Penelitian ini membahas tentang nilai-nilai naturalisme yang diimplementasikan pada motif kimono Jepang dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif analisis. Kajian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan gambaran bagaimana hubungan kedekatan orang Jepang dengan alam yang diimplementasikan melalui motif kimono. Rasa cinta orang Jepang yang sangat besar terhadap alam, tidak lepas dari sisi religiositas mereka yang meyakini bahwa tidak ada satu tempat pun yang tidak dihuni oleh dewa, sehingga bentuk apresiasi terhadap alam mereka aplikasikan di dalam segala lini kehidupan, termasuk pengaplikasian lukisan alam yang terdapat pada motif kimono. Teori Nakamura Hajime digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebagai dasar pemahaman tentang konsep naturalisme. Dari hasil kajian ini diperoleh suatu kesimpulan bahwa kedekatan orang Jepang dengan alam tercermin dalam seluruh aspek kehidupan mereka. Pernyataan ini didasari dari pemikiran orang Jepang yang menganggap bahwa terdapat suatu kekuatan supranatural di alam karena mereka menganggap segala sesuatu yang ada di dunia ini, termasuk alam adalah perwujudan dari Budha ABSTRACTThis study discusses the values of naturalism which has been implemented within kimono patterns using the method of descriptive analysis. The purpose of this study is to show the closeness of Japanese people towards nature which has been implemented through kimono patterns. The passion of nature that is shown through Japanese people, are also attached to the spiritual side where they believe that there are no places in this world are not owned by God, therefore their form of appreciation towards nature are shown through their daily life, also including the application of nature through art that is shown in kimono patterns. This study uses Nakamura Hajime?s theory as a basic understanding of the naturalism concept. From this study, drawning out a conclusion that the closeness of Japanese people towards nature are reflected through their daily life. "ABSTRAK
Artikel ini meneliti tentang pakaian tradisional Jepang yaitu corak Kimono, khususnya yang digunakan oleh wanita. Tujuan artikel ini adalah untuk lebih mengetahui corak kimono wanita dewasa Jepang dan memahami bahwa sifat naturalis orang Jepang tercermin dari corak yang digambarkan pada kimono. Artikel ini ditulis berdasarkan hasil penelitian dengan menggunakan data-data kualitatif yang diperoleh melalui studi pustaka dan penelitian dengan metode deskriptif. Penelitian ini menggunakan konsep semiotika, segitiga makna. Hasil yang diperoleh menunjukan adanya berbagai jenis kimono yang dikenakan wanita Jepang, seperti Furisode, Kurotomesode, Irotomesode, Homongi, dan Yukata. Corak pada kimono wanita dewasa sering digambarkan dengan keindahan alam Jepang yaitu bunga krisan dan burung bangau. Dengan demikian kimono berperan sebagai tanda yang merepresentasikan makna corak tersebut dengan melambangkan kebahagiaan dan keberuntungan bagi pengguna tanda tersebut.

ABSTRACT
This article examines the traditional Japanese attire the pattern of Kimono, especially used by women. The purpose of this article is to determine patterns of adult women Japanese kimono and understand that the nature of the Japanese naturalist reflected in the pattern illustrated in kimono. This article was written based on the results of studies using qualitative data obtained through literature and research with descriptive methods. This study uses the concept of semiotics, triangle meaning. The results obtained showed the presence of various types of kimono worn in Japanese women, such as Furisode, Kurotomesode, Irotomesode, h mongi, and Yukata. Kimono pattern on adult women are often depicted with the natural beauty of Japan 39 s chrysanthemums and crane. Thus kimono serves as a sign that represents the pattern of meaning by symbolizing happiness and lucky for the user of the mark."

"ABSTRAK
Orang Jepang dikenal sebagai bangsa yang menghargai dan mencintai alam. Salah satu bentuk penghargaan orang Jepang terhadap alam adalah dengan adanya tradisi dan kebiasaan yang berkaitan dengan alam, salah satunya ialah kebiasaan menikmati mekarnya bunga sakura atau yang dikenal dengan hanami yang dilakukan setiap musim semi. Dalam kebiasaan ini bunga sakura dijadikan sebagai objek karena memiliki arti yang khusus bagi orang Jepang yang didukung dengan adanya sakura zensen atau ramalan mengenai mekarnya sakura di seluruh negeri. Oleh karena itu, tugas akhir ini membahas mengenai kebiasaan hanami yang merupakan wujud dari naturalisme Jepang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif analitis dengan tinjauan pustaka dari berbagai sumber. Dalam penelitian ini digunakan teori naturalisme oleh Nakamura Hajime untuk dapat menganalisis sumber-sumber yang digunakan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa orang Jepang sangat memperhatikan secara detil segala sesuatu yang berhubungan dengan alam, salah satunya adalah dengan adanya sakura zensen yang secara tidak langsung sebagai daya tarik bagi masyarakat untuk melakukan hanami.

ABSTRACT
Japanese people are known as their respects and loves towards nature. One form of Japanese peoples appreciation for nature is the existence of tradition and custom related to nature, one of which is the custom of enjoying the blooming of cherry blossoms or known as hanami, which is done every spring. In this custom, cherry blossoms is used as an objects because they have special meanings for Japanese people who are supported by the presence of sakura zensen or known as predictions about the blooming of cherry blossoms throughout the country. Therefore, this paper discusses the hanami custom which is a form of Japanese naturalism. This paper uses descriptive analytical methods with literature reviews from various sources. In this paper Nakamura Hajimes naturalism theory was used to analyze the sources used. The results of the study showed that Japanese people were very concerned about everything related to nature, one of which was the presence of sakura zensen which indirectly served as an attraction for the people to do hanami."

"Fokus dari tulisan ini adalah membahas komponen-komponen pembentuk tata ruang chashitsu bergaya sōan berdasarkan konsep wabi-sabi. Tujuan dari skripsi ini adalah untuk menunjukan chashitsu bergaya sōan merefleksikan nilai estetika wabi dan sabi. Wabi dan sabi merepresentasikan pandangan tradisional Jepang akan keindahan yang fokus pada penerimaan atas ketidaksempurnaan. Wabi merepresentasikan keindahan dalam kemelaratan, kesedihan, kemiskinan, kekecewaan, ketidak sempurnaan, kesederhanaan, dan apresiasi dari proses penuaan. Sedangkan sabi merepresentasikan keindahan dalam seauatu yang pudar, dingin, sepi, terlantar, dan berkarat. Sōan chashitsu adalah ruang minum teh yang dibangun terpisah dari rumah utama. Karena sōan chashitsu mengandung nilai estetika wabi dan sabi, walau hanya berupa bangunan yang kecil, namun mengandung keindahan yang luar biasa.

The focus of this study is in researching the layout components of sōan chashitsu based on the concept of wabi-sabi. The aims of this paper is to show that sōan chasitsu truly reflects the aesthetic of wabi and sabi. Wabi and sabi represents a view of Japanese aesthetic centered on the acceptance of imperfection. Wabi represents beauty through poverty, imperfection, asperity, simplicity, austerity, modesty, and appreciation of natural aging process. Whereas sabi represents beauty through the dull, cold, withered, and rust. Sōan chashitsu is a tea house which built separate from the main house. Because it contains the Japanese aesthetic of beauty of wabi and sabi, even though sōan chashitsu is a tiny building, it contains tremendous amount of beauty."

"Penelitian ini membahas tentang analisis Komunikasi Nonverbal Kinesik Dalam Vlog YouTube Channel: Kimono Mom. Studi ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan menjelaskan jenis-jenis serta makna dalam vlog Kimono Mom. Penelitian ini menggunakan teori nonverbal kinesik Harumi Aqui untuk mengkaji makna gestur atau kinesik dalam Vlog YouTube channel: Kimono Mom. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif. Sumber data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini diambil dari YouTube channel Kimono Mom yang diunggah pada tahun 2019-2022 dan dapat diakses melalui aplikasi YouTube. Dari hasil analisis dapat disimpulkan bahwa kinesik atau gestur dapat ditemukan dalam vlog YouTube: Kimono Mom yang terdiri dari Moe, Moto dan Sutan menggunakan kinesik anak dan juga kinesik umum. Data yang dimiliki dalam jurnal ini ada 18, empat di antaranya termasuk jenis kinesik atau gestur khusus anak-anak dan 15 data jenis kinesik yang bersifat umum. Selain itu, adanya fungsi komunikasi nonverbal sebagai pengganti verbal dan memperkuat makna ketika berkomunikasi antara lain; fungsi repeating (Repetisi), fungsi complementing (Komplemen), dan fungsi substituting (Substitusi).

This study discusses the analysis of Kinesics Nonverbal Communication YouTube Channels in Vlogs: Kimono Mom. This study aims to identify and explain the types and meanings in Kimono Mom vlogs. This study uses Harumi Aqui's kinesics nonverbal to examine the meaning of gestures or kinesics in the Vlog YouTube channel: Kimono Mom. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive method. The data source used in this study was taken from the Kimono Mom YouTube channel which was uploaded in 2019-2022 and can be accessed through the YouTube application. From the results of the analysis, it can be said that kinesics or gestures can be found in the YouTube vlog: Kimono Mom which consists of Moe, Moto, and Sutan using children's kinesics and general kinesics. There are 18 data held in this journal, four of which include types of kinesics or special gestures for children and 15 types of kinesic data that are general. In addition, the existence of nonverbal communication functions as a substitute for verbal and strengthens meaning when communicating, among others; repeating function, complementing function , and substituting function.

"Skripsi ini membahas mengenai bagaimana alam mempengaruhi corak dari kimono musim panas Jepang dan corak kain tenun songket Siak Riau yang keduanya samasama merupakan pakaian tradisi, sehingga mensimbolkan karakter masing-masing masyarakat. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian dengan metode deskriptif dengan analisis kepustakaan dan wawancara khusus untuk mendapatkan data kain tenun songket Siak Riau. Hasil penelitian ini adalah baik masyarakat Jepang dan masyarakat Riau samasama mengandalkan alam sebagai inspirasi seni mereka, namun berbeda dalam aturan dan kesederhanaannya.

The focus of this study is how nature influence the pattern of Japanese summer's kimono and the pattern of woven cloth songket Siak Riau which is both of them is traditional clothes, so that symbolize the characteristic of each society. Author use descriptive method, with literature analysis and interview which is spesificly use to get data about woven cloth songket Siak Riau. The result of this research show that Japanese society and Riau society both of them set nature as their main inspiration of their art, but in other hands the rules of their art and the concept of simplicity are different.

"Solidarity is an important matter for the Indonesian nation with its diversity. This study reveals the values of solidarity embedded in the motifs of Indonesian batik motifs. This study aims at enriching knowledge about Indonesian batik and raising awareness about the importance of national solidarity. This descriptive qualitative research has found 29 batik motifs that conserve noble values of solidarity, such as Kotak Nan Rancak, Sekar Jagad, Kaledo, Kuda Kupang, and Tambal Ukir. The values of solidarity embedded in the batik motifs are among others diversity, helping each other, togetherness, tolerance, acculturation, harmony, unity, brotherhood, and harmony in community life. Understanding and actualization of these values will strengthen the existence of the Republic of Indonesia."

"Since the amendment of patent law (Law No. 47 Year 2003), there have been cases of employees' claim towards their companies regarding the intellectual property rights produced in the relationship. The occurrence of this case is because according to the constitution individual rights iss admitted. This is regulated in the article 32 of Nihon-Koku Kempoo (1947) that stipulated "No person shall be denied the right of access to the courts". Based on this constitution (kempoo), there is new rights to go to the court for each person-to have access in the court. Shuji Nakamura sued Nichia Corporation to the Tokyo District Court to claim the right of "reasonable remunerations" as a reward for his invention based on article 35 (3) (4) the Patent Law (Law No. 47 Year 2003). This prosecution as caused controversy in the public. The company has the opinion thaht the employees are their members and therefore the invention that they produced in the work relationship is the property of the company. On the contrary, the employees have the opinionthat even though the create the invention in the work relation, however, because their invention has provided great profit to the company, it is fair if the company share a reasonable remuncration part of the profit. In the past, the Japanese employees tend to have high work moral. They have the shido ethics (unlimited loyalty) towards the company. However, with the occurrence of the case of Nakamura we can say that there is a shifting of legal culture from unlimited loyalty in to "give and take" one or limited loyalty. SImilarly, with the sifting of shundonshugi or collectivism into kojinshugi namely individualism. Nakamura demanded the justice in terms of economy and ignored the company reward, ignored the Japanese cultural values. The Japanese employees lost their work moral because it is shaken by economic view. The case of Nakamura indicates that these is a change of culture which cause a controversy between law and work morale (culture)."
