Alat analisis strategi menggunakan metode Balanced Score Card (BSC) untuk menganalisis manajemen kinerja internal dari sisi keuangan dan non-keuangan dengan seimbang. Data primer diperoleh melalui angket dan kuesioner. Angket dengan metode closed ended question untuk mengetahui pemahaman karyawan terhadap implementasi BSC. Sedangkan, kuesioner dengan format scale response question berbasis skala Likert digunakan untuk mengukur pembobotan KPI."

Masalah yang sering dihadapi adalah terjadinya downtime pada jaringan komputer terutama pada jaringan WAN (Wide Area Network). Kondisi geografis tiap kantor cabang, keandalan komponen jaringan, dampak aktivitas pembangunan prasarana, catu daya listrik, dan faktor cuaca sering kali menimbulkan berbagai permasalahan sulit pada layanan jaringan. Hilangnya ketersediaan pada layanan jaringan akan berdampak pada terhentinya penggunaan sistem informasi.Untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut dan sebagai upaya meningkatkan ketersediaan layanan, diterapkan manajemen ketersediaan pada layanan jaringan. Penelitian ini menggunakan kerangka kerja ITIL Ver. 3 sebagai panduan untuk manajemen ketersediaan. Langkah-langkah yang dilakukan melibatkan reactive activities dan proactive activities yang merupakan kunci utama dalam proses manajemen ketersediaan. Hasil yang diharapkan dari rancangan/ penerapan sistem manajemen ketersediaan ini dapat meminimalisasi resiko ketersediaan, mempersingkat waktu downtime layanan jaringan, dan membantu dalam memastikan tingkat ketersediaan layanan yang diberikan sesuai atau melebihi kebutuhan bisnis yang telah disepakati saat ini dan masa depan dengan biaya yang efektif.

In this regard, the provision of information systems needs to be supported by the availability of reliable information technology infrastructure.

One of very important aspect in the provision of the information system is a computer network service availability. The problems that often occured is the downtime on computer networks, especially in the WAN (Wide Area Network). The geographical conditions of each branch office, the reliability of network components, the impact of infrastructure development activities, electrical power supply, and weather conditions often lead to complicated problems in network services. The loss of availability of the network services have an impact on the cessation of the use of information systems.

To overcome these problems, and as an effort to increase the availability of services, conducted availability management implementation on network services. This study uses the ITIL framework Ver. 3 as a guide to availability management. The performed activities involving reactive and proactive activities that the key element in the management process availability. The expected result of the design / implementation of the availability management system can minimize the risk of availability, shorten the downtime of network services, and assist in ensuring the availability of services provided meet or exceed agreed business needs of current and future cost-effective manner."

"Video Streaming merupakan sebuah aplikasi yang sangat bergantung pada kondisi jaringan, saat ini dapat dilakukan oleh user tidak saja hanya dari komputer PC, tetapi juga dengan perangkat mobile yang lain. Hal ini ditunjang oleh teknologi jaringan wireless sehingga video streaming dapat dilakukan dalam kondisi mobile.Pada penelitian ini akan dilakukan perancangan dan pengukuran terhadap parameter-parameter kualitas layanan jaringan dan parameter-parameter data multimedia selama user melakukan streaming Hasil pengukuran akan digunakan untuk menganalisa kinerja jaringan wireless untuk aplikasi video streaming.Pengukuran dilakukan terhadap aktifitas video streaming menggunakan aplikasi yang dibuat menggunakan Microsoft Visual Basic pada sisi server dan Microsoft Embedded Visual Basic pada sisi client. Pengukuran juga dilakukan terhadap parameter-parameter kualitas layanan menggunakan Program Sniffer Pro 4.5 dan Bandwidth Controller. Kedua pengukuran di atas dilakukan pada indoor dan outdoor. Pengaruh mobilitas user terhadap unjuk kerja streaming juga diuji dalam penelitian ini.Dari penelitian ini didapatkan bahwa kapasitas bandwidth dari server harus lebih besar dari bit rate file yang akan di stream. Packet loss dan Delay sebagai akibat dari adanya keterbatasan bandwidth sangat mengganggu aktifitas streaming yang sedang berjalan. Mobilitas user selama dalam daerah jangkauan dengan kualitas link lebih besar dari 10% dan kecepatan mobilitas kurang dari 5 km/jam tidak mengganggu proses streaming.

Video Streaming is an application that has strong dependency on the network condition, which now can be accessed by the user not only from a PC, but also can be done from another mobile devices. This purposed is supported by wireless network technology so that video streaming application can be access in mobile condition in this research, the application of video streaming than is accessed from mobile terminal will be designed and some parameters of the network services such as the network quality will be measured. The results will be used to analyze the performance of the video streaming application in wireless network.The measurement is proposed for video streaming activity using Microsoft Visual Basic at server and Microsoft Embedded Visual Basic at client. The parameter of the service quality is also measured using Snifter Pro 4.5 and Bandwidth Controller. Both of the above measuring is proposed at indoor and outdoor environment. User mobility effect for the performance of streaming is evaluated in this research.As the result, bandwidth capacity of the system should be greater than bit rate of the streamed file. The packet loss and the delay as the effect of the limited bandwidth disturbed the running streaming activity. From the experiment, the experiment, the link quality is 10% greater when the position of the user is in coverage area and if the velocity of user less than 5 km/hours, if is no effect for the streaming process."

Indeed the dominant cost of most telecommunication network is the access network itself and typically can demand up to 80% of the total investment required.The book presents an overview of the access network and discusses the technologies that are available. "Named Data Networking NDN merupakan arsitektur alternatif yang direncanakan untuk menggantikan infrastruktur yang digunakan saat ini. Prinsip NDN yang menerapkan transmisi data berbasis nama konten membuatnya menjadi arsitektur yang sangat cocok dengan tren internet saat ini yang berbasis pada konten. NDN-RTC merupakan suatu library berbasis bahasa pemrograman C yang digunakan untuk membangun komunikasi videoconferencing secara real-time di atas jaringan NDN. Untuk saat ini pada sistem operasi Linux NDN-RTC hanya mendukung pengiriman data video yang telah direkam sebelumnya. Dalam penelitian ini akan diterapkan penggunaan GStreamer untuk mendapatkan data langsung dari pengguna tanpa harus direkam terlebih dahulu, dan penggunaan ffplay untuk dapat langsung mengakses video yang telah ditransmisi sehingga terbangun real-time videoconferencing. Eksperimen menunjukkan bahwa implementasi tersebut dalam komunikasi satu arah antara producer dan consumer telah mencapai keberhasilan efisiensi fetching data sebesar 97 . Saat diterapkan ke komunikasi dua arah tingkat efisiensi fetching data rata-rata sebesar 23,5 . Penelitian ini juga memaparkan kemungkinan pengembangan lebih lanjut dari NDN-RTC dari segi kualitas video dan pengembangan library NDN-RTC itu sendiri.

Named Data Networking NDN is an alternative architecture that is planned to replace the infrastructure currently in use. The NDN principle that implements content based data transmission makes it an architecture that fits perfectly with the current internet trends that is based on content. NDN RTC is a library based on C programming language used to build real rime videoconferencing communication over NDN network. For now on Linux operating system, NDN RTC only supports transmission data from previously recorded video data. This research uses GStreamer to get the data directly from user without recorded first, and ffplay to be able to directly access the video that has been transmitted so as to build real time videoconferencing. Expreriments show that such implementation in one way communication between producer and consumer has achieved a successful fetching efficiency of 97 . When applied to two way communication the average data fetching efficiency rate is 23,5 . This research will also describes the possibility of further development of NDN RTC in terms of video quality and development of NDN RTC library itself."
