Tugas khusus yang diberikan saat Praktek Kerja Profesi di apotek adalah pengkajian resep. Tugas khusus ini memiliki tujuan agar resep yang diberikan dokter oleh pasien telah sesuai dengan yang diatur PMK 35 tahun 2015

"Praktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker di Apotek Atrika bertujuan memahami tugas pokok, fungsi dan cara pengelolaan apotek dalam kegiatan teknis dan non-teknis kefarmasian apoteker sebagai Apoteker Pengelola Apotek (APA) di sebuah apotek. Melalui praktek kerja ini, apoteker dapat melihat secara langsung kegiatan pelayanan kefarmasian, administrasi, dan manajemen di Apotek Atrika. Kemudian, tugas khusus yang diberikan berjudul Penggunaan Lodia® di Apotek Atrika Pada Periode Oktober 2012 - Maret 2013. Tugas khusus ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penggunaan Lodia® yang diresepkan sebagai obat diare di Apotek Atrika selama periode Oktober 2012 - Maret 2013 dan menganalisis penggunaan atau peresepan Lodia® di Apotek Atrika selama periode Oktober 2012 - Maret 2013 dari sisi kerasionalan resep dan pemberian informasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelusuran resep, total resep yang diterima atau dilayani untuk pengobatan diare berjumlah 7 lembar atau 0,60 % dari jumlah keseluruhan resep yang diterima selama periode tersebut. Pemberian informasi mengenai obat saat penyerahan obat kepada pasien juga telah dilakukan dengan baik di Apotek Atrika.

"ABSTRAKApotek merupakan fasilitas pelayanan kefarmasian tempat dilakukan praktik kefarmasian oleh apoteker. Praktek Kerja Profesi PKP yang dilaksanakan di Apotek Atrika pada bulan April 2017 bertujuan untuk memperoleh pengalaman kerja, pengetahuan, gambaran, dan pemahaman yang lebih mendalam tentang peran, tugas, dan tanggung jawab apoteker dalam pengelolaan sediaan farmasi dan praktek pelayanan kefarmasian di apotek. Kegiatan yang dilakukan selama PKP yaitu mempelajari pelayanan kefarmasian, baik pengelolaan sediaan maupun pelayanan farmasi klinik. Kegiatan pengelolaan sediaan farmasi yang dilakukan antara lain perencanaan, pengadaan, penerimaan, penyimpanan, pengendalian, pencatatan dan pelaporan. Sementara itu, kegiatan pelayanan farmasi klinik yang dilakukan yaitu pelayanan obat resep mulai dari pengkajian resep, peracikan, dan penyerahan obat; pelayanan obat non resep; pemberian informasi obat; dan konseling. Secara keseluruhan Pelayanan kefarmasian yang dilakukan di Apotek Atrika sudah cukup baik, namun ada beberapa kegiatan pelayanan farmasi klinis belum dapat dilakukan seperti home pharmacy care, pemantauan terapi obat, dan monitoring efek samping obat. Selain itu terdapat beberapa sarana di Apotek Atrika yang belum memenuhi persyaratan, seperti tidak adanya ruang arsip dan ruang khusus untuk konseling

Profession internship at Apotek Atrika in April 2017 aims to obtain work experience, knowledge, overview, and deeper understanding of the role, duties and responsibilities of pharmacists in management of pharmaceutical product and pharmacy practice in pharmacy. Activities conducted during profession internshipthat is learning about pharmaceutical care, both management of pharmaceutical product and clinical pharmaceutical care. Management of pharmaceutical productactivities among otherplanning, procurement, receipt, storage, control, recording and reporting. Meanwhile, clinical pharmaceutical care activities are prescription drug services, starting from prescriptions review, compounding, and dispensing non prescription drug services druginformation giving and counseling. Overall Pharmaceutical care at Apotek Atrika has been good, but some activities have not been carried out such as home pharmacy care, therapeutic drug monitoring, and monitoring for adverse drug reactions. In addition, there are several facilities in Apotek Atrika that have not met the requirements, such as the absence of archival space and a special room for counseling"
