"ABSTRAK
Praktek kerja profesi di PT. Kalbe Farma, Tbk. Periode Bulan Januari - Februari Tahun 2017 bertujuan untuk mengetahui tugas dan tanggung jawab apoteker di industri farmasi dan memahami penerapan Cara Pembuatan Obat yang Baik CPOB di Industi Farmasi. Selain itu calon apoteker juga dapat memiliki gambaran nyata tentang permasalahan pekerjaan kefarmasian di industri farmasi, memiliki wawasan, pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan pengalaman praktis untuk melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian di industri farmasi. Praktek kerja profesi di PT. Kalbe Farma, Tbk dilakukan selama delapan minggu dengan tugas khusus yang diberikan yaitu berjudul ldquo;Pembuatan Protokol Validasi Proses Produksi Tablet X rdquo;. Tujuan dari tugas khusus ini adalah agar calon apoteker dapat membuat protokol validasi proses. Secara umum, PT. Kalbe Farma, Tbk. telah menerapkan 12 aspek CPOB dengan baik dan benar, penulis juga telah mendapatkan kemampuan untuk memahami peran, tugas, wawasan dan tanggung jawab apoteker dan memberikan solusi pada permasalahan di industri farmasi.
ABSTRACT
Internship at PT. Kalbe Farma, Tbk. month period January February 2017 aims to understand the duties and responsibilities of pharmacists in the pharmaceutical industry and the understanding of the application of good manufacturing practice GMP in the pharmaceutical industry. In addition, the pharmacist candidate can also have the insight, knowledge, skills and practical experience to undertake pharmaceutical work in the pharmaceutical industry. Practice professional work in PT. Kalbe Farma, Tbk. conducted for eight weeks with a special assignment given is ldquo Creation Protocol Validation Process of Tablet X rdquo . The purpose of this special assignment is the pharmacist candidate can create a protocol validation process. In general, PT. Kalbe Farma, Tbk. has applied 12 aspects of GMP well and correctly, the authors also have the ability to understand the roles, duties, insights and responsibilities of pharmacists and provide solutions on products in the industry pharmacy"

CPOB juga menyatakan bahwa apoteker merupakan personil kunci di industri farmasi yakni sebagai kepala bagian produksi, kepala bagian pengawasan mutu, dan kepala pengawasan mutu. Apoteker dituntut memiliki pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan pengalaman praktis dalam menerapkan CPOB di industri farmasi. Oleh karena itu, PT. Kalbe Farma, Tbk. memberikan kesempatan kepada calon apoteker untuk dapat melaksanakan praktik kerja profesi apoteker sehingga membantu calon apoteker dalam berpraktik di dunia industri farmasi pada masa mendatang.
In conducting all of drug manufacturing activities, pharmaceutical industries are required to apply the latest guideline of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP). GMP states that pharmacists are the key pesonnel in pharmaceutical industry as head of production, head of quality control, and head of quality assurance . Pharmacist are required to have knowledge, skills, and experience in applying GMP in pharmaceutical industry. ABSTRAK
Peran apoteker di dalam CPOB sangat penting terkait dengan mutu obat sehingga perlu bagi seorang mahasiswa apoteker untuk mendapatkan pengalaman kerja sebelum nantinya akan mengerjakan tanggung jawabnya di dunia farmasi, salah satunya dengan mengikuti Praktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA). Melalui PKPA ini, mahasiswa profesi apoteker diharapkan dapat melihat keadaan nyata di industri farmasi serta menerapkan ilmu-ilmu teori yang telah dipelajari sebelumnya. Dalam laporan ini, calon apoteker akan menjelaskan hasil praktek kerja yang telah dijalan selama dua bulan. Selama PKPA, calon apoteker mengikuti initial training dan ditempatkan di departemen Quality Assurance. Calon apoteker membuat protokol dan laporan validasi proses, validasi pembersihan, dan studi waktu tunggu bersih serta mengerjakan pembuatan analisis worst case untuk validasi pembersihan.
Setelah mengikuti PKPA, calon apoteker mengetahui peranan, tugas dan tanggung jawab apoteker di Industri Farmasi antara lain sebagai penanggung jawab produksi, penanggung jawab pengawasan mutu, dan penanggung jawab pemastian mutu dengan pemahaman akan CPOB yang menjadi kebutuhan dasar seorang apoteker. Selain itu, calon apoteker telah melihat penerapan langsung pada proses produksi sesuai dengan kedua belas aspek yang ada pada CPOB dan menyadari pentingnya peran apoteker di dalam industri farmasi untuk memastikan produk yang dihasilkan memenuhi persyaratan mutu sesuai tujuan penggunaann

harmacist role in application of GMP is very important related to the quality of the drug, therefore a pharmacist student needs to have working experience. Internship is one of many ways to get that experience. Through internship, pharmacist students are expected to see the real condition in pharmaceutical industry and apply theories that had been learned before. In this report, pharmacist student will explain the result of the internship that had been done for 2 months. During the internship, pharmacist student had initial training and is plotted in Quality Assurance department. Pharmacist student made process validation, cleaning validation, and clean holding time protocol and report, also did the worst case analysis for cleaning validation.
As the result of the internship, pharmacist student understood the role, job and responsibility of pharmacist in pharmaceutical industry such as PIC of production, PIC of Quality Assurance, and PIC of Quality Control with GMP as a basic knowledge.
