"ABSTRAKBelum diketahuinya determinan penerapan prinsip etik keperawatan merupakanmasalah yang berdampak pada perilaku etik perawat dalam melaksanakan asuhankeperawatan dan mempengaruhi kepuasan serta kesejahteraan pasien. Penelitianini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi determinan penerapan prinsip etikkeperawatan. Desain penelitian menggunakan deskriptif korelasi denganrancangan cross sectional pada 120 perawat melalui simple random sampling.Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dengan analisis univariat, bivariat,dan multivariat. Determinan penerapan prinsip etik keperawatan adalahkarakteristik pekerjaan, pengetahuan perawat tentang etik keperawatan, supervisiatasan, hubungan dengan rekan kerja, penghargaan, peran kepala ruang, dan masakerja (p= <0,001-0,049). Variabel yang paling dominan berhubungan adalahkarakteristik pekerjaan (p< 0,001). Faktor-faktor tersebut perlu mendapatperhatian manajer di rumah sakit dengan tetap melakukan evaluasi terhadap faktorlain agar dapat meningkatkan penerapan prinsip etik keperawatan

ABSTRACTThe determinant of nursing ethics practice is not identified yet. This problemaffects the ethical behavior of nurses in performing nursing care. According tothat, it was influencing satisfaction and patient well-being. This study aims toidentify the determinants of the ethical principles application in nursing.Descriptive, correlation, cross-sectional design was applied, through simplerandom sampling to 120 nurses. Data collecting used questionnaires, withunivariate, bivariate, and multivariate analyzes. Determinants of nursing ethicapplication principle were job characteristics, nurses knowledge related to nursingethics, supervision by supervisor, relationship with colleagues, awards, the role ofhead nurse, and tenure (p= <0,001-0,049). The most dominant variable was jobcharacteristics (p< 0,001). These factors need an attention by hospital manager tokeep evaluating the other factors in order to improve the application of ethicalprinciples in nursing;"

"Perilaku etik perawat pelaksana menjadi perhatian kepala ruangan dalam memberikan pelayanan keperawatan. Kepala ruangan yang menjalankan fungsi dengan baik akan berpengaruh terhadap penerapan praktik keperawatan dan penerapan prinsip etik keperawatan. Metode penelitian ini, menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain cross-sectional. Pengambilan sampel dengan teknik total sampling dengan jumlah sampel 147 di rumah sakit X Tangerang. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dengan analisis univariat, bivariat, dan multivariat. Hasil penelitian menggunakan uji chi-square dengan CI 95%, menunjukan hasil bahwa tidak terdapat hubungan signifikan antara jenis kelamin (p-0,926), usia (p-0,438), tingkat pendidikan (p-0,983), jenjang karir (p-0,415), lama bekerja (p-0,353) dengan penerapan prinsip etik perawat. Terdapat hubungan signifikan antara fungsi perencanaan (p- 0,035), fungsi pengorganisasian (p-value 0,008), fungsi ketenagaan (p-value 0,001), fungsi pengarahan (p-0,002) serta fungsi pengendalian (p-value 0,008) dengan penerapan prinsip etik perawat.  Fungsi pengarahan kepala ruangan yang dilakukan dengan baik akan meningkatkan kesadaran penerapan prinsip etik dalam pelayanan keperawatan, maka perlu adanya optimalisasi fungsi kepala ruangan yang terencana dalam penerapan prinsip etik.

The ethical behavior of implementing nurses is a concern for the head nurses in providing nursing services. The Head nurse carries out the function properly will affect the application of nursing practice and the application of nursing ethical principles. This research method uses a quantitative approach with a cross-sectional design. Sampling with a total sampling technique with a total sample of 147 in Hospital X Tangerang. "ABSTRAKPendokumentasian asuhan keperawatan merupakan salah satu indikator penilaian kinerja perawat di rumah sakit. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengeksplorasi secara mendalam hambatan pendokumentasian asuhan keperawatan di ruang perawatan umum RSPAD Gatot Soebroto Ditkesad. Jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi deskriptif melalui teknik wawancara mendalam.Hasil penelitian terkait hambatan pendokumentasian asuhan keperawatan diperoleh tujuh tema, yaitu: persepsi, respon, proses pengisian, kendala yang dihadapi, upaya yang dilakukan untuk mengatasi kendala, harapan perawat terhadap pendokumentasian asuhan keperawatan, dampak dari kendala-kendala yang dihadapi terhadap kinerja perawat. Kesimpulan, perlu pengarahan yang kontinyu dari organisasi agar pendokumentasian berjalan baik. Rekomendasi pelaksanaan supervisi dari manajemen keperawatan.

ABSTRACT

Documentation of nursing care is one indicator of the performance assessment nurse at the hospital. Research goals to explore in depth the barriers documenting nursing care in general ward in Central Army Hospital Gatot Subroto Ditkesad. Qualitative research with descriptive phenomenological approach through indepth interview techniques.

The results related barriers to nursing documentation obtained seven themes, namely: perception, response, the charging process, the obstacles encountered, the efforts made to overcome the obstacles, expectations of nurses to nursing care documentation, the impact of the constraints faced by the performance of nurses. Conclusions, which need continuous guidance from the organization to running well documentation. Recommendations on the implementation of supervision of nursing management."

"ABSTRAKMahasiswa keperawatan memiliki tanggung jawab dalam memberikan asuhan keperawatan dengan berlandaskan kode etik keperawatan. Kode etik keperawatan berfungsi sebagai pedoman dalam memberikan asuhan keperawatan yang kompeten, etis, dan dapat dinilai. Namun masih terdapat banyak fenomena mahasiswa keperawatan melalaikan peran serta tanggung jawab profesinya dengan bersikap tidak etis. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui karakteristik responden dan hubungan antara tingkat pengetahuan tentang kode etik dengan sikap etis sebagai perawat pada mahasiswa FIK UI. Penelitian menggunakan metode cross-sectional dengan rancangan deskriptif korelatif dan pendekatan secara stratified random sampling terhadap 147 mahasiswa keperawatan FIK UI. Analisis data menggunakan uji chi-square menunjukkan tidak terdapat hubungan yang bermakna antara tingkat pengetahuan kode etik dengan sikap etis responden (p value=0,731). Mengetahui bahwa pendidikan secara formal saja tidak cukup untuk membentuk sikap etis sebagai perawat maka perlu ditindaklanjuti lebih serius khususnya bagi institusi pendidikan keperawatan dengan mengintegrasikan program pengembangan sikap etis terhadap seluruh kurikulum mata ajar.

ABSTRACTNursing students have a responsibility to provide nursing care based on the ethic code of nursing. The ethical code of nursing is used as a guideline to provide the competent, ethical, and valuable nursing care. Nonetheless, nursing students face unique challenges in applying ethical care for their patient.The purpose of this study was to determine the characteristics of respondents and the relationship between level of knowledge about the ethical code of nursing with the nursing ethical attitude of students at FIK UI. The study used cross-sectional methods with correlative descriptive design, and stratified random sampling of 147 nursing students at FIK UI. Data analysis using a chi-square test showed no significant relationship between level of knowledge about the ethical code of nursing with the nursing ethical attitude of the respondents (p value = 0.731). Knowing that formal education is not enough to establish the ethical attitudes of nurses, this study recommended the integration for the ethical attitude development program entire the course curriculum for nursing institutions."

"Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) atau yang biasa dikenal dengan gagal ginjal kronis adalah penyakit gangguan fungsi renal yang progresif dan irreversible dimana kemampuan tubuh gagal untuk mempertahankan metabolisme dan keseimbangan cairan dan elektrolit dimana pada akhirnya menyebabkan uremia. Praktik profesi dilakukan di ruang perawatan umum 6 RSPAD Gatot Soebroto pada pasien Tn B dengan CKD. Masalah keperawatan utama pada pasien adalah kelebihan volume cairan tubuh. Intervensi keperawatan yang telah dilakukan adalah restriksi cairan yang dikombinasikan dengan perhitungan balans cairan dan pengukuran berat badan setiap harinya untuk mengetahui kefektifan intervensi restriksi cairan. Intervensi ini efektif untuk mengatasai maslaah kelebihan volume cairan tubuh ditandai dengan balans cairan yang mendekati positif dan penurunan berat badan klien.

Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) is a progressive and irreversible renal function disturbance that caused the failure of human body to maintain the metabolism proccess and the balance of fluid and electolyte. The Internship was held at Rumah Sakit Pusat Angkatan Darat Gatot Soebroto towards Mr. B, a patient with CKD. The main nursing problem of the patient is the excess of body fluid volume. Intervention that was given to the patient was fluid restriction combined with body fluid balance and wieght measurement. This intervention was effective to solve the problem which was shown by the positif body fluid balance and the decreasing of the patient's weight."

"Praktek kerja profesi di Rumah Sakit Pusat Angkatan Darat (RSPAD) Gatot Soebroto Ditkesad periode bulan Januari-Februari 2016 bertujuan untuk memahami peranan, tugas dan tanggung jawab apoteker di Rumah Sakit sesuai dengan ketentuan dan etika pelayanan farmasi pada khususnya dan pelayanan kesehatan pada umumnya, memiliki wawasan, pengetahuan, ketrampilan dan pengalaman praktis untuk melakukan praktek kefarmasian di Rumah Sakit serta memiliki gambaran nyata tentang permasalahan praktek kefarmasian serta mempelajari strategi dan kegiatan-kegiatan yang dapat dilakukan dalam rangka perkembangan praktek kefarmasian di Rumah Sakit. Praktek kerja profesi dilakukan selama dua bulan dengan tugas khusus yaitu Pemantauan Terapi Obat pada Pasien Anak Hipertensi Stage 2 dengan Hipokalemia di Unit Instalasi Keperawatan Anak RSPAD Gatot Soebroto Ditkesad.
