"[ABSTRAKPusat Kesehatan Masyarakat atau disebut juga Puskesmas berdasarkan Peraturan Menteri Kesehatan Nomor 30 Tahun 2014 tentang Standar Pelayanan Kefarmasian di Puskesmas merupakan unit pelaksana teknis dinas kesehatan kabupaten/kota yang bertanggung jawab menyelenggarakan pembangunan kesehatan di suatu wilayah kerja. Pembangunan kesehatan yang dilakukan di Puskesmas salah satunya ditunjang oleh pelayanan kefarmasian.Sebagai dasar untuk menjamin pelayanan kefarmasian yang bermutu di Puskesmas, pemerintah telah menetapkan standar pelayanan kefarmasian di Puskesmas berdasarkan Peraturan Menteri Kesehatan No 30 Tahun 2014 Tentang Standar Pelayanan Kefarmasian di Puskesmas, yaitu standar pengelolaan obat dan bahan medis habis pakai serta pelayanan farmasi klinik. Pengelolaan obat dan bahan medis habis pakai meliputi kegiatan perencanaan kebutuhan, permintaan, penerimaan, penyimpanan, pendistribusian, pengendalian, pencatatan, pelaporan, pengarsipan, dan pemantauan serta evaluasi pengelolaan. Tujuan dilaksanakannya praktek kerja profesi ini adalah agar calon apoteker mampu memahami peranan, tugas dan tanggung jawab apoteker dalam praktek pelayanan kefarmasian di puskesmas meliputi pengelolaan sediaan farmasi, alat kesehatan dan bahan medis habis pakai serta pelayanan farmasi klinis. Puskesmas Kecamatan Senen telah melakukan pengelolaan sediaan farmasi, alat kesehatan dan bahan medis habis pakai sesuai dengan ketentuan perundangan yang berlaku yaitu berdasarkan Peraturan Menteri Kesehatan Nomor 30 Tahun 2014 tentang Standar Pelayanan Kefarmasian di Puskesmas, sedangkan pelayanan farmasi klinis yang belum dilakukan adalah pemantauan dan pelaporan efek samping obat, pemantauan terapi obat dan pelayanan kefarmasian di rumah.

This internship was intended to make apothecary students understand about roles and responsilibities of pharmacist in primary health, understand about managerial activities of pharmaceutical products, medical devices and single use medical tools and also giving pharmaceutical care. Moreover, managerial activities pharmaceutical products, medical devices and single use medical tools in Puskemas Kecamatan Senen are appropriate with Regulation of Minister of Health No. 30 Year 2014 about Standarization of Pharmaceutical Care in Primary Health. Clinical pharmacy activities in Puskemas Kecamatan Senen that have not done are monitoring and reporting of drugs side effect, therapeutic drug monitoring and home pharmacy care."

"ABSTRAK Praktek Kerja Profesi (PKP) di puskesmas bertempat di Puskesmas Kecamatan CengkarengJakarta Barat. Kegiatan ini berlangsung selama tiga minggu dari tanggal 1 sampai dengan tanggal25 September 2015. PKP di puskesmas bertujuan agar mahasiswa program studi apotekermemahami peranan, tugas dan tanggung jawab apoteker dalam praktek pelayanan kefarmasian diPuskesmas sesuai dengan ketentuan perundangan dan etika farmasi yang berlaku, dan dalambidang kesehatan masyarakat, memahami dan memiliki pengetahuan, keterampilan, sikap perilakuserta wawasan dan pengalaman nyata untuk melakukan praktek profesi dan pekerjaan kefarmasiandi Puskesmas, serta melihat dan mempelajari strategi dan pengembangan praktek profesi Apoteker di Puskesmas.Berdasarkan kegiatan PKP yang dilakukan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa Apoteker diPuskesmas Kecamatan Cengkareng memiliki tanggung jawab terhadap pengelolaan sediaan farmasi dan pelayanan farmasi klinik, meliputi pengkajian resep, penyerahan obat, pemberianinformasi obat, dan pelayanan informasi obat. Pengetahuan, keterampilan, sikap perilaku sertawawasan dan pengalaman nyata untuk melakukan praktek profesi dan pekerjaan kefarmasian diPuskesmas telah diperoleh penulis. Berdasarkan pengamatan selama pelaksanaan PKPA,Puskesmas Kecamatan Cengkareng secara umum telah menerapkan seluruh aspek pelayananfarmasi klinik dengan baik. community health center aims to make apothecary student understand the role, duties and

responsibilities of a pharmacist in the practice of pharmacy services at the community health

center in accordance with the provisions of the legislation and pharmaceutical ethics applicable,

and in the field of public health, understand and have the knowledge, skills, attitudes and

behaviors as well as insight into the real experience to practice apothecary profession and work in

health centers, as well as see and learn strategies and the development of professional practice of

pharmacists in community health center. Based on profession internship activities undertaken, it

can be concluded that pharmacists in Cengkareng sub-district health centers have responsibility for

the management of pharmaceutical and clinical pharmacy services, including assessment

prescription, drug delivery, give the information of drugs, and drug information services.

Knowledge, skills, attitudes and behaviors as well as insight into the real experience to practice

apothecary profession and work in health centers has been obtained by the authors. Based on

observations during the implementation, Cengkareng sub-district health centers in general have

implemented all aspects of clinical pharmacy services properly. Problems that occur in

Cengkareng sub-district health center in the form of shortage of pharmacists is not balanced with

the amount of patients. In addition, the holding space needs counseling so that counseling

activities run well.
