"[ABSTRAKRumah Sakit adalah institusi pelayanan kesehatan yang menyelenggarakan pelayanan kesehatan perorangan secara paripurna yang menyediakan pelayanan rawat inap, rawat jalan, dan gawat darurat. Tujuan praktek kerja profesi di RSUPN Dr. Cipto Mangunkusumo adalah agar calon apoteker mampu memahami peranan, tugas, dan tanggung-jawab apoteker di rumah sakit sesuai dengan ketentuan dan etika pelayanan farmasi khususnya dan pelayanan kesehatahan umumnya, memiliki wawasan, pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan pengalaman praktis untuk melakukan praktek kefarmasian di rumah sakit, memiliki gambaran nyata tentang permasalahan praktek kefarmasian serta mempelajari strategi dan kegiatan yang dapat dilakukan dalam rangka pengembangan praktek kefarmasian di rumah sakit. Praktek kerja ini dilaksanakan selama delapan minggu dengan tugas khusus yaitu evaluasi pencatatan perbekalan farmasi di RSUPN Dr. Cipto Mangunkusumo. Apoteker di RSUPN Dr. Cipto Mangunkusumo bertanggung jawab atas kegiatan pengeloaan sediaan farmasi, alat kesehatan, dan bahan medis habis pakai; dan kegiatan farmasi klinik.

The purpose of the profession internship at RSUPN Dr. Cipto Mangunkusumo is that prospective pharmacists are able to understand the role, duties and responsibilities of pharmacists in hospitals in accordance with the rules and ethics of pharmacy services in particular and healthcare in general, have the insight, knowledge, skills, and practical experience to perform pharmacy practice in hospitals , have a real representation about the problems of pharmacy practice and learn the strategies and activities that can be done in the framework of the development of pharmacy practice in hospitals. Profession internship was conducted for eight weeks and the specific task is evaluation of pharmaceutical products recording in RSUPN Dr. Cipto Mangunkusumo. Pharmacists in RSUPN Dr. Cipto Mangunkusumo responsible for the management of pharmaceutical, medical devices, and medical materials consumables; and clinical pharmacy activities.;Puskesmas is a health care facility that organizes public health efforts and theefforts of individual health first level, with more emphasis promotive andpreventive efforts, to achieve the degree of public health is the highest in theworking area. "Praktik kerja profesi di RSUPN dr. Cipto Mangunkusumo periode bulan Februari- Maret tahun 2018 bertujuan untuk memahami peran, tugas, dan tanggung jawab apoteker di rumah sakit sesuai dengan ketentuan dan etika pelayanan farmasi khususnya dan pelayanan kesehatan umumnya; memiliki wawasan, pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan pengalaman praktis untuk melakukan praktik kefarmasian di rumah sakit; serta memiliki gambaran nyata tentang permasalahan praktik kefarmasian serta mempelajari strategi dan kegiatan yang dapat dilakukan dalam pengembangan praktik kefarmasian di rumah sakit. Tugas khusus yang diberikan adalah evaluasi perencanaan obat untuk mata, obat untuk saluran cerna, dan obat yang mempengaruhi saluran kemih tahun 2017 menggunakan indikator persentase pemenuhan yaitu perbandingan antara jumlah obat yang dipesan dengan jumlah obat yang diterima serta persentase penyerapan yaitu perbandingan antara jumlah obat yang diadakan dengan obat yang direncanakan.

Internship at RSUPN dr. Cipto Mangunkusumo period of February to March 2018 aims to understand role, duties, and responsibilities of pharmacist in hospital accordance to laws and ethics in pharmaceutical practice and health care; to have knowledge, skills, and experience as a pharmacist in hospital; to learn about challenges in pharmaceutical practice and strategy to develop pharmaceutical practice in hospital. The specific assignment was about drug procurement evaluation of three classes drugs. The three classes drugs were eye medication, gastrointestinal medication, and urinary medication. Evaluation of drug procurement was performed with percentage of ratio between the amount of ordered drugs to approved drugs and the percentage of ratio between the amount of procured drugs to planned drugs. "

The aims of internship at Dr. Cipto Mangunkusumo National General Hospital were to know about the functions and responsibilities of pharmacist in hospital; to have knowledge and experience about pharmaceutical practice in hospital; to understand the challenges and their solutions in pharmaceutical practice and to learn about strategies and development of pharmaceutical practice. Pelayanan kefarmasian di rumah sakit merupakan bagian yang tidak terpisahkan dari sistem pelayanan kesehatan Rumah Sakit yang berorientasi kepada pelayanan kesehatan bermutu dan terjangkau bagi semua lapisan masyarakat. Adanya perubahan paradigma dari orientasi produk ke orientasi pasien menuntut apoteker khususnya yang bekerja di rumah sakit untuk mengkatkan kompetensi secara terus-menerus. Salah satu upaya untuk meningkatkan pemahaman, pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan kemampuan dalam menjalankan kegiatan profesi apoteker nantinya, Fakultas Farmasi Universitas Indonesia menyelenggarakan program Praktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker PKPA bagi mahasiswa pogram pendidikan apoteker yang bekerja sama dengan Rumah Sakit Umum Nasional RSUPN Dr. Cipto Mangunkusumo yang berlangsung selama dua bulan. Setelah melaksanakan PKPA, diharapan mahasiswa dapat memahami peran serta tanggungjawab Apoteker di rumah sakit serta dapat menerapkan ilmu yang telah dipelajari serta untuk menambah wawasan, keterampilan, dan pengalaman melalui praktik langsung di rumah sakit.

ABSTRACTThe hospital is a health service institution that provides full range of personal health services by providing inpatient, outpatient, and emergency care services. Pharmaceutical care in hospitals are an integral part of Hospital health service system oriented to quality health care and affordable for all levels of society. "Pelayanan kefarmasian di rumah sakit merupakan bagian yang tak terpisahkan dari sistem pelayanan kesehatan rumah sakit. Dalam pelayanan kefarmasian, apoteker memiliki peran penting sebagai penanggung jawab atas kegiatan kefarmasian yang dilakukan di rumah sakit. Kompetensi apoteker perlu ditingkatkan guna melaksanakan pelayanan kefarmasian yang berorientasi terhadap pasien. Agar kompetensi tersebut tercapai, diperlukan apoteker yang terampil dengan memahami segala aspek yang berhubungan dengan kegiatan kefarmasian di rumah sakit, mulai dari kegiatan pengelolaan perbekalan farmasi hingga pelayanan farmasi klinik. Praktik kerja profesi apoteker di RSUPN Dr. Cipto Mangunkusumo bertujuan untuk memahami peranan, tugas, dan tanggung jawab apoteker di rumah sakit; memiliki wawasan, pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan pengalaman praktis untuk melakukan praktik kefarmasian di rumah sakit; serta memiliki gambaran nyata tentang permasalahan praktik kefarmasian serta mempelajari strategi dan kegiatan-kegiatan yang dapat dilakukan dalam rangka pengembangan praktik kefarmasian di rumah sakit. Praktik kerja profesi dilaksanakan selama satu bulan yang secara garis besar terdiri atas kegiatan manajemen perbekalan farmasi dan pelayanan kefarmasian. Pada pelaksanaan praktik kerja terdapat tugas khusus berupa evaluasi penggunaan paket tindakan bedah di Instalasi Gawat Darurat RSUPN Dr. Cipto Mangunkusumo dari sistem informasi Electronic Health Record untuk kemudian diolah menggunakan perangkat lunak Microsoft Excel.

Data was obtained from information system named Electronic Health Record to be further analyzed by using Microsoft Excel."

"Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) di RSUPN Dr. Cipto Mangunkusumo terdiri dari beberapa kegiatan. Sebagai seorang Apoteker, tugas dan fungsi yang dilakukan oleh apoteker adalah manajemen perbekalan farmasi dan melakukan pelayanan farmasi klinik. Manajemen Perbekalan farmasi yang dilakukan di antaranya adalah perencanaan, pengadaan, penyimpanan, pendistribusian, dll. Sedangkan kegiatan farmasi klinik yang harus dilakukan adalah analisis dan pengkajian resep, dispensing, kegiatan pemantauan terapi obat, ronde, visite, konseling, pelayanan informasi obat, dll. Selama kegiatan PKPA berlagsung, penulis diberikan tugas khusus mengenai analisis interaksi obat di ruang rawat inap RUPN Dr. Cipto Mangunkusumo, yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui kebermaknaan klinis interaksi obat yang terjadi dan dampak yang timbul di paisen.

Cipto Mangunkusumo dilakukan agar calon apoteker mampu memahami peranan, tugas, dan tanggung jawab apoteker di rumah sakit sesuai dengan ketentuan standar pelayanan farmasi di rumah sakit. Selain itu calon apoteker diharapkan memiliki wawasan, pengetahuan, ketrampilan, dan pengalaman praktis untuk melakukan praktik kefarmasian serta memiliki gambaran nyata tentang permasalahan praktik kefarmasian dan strategi pengembangan praktik kefarmasian rumah sakit. Pada tugas khusus, dilakukan evaluasi response time pada satelit farmasi rawat jalan geriatri, kirana, pelayanan jantung terpadu PJT dan instalasi farmasi pusat. Desain penelitian ini adalah deskripsi observatif terhadap proses pelayanan resep rawat jalan di Instalasi Farmasi. Selain itu juga digunakan pendekatan kuantitatif untuk menghitung waktu tunggu penyelesaian resep. Penelitian dilakukan dengan melakukan pengamatan langsung dan wawancara dengan penanggung jawab dan petugas satelit farmasi untuk memperkuat data-data yang didapatkan secara kuantitatif.

It is also expected that the prospective pharmacist had knowledge, skills and practical experiences for the development of hospital pharmaceutical practice. On special assignment, an evaluation outpatient response time on geriatric, kirana, integrated cardiac service PJT and central pharmacy were performed. The design was observational description of outpatient prescription service process in Pharmacy Installation. Quantitative approach is also used to calculated response time. The research was conducted by direct observation and interviewed with pharmasists to strengthen the data. "
