"Praktek Kerja Profesi di Apotek Axia dilaksanakan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui dan memahami peran apoteker di apotek, baik itu dalam bidang manajemen apotek maupun dalam hal pelayanan farmasi klinik. Peran apoteker dalam manajemen apotek meliputi perencanaan, pengadaan, penerimaan, penyimpanan, pemusnahan, pengendalian, pencatatan dan pelaporan. Sedangkan pelayanan farmasi klinik meliputi pengkajian resep, dispensing, pelayanan informasi obat, dan konseling. Tugas khusus yang diberikan yaitu peran apoteker dalam menentukan kuantitas item produk yang disediakan di Apotek Axia. Penentuan item produk dilakukan dengan observasi terhadap kebiasaan konsumen dalam membeli obat, pola penyakit dan strategi penentuan item produk yang meliputi perencanaan yang tepat dan penyediaan obat berdasarkan jenis obat yaitu generik, me too produk, original drugs serta obat kategori slow moving.

Profession Internship at Apotek Axia was held to learn and understand the role of pharmacist in Pharmacy, especially to manage a pharmacy or to deliver pharmaceutical care. Pharmacist has role to manage the pharmacy, such as planning, supplying, receipt, saving, annihilation, controlling, and reporting. On the other hand, pharmacist also has to deliver a pharmaceutical care, such as receipt assessment, dispensing, drug information, and patient counseling. Specific assignment that been given is about the pharmacist's role in determining the quantity of items and products available in Apotek Axia. Determination of product items is done by observation of the habits of consumers in the purchase of drugs, disease patterns and strategies determining product items which include proper planning and provision of drugs based on the type of drug that is generic, me too products, original drugs and drug slow-moving category."

"ABSTRAK Praktek Kerja Profesi (PKP) di apotek bertempat di Apotek Kimia Farma No. 366Depok. Kegiatan ini berlangsung selama lima minggu dari tanggal 1 sampaidengan tanggal 31 Oktober 2015. PKP di apotek bertujuan agar mahasiswaapoteker mengerti peranan Apoteker Pengelola Apotek (APA), memiliki wawasantentang pelaksanaan pekerjaan kefarmasian, dan memiliki gambaran nyata akanpermasalahan pekerjaan kefarmasian yang terjadi di apotek. Berdasarkan kegiatanPKP yang dilakukan, APA di Apotek Kimia Farma No. 366 Depok secara umumtelah melaksanakan tugas dan tanggung jawab dalam pengelolaan apotek terkaitkegiatan teknis kefarmasian dan kegiatan nonteknis kefarmasian sesuai denganperaturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku. Mahasiswa apoteker telah berhasilmemperoleh wawasan mengenai kegiatan rutin yang dilakukan di apotek.Kegiatan teknis kefarmasian yang dilakukan di apotek meliputi pengadaan,penerimaan, penyimpanan, penjualan, pengelolaan narkotika, pengelolaanpsikotropika, dan dokumentasi resep. Adapun kegiatan nonteknis kefarmasianyang dilakukan di apotek adalah penyusunan resep dan struk pembayaran,penandaan harga pada resep kredit untuk penagihan, dan pembuatan LaporanIkhtisar Penjualan Harian (LIPH). labelling of credit prescription for billing purpose, and the making of Daily Sales

pharmacist who can substitute Pharmacy Manager temporarily while Pharmacy

Manager was not in place.
