"Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara parenting self-efficacy dan interaksi ibu-anak toddler pada ibu dari keluarga miskin. Pengukuran interaksi ibu-anak menggunakan alat ukur Parenting Interactions with Children: Checklist of Observations Linked to Outcomes (PICCOLO) (Roggman, Cook, Innocenti, Norman, Christiansen, dan Anderson, 2013). Pengukuran parenting self-efficacy menggunakan alat ukur Self-Efficacy Parenting for Tasks Index- Toddler Scale Short Form (SEPTI-TS SF) (Van Rijen, Gasanova, Boonstra, dan Huijding, 2014). Partisipan penelitian ini berjumlah 71 pasang ibu dan anaknya.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara interaksi ibu-anak dan parenting self-efficacy pada ibu dengan keluarga miskin (0.012 pada L.o.S 0.05 ). Domain terendah parenting self-efficacy adalah domain discipline, sedangkan domain tertingginya adalah domain nurturance. Domain terendah interaksi ibu-anak adalah domain teaching, sedangkan domain tertinggi adalah responsiveness.

This study is conducted to obtain the description between of parenting self-efficacy and mother-toddler interaction on poor family. Parenting self-efficacy measurement using Self-Efficacy Parenting for Tasks Index- Toddler Scale Short Form (SEPTI-TS SF) (Van Rijen, Gasanova, Boonstra, dan Huijding, 2014). Mother-child measurement using Parenting Interactions with Children: Checklist of Observations Linked to Outcomes (PICCOLO) (Roggman, Cook, Innocenti, Norman, Christiansen, dan Anderson, 2013). Total participants of this research were 71 couples mother and child in a toddler ages.
The result shows that there's significant relationship between parenting self-efficacy and mother-child interaction on mother in a poor family (0.012 pada L.o.S 0.05). The lowest parenting self-efficacy domain is discipline, meanwhile the highest is nurturance. The lowest mother-child interaction domain is teaching, and the highest is responsiveness.

"Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mendapatkan gambaran mengenai hubungan antara self esteem ibu dan interaksi ibu-anak usia toddler pada keluarga miskin. Self esteem ibu diukur menggunakan Rosenberg Self Esteem Scale (RSES) yang telah diadaptasi oleh Sarandria (2012) dan interaksi ibu-anak diukur menggunakan Parenting Interaction with Children: Checklist of Observations Linked to Outcomes (PICCOLO). Penelitian ini dilakukan pada 71 pasang partisipan, yaitu ibu dan anak usia toddler yang berasal dari keluarga miskin. Data penelitian diolah dengan menggunakan teknik statistik Pearson Product Moment Correlation. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara self esteem ibu dan interaksi ibu-anak usia toddler pada keluarga miskin (r = -0,234, p = 0,049, signifikan pada LoS 0,05). Hasil penelitian ini dapat dijadikan intervensi kepada ibu dari keluarga miskin berupa pemberian pengetahuan mengenai perkembangan anak dan cara mengasuh serta berkomunikasi yang baik kepada anak.

"Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara parenting selfefficacy dan family functioning pada ibu dari toddler. Untuk mengukur parenting self-efficacy digunakan alat ukur Self-Efficacy Parenting for Tasks Index- Toddler Scale yang dikembangkan oleh Coleman (1998), sedangkan family functioning diukur melalui Family Assessment Devices version 3 yang dikembangkan oleh Epstein, dkk. (1983). Partisipan dalam penelitian ini adalah ibu dari toddler yang terikat dalam ikatan pernikahan.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya hubungan negatif yang signifikan antara parenting selfefficacy dan family functioning (r=-0.567, n=83, p< 0.01, two tail). Hal tersebut mengindikasikan bahwa semakin tinggi parenting self-efficacy pada ibu dari toddler, maka semakin tinggi pula family functioning yang ia miliki; begitu pula sebaliknya.

Pengukuran parenting self-efficacy dilakukan dengan alat ukur Self-Efficacy Parenting for Tasks Index - Toddler Scale (SEPTI-TS) yang dikembangkan oleh Coleman (1998), sedangkan konflik peran diukur melalui Wave V Role Conflict Scale yang dikembangkan oleh Markle (1998). Partisipan dalam penelitian ini adalah 142 ibu bekerja dari toddler yang bekerja minimal selama 40 jam per minggunya.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya hubungan negatif yang signifikan antara parenting self-efficacy dan konflik peran (r= -0.390, n=142, p< 0.01, two tail). Artinya, semakin tinggi parenting self-efficacy ibu, semakin rendah konflik peran yang dialami, begitupun sebaliknya.

Parenting self-efficacy was measured by Self-Efficacy Parenting for Tasks Index - Toddler Scale (SEPTI-TS) developed by Coleman (1998), whereas role conflict was measured by Wave V Role Conflict Scale developed by Markle (1998). The participants of this study were 142 working mothers of toddler who work at leat 40 hours per week.
The result of this study shows that there is a significant, negative relationship, between parenting self-efficacy and role conflict (r= -0.390, n=142, p< 0.01, two tail). It indicates that the higher mothers’ parenting self-efficacy, the lower their role conflict, and vice versa.

"Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara religiusitas Islam dengan parenting self-efficacy pada ibu dari toddler. Pengukuran religiusitas Islam dilakukan dengan alat ukur The Revised - Muslim Religiosity-Personality Scale yang dibuat oleh Krauss (2011), sedangkan parenting self-efficacy diukur melalui Self-Efficacy Parenting for Tasks Index- Toddler Scale yang dibuat oleh Coleman (1998). Partisipan pada penelitian ini berjumlah 69 ibu dari toddler yang beragama Islam dan merupakan warga negara Indonesia. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa terdapat hubungan positif yang signifikan antara religiusitas Islam dengan parenting self-efficacy (r=0,475; p=0,000; p<0,05). Artinya, semakin tinggi religiusitas Islam ibu, semakin tinggi pula parenting self-efficacy-nya; begitu pula sebaliknya. Kedua dimensi religiusitas ditemukan memiliki korelasi yang positif dengan parenting self-efficacy, namun korelasi antara religious personality dengan parenting self-efficacy ditemukan lebih kuat, karena religious personality mengukur tingkat penerapan agama Islam ke dalam ibadah serta perilaku sehari-hari. Religiusitas Islam juga ditemukan memiliki korelasi yang positif dengan semua domain parenting self-efficacy. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, religiusitas Islam ibu perlu ditingkatkan karena dapat memiliki dampak positif pada keyakinan ibu dalam melakukan parenting terhadap anaknya.

This study examined the relationship between Islamic religiosity and parenting self-efficacy among mothers of toddler. Islamic religiosity was measured by The Revised - Muslim Religiosity-Personality Inventory (Krauss, 2011), whereas the parenting self-efficacy was measured by Self-Efficacy Parenting for Task Index - Toddler Scale (Coleman, 1997). The respondents of this study were 69 Indonesian muslim mothers of toddler. The result of this study shows that there is a significant, positive relationship between Islamic religiosity and parenting self-efficacy (r=0,475; p=0,000; p<0,05). It indicates that the higher mothers` Islamic religiosity, the higher their parenting self-efficacy, and vice versa. Based on this study, both of the dimensions of Islamic religiosity is found to have a positive relationship with parenting self-efficacy, but the religious personality dimensions is found to have a stronger relationship with parenting self-efficacy, because religious personality measured participant`s application of Islam in their daily life. In this study, Islamic religiosity is found to have a positive relationship with every domain of parenting self-efficacy. Based on this result, mothers need to increase their Islamic religiosity, because it is found to have and association with their parenting self-efficacy, or their belief about their ability in parenting their children.

Penelitian ini melihat hubungan interaksi ibu-anak dan perilaku patuh/tidak patuh toddler dari keluarga miskin. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode observasi untuk mengukur interaksi ibu-anak dan perilaku patuh/tidak patuh toddler. Alat ukur penelitian ini yaitu Parents Interacting with Children: Checklist of Observation Linked Outcomes (PICCOLO) untuk mengukur interaksi ibu-anak dan Clean Up Task untuk mengukur perilaku patuh/tidak patuh toddler. Penelitian ini melibatkan 62 pasangan ibu dan anak usia 12-36 bulan yang berasal dari keluarga miskin. Teknik statistik yang digunakan untuk mengukur hubungan di antara kedua variabel ini adalah teknik Korelasi Pearson. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa interaksi ibu-anak tidak memiliki hubungan yang signifikan dengan perilaku patuh/tidak patuh yang ditampilkan toddler dari keluarga miskin (p>0,05, tidak signifikan pada L.o.S 0,05).

"Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mendapatkan gambaran mengenai pengaruh tingkat parenting stress terhadap kualitas interaksi ibu-anak pada ibu yang memiliki anak usia toddler dan berasal dari keluarga miskin. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian yang menggunakan mix method design dalam proses pengumpulan data. Metode kuantitatif dilakukan untuk menganalisis pengaruh tingkat parenting stress terhadap kualitas interaksi ibu-anak. Tingkat parenting stress diukur melalui Parenting Stress Index-Short Form (PSI-SF) dan kualitas interaksi ibu-anak diukur melalui Parenting Interaction with Children: Checlist of Observations Linked to Outcomes (PICCOLO). Metode kualitatif berupa observasi dan wawancara, dilakukan unuk memperoleh gambaran yang komprehensif mengenai perilku partisipan ibu-anak. Partisipan penelitian ini berjumlah 71 pasang ibu dan anak usia 12 ? 36 bulan yang berasal dari keluarga miskin. Hasil utama penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa tingkat parenting stress tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kualitas interaksi ibu-anak (F=0,518, p>0,05, tidak signifikan pada L.o.S 0,05).

This research was conducted to deript the effect of level of parenting stress towards mother-child interaction quality in mothers with toddler form poverty family. This research used the mixed method design for collecting data. Quantitative method used in order to analized the effext of level of parenting stress towards mother-child interaction quality. Level of parenting stress was measured by Parenting Stress Index-Short Form (PSI-SF) and mother-child interaction quality was measured by Parenting Interaction with Children: Checlist of Observations Linked to Outcomes (PICCOLO). Qualitative method executed by observation and interview in order to obtain the comprehensive overview about mother-child behavior. The participants of this research are 71 pairs of mothers and children age 12 ? 36 months who came from poverty families. The main results of this research showed that level of parenting stress did not significantly affect the quality of mother-child interaction (F = 0.518, p>0,05, insignificant at L.o.S 0,05)."

"ABSTRAK
Di negara-negara barat, bentuk keluarga yang umum ditemukan adalah keluarga
batih. Namun di Indonesia, masih banyak ditemukan keluarga dengan bentuk
keluarga besar. Keluarga batih maupun keluarga besar memiliki dampak positif
maupun negatif masing-masing pada parenting, termasuk pada parenting selfefficacy.
Parenting self-efficacy yang tinggi penting untuk dimiliki orang tua agar
bisa menjalankan tugasnya sebagai orang tua dengan optimal, terlebih bagi ibu
dengan anak toddler karena masa ini merupakan masa yang paling menatang bagi
parenting orang tua. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui parenting selfefficacy
ibu dengan anak toddler dalam keluarga batih dan keluarga besar, baik
secara keseluruhan maupun dari tiap domain pengukuran. Pengukuran parenting
self-efficacy menggunakan alat ukur Self-Efficacy Parenting for Tasks Index-
Toddler Scale (Coleman & Karraker, 1998). Partisipan penelitian berjumlah total
242 ibu dengan anak toddler yang terdiri dari 123 ibu dalam keluarga batih dan
119 ibu dalam keluarga besar. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa ada
perbedaan yang signifikan antara parenting self-efficacy ibu dengan anak toddler
dalam keluarga batih dan keluarga besar (t = 2,87, p < 0,05), di mana parenting
self-efficacy ibu dengan anak toddler dalam keluarga batih lebih tinggi secara
signifikan daripada ibu dengan anak toddler dalam keluarga besar.

ABSTRACT
Nuclear family is one form of family that is commonly found in the western
countries. On the other hand, Indonesia is one of the eastern countries that is
frequently found to have the extended family. Both the nuclear family and
extended family have their own impacts on parenting, including the parenting
self-efficacy. The high rate of parenting self-efficacy is considered important to be
adapted by parents so that they can perform their parental duties effectively. The
parenting self-efficacy in mothers with toddlers is considered more important
because this stage is supposed to be more challenging for parents. This study is
conducted to discover the parenting self-efficacy in mothers with toddlers in the
nuclear family and the extended family. It is conducted for each domain as well as
for the entire set of domains. Measurement of parenting self-efficacy in this study
used the self-efficacy parenting for task index toddler scale (Coleman & Karraker,
1998). This study involved 242 mothers with toddlers that consisting of 123
mothers in nuclear family and 119 mothers in extended family. The results of this
study show that there is a significant difference of parenting self-efficacy between
mothers with toddlers in nuclear family and mothers with toddlers in extended
family (t = 2,87, p < 0,05). The results show that the parenting self-efficacy of
mothers with toddlers in nuclear family is significantly higher than those of
mothers with toddlers in extended family."

"ABSTRAK

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mendapatkan gambaran deskriptif mengenai parenting self efficacy pada ibu yang melakukan perkawinan campuran dan memiliki anak toddler. Pengukuran parenting self efficacy dilakukan secara kuantitatif dengan menggunakan alat ukur Self Efficacy for Parenting tasks Index – Toddler Scale (SEPTI-TS) dari Coleman (1998) yang telah diadaptasi ke dalam bahasa Indonesia. Jumlah partisipan dalam penelitian ini ialah sebanyak 41 orang dengan kriteria yaitu ibu Indonesia yang menikah dengan warga negara asing dan memiliki anak toddler (12-36 bulan). Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa sebagian besar partisipan memiliki penilaian yang positif terhadap kemampuannya dalam menjalankan tugas parenting. Kemudian apabila dilihat berdasarkan domain yang ada pada alat ukur SEPTI-TS, diketahui bahwa partisipan memiliki skor rata-rata tertinggi pada domain teaching dan skor rata-rata terendah pada domain discipline


ABSTRACT

The study was conducted to gain the description about parenting self efficacy among mother who do mixed marriages who have a toddler; and want to know which domain has the highest and the lowest parenting self efficacy. Measurement of parenting selfefficacy performed quantitatively using Self Efficacy for Parenting Tasks Index - Toddler Scale (SEPTI-TS) from Coleman (1998) that has been adapted into Bahasa Indonesia. The number of participants in this study is 41 Indonesian mothers who is married to foreign nationals and have a toddler (12-36 months). The results showed that most of the participants have positive evaluation of the ability to perform tasks of parenting. The result also showed that participants get the highest average score in the domain of teaching and lowest average scores on the domain discipline.

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat adanya hubungan antara keberfungsian keluarga dan parenting self-efficacy pada ibu bekerja. Partisipan penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 128 orang ibu bekerja yang tersebar di Jabodetabek. Pengukuran keberfungsian keluarga dilakukan dengan menggunakan alat ukur Family Assessment Device (FAD) berdasarkan The McMaster Model of Family Functioning yang dikembangkan oleh Epstein et al. (1983). Parenting selfefficacy diukur dengan menggunakan alat ukur Parenting Sense of Competence (PSOC) subskala efficacy yang dikembangkan oleh Johnston dan Mash (1989). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara keberfungsian keluarga dan parenting self-efficacy pada ibu bekerja ( r = 0.203, p = 0.022, signifikan pada L.o.S 0.05). Artinya, semakin efektif keberfungsian keluarga, maka semakin tinggi parenting self-efficacy pada ibu bekerja.

This research was conducted to investigate relationship between family functioning and parenting self-efficacy among working mothers. Paticipants of this research were 128 working mothers in Jabodetabek. Family Functioning was measured using Family Assessment Device (FAD) based on The McMaster Model of Family Functioning who developed by Epstein et.al (1983). Parenting Self-Efficacy was measured by efficacy subscale of Parenting Sense of Competence (PSOC) who developed by Johnston dan Mash (1989). The result of this research showed that family functioning positively correlated significantly with parenting self-efficacy among working mothers ( r = 0.203, p = 0.022, significant at L.o.S 0.05). This result mean, the more effective family functioning, the higher parenting self-efficacy among working mothers."
