Tingginya biaya pendidikan tinggi membuat beberapa mahasiswa berusaha memenuhi kebutuhan hidup melalui wirausaha. Optimisme dan kreativitas merupakan faktor penting dalam menunjang kesuksesan berwirausaha (Manove, 2000, dalam Chyi-Lyi, 2013 ; Lee, Florida, & Acs, 2004). Chyi-Lyi (2013) dalam penelitiannya menemukan korelasi positif yang signifikan antara optimisme dengan kreativitas pada pelaku wirausaha. Maka dari itu penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran dan hubungan antara optimisme dengan kreativitas (kemampuan kreatif) pada mahasiswa yang berwirausaha. Pengambilan data dilakukan pada 43 mahasiswa Universitas Indonesia yang berwirausaha yang tersebar dalam Sembilan fakultas dan program vokasi. Adapun alat ukur yang digunakan untuk mengukur optimisme adalah berupa kuesioner Life Orientation Test-Revised (LOT-R) yang dikembangkan oleh Scheier, Carver, dan Bridges (1994), sedangkan batere Tes Kreativitas Verbal (TKV) yang dikembangkan oleh Munandar (1977) digunakan untuk mengukur kemampuan berpikir kreatif. Teknik analisis statistik yang digunakan untuk mengetahui hubungan kedua variabel yaitu menggunakan pearson correlation. Dalam penelitian ini, diketahui bahwa sebagian besar partisipan memiliki optimisme dan kemampuan kreatif yang tinggi, namun demikian tidak ditemukan hubungan yang signifikan antara kedua variabel, optimisme belum cukup kuat untuk mampu menjelaskan kreativitas dalam berwirausaha dari segi kemampuan berpikir kreatif.

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat hubungan antara Adversity Quotient dengan Intensi Berwirausaha pada karyawan dalam perusahaan X. Adversity Quotient merupakan pola respon seseorang dalam menghadapi kesulitan. Hal ini mengacu pada seberapa jauh seseorang mampu bertahan dalam menghadapi kesulitan dan kemampuan untuk mengatasinya (Stoltz, 2000). Sedangkan intensi berwirausaha menunjukkan pada seberapa besar kemauan seseorang untuk menunjukkan tingkah laku bewirausaha (Linan & Chen, 2006).
Tidak hanya itu, penelitian ini juga bertujuan untuk memperoleh gambaran adversity quotient seperti yang diungkapkan oleh Stoltz (2000), dan intensi berwirausaha seperti yang diungkapkan oleh Linan & Chen (2006), pada karyawan perusahaan X. Penelitian ini termasuk di dalam penelitian kuantitatif ex post field study yang bersifat korelasional. Responden dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 107 orang dan merupakan karyawan yang berasal dari suatu perusahaan di Jakarta (dalam penelitian ini disebut dengan perusahaan X).
Analisis dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan beberapa kesimpulan, yang pertama adalah terdapat hubungan positif (r 0,462) yang signifikan pada los 0,05 antara Adversity Quotient dan intensi berwirausaha pada responden dalam penelitian ini. Artinya semakin tinggi Adversity Quotient seseorang maka semakin tinggi pula intensi berwirausaha yang dimilikinya. Hasil yang kedua adalah sebagian besar responden dalam penelitian ini memiliki tingkat kemampuan dalam menghadapi situasi sulit yang sedang dan intensi untuk berwirausaha yang tinggi.

The purpose of this research is to identify the relation between adversity quotient and entrepreneurial intention among employees in company X. Adversity Quotient reflects how far someone can hold in diversity situations and ability to overcome it (Stoltz, 2000). Entrepreneurial Intention reflects how much his/her desirability to do entrepreneurial behavior (Linan & Chen, 2006).
Furthermore, this research is also try to find the description profile about adversity quotient, and entrepreneurial intention among employees in company X. This research is a quantitative research with non experimental design method, characteristic by ex post facto fields study. 107 respondent being participate on this research in which they are come from company X.
The research results showed that: 1) The employee in company X have medium level adversity quotient; 2) The employee in company X have high level entrepreneurial intention; 3) There is a significant positive correlation between adversity quotient and entrepreneurial intention among employee in company X."

Pendidikan kewirausahaan yang diberikan pada mahasiswa Ekstensi jurusan Manajemen Bisnis dan Manajemen Small Medium Entreprise dapat memberikan pengaruh terhadap intensi wirausaha mahasiswanya lewat terlebih dahulu mempengaruhi sikap positif mahasiswa terhadap kewirausahaan dan meningkatkan kontrol perilaku kewirausahaan.

"Kewirausahaan dipercaya sebagai kekuatan penting dalam pertumbuhan ekonomi global yang menciptakan usaha baru dan pertumbuhan ekonomi dan sebagai salah satu solusi untuk masalah pengangguran. Sedangkan pendidikan kewirausahaan merupakan komponen penting dari bisnis pendidikan sekolah yang telah terbukti memberikan stimulus bagi individu dalam membuat dan atau mempertimbangkan wirausaha sebagai pilihan karir sehingga meningkatkan penciptaan usaha baru dan pertumbuhan ekonomi.
Penelitian ini didesain untuk melihat bagaimana pengaruh pendidikan kewirausahaan sebelumnya berkontribusi pada niat kewirausahaan mahasiswa dengan pendekatan dari integrasi dua teori yaitu Theory of Entrepreneurial Event (Shapero and Sokol, 1982) dan Theory of Planned Behaviour ( Ajzen, 1991) yang memiliki tiga konstruksi pusat ? Perceived Desirability of Self Employment, Perceived Feasibility of Entrepreneurship , dan Entrepreneurship Intention.
Penelitian dilakukan dengan sampel 71 responden mahasiswa PE FE UI. Survey dilakukan secara online selama bulan Mei - Juni 2012. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis multivariate dengan metode Partial Least Square. Dan hasil analisis diperoleh hasil bahwa Entrepreneurial Education memiliki pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Entrepreneurial Intention.

Entrepreneurship is believed to be an important force in global economic growth that creates new businesses and economic growth, and as one solution to the problem of unemployment. While entrepreneurship education is an important component of business school education has been shown to provide stimulus for the individual in making or considering entrepreneurship as a career choice that enhances the creation of new businesses and economic growth.
This study was designed to see how the influence of the earlier entrepreneurial education contributed to the entrepreneurial intentions of students with the approach of integration of the two theories : Theory of Entrepreneurial Event (Shapero and Sokol, 1982) and Theory of Planned Behaviour (Ajzen, 1991) which has three central constructs - Perceived Desirability of Self Employment, Perceived Feasibility of Entrepreneurship, and Entrepreneurship Intention.
The study was conducted with a sample of 71 respondents of PE FE UI students. The survey was conducted online during the month of May-June 2012. Data analysis methods used are the multivariate analysis by Partial Least Square method. And analytical results obtained results that Entrepreneurial Education has a significant positive effect on Entrepreneurial Intention.

"Perubahan yang sangat cepat di lingkungan pendidikan tinggi tidak terbatas pada stakeholders seperti dosen, mahasiswa, pengguna, pasar tenaga kerja dan orang tua mahasiwa, bahkan pesaing, baik pendidikan tinggi sejenis maupun bukan sejenis. Era persaingan telah memasuki lingkungan pendidikan tinggi. Persaingan rnenuntut adanya organisasi yang senantiasa dinamik, fleksibel, dan mampu beradaptasi dengan jaman. Organisasi yang bersifat inovatif, imajinatif, kreatif, berani mengambil risiko dan berkewirausahaan akan Iebih mampu beradaptasi terhadap industri yang berubah dengan cepat (Kotter & Heskett;1992:45).
Untuk menghadapi persaingan, Akademi Kimia Analisis Bogor harus menjadi organisasi yang berkewirausahaan. Visi AKA Bogor yaitu ?Menjadi perguruan tinggi yang mandiri dan unggul dalam menghasilkan tenaga profesional dan kompeten di bidang kimia anafitik serta menjadi mitra industri dalam pemecahan masalah" merupakan indikator adanya penerapan prinsip kewirausahaan. Namun demikian, bagaimanakah penerapan prinsip kewirausahaan tersebut ?
Penelitian ini menggunakan metode peneiitian deskriptif analitis yang dimaksudkan memberikan gambaran terhadap suatu fenomena sosial atau permasalahan terlentu. Kewirausahaan diukur dengan menggunakan 48 buah pernyataan yang dikembangkan Spencer & Spencer ditambah 13 buah pernyataan tentang inovasi yang dikembangkan oleh Dimension Development International.
Dan populasi penelitian sebesar 110 orang, yang masuk dalam kriteria dosen, pegawai administratif dan Iaboran serta telah bekerja di AKA Bogor minimal 3 tahun berturut-turut adalah 80 orang. Dari 80 buah kuisioner yang dibagikan, kembali sebanyak 70 buah (86,5%).
Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa 40% responden berpendapat bahwa penerapan prinsip kewirausahaan di AKA Bogor masih rendah. 34.29% menggolongkannya pada kategori sedang dan hanya 14,29% yang berpendapat bahwa penerapan prinsip kewirausahaan di AKA Bogor masuk dalam kategori tinggi. Adapun untuk tingkat inovasi sebesaar 12,86% responden menganggap tergolong dalam kategori rendah, 55.71% dalam kategori sedang dan 31,43% menggolongkannya dalam kategori tinggi.
Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan prinsip kewirausahaan di Akademi Kimia Anahsis Bogor masih rendahdan tingkat inovasi cenderung dalam kategori sedang. Keberanian mengambil risiko yang menjadi salah satu ciri organisasi berwirausaha masuk dalam kategori sedang dan persepsi responden yang menyatakan bahwa Kemampuan organisasi dalam melihat dan menangkap peluang yang ada masih rendah. Dalam perkembangan selanjutnya sangat diperlukan pemupukan semangat kewirausahaan dan mengembangkan perilaku inovatif. Sebaiknya AKA segera mengantisipasi perubahan yang terjadi dengan meninggalkan kebiasaan lama yang manajemennya terlalu berhati-hati dalam mengambil suatu tindakan dan berubah menjadi Iembaga pendidikan yang selalu berusaha menyesuaikan diri terhadap perubahan.

A rapid change in the environment of higher education is not limited only on stakeholders such as lecturers, students, users, work fields, and parents, or even competitors like similar education or different education. The competitive era has entered the environment of highger education. This competition demands the existance of organisation with the development of era. The organisation which is innovative, imaginative, creative, and brave to take changes and do entrepreneurship, will be more capable to adapt with the extreme changes in industry (Kotter & Heskett ; 1992 : 45).
In order to deal with the competition, AKA Bogor has to be an organisation with the soul of entrepreneurship. The perspective of AKA Bogor which is "To be an independent and excellent higher education in producing professional and competent output in the field of analytical chemistry and become partner for industries in solving problem" is an indicator of the existance of application of entrepreneurship principals. However, how is the implementation ofthe principals?.
This research uses analytical descriptive research method that aims to give description of a social phenomenon or particular problem. The entrepreneurship it self is measurred by using 48 questions which were developed by Spencer & Spencer and added with 13 questions about innovation which were developed by Dimension Development International.
From the 110 research population, objects that are included in the criteria of lectures, administrative employees, and laboratory assistants who have vcrked at least 3 years in a row are 80 people. From 80 spreaded questionaires, 70 questionaires were returned (87,5%).
The result of the research finds out that 40% of the respondents think that the application of entrepreneurship principals in AKA Bogor is still low, 34,29% consider it in a medium category, and only 14,29% have opinion that the application of entrepreneurship principals in AKA Bogor is included in in a high category. While for the innovation level, 12.86% of respondents are considered it as low category, 55.71% as a medium category. and 31.43% as a high category.
Finally, we can conclude that; first, the application of entrepreneurship principals in AKA Bogor is still low and the level of innovation in considerably in medium category. Second, the courage to take some risks which becomes one of characteristics of organisation with entrepreneurship point of view, is in the medium category. Third, the perception of the respondents which states that the ability of organisation in looking at and capturing the exist chages, is still low. In the next development, it is extremely needed to encourage the spirit of entrepreneurship and develop the innovative behaviour. AKA Bogor should soon anticipate current changes by leaving old habits in which the management is over cautius in taking risks by altering in becoming an organisation which always tries to adapt with changes.

"Tesis ini membahas mengenai perilaku kewirausahaan dilihat dari aspek aspek kepribadian mana yang paling berpengaruh bagi individu untuk memutuskan menjadi wirausahawan, dengan melihat faktor entrepreneurial intention dari wirausawan. Responden yang terlibat adalah mereka yang memutuskan menjadi wirausahawan seteleh sebelumnya pernah bekerja dalam suatu organisasi atau perusahaan. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan melakukan analisa hasil dari kuestioner.
Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa faktor behavioural control dan need for achievement merupakan faktor yang paling berpengaruh dalam proses pengambilan keputusan untuk wirausaha yang beralih dari sebelumnya menjadi karyawan. Entrepreneurial intention yang tinggi dari individu juga sangat berkaitan erat dengan entrepreneurial decision (action).

This thesis discussed about the entrepreneurial behavior evaluated from the aspect of personalities of the individual which most affected when decided to become entrepreneurs, by looking at factors of entrepreneurial intention of entrepreneurs. Respondents involved are those who decide to become entrepreneurs, before previously worked in an organization or company. This research is a quantitative research by analyzing the results of the questionnaire.
The study concluded that behavioral factors control and need for achievement is the most influential factor in the decision making process for entrepreneurs who change its employment status from the employee to the entrepreneur. Those individual with high entrepreneur intention very close to take action and become entrepreneur.

"Entrepreneurial intention merupakan langkah awal dalam menciptakan lapangan kerja baru, mendorong inovasi, memperkuat ekonomi, dan menciptakan nilai tambah bagi masyarakat serta meningkatkan daya saing suatu negara. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh university support dan university climate terhadap entrepreneurial intention mahasiswa di Universitas Indonesia dan Universitas Bina Nusantara. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan mengumpulkan data melalui kuesioner yang diberikan kepada lebih dari 300 mahasiswa dan kuesioner yang terisi sebanyak 300 responden. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis menggunakan analisis Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) dengan menggunakan Software IBM SPSS Statistics 26 dan SmartPLS 4 untuk menguji hubungan antara variabel-variabel yang diteliti. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa university support tidak mempengaruhi secara signifikan terhadap entrepreneurial intention, namun university climate memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap entrepreneurial intention mahasiswa. Selain itu, university climate juga ditemukan memediasi hubungan antara university support dengan entrepreneurial intention mahasiswa. Implikasi manajerial dari temuan ini adalah bahwa universitas perlu mengembangkan programprogram dan kebijakan-kebijakan yang mendukung pengembangan entrepreneurial intention mahasiswa dan menciptakan university climate yang positif di lingkungan kampus.

Entrepreneurial intention is the first step in creating new jobs, encouraging innovation, strengthening the economy, and creating added value for society and increasing a country's competitiveness. This research aims to analyze the influence of university support and university climate on student entrepreneurial intention at the University of Indonesia and Bina Nusantara University. This research uses quantitative methods by collecting data through questionnaires given to more than 300 students and questionnaires filled out by 300 respondents. The collected data was analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) analysis using IBM SPSS Statistics 26 and SmartPLS 4 software to test the relationship between the variables studied. The research results showed that university support did not significantly influence entrepreneurialism. intention, but the university climate has a positive and significant influence on students' entrepreneurial intention. Apart from that, university climate was also found to mediate the relationship between university support and students' entrepreneurial intention. The managerial implication of these findings is that universities need to develop programs and policies that support the development of student entrepreneurial intention and create a positive university climate in the campus environment."

Namun, ketika mereka kembali ke Indonesia, sangat sedikit yang menggunakan pendapatan mereka saat bekerja di luar negeri untuk memulai bisnis di kampung halaman mereka. Penelitian ini akan menganalisis pengaruh yang paling signifikan bagi pekerja migran pasca kerja untuk mulai berwirausaha di kampung halamannya. Untuk mengetahui pengaruh opportunity recognition dan entrepreneurial self-efficacy terhadap intensi berwirausaha para mantan pekerja migran Indonesia. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga mengkaji peran moderasi subjective norms dan perceived behavioral control terhadap hubungan antara opportunity recognition, entrepreneurial self-efficacy dan intensi berwirausaha. Data dikumpulkan dari 302 responden para mantan pekerja migran Indonesia yang tinggal di Nusa Tenggara Barat dan Nusa Tenggara Timur pada Juni 2020. Analisis regresi hierarki digunakan untuk menguji efek moderasi dan hipotesis yang diajukan dengan menggunakan perangkat lunak SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa opportunity recognition berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap niat berwirausaha, tetapi entrepreneurial self-efficacy tidak berpengaruh terhadap niat berwirausaha. Di sisi lain, subjective norms memiliki pengaruh terhadap hubungan antara opportunity recognition dan intensi berwirausaha. namun tidak untuk entrepreneurial self-efficacy. Sedangkan perceived behavioral control tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap hubungan antaraopportunity recognition, entrepreneurial self-efficacy dan intensi berwirausaha.

The importance of migrant workers to the Indonesian economy can be seen from the number of remittances given by them while working abroad. Still, when they return to Indonesia, very few use their income while working abroad to start a business in their hometown. This study will analyze the most significant influences for post migrant workers to start becoming entrepreneurs in their hometowns. To investigate the impact opportunity recognition and entrepreneurial self-efficacy on entrepreneurial intention of former Indonesian migrant worker. This paper also examines the moderating role of subjective norms and perceived behavioral control. Data were collected from 302 respondents of post Indonesian migrant worker at West Nusa Tenggara and East Nusa Tenggara in June 2020. Hierarchical regression analysis was used to test the moderating effect and the proposed hypotheses using SPSS software. The result showed that opportunity recognition show a significant positive impact on entrepreneurial intention, but entrepreneurial self-efficacy does not show a impact on entrepreneurial intention. On the other hand, subjective norms have an influence on the relationship between opportunity recognition and entrepreneurial intentions. but not for entrepreneurial self-efficacy. Meanwhile, perceived behavioral control has no effect on the relationship between opportunity recognition, entrepreneurial self-efficacy and entrepreneurial intentions."
