"Praktek Kerja Profesi di Suku Dinas Kesehatan Kota Administrasi Jakarta Barat bertujuan untuk memahami peran, tugas, dan tanggung jawab apoteker di Suku Dinas Kesehatan Kota Administrasi Jakarta Barat serta memiliki pengetahuan tentang tupoksi instansi-instansi pemerintahan di bidang farmasi. Selain itu, kegiatan ini juga bertujuan agar calon apoteker memiliki wawasan, pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan pengalaman praktis melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian di pemerintahan serta memiliki gambaran nyata tentang permasalahan kefarmasian di pemerintahan. Tugas khusus yang diberikan berjudul Rasionalitas Jumlah Apoteker terhadap Jumlah Penduduk pada Fasilitas Pelayanan Kefarmasian Kecamatan Kebon Jeruk. Tugas khusus bertujuan untuk mengetahui jumlah dan distribusi tenaga apoteker melalui pemetaan tenaga kefarmasian khususnya apoteker pada pelayanan kefarmasian di Kecamatan Kebon Jeruk serta mengetahui rasionalitas kebutuhan apoteker dalam pelayanan kefarmasian di Kecamatan Kebon Jeruk menurut rasio jumlah penduduk berdasarkan Keputusan Menteri Kesehatan Nomor 1202/Menkes/SK/VIII/2003 tentang Indikator Indonesia Sehat 2010 dan Pedoman Penetapan Indikator Provinsi Sehat dan Kabupaten/Kota Sehat.

Profession Internship at Suku Dinas Kesehatan Kota Administrasi Jakarta Barat aims to understand the duties and responsibilities of apothecary in Suku Dinas Kesehatan Kota Administrasi Jakarta Barat. Additionally, this activity also aims to have the insight, knowledge, skills, and practical experience to do the work of pharmacy and have vivid description about the problems of pharmaceutical jobs in the government institutions. Specific assignment entitled Rationality of the Population amount with Pharmacists in Pharmacy Care Facilities of Kebon Jeruk District that aims to aims to determine the amount and distribution of pharmacists through mapping pharmacists, especially pharmacists at pharmacy care facilities in District of Kebon Jeruk and to know rationality needs of the pharmacist in the pharmacy care facilities in the District of Kebon Jeruk according to the ratio of the total population based on Keputusan Menteri Kesehatan Nomor 1202/Menkes/SK/VIII/2003 tentang Indikator Indonesia Sehat 2010 dan Pedoman Penetapan Indikator Provinsi Sehat dan Kabupaten/Kota Sehat."

"Praktek kerja profesi di pemerintahan dilaksanakan di Suku Dinas Kesehatan Kota Administrasi Jakarta Utara selama 10 hari dari tanggal 6 Januari hingga 19 Januari 2016. Suku Dinas Kesehatan Kota Administrasi merupakan unit kerja dari Dinas Kesehatan yang bertanggung jawab melaksanakan pembinaan, pengawasan, pengendalian, penilaian efektivitas pelayanan kesehatan dan menjaga ketersediaan farmasi di wilayah kota administrasi. Apoteker merupakan salah satu tenaga kesehatan yang memiliki peranan penting dalam pelaksanaan tugas dan fungsi suku dinas kesehatan, sehingga calon apoteker harus memiliki pengetahuan dan pemahaman untuk dapat melakukan pembinaan, pengawasan, dan pengendalian pelayanan kesehatan termasuk sarana dan tenaga kefarmasian. Praktek kerja profesi di pemerintahan ini bertujuan agar calon apoteker mampu menerapkan peranan, tugas, dan tanggung jawab apoteker di Suku Dinas Kesehatan, serta memiliki wawasan, pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan pengalaman praktis melakukan pekerjaan di pemerintahan. Dari hasil praktek kerja profesi, diperoleh pengetahuan bahwa apoteker berperan dalam melakukan pembinaan, pengawasan, dan pengendalian (binwasdal) kepada sarana dan tenaga kesehatan melalui pemberian informasi dan inspeksi; pelaporan SIPNAP; serta penyerahan LPLPO sebagai pengawasan penggunaan obat di seluruh puskesmas wilayah Jakarta Utara. Permasalahan pekerjaan kefarmasian di Suku Dinas Kesehatan Kota Administrasi Jakarta Utara antara lain kekurangan sumber daya manusia (apoteker) dan anggaran, serta ketidakdisiplinan apotek dalam melaporkan SIPNAP dan puskesmas dalam penyerahan LPLPO.

Profession internship in the government was held at Health Agency of North Jakarta Administration for 10 days from 6th January to 19th January 2016. Health Agency of North Jakarta Administration is a unit of Health Department which responsible for carrying out the mentoring, monitoring, supervising, assessment of the effectiveness of health care and maintain the availability of medicine and health products supplies in the administration town. Pharmacists are one of the health workers which have an important role in the implementation of the tasks and functions of health agency, so that pharmacists must have knowledge and comprehension to be able to mentor, monitor, and supervise health services, including facilities and pharmacy personnel.

Profession internship in government intend to pharmacist are able to apply the roles, tasks, and responsibilities in the health agency; attaining the insight, knowledge, skill, and practical experience in working in governmental institution. From the intership, it is known that pharmacists play a role in mentoring, monitoring, and supervising the health facilities and health workers; reporting SIPNAP; and submitting LPLPO as monitoring medication use from all health facilities. The pharmaceutical problem in government institution that was observed was the limited number of human resource (pharmacist) and budget; indiscipline among pharmacies in reporting SIPNAP and indicipline among health centers in submitting LPLPO."

Selama melakukan praktek, mahasiswa farmasi ditempatkan di Seksi Sumber Daya Kesehatan. Praktek kerja profesi dilakukan selama tiga minggu dengan tugas khusus yaitu pembinaan, pengawasan, dan pengendalian Apotek X di Kecamatan Kembangan Kota Administrasi Jakarta Barat. Tujuan utama dari tugas khusus yang dilakukan adalah memahami tugas Suku Dinas Kesehatan dalam melakukan pembinaan dan pengembangan kesehatan masyarakat melalui kegiatan pembinaan, pengawasan, dan pengendalian.

Profession internship at Health Department of West Jakarta on Januari 2016 intend to have knowledge about principal duties of West Jakarta Health Department in pharmaceutical, understand about apothecary functions and responsibilities in Health Department of West Jakarta, have insight to work in government division, and how to understand problem that commonly happens during working in government division. During practice, students was placed in Health Resource Division.

Practice was performed for three weeks with specific assignment is guidance, supervision, and controlling X Pharmacy in Kembangan District, City of Administration West Jakarta. The Purpose of specific assignment performed is to understand the duty of Health Department in doing training and health development throughout activity of guidance, supervision, and controlling."
