"[Saat ini persaingan bisnis kuliner di Indonesia semakin ketat, hal ini ditandai dengan semakin banyaknya perusahaan-perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang kuliner masuk ke pasar untuk saling berkompetisi. Coffee Toffee merupakan bisnis kuliner yang menonjolkan produk kopi. Dalam majalah Franchise (2013) disebutkan bahwa Coffee Toffee merupakan salah satu brand yang memegang gelar The Best Franchise To Invest dan Top of Mind Local Coffee Franchise. Melihat adanya fenomena tersebut peneliti bertujuan untuk menganalisa pengaruh dari Brand Experience, Satisfaction dan Brand Trust terhadap Brand Loyalty pada Coffee Toffee ini.Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah konsumen Coffee Toffee sebanyak 216 responden. Data diolah dengan menggunakan metode Structural Equation Modelling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Brand Experience memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap Satisfaction. Satisfaction juga memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap repurchase intention dan WoM yang merupakan sub dimensi dari loyalty. Disisi lain variabel Brand experience juga memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap Brand Trust. Namun Brand Trust tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap repurchase intention dan WoM. Hasil lain juga menunjukkan bahwa adanya pengaruh langsung dari Brand Experience terhadap repurchase intention dan WoM yang merupakan sub dimensi dari loyalty.

"Brand Experience merupakan konseptualisasi respon internal konsumen secara subjektif (sensasi, perasaan, dan kognisi) dan juga respon secara perilaku yang muncul dari stimuli yang berhubungan dengan merek yang merupakan bagian dari desain dan identitas merek, packaging, komunikasi, dan lingkungan. Di mata konsumen, merek berfungsi sebagai pembentuk hubungan antara dirinya dengan merek tersebut, sehingga pengalaman konsumen dengan merek menjadi satu hal yang penting dalam terciptanya hubungan ini. Karya tulis ini akan berfokus pada pengalaman bersama merek, kepuasan, kepercayaan terhadap merek dan pengaruhnya pada loyalitas konsumen terhadap merek tersebut.

Brand experience is conceptualized as sensations, feelings, cognitions, and behavioral responses evoked by brand-related stimuli that are part of a brand's design and identity, packaging, communications, and environments. From customers point of view, brand is a relationship-builder between them and the brand itself, thus their experiences with a brand become an important element in creating that relationship. This thesis will be focused on experience with a brand, satisfaction, and trust toward the brand and their effect on customer's loyalty.

"Penelitian ini mengkajipengaruhbrand experience terhadap brand satisfaction, brand trust dan brand loyaltydi Blitzmegaplex Grand Indonesia. Enam hipotesis dikemukakan dan secara empiris untuk mengujinya satu set data sampel yang terdiri dari 150 responden dikumpulkan di Blitzmegaplex Grand Indonesia.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan brand experience berpengaruh positif terhadap brand satisfaction dan brand loyalty secara signifikan. Berdasarkan temuan penelitian, implikasi managerial dibuat dan keterbatasan serta saran untuk penelitian selanjutnya. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi pengetahuan baru untuk literatur brand management yang sudah ada di Indonesia.

This study examines the influence of consumer brand experience on brand satisfaction, brand trust and brand loyalty in Blitzmegaplex Grand Indonesia. Six hyphotheses are posited and in order empirically test them, a sample data set of 150 was collected from Blitzmegaplex Grand Indonesia.
The result indicate that brand experience positively influence brand satisfaction and brand loyalty in a significant way. Drawing from the study's findings, managerial implications are discussed and limitations and future research are suggested. By and large, this study immensely contributes new knowledge to the existing body of brand management literatur in Indonesia.

"Konsumen sekarang sudah tidak lagi mencari brand yang hanya dapat memberikan mereka tangible benefits, tetapi juga yang dapat memberikan intangible benefits. Mereka mencari brand yang dapat memikat dan menyentuh hati, sesuatu yang menarik. Konsumen menginginkan sesuatu yang lebih dari sebuah produk, mereka ingin merasakan sesuatu untuk merasa puas. Penting bagi sebuah brand untuk mengaplikasikan experiential marketing, untuk mencapai keberlanjutan pada bisnis. Yang kedepannya, dapat melahirkan konsumen yang loyal pada brand. Penelitian sebelumnya menunjukan hasil yang signifikan terhadap efek dari pengimplementasian brand experience terhadap terbentuknya brand loyalty, dengan efek mediasi terhadap hubungan tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa efek positif dari brand experience terhadap brand loyalty yang dimediasi oleh perceived quality, brand love, dan brand trust, dengan menggunakan konteks studi brand Sejauh Mata Memandang. Metode purposive sampling digunakan untuk mengambil data dari 196 responden yang berusia 15 hingga 65 tahun, yang sebelumnya telah membeli produk dari Sejauh Mata Memandang dalam kurun waktu satu tahun terakhir. PLS-SEM kemudian digunakan untuk mengolah data tersebut. Penemuan pada penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa efek dari brand experience terhadap brand loyalty terbukti tidak signifikan. Meskipun begitu, hubungan keduanya dimediasi secara signifikan melalui brand love dan brand trust.

Consumers nowadays are no longer looking for brands who can only provide them with tangible benefits, but also ones with intangible benefits as well. They seek brands who can captivate their senses and touch their hearts with something that is fascinating, real and authentic. Consumers want more than a product, they want experience to be satisfied. It is critical for brands to practice experiential marketing in order to achieve business sustainability. Ultimately this would also result in loyal consumers towards the brand. Previous studies have shown significant results from implementing brand experiences towards building brand loyalty—with mediating effects in the relationship. This study aims to examine the positive effect of brand experiences towards brand loyalty mediated by perceived quality, brand love, and brand trust, in the context of Sejauh Mata Memandang. Purposive sampling methods were used to collect data from 196 respondents aged 15 to 65 who had purchased any products from Sejauh Mata Memandang in the previous year. Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) was then used to process the data collected. The findings of this study suggest that the effect of brand experience on brand loyalty has been proven to be positively insignificant. However, the relationship between brand experience and brand loyalty are mediated by brand love and brand trust."

"Pasar produk perawatan tubuh pria sudah semakin meningkat pesat dan produk-produknya dihadirkan dalam berbagai bentuk yang berbeda, namun masih kurang inovatif karena masih banyak permintaan atau kebutuhan pria yang tidak terjawab dengan produk yang ada di pasar sekarang, terutama permintaan akan produk perawatan tubuh pria halal. Merek Kahf hadir sebagai produk perawatan pria halal yang dapat memberikan pengalaman yang positif bagi konsumennya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh halal brand personality dan brand experience terhadap brand prestige, brand trust, customer satisfaction dan brand loyalty pada brand halal. Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah non-probability judgemental sampling. Survei dilakukan pada masyarakat Indonesia yang pernah membeli dan menggunakan produk perawatan Kahf. Pengolahan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik analisis Structural Equation Model (SEM). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang positif dari halal brand personality dan brand experience terhadap brand prestige Kahf, yang lanjutnya berpengaruh positif pada brand trust dan customer satisfaction serta attitudinal loyalty.

The market for men's body care products has increased rapidly and the products are presented in many different forms. However, this market is still not innovative enough as there are still many unanswered demands with existing products in the market today, especially the demand for halal male personal care products. Kahf brand is here as a halal male care product to provide a positive experience for its consumers. This study aims to analyze the effect of halal brand personality and brand experience on brand prestige, brand trust, customer satisfaction and brand loyalty to halal brand. The sampling method used was non-probability judgmental sampling. The survey was conducted on Indonesians who have bought and used personal care Kahf. Data processing was performed using the Structural Equation Model (SEM) analysis technique. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive effect of halal brand personality and brand experience on Kahf's brand brand prestige, which in turn has a positive effect on brand trust and customer satisfaction and attitudinal loyalty.

Hal ini menyebabkan perusahaan terdorong untuk mempertahankan dan mengembangkan usahanya. Cara yang dapat dilakukan adalah meningkatkan loyalitas merek. Loyalitas merek dapat ditimbulkan oleh beberapa hal yaitu pengalaman merek, kepribadian merek, kepercayaan merek, dan kepuasan merek. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh langsung maupun tidak langsung antara pengalaman merek, kepribadian merek, dan kepercayaan merek terhadap loyalitas merek melalui kepuasan merek. Data primer diperoleh dengan menggunakan metode survei melalui kuesioner. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa dengan rentang usia 18-25 tahun yang berdomisili di Jabodetabek dan pernah membeli produk Mixue Ice Cream & Tea minimal dua kali pembelian dalam kurun waktu satu bulan. Data dianalisis dengan analisis regresi linier berganda, analisis jalur, dan uji sobel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengalaman merek dan kepercayaan merek berpengaruh secara langsung terhadap kepuasan merek sedangkan kepribadian merek tidak berpengaruh secara langsung. Pengalaman merek, kepribadian merek, kepercayaan merek, dan kepuasan merek juga berpengaruh secara langsung terhadap loyalitas merek. Hasil uji sobel membuktikan bahwa kepuasan merek memediasi pengalaman merek dan kepercayaan merek terhadap loyalitas merek melalui kepuasan merek. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa pengalaman merek dan kepercayaan merek berpengaruh secara tidak langsung terhadap loyalitas merek sedangkan kepribadian merek tidak memiliki pengaruh secara tidak langsung terhadap loyalitas merek.

This research is motivated by the increasingly positive growth of the food and beverages (F&B) industry and fierce business competition. This causes the company to be encouraged to maintain and develop its business. The way that can be done is to increase brand loyalty. Brand loyalty can be generated by several things, namely brand experience, brand personality, brand trust, and brand satisfaction. This study aimed to analyst the direct and indirect effects of brand experience, brand personality, and brand trust on brand loyalty through brand satisfaction. Primary data was obtained using a survey method through a questionnaire. The sample in this study were students aged 18–25 who lived in Jabodetabek and had purchased Mixue Ice Cream & Tea products at least twice within one month. Data were analyzed by multiple linear regression analysis, path analysis, and Sobel test. The results showed that brand experience and brand trust directly affect brand satisfaction, while brand personality has no direct effect. Brand experience, brand personality, brand trust, and brand satisfaction also have a direct effect on brand loyalty. The Sobel test results prove that brand satisfaction mediates brand experience and brand trust on brand loyalty through brand satisfaction. This shows that brand experience and brand trust indirectly affect brand loyalty, while brand personality has no indirect effect on brand loyalty."

"ABSTRAK
Meningkatnya kepedulian konsumen terhadap lingkungan dapat dijadikan peluang bagi perusahaan untuk mengembangkan suatu strategi guna memenuhi kebutuhan dan keinginan konsumen yang terkait dengan lingkungan. Terkait dengan hal tersebut salah satu cara yang dapat dilakukan untuk dapat meningkatkan citra dari produk atau merek yang dihasilkan perusahaan adalah melalui penerapan strategi green marketing, yang merupakan wujud dari kepedulian perusahaan atas dampak yang dapat terjadi dari produk yang dihasilkan oleh perusahaan. Penelitian ini membahas tentang pengaruh dari green brand image terhadap green satisfaction, green trust, dan green brand equity pada merek Tupperware. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pada kelompok responden yang memiliki pengetahuan terhadap program kepedulian lingkungan merek Tupperware, variabel green brand image memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap green satisfaction dan green trust. Sedangkan antara green brand image dengan green brand equity, green satisfaction dengan green brand equity, dan green trust dengan green brand equity menunjukkan tidak terdapat pengaruh. Untuk kelompok responden yang tidak mengetahui program kepedulian lingkungan merek Tupperware hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa green brand image berpengaruh positif terhadap green satisfaction dan green trust sedangkan terhadap green brand equity menunjukkan pengaruh negatif. Kemudian antara green satisfaction dengan green brand equity menujukkan pengaruh positif dan antara green trust dengan green brand equity menunjukkan tidak terdapat pengaruh.

ABSTRACT
Increased consumer concern for the environment can be used as an opportunity for companies to develop a strategy to meet the needs and desires of consumers related to the environment. Related to this is one way that can be done to improve the image of the product or the brand that the company is through the implementation of green marketing strategy, which is a manifestation of the company's concern over the impact that may occur from products produced by the company. This research discusses the effect of green brand image toward green satisfaction, green trust, and green brand equity in the Tupperware brand. The results of this study showed that the group of respondents who have knowledge of the environmental program of Tupperware, green brand image has positive influence on green satisfaction and green trust. While between green brand image with green brand equity, green satisfaction with green brand equity and green trust with green brand equity showed there is no effect. For the group of respondents who have not knowledge of the environmental program of Tupperware, the result showed that green brand image has positive influence on green satisfaction and green trust while the green brand equity showed a negative effect. Then between green satisfaction with green brand equity showed a positive influence and green trust to green brand equity showed there is no effect"

"[Penelitian ini berisi tentang pengaruh dari employee brand trust dan employee brand commitment terhadap brand citizenship behavior. Hipotesis yang diuji menggunakan data yang diambil dari 151 orang pramugari dan pramugara pada sebuah perusahaan BUMN yang bergerak di bidang penerbangan melalui survei online dan survei secara langsung. Dengan menggunakan structural equation modeling, hasil yang didapat adalah berpengaruhnya secara positif employee brand trust terhadap employee brand commitment begitu pula terhadap brand citizenship behavior. Pengaruh mediasi employee brand commitment terhadap employee brand trust dan brand citizenship behavior juga terbukti dalam penelitian ini.

"Penelitian ini meneliti pengaruh brand experience,brand satisfaction, brand trust terhadap brand loyalty pada Natasha Skin Clinic Cabang Depok. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menyebarkan kuesioner ke 100 responden dengan teknik pengambilan sampel non-probability sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa brand experience berpengaruh positif terhadap brand satisfaction, brand experience berpengaruh positif terhadap brand trust, brand satisfaction berpengaruh positif terhadap brand loyalty, brand trust berpengaruh positif terhadap brand loyalty dan brand experience berpengaruh positif terhadap brand loyalty.

This study examines the effect of brand experience, brand satisfaction, brand trust on brand loyalty at the Depok Natasha Skin Clinic Branch. This study uses a quantitative approach by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents with a non-probability sampling technique. The results showed that brand experience has a positive effect on brand satisfaction, brand experience has a positive effect on brand trust, brand satisfaction has a positive effect on brand loyalty, brand trust has a positive effect on brand loyalty and brand experience has a positive effect on brand loyalty."
