tersebut terdapat konsepsi penting terkait pengelolaan minyak dan gas bumi yaitu konsep ?hak menguasai negara?. Pada perjalanan sejarah peraturan perundang-undangan yang mengatur pengelolaan minyak dan gas bumi sejak awal Indonesia merdeka dan hingga kini, konsepsi ini masih selalu menjadi perdebatan. Hingga akhirnya terjadi judicial review yang diajukan ke Mahkamah Konstitusi terhadap UU No. 22 tahun 2001. Putusan Mahakamah Konstitusi yang tertuang pada putusan Nomor 36/PUU-X/2012 memiliki ekses besar dengan dibubarkannya BP Migas sebagai badan pelaksana pengelolaan sektor hulu migas Indonesia. Oleh karena itu akhirnya melalui Peraturan Presiden No. 9 tahun 2013 dibentuklah SKK Migas untuk menggantikan peran dari BP Migas. Dalam Perpres No. 9 tahun 2013 ini kemudian akan terlihat implementasi pasal 33 ayat (3) UUD 1945 pada tugas dan kewenangan SKK Migas sebagai pelaksana pengelolaan sektor hulu migas di Indonesia terutama terkait konsepsi hak pengusaan oleh negara.

"Unsur kesalahan merupakan salah satu unsur yang sangat penting dalam suatu tindak pidana. Pasal 2 ayat 1 Undang-Undang Pemberantasan Tindak Pidana Korupsi tidak secara tegas mencantumkan unsur kesalahan, namun kesalahan tersebut tersirat dalam unsur memperkaya diri. Melalui metodologi penelitian yuridis normatif dan kajian terhadap beberapa putusan tingkat kasasi dapat disimpulkan bahwa, pada praktiknya kebanyakan hakim hanya membuktikan dan mempertimbangkan unsur memperkaya diri, meskipun demikian ada juga hakim yang mempertimbangkan unsur kesalahan secara khusus. Dengan demikian terlepas dari bagaimana cara hakim mempertimbangkannya, berarti unsur kesalahan dalam pasal ini telah dibuktikan dan dipertimbangkan oleh Majelis Hakim ketika akan menyatakan Terdakwa secara sah meyakinkan bersalah melakukan tindak pidana berdasarkan pasal tersebut.

Through juridical normative methodology research and study of some cassation rsquo s verdict can be deduced that practically, most of judges just proving and considering self enriching element, eventhough there are judges who considering element of guilt specifically. Therefore, regardless of how judges considering element of guilt, it means in this article element of guilt already proven and considered by judges when stating that defendant is guilty based on this Article 2 verse 1 of the Corruption Criminal Act."
