"[Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji hubungan antara Servant Leadership dan Team Effectiveness pada Kepala Seksi dan Kepala Ruangan di Rumah Sakit X Penelitian tersebut didasari pertimbangan bahwa masih ada kesenjangan Kompetensi Kepemimpinan Kelompok pada Kepala Seksi dan Kepala Ruangan di Rumah Sakit X serta belum tercapainya target kinerja pada semua unit kerja . Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan positif yang signifikan antara Servant Leadership dan Team Effectiveness ( r = 0,64 dan p lebih kecil dari 0,05). Responden dalam penelitian ini sebanyak tujuh puluh orang, mereka merupakan bawahan dari Kepala Seksi dan Kepala Ruangan. Alat ukur yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Servant Leadership Questionnare (SLQ) yang diadaptasi dari Barbuto & Wheeler (2006) dan Team Effectiveness Questionnare (TEQ) dari Larson & LaFasto (1989). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut, peneliti mengusulkan program intervensi untuk meningkatkan Servant Leadership melalui Pelatihan Coaching dan Servant Leadership kepada manajer sebagai atasan dari Kepala Seksi dan Kepala Ruangan di Rumah Sakit X. Hasil pelatihan diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kemampuan Coaching dan perilaku Servant Leadership atau kepemimpinan yang melayani bagi para manajer. Selanjutnya para manajer diharapkan mampu melakukan Coaching kepada Kepala Seksi dan Kepala Ruangan, terutama dalam menerapkan kepemimpinan yang melayani sehingga efektivitas tim akan meningkat.;The purpose of this research is to examine the relationship between Servant Leadership and Team Effectiveness on Section Heads and Heads of Nurses in Hospital X. This research is based on the fact that there is a gap in leadership competencies cluster on Section Heads and Heads of Nurses as well as unachieved performance target in all units. This research shows that Servant Leadership is significantly related to Team Effectiveness (r=0,64, p<0,05). Data collected from 70 respondents, they are subordinate of the Section Heads and Heads of Nurses. Instruments used in this research are Servant Leadership Questionnaire (SLQ), adapted from Barbuto & Wheeler (2006) and Team Effectiveness Questionnaire (TEQ), by Larson & LaFasto (1989). Based on this finding, researcher proposes an intervention program to enhance Servant Leadership through Coaching and Servant Leadership Training to the managers as the superior of the Section Heads and Heads of Nurses. "ABSTRAK
Dalam rangka reformasi birokrasi, perubahan menjadi hal yang harus dihadapi oleh lembaga pemerintah agar dapat menunjukkan kinerja lebih baik yang diharapkan oleh masyarakat dan sesuai dengan semangat orientasi pelayanan, namun pada umumnya masih banyak lembaga yang belum berhasil melakukan perubahan karena kurangnya kesiapan untuk berubah dan adanya sikap negatif pegawai terhadap perubahan. Pegawai untuk menjadi siap dalam menghadapi perubahan memerlukan iklim psikologis yang aman. Rasa aman psikologis dapat memfasilitasi kebutuhan belajar dan berkembang melalui rasa aman pada pegawai untuk mengambil risiko dianggap salah atau tidak mampu oleh atasan dan lingkungan kemudian berani mengambil inisiatif untuk terlibat dalam perubahan. Untuk mendukung suasana rasa aman dibutuhkan gaya kepemimpinan pelayan. Kepemimpinan pelayan dipandang sebagai kepemimpinan yang bermanfaat melalui caranya dalam membangun, melibatkan, dan mengembangkan pegawai. Hal ini menjadi acuan dalam penelitian untuk melihat peran rasa aman psikologis sebagai variabel penengah pada hubungan antara kepemimpinan pelayan dan kesiapan untuk berubah. Penelitian dilakukan kepada pegawai negeri sipil pada salah satu lembaga pemerintah dengan mengukur persepsi terhadap kepemimpinan pelayan, rasa aman psikologis dan kesiapan untuk berubah yang dirasakan oleh pegawai. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan rasa aman psikologis dapat berperan sebagai variabel penengah sebagian pada hubungan antara kepemimpinan pelayan dengan kesiapan untuk berubah. Dalam hal ini kepemimpinan pelayan memiliki efek langsung dan tidak langsung, yaitu melalui rasa aman psikologis, terhadap kesiapan untuk berubah.

ABSTRACT
Abstract In the bureaucracy reform, the changes become the things that government agencies have to deal with in order to show better performance that is expected by the community and in line with the spirit of service orientation, but in general there are still many institutions that have not succeeded in making changes due to lack of readiness to change and attitude negative employees to change. Employees to be ready for change need a psychological safety climate. Psychological safety can facilitate learning needs and evolve through a sense of security for employees to risk being perceived as either incapable or inadequate by their bosses and the environment and then taking the initiative to engage in change. To support a sense of security requires a servant leadership style. Servant leadership is seen as a useful leadership through the way they build, engage and develop employees. This is a reference in research to see the role of psychological safety as an mediator variable on the relationship between servant leadership and readiness for change. The study was conducted for civil servants in one government agency by measuring perceptions of servant leadership, psychological safety and readiness for change perceived by employees. The results indicate that psychological safety may serve as a partial mediator variable on the relationship between servant leadership and readiness for change. In this case the servant leadership has a direct and indirect effect, namely through psychological security, to the readiness for change."

"Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mendapatkan gambaran mengenai hubungan antara servant leadership dengan Leader-Member Exchange (LMX) pada komunitas berdasarkan kesamaan minat di Indonesia, dalam hal ini komunitas mobil retro JRF, dan seberapa besar sumbangan masing-masing dimensi servant leadership terhadap LMX. Pengukuran servant leadership menggunakan alat ukur Servant Leadership Scale (SLS) (Barbuto & Wheleer, 2006) dan pengukuran LMX menggunakan alat ukur Indonesian Quality of Work Life Questionnaire (Radikun, 2010). Partisipan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 35 anggota komunitas. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan positif yang signifikan antara servant leadership dan LMX pada komunitas “JRF” (r = 0,798, p < 0.01). Selain itu, dimensi servant leadership yang memberikan kontribusi besar dan signifikan terhadap LMX adalah panggilan altruistis dan pemulihan emosional.

This research was conducted to find the relationship between servant leadership and leader-member exchange (LMX) among interest based community on Indonesia, in this case on “JRF” retro car community, and how much quality of each servant leadership dimension contributes to quality of LMX. Servant leadership was measured using a modification instrument named Servant Leadership Scale (SLS) (Barbuto & Wheeler, 2006) and LMX was measured using a modification instrument named Indonesian Quality of Work Life Questionnaire (Radikun, 2010). The participants of this research are 35 community members. The main results of this research showed that servant leadership positively and correlated significantly with LMX among “JRF” community (r = 0,798, p < 0,01). Furthermore, the big contribution from dimensions of servant leadership toward LMX was altruistic calling and emotional healing."

"ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan servant leadership
pada Kantor Imigrasi dan Lembaga Pemasyarakatan di DKI Jakarta berdasarkan
faktor demografi pegawai. Data penelitian ini diambil dari 277 responden dengan
menggunakan kuesioner Ehrhart (2004). Analisis data menggunakan metode
statistik deskriptif serta t-test dan one way ANOVA. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan
bahwa penerapan servant leadership pada Kantor Imigrasi dan Lembaga
Pemasyarakatan dalam kategori sedang. Faktor gender tidak memberikan
perbedaan yang signifikan dalam penerapan servant leadership. Faktor golongan
pangkat dan tingkat pendidikan memberikan perbedaan yang signifikan terhadap
penerapan servant leadership secara keseluruhan.

ABSTRACT
This study aim to analyze implementation of servant leadership at Immigration
and Correcction Bodies in DKI Jakarta based on demographic factor. Data for this
study was taken from 277 respondent by using Erhart’s questionnaire(2004). Data
is analyzed by using descriptive statistics, t-test and one way ANOVA. The result
show that implementation of servant leadership at Immigration and Correction
Bodies in the medium category. Gender didn’t make any significant difference in
implementation of servant leadership. Job rank and education level make a
significant differences in implementation of servant leadership."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui apakah intervensi pelatihan servant leadership dan peningkatan awareness pada pimpinan dapat meningkatkan motivasi kerja pegawai di Balai Besar POM Propinsi X. Intervensi didasarkan pada penelitian motivasi kerja 46 pegawai. Servant leadership pada pimpinan BBPOM Propinsi X diukur melalui Servant Leadership Scale (Barbuto dan Wheeler, 2006). Hasil analisis regresi menunjukkan bahwa motivasi kerja pegawai ditentukan oleh 88,6% servant leadership dan 90% kepuasan atas gaji. Peneliti merancang pelatihan servant leadership pada pimpinan dengan fokus pada dimensi organizational stewardship dan persuasive mapping yang rendah agar semua dimensi servant leadership yang dimiliki pimpinan lengkap, dan dapat berfungsi optimal. Oleh karena itu, disarankan untuk meninjau besaran gaji pegawai secara periodik. Dengan adanya intervensi pelatihan servant leadership akan dapat meningkatkan semangat dan motivasi kerja selama memberikan pelayanan yang baik dan optimal kepada masyarakat. Pimpinan juga perlu menyadari bahwa motivasi kerja pegawai dipengaruhi juga oleh kepuasan atas gaji.

The research aimed determine the effect of servant leadership's training and increasing awareness for leaders as intervention program will increase the employee's work motivation in Balai Besar POM Propinsi X. The intervention based on work motivation's research of 46 employees. Servant leadership for leaders in BBPOM Propinsi X measured by Servant Leadership Scale's instrument (Barbuto and Wheeler, 2006). The result of analysis regression shows that employee's work motivation determined by 88,6% servant leadership and 90% pay satisfaction. Researcher designs servant leadership's training for leaders focusing on lower result of organizational stewardship and persuasive mapping dimension, in order to servant leadership's dimensions that owns by the leaders is comprehensive and can be functioned optimally. With the servant leadership's training intervention, it will be able to improve encouragement and work motivation during giving good and optimal service to the public. Leaders also have to aware that employee's work motivation affected by pay satisfaction. Thus, the suggestion is to look deeper on how much the employee's salary and review it periodically."

"Industri manufaktur merupakan industri padat karya yang membutuhkan tenaga kerja besar. Industri ini membutuhkan pekerja yang memiliki perilaku kewargaan-organisasi, seperti mampu bekerja secara ekstra untuk mencapai produktivitas. Untuk dapat membangun perilaku kewargaan-organisasi dapat ditentukan dari beberapa faktor seperti kepemimpinan, & kepribadian yang dimiliki oleh para pekerja. Dari segi kepribadian, para pekerja sebaiknya dapat ramah dan mampu mengontrol emosinya. Pekerja yang tidak ramah dan memiliki emosi negatif dapat masuk dalam kategori machiavellianism. Disisi lain dalam faktor kepemimpinan, pekerja membutuhkan sosok seorang yang rendah hati, adil, bijaksana, dapat memotivasi mereka dalam bekerja, dapat memimpin mereka tanpa memikirkan kekuasaan, hingga dapat melayani kebutuhan para pekerja. Sosok ini dikenal sebagai kepemimpinan melayani. Penelitian ini akan meneliti peran kepemimpinan melayani sebagai moderasi dalam hubungan negatif antara machiavellianism dan perilaku kewargaan-organisasi pada pekerja industri manufaktur. Sebanyak 175 partisipan direkrut secara online untuk mengikuti penelitian ini. Adapun desain penelitian ini termasuk dalam kategori non-eksperimen dan sebuah studi korelasi. Teknik sampling yang digunakan yakni convenience sampling. Untuk mengukur machiavellianism digunakan skala Machiavellianism Personality Scale, kemudian untuk mengukur perilaku kewargaan-organisasi digunakan skala Organizational Citizenship Behavior Scale, dan untuk mengukur kepemimpinan melayani digunakan skala Servant Leadership Scale. Data diolah menggunakan software SPSS versi 25 dan dianalisis dengan analisis moderasi process macro hayes model 1. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan, kepemimpinan melayani tidak dapat memoderasi hubungan negatif antara machiavellianism dan perilaku kewargaan-organisasi pada pekerja industri manufaktur. Apabila pekerja mempersepsikan dirinya untuk memiliki seorang pemimpin yang melayani, maka hal tersebut tidak dapat memiliki efek moderasi terhadap machiavellianism dan perilaku kewargaan-organisasi (p = 0.38 > -0.05).

The manufacturing industry is a labor-intensive sector that requires a substantial workforce. This industry demands workers with citizenship-organization behavior, such as the ability to work extra to achieve productivity. The development of citizenship-organization behavior can be influenced by factors such as leadership and the personalities of the workers. Regarding personality, workers should be friendly and capable of controlling their emotions. Unfriendly and negatively emotional workers may fall into the category of Machiavellianism. On the other hand, concerning leadership, workers require someone who is humble, fair, wise, and capable of motivating them at work, leading without a focus on power, and catering to the needs of the workers. This figure is known as servant leadership. This study aims to examine the role of servant leadership as a moderator in the negative relationship between Machiavellianism and citizenship-organization behavior among manufacturing industry workers. A total of 175 participants were recruited online for this study. The research design falls into the non-experimental category and is a correlational study. The sampling technique used is convenience sampling. Machiavellianism was measured using the Machiavellianism Personality Scale, citizenship-organization behavior was measured using the Organizational Citizenship Behavior Scale, and servant leadership was measured using the Servant Leadership Scale. Data were processed using SPSS version 25 software and analyzed with moderation analysis using the Hayes Process Macro Model 1. The study results indicate that servant leadership cannot moderate the negative relationship between Machiavellianism and citizenship-organization behavior in manufacturing industry workers. When workers perceive themselves to have a servant leader, it does not have a moderating effect on Machiavellianism and citizenship-organization behavior (p = 0.38 > -0.05)."

"Meningkatkan kinerja karyawan menjadi fokus salah satu otoritas layanan publik di Indonesia untuk meningkatkan kualitas layanan publik pada kinerja yang akan datang disebabkan oleh penurunan indeks kepuasan masyarakat di tahun 2021 bila dibandingkan dengan periode sebelumnya. Banyak penelitian menunjukkan bahwa OCB diperlukan untuk meningkatkan kualitas layanan dan kinerja secara keseluruhan dalam organisasi sektor publik. Penelitian ini menguji pengaruh servant leadership (SL) terhadap organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) melalui peran mediasi public service motivation (PSM) dan affective commitment (AC). Model ini diuji menggunakan CB-SEM untuk menganalisis data dan menguji hipotesis penelitian. Temuan menunjukkan hubungan positif antara servant leadership dengan OCB (OCBI & OCBO), PSM, dan AC. Penelitian juga menemukan bahwa PSM dan AC memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap OCBI & OCBO serta memediasi hubungan antara SL dan OCBI serta OCBO. Hasil penelitian memberikan wawasan penting tentang bagaimana sektor publik dapat mengidentifikasi, mengembangkan, dan mempertahankan servant leader untuk memotivasi OCB karyawan.

Improving employee performance has become a focus for public service authorities in Indonesia to enhance the quality of public services, as evidenced by a decline in the satisfaction index in 2021 compared to previous periods. Numerous studies have highlighted the importance of organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) in enhancing service quality and overall performance within the public sector organizations. This study examines the influence of servant leadership (SL) on OCB through the mediating roles of public service motivation (PSM) and affective commitment (AC). The proposed model is tested using covariance-based structural equation modeling (CB-SEM) to analyze the data and test the research hypotheses. The findings demonstrate a positive relationship between servant leadership and OCB (OCBI & OCBO), PSM, and AC. The study also reveals that PSM and AC have a positive influence on OCBI & OCBO and mediate the relationship between SL and OCBI as well as OCBO. These research findings provide crucial insights into how the public sector can identify, develop, and retain servant leaders to promote employee OCB."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat servant leadership, job social support, organization-based self-esteem, family satisfaction dan family quality of life pada Biro SDM. Selain itu penelitian ini juga ingin mengetahui pengaruh organizational-based self-esteem sebagai mediator dari variabel servant leadership dan job social support terhadap family satisfaction dan family quality of life. Responden penelitian ini adalah 100 pegawai tetap di Biro SDM BKF pada berbagai bidang dan tingkatan yang sudah bekerja lebih dari satu tahun dan sudah menikah. Pengujian pengaruh antar variabel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan regresi pada aplikasi SPSS. Hasilnya adalah OBSE terbukti memediasi pengaruh servant leadership dan job social support terhadap family satisfaction dan family quality of life.

This study aims to determine the level of servant leadership, job social support, organization-based self-esteem, family satisfaction and family quality of life at the HR Bureau. In addition, this study also wants to know the effect of organizational-based self-esteem as a mediator of the servant leadership and job social support variables on family satisfaction and family quality of life. The respondents of this study were 100 permanent employees in the BKF HR Bureau in various fields and levels who had worked for more than one year and were married. Testing the influence of variables in this study uses regression in SPSS applications. The result is that OBSE has been proven to mediate the influence of servant leadership and job social support on family satisfaction and family quality of life.

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh servant leadership terhadap komitmen organisasional karyawan di PT BNI, Tbk. kantor cabang Rawamangun. Variabel servant leadership diukur dengan menggunakan Servant Leadership Survey dari Van Dierendonck dan Nutjien (2010) Sedangkan variabel komitmen organisasional diukur dengan menggunakan Organizational Commtiment Questionnaire dari Allen dan Meyer (1990). Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan kuesioner sebagai instrumen penelitian. Sampel dari penelitian ini berjumlah 45 responden yang merupakan karyawan dari BNI di kantor cabang Rawamangun. Data dari penelitian ini akan dianalisis menggunakan statistik deskriptif dan analisis regresi sederhana. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa tidak terdapat pengaruh antara servant leadership dan komitmen organisasional karyawan di BNI kantor cabang Rawamangun.

This research used quantitative approach with questionnaire as a research instrument. Subject of this research is 45 BNI's employee in Rawamangun branch office. The data gathered from research will be analyzed using descriptive analysis and simple regression analysis. The result of this research showed that there was no influence of servant leadership on organizational commitment at PT. BNI, Tbk branch office in Rawamangun."

"Kepemimpinan sampai saat ini masih dipandang sebagai faktor yang sangat penting untuk efektivitas organisasi, bahkan
juga mempengaruhi hampir semua kehidupan manusia. Pendidikan tinggi mempunyai karakteristik yang khas sehingga
membutuhkan kepemimpinan tertentu. Pendidikan tinggi di Indonesia saat ini sedang aktif melakukan perubahan,
sehingga pemimpinnya harus mampu membuat perubahan yang berhasil. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji tingkat
penting perilaku yang menunjukkan moral tinggi (virtue) dalam servant leadership dengan metode Delphi Survey dan
menguji multidimensionalitas servant leadership. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa servant leadership dapat menjadi
alternatif kepemimpinan di pendidikan tinggi untuk melakukan perubahan organisasi dengan berhasil. Penelitian juga
membuktikan bahwa servant leadership merupakan konstruk yang unidimensional.
Leadership is a critical factor for organizational effectiveness and also has great influence to almost all human life.
Higher education has a distinctive characteristics, so it needs a particular leadership. Recently, higher education in
Indonesia is actively making organizational change, so higher education’s leaders continually make efforts to
accomplish successful and significant change. The purposes of research are to examine how important is virtues of
servant leadership and to examine multidimensionality of servant leadership. Result shows that servant leadership is an
alternative of leadership to accomplish successful organizational change in higher education. Result also finds that
servant leadership is a unidimensional construct."
