"ABSTRAKBentuk-bentuk gaya bahasa kiasan banyak ditemukan dalam berbagai macam meme yang tersebar luas di sosial media untuk memberikan sisi humor bagi para pembacanya. Tidak terkecuali tiap-tiap meme yang diunggah oleh akun Facebook Voetbalhumor yang bertemakan tentang dunia sepak bola, khususnya sepak bola Belanda. Penggunaan gaya bahasa kiasan pada meme tersebut menyebabkan makna yang terkandung di dalamnya tidak dapat tersampaikan secara langsung, sehingga dibutuhkan sebuah konteks yang terkait dengan tiap-tiap meme tersebut untuk dapat memahami makna tersirat di dalamnya dengan baik. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memaparkan makna tersirat yang terkandung dalam penggunaan gaya bahasa kiasan pada setiap unggahan meme oleh akun Facebook Voetbalhumor dan untuk memahami makna yang terkandung dalam tiap-tiap meme sesuai konteks peristiwa yang terkait. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa setiap meme pada akun Facebook Voetbalhumor mengandung gaya bahasa kiasan sindiran dan untuk memahami makna yang tersirat di dalamnya dibutuhkan konteks.

ABSTRACTMany forms of figurative language style are found in a wide variety of memes in social media to provide humor to readers. Meme uploaded by a Facebook account of Voetbalhumor is no exception. It has the theme of the football rsquo s world, especially the Dutch football. The use of figurative language style in the meme causes the meaning contained in it can not be conveyed directly. So it takes a context related to each meme to be able to understand every implicit meaning. Therefore, this research aims to expose the implied meanings contained in the use of figurative language styles on each meme uploaded by the Facebook account of Voetbalhumor and to understand the meaning contained in each meme based on the context of the corresponding event. The results of this research indicate that every meme on the Facebook account of Voetbalhumor contains satirical figure of speech and it needs context to understand the implicit meanings."

"ABSTRAKSuatu brand harus melewati sejumlah tahap untuk menjadi brand yang kuat, unik, disukai dan dikenali oleh konsumen. Tesis ini menganalisa brand Gucci, terutama bagian clothing line, tentang bagaimana merek tersebut mendapatkan posisi atas di pikiran target konsumen. Saya akan membahas tentang berbagai alat pemasaran yang Gucci pakai dan menggunakan teori untuk menjelaskan bagaimana Gucci dapat memperkuat ekuitas merek (brand equity) dengan cara tersebut. Tesis ini berisi analisa yang terdiri dari penjelasan, masalah yang ditemukan dan solusi yang sesuai dari setiap usaha pemasarannya. Analisa ini dihubungkan dengan piramida Customer-Based Brand Equity oleh Keller.

This report analyzes Gucci, especially as a clothing line brand, on how they have top of mind consumer awareness.
