"Time theft merupakan tindakan yang merugikan bagi organisasi, bukan hanya merugikan secara produktifitas tetapi juga secara ekonomis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat hubungan antara conscientiousness, self control, persepsi terhadap integritas atasan dan sikap terhadap time theft yang dimoderatori oleh kohesi sosial dengan sampel PNS (N=258) pada tiga instansi pemerintahan. Metode yang digunakan untuk mengukur sikap terhadap time theft menggunakan skenario kasus yang dikembangkan dari Kulas et al., (2007) sedangkan variabel lain dalam penelitian ini menggunakan self report.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tidak terdapat hubungan antara persepsi terhadap integritas atasan dan sikap terhadap time theft (β= 0,010 p>0,05). Ditemukan hubungan antara conscientiousness dan sikap terhadap time theft, (β= -0,235, p<0,01) dan self control dan sikap terhadap time theft (β= -0,195, p<0,05). Kohesi sosial memoderasi hubungan self control dan sikap terhadap time theft, tetapi tidak pada hubungan cosncientiousness dan sikap terhadap time theft.

Time theft is a disservice to the organization, not only harm in productivity but also economically. This research aims to exemine the relationship between conscientiousness, self-control, perceived supervisor behavioral integrity and attitude towards time theft: moderated by social cohesion. Sampel of this research is civil servant (N = 258) at three government institutions. Atittude toward time theft is measured using case scenarios developed from Kulas et al.,(2007) and other variabel in this research measured using self report.
The results shows that there is no correlation between perceived supervisor behavioral integrity and attitude toward time theft (β=0.010 p> 0.05). There is correlation between conscientiousness and attitude toward time theft (β = -0.235, p <0.01) and self-control and attitude toward time theft (β = -0. 195, p <0.05). Social cohesion moderates the relationship between self-control and attitudes toward time theft, but not in the relationship between conscientiousness and attitude towards time theft.

"Tingginya tingkat property theft (dikenal dengan nama korupsi) )yang dilakukan oleh pegawai pemerintahan di Indonesia mengakibatkan negara mengalami kerugian hingga triliunan rupiah, sayangnya, masih sangat sedikit penelitian yang dilakukan di Indonesia terkait hal ini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji apakah ada hubungan antara conscietiousness, kontrol diri, dan sikap terhadap property theft dengan kohesi sosial sebagai moderator. Penelitian dilakukan terhadap 258 pegawai di sebuah institusi pemerintahan Indonesia dengan metode survey menggunakan kuesioner. Pengukuran sikap terhadap property theft menggunakan cara baru berupa skenario.
Hasil analisis moderated multiple-regresi menujukkan bahwa conscientiousness dan kontrol diri memiliki hubungan negatif dengan sikap terhadap property theft (βcons = -.196, p<0,05), (βkontrol = -.241, p<0,01), Selain itu, kohesi sosial secara signifikan memoderasi hubungan antara kontrol diri dan sikap terhadap property theft (βkohesi x kontrol = -.148, p>0.01).

The high level of property theft (known as corruption) committed by government employees in Indonesia resulted in losses up to trillions of rupiah, unfortunately, there is very little research conducted in Indonesia in relation to this topic. This study aimed to examine whether there is a relationship between conscietiousness, self-control, and attitude toward property theft with social cohesion as moderator. The data was gather from 258 public employees of Indonesia‘s government institution with a survey method using a questionnaire. Measurement attitude towards property theft using a new way in the form of scenarios.
Results of moderated multiple-regression analysis showed that conscientiousness and self-control have a negative relationship with attitude toward property theft (βcons = -.196, p<0,05), (βcontrol = -.241, p<0,01). In addition, social cohesion is significantly moderated the relationship between self-control and attitudes towards property theft (βcohession x control = -.148, p>0.01)

"Penelitian ini melihat hubungan antara persepsi kegunaan yang dirasakan oleh mahasiswa Universitas Indonesia dan kepuasannya setelah menggunakan SCELE-UI. Perbedaan individu memiliki peran penting untuk memprediksi tingkah laku pembelajar; karenanya trait conscientiousness yang erat kaitannya dengan pencapaian akademis digunakan sebagai moderator penelitian ini. Responden merupakan 236 mahasiswa dari Universitas Indonesia. Trait conscientiousness diukur menggunakan Big Five Inventory (John, Donahue, & Kentle, 1991) yang telah diadaptasi Ramdhani (2012). Kepuasan pengguna dan persepsi kegunaan menggunakan alat ukur Mohammadi (2015). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan, 1) terdapat hubungan antara persepsi kegunaan dan kepuasan pengguna; 2) terdapat hubungan antara conscientiousness dan persepsi kegunaan dan dengan kepuasan pengguna; 3) Tidak terdapat efek moderasi dari conscientiousness pada hubungan antara persepsi kegunaan dan kepuasan pengguna. Penelitian ini dapat menjadi dasar konsiderasi inovasi dan penyesuaian fitur SCELE-UI bagi KSDP UI.

This study examined the relationship between perceived usefulness felt by University of Indonesia students and their satisfaction after using SCELE-UI. Individual differences have an important role to predict learner's behavior; hence conscientiousness trait, which is closely related to academic achievement, is used as the moderator of this research. The respondents were 236 students from University of Indonesia. Conscientiousness was measured using the Big Five Inventory (John et al., 1991) which had been adapted by Ramdhani (2012). User satisfaction and perceived usefulness was measured using instruments developed by Mohammadi (2015). The results show that, 1) there is a relationship between perceived usefulness and user satisfaction; 2) there is a relationship between conscientiousness and perceived usefulness and with user satisfaction; 3) There was no moderating effect from conscientiousness on the relationship between perceived usefulness and user satisfaction. This research can be a basis for innovation consideration and adjustment of SCELE-UI features for KSDP UI."

"Berbagai tantangan dalam kehidupan mahasiswa membuatnya rentan mengalami masalah kesehatan mental sehingga mahasiswa perlu melakukan koping dengan mencari bantuan kepada profesional. Aspek penting yang mendasari perilaku mencari bantuan kepada profesional adalah sikap terhadap mencari bantuan psikologis profesional. Penelitian ini bertujuan melihat keterkaitan antara persepsi dukungan sosial dari keluarga, teman, dan figur signifikan dengan sikap terhadap mencari bantuan psikologis profesional. Penelitian ini bersifat korelasional dengan metode pengambilan data survei daring. Partisipan merupakan 268 mahasiswa dengan rentang usia 18-25 tahun di Universitas Indonesia. Alat ukur yang digunakan yaitu Multidimensional Scale of Perceived Social Support (MSPSS) dan Mental Help-Seeking Attitudes Scale (MHSAS). Hasil menunjukkan terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara persepsi dukungan sosial secara keseluruhan (r = 0,255, p < 0,01), maupun dari masing-masing sumber yaitu keluarga (r = 0,149, p < 0,01), teman (r = 0,230, p < 0,01), dan figur signifikan (r = 0,179, p < 0,01) dengan sikap terhadap mencari bantuan psikologis profesional. Hasil penelitian ini dapat digunakan sebagai landasan pengembangan program intervensi bagi pihak universitas dan tenaga kesehatan mental profesional.

Various challenges in college students’ lives made them prone to mental health problems. Such problems lead to students’ need of coping, by which they seek professional help. An important aspect that underlying help-seeking behavior is attitude toward seeking professional psychological help. This study aims to investigate the relationship between perceived social support from family, friends, and significant others with attitude toward seeking professional psychological help. This study is correlational using the online survey data collection method. Participants were 268 college students aged 18–25 years old at the University of Indonesia. The measurements used in this study are Multidimensional Scale of Perceived Social Support (MSPSS) and Mental Help-Seeking Attitudes Scale (MHSAS). The result shows that there is a positive and significant relationship between overall perceived social support (r = 0,255, p < 0,01) as well as perceived social support from family (r = 0,149, p < 0,01), friends (r = 0,230, p < 0,01), and significant others (r = 0,179, p < 0,01) with attitude toward seeking professional psychological help. This research can be used as a basis for the development of intervention programs for universities and mental health professionals."

"[ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mendapatkan gambaran mengenai hubungan antara sikap terhadap uang dan kontrol diri pada karyawan. Pengukuran menggunakan kuesioner Money Ethic Scale (Tang, 1995) dan Brief Self Control Scale (Tangney, 2004). Responden penelitian berjumlah 177 karyawan yang diperoleh dengan teknik accidental sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat hubungan yang signifikan negatif antara sikap terhadap uang dan kontrol diri karyawan (r= -0.293, p < 0.01), yang berarti semakin tinggi sikap terhadap uang karyawan, semakin rendah kontrol diri yang dimilikinya. Implikasi dari hasil penelitian ini adalah perusahaan dapat mengetahui cara untuk meningkatkan kontrol diri karyawannya, demi menunjang performa kerja yang lebih baik.

ABSTRACT
The purpose of this study was to find out if there is a correlation between attitude towards money and self-control among employees. "Felt Accountability merupakan kunci yang menuntun pada kesuksesan dalam dunia organisasi karena dapat membantu mengarahkan karyawan membentuk ekspektasi peran dan kewajiban bersama, serta memperjelas kriteria evaluasi kinerja dan perilaku mereka. Selain itu, felt accountability juga dapat berasosiasi dengan tindakan-tindakan tidak etis dan ilegal karyawan. Oleh karena itu, menjadi penting untuk mengetahui faktor yang dapat memprediksikan felt accountability.
Penelitian berdesain korelasional ini dilakukan untuk meneliti faktor-faktor yang dapat berhubungan dengan felt accountability. Secara spesifik ingin meneliti hubungan dari faktor individu berupa conscientiousness dan faktor kelompok berupa ethical leadership dengan felt accountability karyawan.
Adapun untuk mencegah common method bias, pengambilan data menerapkan metode time lag yang memisahkan pengambilan data independent variable dan dependent variable dengan jarak dua minggu pada masing-masing partisipan. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 140 orang karyawan dengan dua struktur perusahaan berbeda: organic dan mechanistic. Seluruh alat ukur penelitian menunjukkan konsistensi internal yang baik dengan koefisien reliabilitas yang berada pada rentang 0,7 ndash; 0,9.
Hasil analisis multiple regression menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan positif yang signifikan antara conscientiousness dan felt accountability. Akan tetapi, tidak ditemukan adanya hubungan yang signifikan antara ethical leadership dan felt accountability. Adapun implikasi dari penelitian ini didiskusikan lebih lanjut.

Felt Accountability is a key that leads to success in organization because it provides guidance and direction for employees to form their role expectations and mutual obligations, also clarify the evaluation criteria for their performance and behavior. Felt accountability is associated with employees unethical and illegal conducts, hence it is important to explore the predictors of felt accountability.
This research is conducted to investigate the factors involved in correlational relationship of felt accountability. Specifically, aim to investigate the relationship of individual factor, such conscientiousness and group factor, such ethical leadership to felt accountability in employee.
To avoid common method bias, the survey was applying time lag method which separate the independent from dependent variable for two weeks gap of survey time. This research is conducted towards 140 employees in two different structure of companies organic and mechanistic. All of the research instruments show good internal consistency with coefficient of reliability from 0,7 ndash 0,9.
Analysis result of multiple regression shows a positively significant correlational relation between conscientiousness and felt accountability. However, there is no significant correlation found between ethical leadership and felt accountability. The implications of this study is discussed further.

"Pandemi Covid-19 membuat sebagian besar organisasi terpaksa menerapkan sistem kerja fleksibel dan memberikan dampak negatif terhadap kondisi work-life balance (WLB) karyawan generasi milenial. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah membuktikan apakah dukungan atasan melemahkan hubungan antara sikap terhadap sistem kerja fleksibel dengan WLB. Desain penelitian ini adalah korelasional dengan jumlah partisipan sebanyak 168 karyawan yang termasuk dalam generasi milenial. Pengukuran variabel menggunakan Flexible Working Option Questionnaire (FWOQ), Skala Dukungan Atasan, dan Skala WLB yang telah diterjemahkan dalam Bahasa Indonesia. Penyebaran skala-skala ini dilakukan secara dari menggunakan Google Form. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan Process Macro Hayess untuk menguji model 1, yaitu moderasi sederhana.  Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dukungan atasan tidak memberikan efek moderasi pada hubungan antara sikap terhadap sistem kerja fleksibel dengan WLB. Hal ini dapat terjadi karena karyawan generasi milenial memiliki keinginan untuk dapat mengelola waktu kerja dan tempat kerjanya secara mandiri. Penelitian selanjutnya dapat melakukan penelitian serupa dengan sektor bisnis yang lebih spesifik
.The Covid-19 pandemic forced most organizations to implement a flexible work system and had a negative impact on the work-life balance (WLB) of millennial employees. The purpose of this study is to prove whether superior support strengthens the relationship between flexible work systems and WLB. The design of this study was correlational with the number of participants as many as 168 employees belonging to the millennial generation. The measurement of variables uses the Flexible Working Option Questionnaire (FWOQ), the Supervisor Support Scale, and the WLB Scale which had been translated into Indonesian. The distribution of these scales is done by using Google Forms. Data analysis was performed using Process Macro Hayess to test model 1, namely simple moderation. The results showed that supervisor support did not have moderating effect to the relationship between the flexible working arrangement and WLB. This happened because millennial generation employees had the desire to be able to manage their work time and workplace independently. Future research can conduct similar research with more specific business sectors."

Partisipan menggunakan mahasiswa tingkat akhir dari Universitas yang berdomisili di
Jabodetabek (N=409). Hasil penelitian dianalisis dengan PROCESS macro v3.5 Hayes
pada SPSS versi 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perilaku berjejaring
memprediksi self-perceived employability dan persepsi terhadap pasar tenaga kerja
memoderasi hubungan antara perilaku berjejaring dengan self-perceived employability
pada mahasiswa tingkat akhir.

the relationship to networking behavior and self-perceived employability on penultimate
year students. This study is based on Social Cognitive Career Theory (SCCT) by Lent
dkk. (1999) to explain the moderation model. The participants were penultimate year

"Angka perceraian di Indonesia cenderung meningkat tiap tahunnya. Salah satu alasan pasangan bercerai adalah perselingkuhan. Terdapat indikasi bahwa seiring perkembangan zaman, individu memiliki sikap yang cenderung permisif terhadap perselingkuhan sehingga menjadi lebih rentan melakukan perselingkuhan. Penelitian ini bertujuan melihat pengaruh self-disclosure pada sikap terhadap perselingkuhan yang dimiliki individu dalam perkawinan. Penelitian ini juga melihat peran kepuasan perkawinan yang dimiliki individu dalam memediasi hubungan antara self-disclosure dan sikap terhadap perselingkuhan. Alat ukur yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Attitude toward Infidelity Scale (ATIS; Whatley, 2008), Marital Self-disclosure Questionnaire (MSDQ; Waring, et al., 1998), dan Couple Satisfaction index (CSI; Funk & Rogge, 2007). Teknik statistik deskriptif, korelasi, regresi sederhana dan analisis mediasi digunakan untuk menganalisis data. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada 461 partisipan yang berada dalam perkawinan (361 perempuan, 100 laki-laki). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa self-disclosure memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan pada sikap terhadap perselingkuhan. Selain itu, dapat diketahui bahwa kepuasan perkawinan berperan memediasi secara penuh hubungan antara self-disclosure dan sikap terhadap perselingkuhan.

The divorce rate in Indonesia tends to increase every year. One of the reasons couples divorce is infidelity. There is an indication that individuals tend to have a permissive attitude towards infidelity along with the times so that they become more vulnerable to infidelity. This study aims to examine the effect of self-disclosure on attitudes towards infidelity that individuals have in marriage. This study also looks at the role of marital satisfaction in mediating the relationship between self-disclosure and attitudes towards infidelity. The Attitude toward Infidelity Scale (ATIS; Whatley, 2008), Marital Self-disclosure Questionnaire (MSDQ; Waring, et al., 1998), and Couple Satisfaction index (CSI; Funk & Rogge, 2007) were used in this study. Descriptive, correlation, regression, and mediation analysis techniques were used to to analyze the data. This study was conducted on 461 participants who were in marriage (361 women, 100 men). The results showed that self-disclosure had a significant effect on attitudes towards infidelity. In addition, the result found marital satisfaction fully mediate the relationship between self-disclosure and attitudes towards infidelity."

"Di negara berketuhanan seperti Indonesia, menjadi ateis, atau orang yang tidak percaya pada Tuhan (Martin, 2007), berisiko mengalami perilaku diskriminatif. Di Amerika diketahui bahwa pada umumnya ateis tidak disukai (Galen, Smith, Knapp, & Wyngarden, 2011; Harper, 2007; Saroglou, Yzerbyt, & Kaschten, 2011). Di sisi lain, toleransi terhadap perbedaan dan kebebasan berekspresi semakin dikembangkan. Hal ini memunculkan pertanyaan bagaimana kecenderungan bertingkah laku masyarakat Indonesia terhadap ateis. Dalam Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB), Ajzen (2005) menjelaskan bahwa intensi lebih akurat dalam memprediksi tingkah laku dibandingkan sikap. Intensi sendiri dipengaruhi oleh sikap, norma subjektif, dan perceived behavioral control (PBC). Sejalan dengan itu, penelitian ini meneliti intensi mahasiswa untuk berteman dengan ateis selama berkuliah, dengan menggunakan Theory of Planned Behavior (N = 177). Peneliti mengukur intensi, sikap, norma subjektif, dan PBC melalui alat ukur TPB, dengan pengukuran langsung. Hasil analisis regresi berganda menunjukkan bahwa sikap, norma subjektif, dan PBC secara bersamaan dapat memprediksi intensi mahasiswa untuk berteman dengan ateis selama berkuliah (R2 = 0,407). Masing-masing prediktor ditemukan signifikan dalam memprediksi intensi. Di antara ketiganya, ditemukan bahwa sikap merupakan prediktor terkuat (β = 0,355) dan norma subjektif adalah prediktor terlemah (β = 0,158). Keterbatasan dan saran untuk penelitian berikutnya didiskusikan lebih lanjut.

In a theistic country like Indonesia, atheist, or someone someone without a belief in God (Martin, 2007), is at risk to experience discriminative behavior. Studies in America show that atheists are generally perceived unfavorably (Galen, Smith, Knapp, & Wyngarden, 2011; Harper, 2007; Saroglou, Yzerbyt, & Kaschten, 2011). In another side, tolerance towards differences and freedom of expression lately have been more encouraged. This brings in the question about how Indonesians? would act towards atheists. In Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB), Ajzen (2005) proposes that intention is more accurate in predicting behavior, and it is determined by attitudes, subjective norms, and perceived behavioral control (PBC). Thus, this study investigates college students' intention to befriend atheist (N = 177), using TPB framework. College students? intention, attitudes, subjective norms, and PBC are measured through TPB questionnaire, using direct measurement. The result of multiple regression analysis showed that attitudes, subjective norms, and PBC simultaneously predict college students? intention to befriend atheist (R2= .407). All predictors are significant. Among the three, attitude is found to be the strongest predictor (β = .355) and subjective norms is the weakest predictor (β = .158). Limitations and suggestions for future research are discussed.
