"Tesis ini membahas kepatuhan masyarakat dalam mendapatkan e KTP dengan studi kasus pada penduduk Kota Administrasi Jakarta Timur. Penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif analisis dengan observasi, wawancara mendalam, survey dan kepustakaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan Program e KTP di Kota Administrasi Jakarta Timur, meliputi: sosialisasi ke masyarakat, memberikan undangan ke masyarakat, perekaman data diri masyarakat, pencetakan dan pendistribusian e KTP. Penduduk Jakarta Timur yang sudah melakukan perekaman e KTP 1.806.998 jiwa atau 85,68%, sedangkan masih terdapat 301.902 jiwa atau 14,32% yang belum melakukan rekam e KTP. Penduduk Kota Administrasi Jakarta Timur patuh dalam mendapatkan e KTP karena harapan akan suatu imbalan yaitu manfaat dari e KTP dan usaha untuk menghindarkan diri dari hukum yang mungkin dijalankan, meskipun tidak ada sangsi bagi penduduk yang tidak melakukan perekaman e KTP. Pemerintah melakukan upaya untuk meningkatkan kepatuhan masyarakat dalam mendapatkan e KTP di Jakarta Timur melalui: 1)Surat Edaran terkait percepatan perekaman e KTP, 2)E KTP mobile, 3)Pelayanan malam hari pada jam 19.00 s.d. 22.00 WIB. Kendala yang dihadapi dalam pelaksanaan Program E KTP meliputi kendala internal dan eksternal. Keterkaitan kepatuhan masyarakat dalam mendapatkan E- KTP dilihat dari perspektif ketahanan wilayah di Jakarta Timur yaitu apabila seluruh penduduk Kota Administrasi Jakarta Timur wajib e KTP melakukan perekaman data e KTP maka data e KTP dapat dimanfaatkan oleh Kepolisian Resort Metro Jakarta Timur didalam meningkatkan keamanan wilayah Kota Administrasi Jakarta Timur yang dapat mendukung ketahanan wilayah Kota Administrasi Jakarta Timur yang akan mendukung ketahanan nasional.

The thesis will discuss the case study regarding the compliance of society in acquiring e-KTP in East Jakarta. The research uses analysis descriptive method through observation, depth interview, survey, and literature study. The result of this research shows that the e-KTP Program in East Jakarta includes: socializing, inviting, data recording, issuing, and distributing e-KTP to the society. There are 1.806.998 people or 85.68% of the population in East Jakarta have already undertaken e-KTP recording. On the other hand, there are 301.902 people or 14.32% of population have not yet done it. The inhabitant recording themselves in hope that there will be a reward for them, such as the benefit of e-KTP and to elude them from the possible penalty, even though there are no legal punishment for it yet. The Government has attempted to increase the society's compliance in issuing their e-KTP through certain effort, such as: 1) form letter regarding the acceleration of e-KTP recording, 2) mobile e-KTP, 3) night services, from 19.00 to 22.00 WIB. However, there are internal and external obstacles within this program. The relationship of the society's compliance in e-KTP in regional resilience perception is when the inhabitant of East Jakarta has issued their e-KTP where the data will be able to be used by Kepolisian Resort Metro Jakarta Timur in increasing the regional resilience. This will indirectly support the national resilience.

"Anak adalah tunas harapan bangsa dan sebagai penerus bangsa maka anak-anak harus dibekali dengan pendidikan formal. Namun pada kenyataannya tidak semua anak berada dalam kondisi yang beruntung, mereka adalah anak-anak yang termarjinalisasi oleh lingkungan. Salah satu anak yang kurang beruntung ini adalah anak yang berkonflik dengan hukum dalam hal ini anak didik pemasyarakatan yang menurut Undang-undang No.12 tahun 1995 tentang pemasyarakatan. Untuk menunjukkan suatu bangsa banyak aspek yang harus dipenuhi dan dibenahi, di antaranya adalah masalah pendidikan.
Setiap anak pada dasarnya mempunyai hak-hak untuk mendapatkan pendidikan. Pasal 60 Undang-undang No.39 tahun 1999 tentang hak asasi manusia menyatakan : bahwa setiap anak berhak memperoleh pendidikan dalam rangka pengembangan pribadinya sesuai dengan minat, bakat dan tingkat kecerdasannya. Selanjutnya dalam Undang-undang ini dinyatakan : bahwa "perlindungan, pemajuan, penegakkan dan pemenuhan hak asasi manusia adalah tanggung jawab negara terutama pemerintah" (Ps.8 UU No.39 th.1999). Ketentuan tersebut menegaskan bahwa pemenuhan hak sebagaimana tercantum dalam pasal 60 Undang-undang No.39 tahun 1999 adalah menjadi tanggung jawab pemerintah. Pemenuhan hak ini tentunya harus diberlakukan secara universal, sehingga perhatian terhadap hak-hak anak didik pemasyarakatan yang sedang menjalani masa pidananya di rumah tahanan tidak terabaikan.
Untuk mengetahui bagaimana pemenuhan hak anak yang berkonflik dengan hukum khususnya anak didik pemasyarakatan, dari penelitian tentang pemenuhan hak untuk mendapatkan pendidikan bagi anak didik pemasyarakatan di rumah tahanan mengemukakan tingkat pemenuhan hak-bak anak khususnya anak pidana sebagaimana dimaksud dalam pasal 60 Undang-undang No.39 tahun 1999. selain itu, juga mengungkapkan faktor-faktor yang menjadi penghambat serta peran negara dalam hal ini pemerintah dalam pemenuhan hak-hak anak tersebut.

Children are the buds of hope as the successor of the nation and the nation's children must be provided with formal education. But in reality, not all children are in the fortunate circumstances, they are children of the marginalized by the environment. One of these disadvantaged children are children in conflict with the law in this case which, according to correctional students act No.12 of 1995 on the penitentiary. To show that a nation many aspects that must be met and addressed, among them the issue of education.
Every child basically has the rights to an education. Article 60 of law No.39 of 1999 on human rights states: that every child has the right to education in the context of personal development in accordance with the interests, talents and intelligence levels. Furthermore, in this act stated: that "the protection, promotion, enforcement and fulfillment of human rights is primarily the responsibility of state government" (Law No.39 Ps.8 th.1999). This provision is confirmed that the fulfillment of rights as contained in article 60 of law No.39 year 1999 is the responsibility of the government. The fulfillment of these rights must be universally applied, so that attention to the rights of students who are undergoing correctional criminal at the detention period is not neglected.
To find out how the fulfillment of the rights of children in conflict with the law, especially correctional protege, from research about the fulfillment of the right to get education for their students at the detention correctional proposed level of fulfillment of child rights, especially child offenses referred to in article 60 of law No.39/1999 in addition, also reveals the factors that become barriers as well as the state's role in this regard the government in fulfilling the rights of the child. Finally the results of this study is able to contribute in the context of fulfilling the rights of children, particularly for children in conflict with the law however, legislation is formulated and any measures taken, all should be based on one principle contained in the convention on the rights of the child, which is "The best interest of the child".

"Untuk mempermudah mencapai tujuan strategisnya, DJP mengeluarkan surat edaran yang berisi panduan penggunaan CRM (Compliance Risk Management) pada administrasi perpajakan di Indonesia pada tahun 2019. Surat edaran tersebut mendorong penggunaan CRM pada beberapa fungsi perpajakan. Pada tahun 2021, DJP memperbaharui surat edaran tersebut dengan menambahkan penggunaan business intelligence (BI) dengan harapan dapat meringankan masalah yang sangat umum pada perpajakan, yaitu kepatuhan. Penelitian ini dibuat untuk mengevaluasi apakah CRM yang telah dibantu dengan BI mampu meningkatkan kepatuhan materiil wajib pajak. Penelitian ini berbentuk studi kasus kualitatif yang akan mengevaluasi fungsi pemeriksaan dan pengawasan. Sumber data didapatkan dari wawancara dengan praktisi yang memiliki keahlian dan telah mengalami langsung penggunaan CRM di lapangan. Selain itu, data berupa beberapa gambar dan grafik juga didapatkan untuk melengkapi penelitian. Penelitian dilakukan di Kantor Wilayah DJP Jakarta Timur, namun data juga didapatkan dari beberapa Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama yang berada langsung dibawah Kantor Wilayah DJP Jakarta Timur (single-embedded type). Dalam melakukan evaluasi, peneliti menggunakan kerangka evaluasi kebijakan publik William Dunn yang diantaranya mengevaluasi efektifitas, efisiensi, kecukupan, perataan, responsivitas, dan kelayakan. Penelitian ini menampilkan pandangan-pandangan para pelaksana fungsi pemeriksaan dan pengawasan dalam menjalankan tugasnya di lapangan sehingga menghasilkan kesimpulan dari evaluasi CRM di lingkungan Kantor Wilayah DJP Jakarta Timur. Penelitian ini juga mengungkap beberapa saran dari pelaksana fungsi pemeriksaan dan pengawasan mengenai harapan dan perkembangan CRM di masa depan. Penelitian ini bersifat subjektif sehingga membuka peluang bagi peneliti selanjutnya untuk mempertimbangkan instrumen penelitian lain atau melakukan penelitian dengan pendekatan penelitian lain untuk mendapatkan pandangan yang berbeda dan lebih objektif.

To achieve the organization’s strategic objectives, the Directorate General of Taxation (DGT) issued a Compliance Risk Management (CRM) guidance for tax administration in 2019. The guidance encourages CRM application on several taxation functions. In 2021, the DGT renewed the CRM guidance by adding a business intelligence application to lighten one of the most common issues in taxation, namely, compliance. This research is conducted to evaluate if CRM, with business intelligence support, manages to increase taxpayer compliance. This is a qualitative case study research evaluating supervisory and inspection functions. Data sources were obtained through interviews with experienced practitioners. Furthermore, pictures were also obtained as a complementary to the research. This research was conducted at East Jakarta’s DGT Regional Office, however, some data were also obtained from several small taxpayer offices directly under East Jakarta’s DGT Regional Office (single-embedded type case study). The evaluation was conducted using William Dunn’s policy evaluation criteria, namely, Effectiveness, Efficiency, Adequacy, Equity, Responsiveness, and Appropriateness. This research displays supervision and inspection function tax officers’ view on CRM’s impact on their tasks, concluding CRM’s evaluation on East Jakarta’s Regional Office. This research will also reveal some suggestions/recommendations from the informants concerning future CRM progression. As qualitative research is subjective, the next researcher is suggested to try another research method to gain wider insights and produce a more objective result."

"Skripsi ini menjelaskan hubungan antara simbol dan ritual dalam kebudayaan masyarakat Kelurahan Pondok Ranggon, Jakarta Timur. Hal tersebut dapat tergambarkan dalam tradisi ritual Hajat Bumi Kramat Ganceng yang masih dianggap sakral hingga saat ini. Padahal, saat ini masyarakat Pondok Ranggon merupakan masyarakat yang terbuka, dengan akses transportasi yang memudahkan mereka berinteraksi dengan kehidupan kota dan lebih mengedepankan sifat-sifat rasional. Namun, dibalik kebutuhan masyarakat yang semakin kompleks, masyarakat Pondok Ranggon masih mempertahankan tradisi Hajat Bumi Kramat Ganceng hingga saat ini. Oleh sebab itu Hajat Bumi Kramat Ganceng merupakan objek penelitian skripsi ini.
Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan konsep penafsiran simbol dari Victor Turner yaitu: exegetical meaning, operational meaning, positional meaning. Ketiga konsep tersebut dapat mewakili kembali simbol yang terdapat dalam ritual Hajat Bumi Kramat Ganceng pada masyarakat Pondok Ranggon, Jakarta Timur. Adapun metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif. Penulis bukan hanya mencari informasi, tetapi lebih kepada untuk memahami suatu objek penelitian berdasarkan makna dan nilai masyarakat yang bersangkutan.

This undergraduated thesis describes the relation between symbols and ritual of culture Pondok Ranggon village society in East Jakarta Province. That relation can be seen in Hajat Bumi Kramat Ganceng ritual, which still as sacred one until now. Although nowdays the society in Pondok Ranggon society is open minded society, which seen in a transportation acces to the city and trust to rational characteristic. However, behind the needs of an increasingly complex, society of Pondok Ranggon village still retain traditional ritual Hajat Bumi Kramat Ganceng until now. Therefore, ritual Hajat Bumi Kramat Ganceng is the object of research this essay.
The research was conducted with the use of Interpretation symbols from Victor Turner, consist of: exegetical meaning, operational meaning, and positional meaning. They are a unit that capable of representing the symbols in the ritual Hajat Bumi Kramat Ganceng and Pondok Ranggon village society in East Jakarta Province. The research method used in this research is Qualitative Method, by using this method, researcher not only looking for information but more to understand the object of research based on meaning and value of pertinent community.

Tesis ini menganalisa masalah kepatuhan perpajakan yang dihadapi Indonesia
dengan menggunakan 2.383 data Wajib Pajak Orang Pribadi selama tahun pajak
2013 di Duren Sawit, Jakarta Timur. Analisa didasarkan kepada lima variabel
independen yang terdiri dari dua variabel faktor demografi yaitu usia dan jenis
kelamin dari Wajib Pajak serta tiga variabel independen lainnya yaitu sektor usaha
Wajib Pajak dan status penyampaian Surat Pemberitahuan (SPT) Pajak
Penghasilan Orang Pribadi tahun pajak 2011 dan tahun pajak 2012. Dibandingkan
dengan penelitian sebelumnya, tesis ini menggunakan internal data yang diperoleh
langsung dari Direktorat Jenderal Pajak (DJP) Republik Indonesia. Dengan
mengkomparasi tiga metode statistik yaitu Metode Probit, Logit, dan Linear
Probablity Method (LPM), analisa pada tesis ini dibagi kedalam dua model yang
didasarkan pada status penyampaian SPT tahun pajak sebelumnya. Model pertama
dengan memasukan variabel status pajak tahun sebelumnya, menyimpulkan
bahwa semua variabel independen secara signifikan mempengaruhi tingkat
kepatuhan perpajakan Wajib Pajak Orang Pribadi pada tahun berjalan. Sementara,
pada model kedua, hanya variabel sektor usaha yang mempengaruhi secara
signifikan tingkat kepatuhan perpajakan Wajib Pajak Orang Pribadi pada tahun
pajak berjalan. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa sektor usaha Wajib Pajak
mempunyai peran penting dalam hubungannya dengan tingkat kepatuhan
perpajakan Wajib Pajak Orang Pribadi di Duren Sawit, Jakarta Timur.

two demographic factors: age level and gender of taxpayers, and three other
explanatory variables: service-sector taxpayers, tax return status in 2011, and tax
return status in 2012. Compared to previous studies, this research paper uses
internal data obtained directly from Directorate General of Taxes (DGT) of
Republic of Indonesia while most of prior studies used survey method. By
comparing three statistical methods, which are Probit method, Logit method, and
Linear Probability Method, the analysis of this paper is divided into two models
based on the inclusion and exclusion of the previous tax return status. The first
model finds that all explanatory variables are statistically significant in
influencing individual tax compliance. However, in the second model, only
service-sector variable demonstrates statistical significance in explaining
individual tax compliance. In conclusion, sector of taxpayers has a significant

"Peran masyarakat dalam upaya pengelolaan sampah plastik meliputi pengurangan sampah, pemilahan sampah dan iuran sampah. Peneitian ini bertujuan menganalisis peran masyarakat dalam upaya pengelolaan sampah plastik di Jakarta Timur, Jakarta Barat, dan Kepulauan Seribu Tahun 2022. Jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan cross sectional dan kualitatif. Unit analisis rumah tangga dengan Jumlah sampel 198 responden. Metode sampling purposive sampling sedangkan untuk kualitatif sebanyak 6 informan terdiri dari ketua RT/RW, pengelola Bank Sampah Induk dan perwakilan Dinas Lingkungan Hidup Provinsi DKI Jakarta. Peran Masyarakat dalam Upaya Pengelolaan Sampah Plastik di Jakarta Timur, Jakarta Barat dan Kepulauan Seribu masih rendah berkisar 21,2%. Hal ini berkaitan dengan tidak melakukan pemilahan sampah (62,1 %), tidak melakukan mendaur ulang atau membuat kerajinan tangan dari sampah (87,4%) dan tidak mengirim sampah ke bank sampah (75,3%). Hasil Uji statistik menunjukkan adanya hubungan signifikan antara penghasilan dan pengetahuan terhadap peran masyarakat dalam pengelolaan sampah. Pengetahuan merupakan faktor yang dominan dalam peran pengelolaan sampah plastik. Hasil wawancara mendalam beberapa informan mendapatkan hasil bahwa kepedulian masyarakat masih rendah dalam hal pemilahan sampah plastik, kurang dukungan dari lintas sektor, sarana prasarana masih kurang memadai serta perlunya adanya monitoring dan evaluasi terkait pengelolaan sampah plastik. Kesimpulan mendapatkan bahwa peran masyarakat masih rendah dalam pengelolaan sampah plastik.

The role of the community in efforts to manage plastic waste includes waste reduction, waste segregation and waste fees. This study aims to analyze the role of the community in efforts to manage plastic waste in East Jakarta, West Jakarta and the Thousand Islands in 2022. This type of research is quantitative with cross sectional and qualitative. Household analysis unit with a sample of 198 respondents. The sampling method was purposive sampling, while for the qualitative as many as 6 informants consisting of the head of the RT/RW, the manager of the Main Waste Bank and representatives of the DKI Jakarta Provincial Environmental Service. The role of the community in the effort to manage plastic waste in East Jakarta, West Jakarta and the Thousand Islands is still low at around 21.2%. This is related to not sorting waste (62.1%), not recycling or making handicrafts from waste (87.4%) and not sending waste to the waste bank (75.3%). The results of the statistical test showed a significant relationship income and knowledge of the community's role in waste management. Knowledge is the dominant factor in the role of plastic waste management. The results of in-depth interviews with several informants found that public awareness was still low in terms of sorting plastic waste, lack of support from across sectors, inadequate infrastructure and the need for monitoring and evaluation related to plastic waste management. The conclusion is that the role of the community is still low in the management of plastic waste."

"ABSTRAK
Latar Belakang: Angka kematian ibu AKI merupakan salah satu indikator kualitas dan aksesibilitas fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan ibu. Untuk menurunkan AKI di Indonesia, kementerian kesehatan melaksanakan program PONED. Penelitian-penelitian terhadap puskesmas PONED menunjukkan pelaksanaan PONED masih belum sesuai standar kinerja PONED. AKI pada wilayah puskesmas PONED dengan layanan yang belum sesuai standar masih tinggi, padahal program PONED dilaksanakan sebagai salah satu upaya menurunkan AKI di Indonesia.Tujuan: Mengukur tingkat kepatuhan terhadap standar kinerja PONED pada puskesmas PONED yang berada di wilayah dengan AKI tinggi dan AKI rendah. Mengetahui kendala dalam pelaksanaan PONED.Metode: Mixed-method dengan embedded design. Penelitian kuantitatif menggunakan rancangan survei potong lintang untuk mendapatkan data tingkat kepatuhan terhadap standar kinerja PONED. Pengambilan data kualitatif melalui kuesioner yang diberikan kepada tim PONED dan kepala puskesmas dilakukan secara bersamaan dengan pengambilan data kuantitatif. Sampel adalah seluruh populasi puskesmas PONED di Jakarta Timur 10 puskesmas dan Jakarta Pusat 8 puskesmas . Data kuantitatif diolah dengan statistik deskriptif dan uji t untuk melihat perbedaan. Data kualitatif diolah dengan koding terbuka untuk menghasilkan kode dan kategori.Hasil: Dari 18 puskesmas, 1 sedang tidak menjalankan PONED dan dikeluarkan dari sampel penelitian. Jumlah sampel menjadi 9 puskesmas di Jakarta Timur AKI rendah dan 8 puskesmas di Jakarta Pusat AKI tinggi . Tingkat kepatuhan terhadap standar kinerja PONED pada puskesmas di Jakarta Pusat 72 secara bermakna lebih tinggi dari puskesmas di Jakarta Timur 72 64 , t=2,543, p= 0,022 . Kendala dalam pelaksanaan PONED: fasilitas fisik, perlengkapan, sumber daya manusia, manajemen dan kendala eksternal yang berhubungan dengan pelatihan lanjutan bagi tim PONED.Simpulan:Tingkat kepatuhan terhadap standar kinerja PONED pada puskesmas PONED di wilayah dengan AKI tinggi lebih tinggi dibandingkan di wilayah dengan AKI rendah, namun tingkat kepatuhan terhadap standar kinerja PONED pada kedua wilayah tergolong rendah. Kendala pelaksanaan PONED: fasilitas fisik, perlengkapan, sumber daya manusia, manajemen dan kendala eksternal.

ABSTRACT
Background Maternal mortality rate MMR is one of the indicator of quality and accessibility of health, especially in women. In order to lower the MMR, Indonesian Ministry of Health developed a safe motherhood program in the community health center called PONED. Studies about PONED rsquo s community health center showed that these community health centers were not yet provide the healthcare for mother and baby according to PONED rsquo s standards and the MMR in the area of these community health center were still high.Objective To measure the compliance of PONED rsquo s standards in PONED rsquo s community health center in the area of high and low mortality rate. To know the hindrance of PONED rsquo s implementation in PONED rsquo s community health center.Methods Mixed method with embedded design. Cross sectional studies for quantitative data performed along with the qualitative survey given to the PONED rsquo s team in each community health center. Sample of the study is the whole population of PONED rsquo s community health center in East Jakarta 10 and Central Jakarta 8 .Result 1 of 18 sample was excluded because of not performing PONED rsquo s care at the time of the study. Total sample were 9 in East Jakarta low MMR area and 8 in Central Jakarta high MMR area . Mean of PONED rsquo s standard index of community health center in Central Jakarta 72 is significantly higher t 2,543, p 0,022 than East Jakarta 64 , but both were below the expected standards.The hindrance of PONED rsquo s implementation in community health center are facilities, medicine, human resource, management and external hindrance related to continuing training for PONED rsquo s team.Conclusion The compliance of PONED rsquo s standards in PONED rsquo s community health center in the area of high MMR are higher than the compliance of PONED rsquo s standards in PONED rsquo s community health center in the area of low MMR, but both were below the expected standards. "Penyakit tuberkulosis di Indonesia masih menjadi masalah kesehatan masyarakat. Pemerintah memperkirakan saat ini setiap tahun terjadi 583.000 kasus bare dengan kematian 140.000 orang. Untuk mengatasi hal tersebut pemerintah telah melaksanakan program penanggulangan TB dengan strategi DOTS (Directly Observed Treatment, Shortcourse) sejak tahun 1995.
Untuk mengetahui keberhasilan program DOTS, menggunakan indikator atau tolok ukur angka konversi pada akhir pengobatan tahap intensif minimal 80%, angka kesembuhan minimal 85% dari kasus baru BTA positif, Di Puskesmas Kecamatan Jatinegara, angka kesembuhan tahun 2001 baru mencapai 80% dan angka konversi sebesar 90,65%. Angka kesembuhan tersebut sangat berkaitan dengan kepatuhan berobat penderita TB paru bersangkutan. Oleh karena itu secara umum tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memperoleh informasi tentang hubungan persepsi , pengetahuan penderita, dan Pengawas Menelan Obat dengan kepatuhanberobat penderita TB paru di Puskesmas Kecamatan Jatinagara tahun 2001.
Penelitian ini menggunakan desain cross sectional dengan memanfaatkan data primer dan sekunder. Penulis melakukan pengumpulan data dengan wawancara berpedoman pada kuesioner pada tanggal 29 Maret 2002 sampai 8 Mei 2002 dad seluruh penderita TB paru BTA positif sebanyak 92 orang yang mendapat pengobatan kategori-1 dan telah selesai berobat di Puskesmas tersebut tahun 2001. Variabel dependen adalah kepatuhan berobat, dan variabel independen adalah persepsi kerentanan, persepsi keseriusan, persepsi manfaat minus rintangan , persepsi ancamanlbahaya, pengetahuan dan pengawas menelan obat. Sedangkan variabel confounding terdiri dari umur, jenis kelamin, pendidikan dan pekerjaan. Untuk pengolahan data, penulis menggunakan analisis univariat, bivariat dan multivariat dengan regresi logistik Banda.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa responden yang patuh berobat 73,9 % dan tidak patuh berobat 26,1%_ Dui basil analisis bivariat didapatkan variabel yang mempunyai hubungan bermakna dengan kepatuhan berobat adalah variabel persepsi kerentanan P value=4.045 dan OR=0,314 , persepsi keseriusan P value 0,034 dan OR=3,26 , persepsi manfaat minus rintangan P value-0,023 dan OR=3,70 , persepsi ancamanl bahaya P value~,030 dan OR=0,310 dan pengawas menelan obat P value-0,008 dan OR=0,171. Sedangkan basil analisis multivariat mendapatkan tiga variabel yang berhubungan dengan kepatuhan berobat yaitu keseriusan P value=0,013 dan OR=6,221, manfaat minus rintangan P value 0,019 dan OR=5,814 , dan pengawas menelan obat P value= 0,024 dan OR ,174. Namun yang paling dominan diantara ketiga variabel tersebut adalah variabel keseriusan P value-0,013 dan OR-6,221.
Peneliti menyarankan kepada pengelola program penanggulangan TB pare di Puskesmas untuk memberikan informasi yang cukup dan lebih jelas lagi tentang TB pare kepada setiap penderita dengan menggunakan bahasa sederhana agar penderita mudah memahami dan melaksanakannya. Sebaiknya di ruang tunggu Puskesmas diadakan penyuluhan TB paru melalui TV dan poster. Meningkatkan pecan PMO melalui penyuluhan dan pertemuan yang efektif dengan kader kesehatan , TOMA dan terutama dengan PMO dari keluarga. Mensosialisasikan Pedoman Umum Promosi Penanggulangan TB yang dikeluarkan oleh Direktorat Jenderal Pemberantasan Penyakit Menular dan Penyehatan Lingkungan Tahun 2000 .

Tuberculosis remains to become a large public health problem in Indonesia. This time the government estimates that there are 583.000 new cases of tuberculosis and up to 140.000 persons die from tuberculosis annualy. Solving this problem the government has carried out the program to fight against tuberculosis by DOTS (Directly Observed Treatment Short course) strategy since 1995.
To know the success of DOTS program we use indicator or yard stick i.e. conversion rate at the end of intensive medication stage is minimal 80% and cure rate is minimal 85% of acid-fast bacilli positive new cases. In Puskesmas Kecamatan Jatinegara in 2001, the cure rate achieved 80% and the conversion rate was 90,65%. The cure rate is closely related to medication compliance of those lung tuberculosis patients. Therefore in general, the aim of this study is to obtain information about the relationship between perception, patient's knowledge , PMO (Drug Swallowing Observer), and medication compliance of lung tuberculosis patients in Puskesmas Kecamatan Jatinegara, year of 2001.
This study used cross sectional design employing both primary and secondary data. The writer collected data based on interview with questionnaires on 29 March 2002 to 8 May 2002 from all smear-positive lung tuberculosis patients as much as 92 persons who have received category-1 therapy and have completed the medication in the Puskesmas in the year 2001. The dependent variable is the medication compliance, and the independent variables are the perceived susceptability, perceived seriousness, perceived benefits minus barriers, perceived threat, knowledge of TB, and PMO. Whereas the confounding variables consist of age, gender, education and job. Processing the data the writer used univariate, bivariate analysis and multivariate analysis with multiple regression logistic.
The result of this study showed that respondents who complied with medication was 73,9% and those who uncomplied with medication was 26,1%. From the result of bivariate analysis found variables which had significant relationship to medication compliance. Those variables were perception of susceptability P value=4,045 and OR=0,314 , perception of seriousness P value= 0,034 and OR=3,26 , perception of benefits minus barriers P value 0,023 and ORO,370 , perception of threat P value x,030 and OR=0,310 ,and PMO P value-3,008 and OR=0,171. Whereas the result of multivariate analysis found three variables which had significant relationship to medication compliance i.e. persception of seriousness P value=0,013 and OR=6.221, benefits minus barriers P value-A019 and OR=5,814 , and PMO Pvalue=0,024 and OR=0,174. Nevertheless the most dominant amongst those three variables was perception of seriousness P value 0,013 and OR=6,221.
The writer suggests the management of the program to fight against lung tuberculosis in Puskesmas to give adequate and clearer information about lung tuberculosis to each patients using simple and plain language in order the patients to understand and practice it easily_ It is best that Puskesmas carries out lung tuberculosis counseling by TV and poster in the waiting room. To increase the role of PMO by the way of effective counseling and meeting with health cadres or volunteers , TOMA (public vigors) and especially with PMO who comes from family. "Pemanfaatan data Automatic Exchange of Information (AEoI) diharapkan dapat membantu meningkatkan kepatuhan Wajib Pajak Orang Pribadi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas pemanfaatan data AEOI dalam meningkatkan kepatuhan Wajib Pajak Orang Pribadi, khususnya terkait Pajak Penghasilan Wajib Orang Pribadi di Kantor Pengadilan Madya Dua Jakarta Barat. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan studi kasus dan metode kualitatif. Metode kualitatif digunakan untuk mengeksplorasi masalah kepatuhan pajak pada individu atau kelompok, dengan fokus pada persepsi dan pengalaman narasumber. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara dan analisis dokumen. Penelitian mengikuti pendekatan evaluasi CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product). Evaluasi konteks menunjukkan bahwa pemanfaatan data AEoI di KPP Madya Dua Jakarta Barat memberikan pemahaman yang baik terhadap masalah kepatuhan WP dan tujuan pemanfaatan data AEoI. Evaluasi input menunjukkan ketersediaan sumber daya, pemahaman teknis, dan tanggung jawab terkait penerapan AEoI telah tercapai dengan baik. Evaluasi proses mengindikasikan implementasi yang sesuai rencana, penanganan kendala dengan pendekatan yang tepat, dan respons positif dari WP. Evaluasi produk menunjukkan bahwa hasil pemanfaatan data AEoI telah memenuhi harapan, tingkat efektivitas yang baik, solusi berkelanjutan, dan rekomendasi yang tercapai. Penelitian ini memberikan dampak positif pemanfaatan data AEoI dalam meningkatkan kepatuhan WP, terutama terkait Program Pengungkapan Sukarela (PPS). Inovasi utama terletak pada rekomendasi untuk penurunan rutin data AEoI, verifikasi data dari negara lain, dan peningkatan komprehensifitas data.

The utilization of Automatic Exchange of Information (AEoI) data is expected to help enhance compliance among individual taxpayers. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of AEoI data utilization in improving Individual Taxpayer compliance, especially related to Individual Income Tax at the KPP Madya Dua Jakarta Barat. This research uses a case study approach and qualitative methods. Qualitative methods are used to explore tax compliance issues in individuals or groups, focusing on the perceptions and experiences of the interviewees. Data was collected through interviews and document analysis. The research followed the CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product) evaluation approach. The context evaluation shows that the utilization of AEoI data at KPP Madya Dua Jakarta Barat provides a good understanding of WP compliance issues and the purpose of utilizing AEoI data. The input evaluation shows that the availability of resources, technical understanding, and responsibilities related to the implementation of AEoI have been well achieved. The process evaluation indicates that the implementation is on track, obstacles are handled with the right approach, and there is a positive response from taxpayers. Product evaluation shows that the results of AEoI data utilization have met expectations, a good level of effectiveness, sustainable solutions, and achieved recommendations. This research provides a positive impact of AEoI data utilization in improving taxpayer compliance, especially related to the Voluntary Disclosure Program (VDP). The main innovation lies in the recommendations for routine reduction of AEoI data, verification of data from other countries, and improvement of data comprehensiveness."

"Kepatuhan Bendaharawan Pemerintah sebagai pemungut/pemotong pajak sangat penting artinya dalam rangka mengamankan penerimaan negara. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kepatuhan dan memberikan rekomendasi dalam meningkatkan kepatuhan bendahara pemerintah pada aspek perpajakan.
Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Bendahara UIN Jakarta. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi kasus. Melalui pengolahan data, diperoleh tingkat kepatuhan pajak hanya sebesar 65%. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa tingkat kapatuhan pajak bendahara UIN Jakarta masih rendah. Hal ini disebabkan oleh rendahnya tingkat pemahaman bendahara, belum adanya sistem pengelolaan pajak yang baik, dan tidak diterapkannya sanksi perpajakan.
Rekomendasi yang dapat diberikan untuk meningkatkan kepatuhan antara lain memperbaiki sistem pengelolaan perpajakan, meningkatkan fungsi pengawasan, dan meningkatkan pemahaman bendahara pada aspek perpajakan.

Tax compliance of state treasurers as tax collector/holder is very important in order to secure the state revenues. This study aims to determine the level of tax compliance of state treasurers and to provide recommendations for improving the tax compliance of state treasurers.
This research was conducted on the treasurers of State Islamic University of Jakarta. The methods used are case study analysis. Through data processing was obtained the tax compliance rate is only 65%. It can be concluded that the tax compliance level of the treasurers of UIN Jakarta is still low. It can be caused by the low level of understanding of the treasurers, the lack of a good tax management system, and the denial of tax penalties.
Recommendations that can be given to improve tax compliance are, among others, by improving the tax management system, improving the monitoring system, and increasing the understanding of the treasurers on tax laws.
