Indonesia merupakan negara yang memiliki jumlah populasi yang beragam Tingginya tingkat pertumbuhan penduduk Indonesia mendorong pemerintah untuk melakukan pembangunan dalam berbagai hal salah satunya dalam bidang kesehatan Untuk mewujudkan pembangunan pada bidang kesehatan diperlukan kesiapan pemerintah dan kerjasama antar profesi di bidang kesehatan Pemerintah dalam hal ini diwakili oleh peran Kementerian Kesehatan yang membawahi Bina Kefarmasian BinFar dan Dinas Kesehatan DinKes dibantu oleh Badan Pengawas Obat dan Makanan BPOM berkoordinasi dalam melakukan pemberian izin pengawasan pembinaan dan perbaikan mutu Pemerintah memiliki tanggungjawab dalam merencakan mengatur menyelenggarakan membina dan mengawasi penyelenggaraan kesehatan Suku Dinas Kesehatan Sudinkes yang berada di bawah Dinas Kesehatan Dinkes Kota bertugas dalam melaksanakan pembinaan dan pengembangan kesehatan masyarakat Pada laporan ini akan dibahas mengenai tugas pokok fungsi dan wewenang Sudinkes Jakarta Pusat yang dibawahi langsung oleh Dinkes Kota DKI Jakarta khususnya bagian Koordinasi Farmasi Makanan dan Minuman FarMakMin yang dibawahi Seksi Sumber Daya Kesehatan Setelah dilakukan Praktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker PKPA selama 2 dua minggu dapat disimpulkan bahwa Sudinkes khususnya bagian FarMakMin bertugas memberikan rekomendasi perizinan tenaga kerja dan sarana pelayanan kesehatan melaksanakan kegiatan pembinaan pengawasan serta pengendalian dan pelaporan terhadap tatalaksana pelayanan kesehatan sarana kesehatan di Kotamadya Jakarta Pusat ABSTRACT Indonesia is a country that has number of Administrasi Jakarta Pusat. Kegiatan ini berlangsung selama dua minggu dari tanggal 7sampai
dengan tanggal 19 September 2015. PKP bertujuan agar mahasiswa apoteker mengerti peranan
apoteker, memiliki wawasan tentang pelaksanaan pekerjaan kefarmasian, memahami dan memiliki
gambaran nyata akan permasalahan pekerjaan kefarmasian di pemerintahan.Apoteker di Suku Dinas
Kesehatan bertanggung jawab penuh terhadap pembinaan dan pengawasan puskesmas maupun
pelayanan kesehatan. Berdasarkan pengamatan selama pelaksanaan PKP, Suku Dinas Kesehatan
Kota Administrasi Jakarta Pusat secara umum telah melakukan kinerjanya dengan baik termasuk
pembinaan terhadap PTSP dalam pengurusan perijinan apotek, tokoobat dan PIRT. Masalah yang
terjadi adalah kurangnya informasi petugas PTSP mengenai tata cara perijinan dari kepala PTSP
yang telah disampaikan dari SukuDinas Kesehatan sehingga informasi yang didapatkan oleh calon

The aim of Professional Internship at Suku Dinas Kesehatan Kota Admnistrasi Jakarta Pusat are to understanding the role and responsibilities of pharmacists in government gain experience about pharmacy jobs in Suku Dinas Kesehatan and to have a real view about pharmaceutical problem in government instance During internship activity student was placed under Pharmacy Food and Beverages Coordinator so that student was able to gain knowledge about implementation of Development Monitoring dan Control Activities in pharmacies hospitals UKOT UMOT dan PIRT Students also visited Mentjos which is an IKOT that is in the transition into UKOT As for the special assignment was carried out in Puskesmas Kecamatan Kemayoran namely Pembuatan Laporan Penggunaan Obat Rasional from May to December 2014 "

Pada pelaksanaan Praktek Kerja Profesi dilakukan pembuatan tugas khusus oleh mahasiswa calon Apoteker yang berjudul Pemetaan Jumlah Tenaga Medis yang Melakukan Perizinan Berdasarkan Klasifikasi Rumah Sakit di Wilayah Jakarta Timur. Tugas khusus ini bertujuan untuk melakukan pendataan jumlah tenaga medis yang berizin dan menganalisis pemetaan tenaga medis berdasarkan klasifikasi rumah sakit.

di Suku Dinas Kesehatan Jakarta Timur terutama di Subseksi Farmakmin yaitu mengadakan pendampingan perizinan sarana farmasi bila diminta oleh PTSP pengelolaan laporan laporan seperti LPLPO POR NAPZA dari puskesmas rumah sakit dan sarana Farmakmin pengelolaan obat buffer dan obat program dari Kementrian Kesehatan dan Dinas Kesehatan untuk disalurkan ke fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan RS dan puskesmas serta Binwasdal sarana Farmasi Makanan dan Minuman misalnya pada instalasi farmasi RS apotek apotek rakyat toko obat penyalur alat kesehatan dan perusahaan industri rumah tangga PIRT di wilayah Jakarta Timur Sedangkan peran dan tugas apoteker di puskesmas adalah dalam kegiatan pengelolaan obat dan bahan medis habis pakai serta dalam kegiatan farmasi klinik Pengelolaan obat dan bahan medis habis pakai telah dilaksanakan sesuai Permenkes No 30 Tahun 2014 namun terdapat pelayanan farmasi klinik yang belum dilaksanakan di Puskesmas Kecamatan Jatinegara yakni ronde visite pemantauan "Praktek Kerja Profesi di Suku Dinas Kesehatan Kota Administrasi Jakarta Barat bertujuan untuk memahami peran, tugas, dan tanggung jawab apoteker di Suku Dinas Kesehatan Kota Administrasi Jakarta Barat serta memiliki pengetahuan tentang tupoksi instansi-instansi pemerintahan di bidang farmasi. Selain itu, kegiatan ini juga bertujuan agar calon apoteker memiliki wawasan, pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan pengalaman praktis melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian di pemerintahan serta memiliki gambaran nyata tentang permasalahan kefarmasian di pemerintahan. Tugas khusus yang diberikan berjudul Rasionalitas Jumlah Apoteker terhadap Jumlah Penduduk pada Fasilitas Pelayanan Kefarmasian Kecamatan Kebon Jeruk. Tugas khusus bertujuan untuk mengetahui jumlah dan distribusi tenaga apoteker melalui pemetaan tenaga kefarmasian khususnya apoteker pada pelayanan kefarmasian di Kecamatan Kebon Jeruk serta mengetahui rasionalitas kebutuhan apoteker dalam pelayanan kefarmasian di Kecamatan Kebon Jeruk menurut rasio jumlah penduduk berdasarkan Keputusan Menteri Kesehatan Nomor 1202/Menkes/SK/VIII/2003 tentang Indikator Indonesia Sehat 2010 dan Pedoman Penetapan Indikator Provinsi Sehat dan Kabupaten/Kota Sehat.
Profession Internship at Suku Dinas Kesehatan Kota Administrasi Jakarta Barat aims to understand the duties and responsibilities of apothecary in Suku Dinas Kesehatan Kota Administrasi Jakarta Barat. Additionally, this activity also aims to have the insight, knowledge, skills, and practical experience to do the work of pharmacy and have vivid description about the problems of pharmaceutical jobs in the government institutions. Specific assignment entitled Rationality of the Population amount with Pharmacists in Pharmacy Care Facilities of Kebon Jeruk District that aims to aims to determine the amount and distribution of pharmacists through mapping pharmacists, especially pharmacists at pharmacy care facilities in District of Kebon Jeruk and to know rationality needs of the pharmacist in the pharmacy care facilities in the District of Kebon Jeruk according to the ratio of the total population based on Keputusan Menteri Kesehatan Nomor 1202/Menkes/SK/VIII/2003 tentang Indikator Indonesia Sehat 2010 dan Pedoman Penetapan Indikator Provinsi Sehat dan Kabupaten/Kota Sehat."

"ABSTRAK
Pemerintah daerah bertugas menyelenggarakan urusan pemerintahan di daerah,
salah satunya adalah bidang kesehatan. Bidang kesehatan pada tingkat provinsi
dan kota ditangani oleh Dinas Kesehatan. Suku Dinas Kesehatan merupakan unit
kerja dari Dinas Kesehatan. Peran dan tanggung jawab apoteker di Suku Dinas
Kesehatan berkaitan dengan pelaksanaan kegiatan pembinaan, pengawasan dan
pengendalian terhadap sarana kefarmasian, dan mutu pelayanan kefarmasian di
puskesmas serta pengelolaan dan penyaluran obat. Penting bagi seorang
mahasiswa profesi apoteker untuk mendapatkan pengalaman kerja sebelum
bekerja di bidang pemerintahan, salah satunya melalui kegiatan Praktek Kerja
Profesi (PKP). PKP dilaksanakan pada 2 Februari 2015 hingga 23 Februari 2015
di Suku Dinas Kesehatan Kota Administrasi Jakarta Barat dalam rangka
memperoleh pengetahuan dan wawasan mengenai pekerjaan kefarmasian serta
peranan, tugas, dan kewajiban apoteker di pemerintahan khususnya di Suku Dinas
Kesehatan.
ABSTRACT
The local government has the duty of organizing government affairs in their area,
one of which is health sector. Health sector at provincial and city level is handled
by regional health department. Suku Dinas Kesehatan is a unit of work on the
regional health department. Pharmacist has a role and responsibility to implement
the guidance, supervision, control of pharmacy facilities, and quality of pharmacy
practice in public health center; and also drug management and distribution. It is
important for a pharmacists student to gain work experiences before working in
the field of governance through the internship program. The internship program
is conducted from February, 2nd 2015 to February, 23rd 2015 in Suku Dinas
Kesehatan Kota Administrasi Jakarta Barat in order to gain knowledge and insight
into the work of pharmacy and the role, dutied, and responsibilities of pharmacists
in government, especially in Suku Dinas Kesehatan."
