"Latar Belakang: Dalam Keputusan Menteri Kesehatan tentang Gerakan Akselerasi Imunisasi 2010-2014 Nasional Universal Child Immunization (GAIN UCI 2010-2014) dinyatakan bahwa secara penurunan cakupan maupun oleh umum permasalahan fakt kualitas pelayanan imunisasi disebabkan oleh beberapa hal, di antaranya kekurangan jumlah kualitas dan distribusi pengelola vaksin Metode: Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan kuesioner Met penelusuran data mendalam, melalui wawancara sekunder dan observasi. Analisis data dilakukan dan dengan melakukan skoring data pendidikan, lama kerja, pelatihan dan pengetahuan Hasil: Jumlah petugas pengelola vaksin masih kurang, beberapa mel kabupaten/kota hanya memiliki satu dinas kesehatan pengelola Program imunisasi yang merangkap sebagai kela pengelola vaksin, begitu juga dengan beberapa Puskesmas yang hanya memiliki satu pengelola program imunisasi yang merangkap pengelola vaksin seb dan juru imunisasi. Sementara dalam pedoman kept imunisasi dibutuhkan minimal dua penyelenggaraan pengelola vaksin dan tenaga pelaksana. Pengetahuan ikut di puskesmas masih kurang, terutama dalam hal pengenalan vaksin dan pengenalan rantai vaksin Sar untuk (ILR) Pengelola vaksin di Dinkes Provinsi sudah mendapatkan pelatihan, namun pengelola vaksin Kabupaten/Kota dan Puskesmas belum Dinkes semua mendapat pelatihan, Pengetahuan pengelola vaksin di Puskesmas masih kurang, terutama dalam Kat duku hal pengenalan vaksin dan pengenalan Coldchain(LR), Saran: Diperlukan penambahan kuantitas dan kualitas pengelola vaksin, karena kualitas pengelola vaksin sangat betpengaruh terhadap kualitas vaksin."

"Tenaga kesehatan di luar dokter, dokter gigi dan pekerja kefarmasian selama ini melakukan perizinan dalam bentuk registrasi yang bersifat administrasi tanpa melihat dan menilai kemampuan tenaga tersebut. Hal ini menjadi pertanyaan bagaimana mutu dan kualitas tenaga kesehatan yang secara langsung maupun tidak langsung mempengaruhi mutu layanan kesehatan saat ini. Penelitian ini difokuskan pada proses formulasi kebijakan registrasi tenaga kesehatan yang meliputi bagaimana proses formulasi kebijakan, sumberdaya pendukung, peran dan fungsi dan peran pemangku kebijakan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisa formulasi kebijakan Registrasi Tenaga Kesehatan dalam Permenkes Nomor 1796/MENKES/PER/VIII/2011 dalam menjamin mutu tenaga kesehatan terhadap peningkatan pelayanan terhadap tenaga kesehatan."

"One of the Indonesian health problems is under 5-year child`s mortality still high. This highly mortality is caused by Pneumonia (10, 6/1000 children. The effort to decrease this problem is by enchanting Acute Respiratory Tract Infection (ARTI) service standard, which the health workers compliance to the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) can be performed. The strategy to overcome this problem is by approaching the Quality Assurance.
The objective of this study is to get the description of staff level compliance to the standard operating procedure of the ARTI service at the Health centers. In the otherhand also to find the correlation of characteristic factors and the dominant factors to health workers compliance. This study was carried out on April until May 2001 at 7 Health Centers, where the Quality Assurance had already applied. The objects of this study were 35 health workers who conduct the ARTI health serviceman. This study was cross sectional, analyzing univariate, bivariate and also multivariate were used to find the distribution, correlation and the major factors.
The result showed that the proportion of the health workers compliance at those 7 Health Centers are still low, especially for the counseling activity. The bivariate analysis showed that there was a predominant factor, as knowledge, training and supervision significantly correlated to the compliance of the Health workers. Multivariate analysis showed us that the most dominant factor is Health training concerning to the ARTI. Supporting this effort, staff training is needed to improve the quality of the health services.

"Peristiwa traumatis dapat berdampak pada kehidupan seseorang, baik itu negatif maupun positif. Dampak positif setelah peristiwa traumatis disebut PTG. Pertumbuhan Pascatrauma (PTG) adalah sejumlah perubahan psikologis positif karena pergumulan batin terjadi di dalam diri seseorang sehubungan dengan peristiwa traumatis yang dialaminya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat gambaran pertumbuhan pasca trauma (PTG) dari para kandidat petugas kesehatan di cluster ilmu kesehatan UI. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan Desain deskriptif dengan sampel 378 siswa. Sampel dipilih dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 50,2% siswa mengalami pertumbuhan pasca trauma (PTG) pada tingkat tinggi dan 49,8% siswa mengalami pertumbuhan pasca trauma (PTG) pada tingkat rendah. Selain itu menurut domain, sebagian besar siswa mengalami pertumbuhan pasca trauma tingkat tinggi (PTG) di Apresiasi domain untuk kehidupan mahasiswa kesehatan sebesar 61,5% sedangkan terbanyak banyak siswa mengalami pertumbuhan pasca trauma tingkat rendah (PTG) dalam domain tersebut berhubungan dengan orang lain berjumlah 49,1% dari mahasiswa kesehatan. Hasil penelitian ini merekomendasikan agar ada peningkatan kegiatan seperti pengenalan pengetahuan tentang pertumbuhan pasca trauma (PTG) untuk mahasiswa kesehatan.

Traumatic events can have an impact on a person's life, be it negative or positive. The positive impact after a traumatic event is called PTG. Post-traumatic growth (PTG) is a number of positive psychological changes due to inner struggles occurring within a person in connection with the traumatic event they are experiencing. This study aims to see a picture of post-traumatic growth (PTG) of health worker candidates in the UI health science cluster. The research was conducted using a descriptive design with a sample of 378 students. The sample was selected using purposive sampling method. The results showed that 50.2% of students experienced post-traumatic growth (PTG) at a high level and 49.8% of students experienced post-traumatic growth (PTG) at a low level. Additionally by domain, most of the students experienced high rate of posttraumatic growth (PTG) in The appreciation of the domain for the life of health students was 61.5%, while most students experienced low-level post-traumatic growth (PTG) in the domain relating to other people amounting to 49.1% of health students. The results of this study recommend that there be an increase in activities such as the introduction of knowledge about post-traumatic growth (PTG) for health students."

"Kolaborasi interprofesional merupakan hal penting dalam pelayanan perawatan. Stereotip dianggap sebagai hambatan dalam penerapan kolaborasi interprofesional. Artikel ini merupakan hasil penelitian yang bertujuan untuk membuktikan adanya hubungan stereotip terhadap implementasi kolaborasi tenaga kesehatan di RSUD Pasar Rebo. Penelitian ini menggunakan metoda deskriptif analitik cross sectional. Responden penelitian ini yaitu dokter, perawat, ahli gizi, dan farmasis (N=88). Sampel penelitian diambil dengan cara stratified random sampling. Penelitian menggunakan Student Stereotypes Rating Questionnaire (SSRQ) dan Assessment of Interprofessional Team Collaboration Scale (AITCS) sebagai instrumen penelitian.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya hubungan antara stereotip terhadap implementasi kolaborasi tenaga kesehatan (p=0.009; α=0.05). Analisis bivariat menunjukkan stereotip kategorik rendah berdasarkan 9 poin yang ada di SSRQ dan implementasi kolaborasi buruk berdasarkan partnership/shared decision making, coorperation, dan coordination mendominasi. Rekomendasi penelitian ini adalah perlu dilakukan penelitian lebih lanjut, mengupayakan meningkatkan hubungan interpersonal dengan tenaga kesehatan lainnya melalui pendekatan pemahaman peran masing-masing tenaga kesehatan dan memfasilitasi upaya tersebut merupakan hal yang penting.

Interprofessional collaboration is essential in healthcare. Stereotype are considered as barrier for interprofessional collaboration practice. This aim of this article is to prove the significant correlation between stereotype and interprofessional collaboration practice in RSUD Pasar Rebo. Cross sectional analytical was used in this study. Participants were healthcare provider which consist of physician, nurse, pharmacy, and dietitian in RSUD Pasar Rebo (N=88). This study used Student Stereotypes Rating Questionnaire (SSRQ) and Assessment of Interprofessional Team Collaboration Scale (AITCS) as its instrument. Sample were taken by stratified random sampling.
This study showed there is correlation between stereotype with interprofessional collaboration practice (p=0.009; α=0.05). The result of bivariate analysis showed that low stereotype based on 9 point in SSRQ and bad implementation interprofessional collaboration based on partnership/shared decision making, cooperation, and coordination dominates. Based on result, to do other research is needed, the effort to do more in interpersonal relationship with understanding of each role member team, and facilitate this effort is important.

"Public health center reform as decentralization step in health sector had poured into SK Menkes No. 128/MENKES/SK/2004 about public health center basic policies. The aims of this research are to identified policy and strategy of district health office on health center reform included health human resources reform, health effort reform, health financing reform, and health management reform. The research done in 6 provinces, by purposive sampling that is DIY, Bengkulu, South Kalimantan, South Sulawesi, East Kalimantan and papua province. Each province chosen 1 regency and 1 municipality. Health Center which performing reform chose, amount of sample health center around 52 units. Data collecting done by indepth interview, secondary data and focus group discussion (FGD), and y descriptive analysis. The result of research indicating that policy and strategy District Health Office in supporting health center reform, (a) in HRD reform performed through flattening health personnel with job contract, (b) in health center effort reform through improving health services access ad revitalization, (c) in health financing reform performed with health center services with Certification ISO 9001 and Community Based Health Effort (UKBM) revitalization. Therefore necessary done institutional established in regional and relation manner, as well as allocating health budget suitable with determined health development objectives"
