"Pertidaksamaan Hadamard adalah pertidaksamaan yang dibentuk oleh integral Riemann suatu fungsi konveks pada interval tertutup dengan integrasi numerik aturan titik tengah dan aturan trapesium. Hasil pengembangan dari pertidaksamaan Hadamard untuk fungsi terturunkan dan perkalian dua fungsi disebut pertidaksamaan tipe Hadamard. Studi literatur ini bertujuan untuk mempelajari beberapa pertidaksamaan tipe Hadamard berkaitan dengan fungsi-konveksi.

Hadamard's inequality is formed by Riemann integral form of convex function and its approximation rules by using midpoint rule and trapezoidal rule. The extension of Hadamard?s inequality for differentiable function and products of two functions is called Hadamard type. This study of literature is studying about the Hadamard type inequalities based on s-convexity.

"Pertidaksamaan Hermite-Hadamard merupakan pertidaksamaan yang melibatkan integral yang berlaku pada fungsi konveks. Pertidaksamaan Hermite-Hadamard-Fej r merupakan perumuman dari pertidaksamaan Hermite-Hadamard dengan memberi bobot sebuah fungsi dengan syarat-syarat tertentu. Pengembangan dari pertidaksamaan Hermite-Hadamard-Fej r selanjutnya dapat berupa perumuman dari pertidaksamaan tersebut yang berlaku untuk integral fraksional. Pada penelitian ini dibahas mengenai bentuk-bentuk pertidaksamaan tipe Hermite-hadamard-Fej r yang berlaku untuk fungsi terturunkan dengan mutlak dari fungsi turunannya konveks melalui integral fraksional Riemann-Liouville. Penelitian ini merupakan studi literatur dari hasil yang sudah ada. Pertidaksamaan pada hasil yang diperoleh menunjukkan eksistensi dari pertidaksamaan tipe Hermite-Hadamard yang berlaku untuk jenis fungsi yang sama.

Hermite Hadamard inequality is an integral inequality holds for convex function. Hermite Hadamard Fej r inequality is the generalization of Hermite Hadamard inequality by giving a weight such a function with certain criterions. The next developed version of Hermite Hadamard Fej r inequality might be it's generalization holds for fractional integral. This study is about Hermite Hadamard Fej r type inequalities for differentiable mappings whose derivatives in absolute value are convex via fractional integral. This research is literature study by results that already exist. The obtained inequalities provided existence of Hermite Hadamard type inequalities for the same type functions.

"Fungsi konveks merupakan salah satu topik di analisis yang berkaitan erat dengan teori pertidaksamaan. Lebih lanjut, definisi fungsi konveks memiliki perluasan, yaitu fungsi s-konveks jenis pertama dan jenis kedua, untuk s elemen 0,1] tetap. Fungsi konveks berkaitan dengan pertidaksamaan Hermite-Hadamard-Fejer, yangmerupakan pertidaksamaan integral yang melibatkan fungsi konveks. Pengembangan lebih lanjut dari pertidaksamaan tersebut dilakukan dengan melibatkan fungsi s-konveks dan juga melalui konsep integral fraksional. Dalam skripsi ini dibahas bentuk-bentuk pertidaksamaan tipe Hermite-Hadamard-Fej ryang berlaku untuk fungsi s-konveks jenis kedua melalui integral fraksional Riemann-Liouville. Dari hasil tersebut diperoleh hubungan antara pertidaksamaan yang diperoleh dengan pertidaksamaan yang sama untuk fungsi konveks.

The convex function is one of the topics in mathematics that is closely related to the theory of inequality. Furthermore, the definition of convex function has an extension which is the first and second kind of s convex function, for fixed s elemen 0,1 . Convex function has a relation to the Hermite Hadamard Fejerinequality, which is an integral inequality involving a convex function. Further development of these inequalities involves the s convex function and also through the concept of fractional integral. In this study, we discuss theHermite Hadamard Fej r type inequality that applies to the second kind of s convex function via the Riemann Liouville fractional integral. From these results, the relationship between these inequalities with the same type of inequality for convex function, are obtained.

"Ketaksamaan Hermite-Hadamard pada integral Riemann adalah ketaksamaan yang dibentuk oleh integral Riemann suatu fungsi konveks dengan kuadratur yang menggunakan aturan titik tengah dan aturan trapesium. Integral Riemann-Stieltjes merupakan bentuk yang lebih umum dari integral Riemann. Studi literatur ini bertujuan mempelajari bentuk ketaksamaan Hermite-Hadamard pada integral Riemann-Stieltjes dengan integran berupa fungsi konveks yang memiliki turunan ke-dua dan integrator berupa fungsi monoton naik. Selain itu, dalam studi literatur ini dicari bentuk suku galat dari kuadratur yang mengaproksimasi bentuk integral Riemann-Stieltjes. Lebih lanjut, dalam studi literatur ini ditunjukkan bahwa kuadratur, suku galat dan ketaksamaan Hermite-Hadamard pada integral Riemann-Stieltjes dapat direduksi menjadi bentuk kuadratur, suku galat dan ketaksamaan Hermite-Hadamard pada integral Riemann.

Hermite-Hadamard?s inequality for Riemann integral is formed by Riemann integral form of convex function and quadrature rules obtain by using midpoint rule and trapezoidal rule. Riemann-Stieltjes integral form is a generalization of Riemann integral. This literature study studies about the Hermite-Hadamard?s inequality for the Riemann-Stieltjes integral with a convex function integrand that is twice differentiable and an increasing integrator. Additionally, this literature study finds error term of quadrature that approximate the Riemann-Stieltjes integral. Moreover, this literature study shows that quadrature, error term and Hermite-Hadamard?s inequality for the Riemann-Stieltjes integral can be reduced to the quadrature, error term and Hermite-Hadamard?s inequality for the Riemann integral."

"[ABSTRAK
Latar belakang : Hiperglikemia kronik pada pasien Diabetes melitus tipe 1 (DMT1) dihubungkan dengan kerusakan jangka panjang, gangguan fungsi dan kerusakan berbagai organ tubuh lain seperti mata, ginjal, saraf, jantung dan pembuluh kapiler. Salah satu gangguan fungsi organ yang sering diabaikan sebagai akibat hiperglikemia adalah faal paru. Uji fungsi paru dapat membedakan kelainan paru obstruktif, restriktif atau campuran antara obstruktif dn restriktif. Uji fungsi paru dengan spirometri tidak dapat dilakukan dengan baik pada anak dibawah usia 7 atau 8 tahun karena memerlukan koordinasi yang cukup sulit. Penelitian tentang dampak DMT1 terhadap paru di Indonesia belum ada sampai saat ini.
Tujuan : Mengetahui gambaran uji fungsi paru pada pasien DMT1 usia 8-18 tahun.
Metode : Penelitian potong lintang dilakukan di Poliklinik Endokrinologi dan Respirologi Rumah Sakit Cipto Mangunkusumo (RSCM), serta Laboratorium Prodia Salemba pada bulan Januari 2015. Wawancara orangtua dilakukan dan data kadar HbA1c dalam rentang satu tahun terakhir diambil dari rekam medis subjek atau berdasarkan hasil pemeriksaan sebelumnya. Uji fungsi paru dilakukan sebanyak tiga kali dan diambil salah satu hasil yang terbaik. Kemudian subjek menjalani pengambilan darah untuk pemeriksaan kadar HbA1c dengan metode cation-exchange high pressure liquod chromatography (HPLC) di Laboratorium Prodia.
Hasil : Tiga puluh lima subjek berpartisipasi dalam penelitian, terdiri dari 68,6% perempuan. Rerata usia 14 ± 2,7 tahun dan median durasi DM adalah 4 tahun (1,3-10,2 tahun). Rerata parameter FEV1 adalah 86,8 ± 14%, FVC 82,7 ± 12% dan V25 83,1 ± 26,2%. Median FEV1/FVC adalah 92,4 % (77,6-100) dan V50 91,5 % (41,1-204). Fungsi paru normal didapatkan pada 19 subjek (54,3%) dan fungsi paru terganggu sebanyak 16 subjek (45,7%), terdiri dari 10 subjek (28,6%) gangguan restriktif, 2 subjek (5,7%) gangguan obstruktif dan 4 subjek (11,4%) gangguan campuran. Rerata HbA1c dalam 1 tahun terakhir pada subjek dengan gangguan restriktif adalah 10,3%. Simpulan : Nilai parameter uji fungsi paru pasien DMT1 usia 8-18 tahun masih dalam batas normal. Gangguan fungsi paru didapatkan pada 16 subjek (45,7%) dengan gangguan restriksi terbanyak yaitu 10 subjek (28,6%).

Background: Chronic hyperglycemia in patients with type 1 diabetes mellitus (T1DM) is associated with long term functional impairment and damage of several parts of the body, such as eyes, kidneys, nerves, heart, and capillary blood vessels. Among all systems, disorder of pulmonary function due to hyperglycemia is often neglected by physicians. Pulmonary function test could determine whether the lung impairment is obstructive, restrictive, or mixed. Pulmonary function test using spirometry could not be applied to children below 7 or 8 years old because they are not capable to do the test. Until now, research about the effect of T1DM to pulmonary function has never been done in Indonesia.
Objective: To obtain pulmonary function test profile in type 1 diabetes mellitus patients aged 8 to 18 years old.
Methods: This cross sectional study took place at Endocrinology and Respirology Outpatient Department of Cipto Mangunkusumo Hospital (RSCM) and Prodia Laboratory Service in Salemba in January 2015. Parents of subjects were interviewed for history disease. HbA1c level of recent year was collected from medical records or from previous test results. Pulmonary function test were conducted three times to each subjects and among those three results, the best was chosen as data. Blood samples were collected for HbA1c level measurement. The HbA1c level was measured by cation-exchange high pressure liquod chromatography (HPLC) method in Prodia Laboratory.
Results: Thirty five subjects participated in the research, 68.6% of them were female. The average age was 14 ± 2.7 years and the median duration of diabetes melitus was 4 years (1.3-10.2 years). FEV1, FVC, and V25 average was 86.8 ± 14%, 82.7 ± 12%, and 83.1 ± 26.2%, respectively. The median of FEV1/FVC and V50 was 92.4 % (77.6-100) and 91.5% (41.1-204) respectively. Nineteen subjects (54.3%) had normal pulmonary function and among 16 (45.7%) abnormal subjects, 10 (28.6%) had restrictive disorder, 2 (5.7%) had obstructive disorder, and 4 (11.4%) had mixed disorder. "Maen pukulan merupakan budaya Betawi yang mengandung unsur olah raga, budaya, spiritual, dan bela diri. Ia merupakan warisan yang hidup pada masyarakat Betawi serta Jakarta dan sekitarnya. Satu aliran maen pukulan yang relatif lama, eksis, dan populer pada masa kini ialah Beksi Tradisional H. Hasbullah. Tujuan penelitian ini ialah mengkaji penggunaan memori kolektif pada perguruan maen pukulan Beksi Tradisional H. Hasbullah sebagai bagian dari budaya masyarakat Betawi dilihat dari sistem pewarisan dan pengelolaan perguruan pada masa kini. Pada perguruan tersebut, memori yang terpelihara terbagi menjadi memori individu yang teraplikasi pada guru maen pukul dan memori kolektif yang terdapat pada komunitas. Menggunakan tiga teori mengenai memori kolektif oleh Rubin, Bernecker, dan Halbwachs ditemukan bahwa maen pukulan Beksi Tradisional H. Hasbullah berkembang menggunakan memori kolektif para guru, murid, serta masyarakat yang menanggap pertunjukan Beksi. Ditemukan pula memori individu guru membentuk pola pewarisan yang ia pilih bagi muridnya serta tipe pengelolaan yang digunakan dalam kepengurusan perguruan. Memori kolektif berperan pada pertunjukan yang mengandung Beksi di dalamnya. Memori menjadi panduan ketika terjadi perbedaan walau di sisi lain, memori yang tereduksi menyebabkan terjadinya pengerucutan pakem pertunjukan. Penelitian ini menunjukkan pentingnya peran memori kolektif untuk eksistensi dan perkembangan maen pukulan di masa depan.

Maen pukulan is a part of Betawinese tradition that contains sport, cultural, spiritual, and martial arts elements. It is a living heritage among Betawinese community and is found in Jakarta and its surrounding areas. A relatively old school of maen pukulan which still exists and popular today is the H. Hasbullah’s Traditional Beksi. This research aims to investigate the use of collective memory in the current Maen Pukulan Beksi Traditional H.Hasbullah schools as a part of Betawinese culture related to its cultural inheritance pattern and management. At the maen pukulan schools, there are two types of preserved memory. The first is individual memory which is applied by the maen pukulan gurus and the second is collective memory which is found among the community. Using three theories about collective memory by Rubin, Bernecker, and Halbwachs, it is found that the traditional maen pukulan Beksi of H. Hasbullah has developed through the collective memory of the gurus, students, and the publics who perceive the Beksi performance. It is also found that individual memory of the gurus forms an inheritance pattern which they choose for their students and the type of management use at the maen pukulan school organisation. Collective memory has its role in the performance that contains Beksi in it. The memory, on the one hand, becomes their guide when there is a dispute about Beksi. On the other hand, reduced memory has caused some changes and reduction, along with the continuity in the maen pukulan Beksi performance. This research shows the important role of collective memory in maintaining the existence and development of maen pukulan in the future.

"Latar belakang. Pengaruh Diabetes Melitus Tipe-1 (DMT1) terhadap massa dan fungsi ventrikel kiri pada anak masih menjadi perdebatan.
Tujuan. Untuk mengetahui gambaran massa dan fungsi ventrikel kiri pada anak DMT1.
Metode. Dilakukan penelitian potong lintang dengan membandingkan massa, fungsi diastolik dan sistolik ventrikel kiri 30 anak DMT1 berusia 4 sampai dengan 18 tahun dengan 30 anak sehat sebagai kontrol yang bersesuaian jenis kelamin dan umur. Massa dan fungsi ventrikel kiri diperiksa dengan ekokardiografi.
Hasil. Massa ventrikel kiri anak DMT1 lebih besar dari pada anak sehat, perbedaan ini bermakna. Faktor yang berhubungan dengan peningkatan massa tersebut adalah lama sakit dan tekanan darah. Fungsi diastolik pada anak dengan DMT1 berbeda bermakna dibanding anak sehat. Pola perubahan parameter fungsi diastolik anak DMT1 sesuai dengan gambaran disfungsi diastolik gangguan pola relaksasi. Faktor yang berhubungan dengan perubahan fungsi diastolik pada anak DMT1 adalah lama sakit. Untuk fungsi sistolik tidak ditemukan perbedaan yang bermakna.
Kesimpulan. Pada anak dengan DMT1 terdapat peningkatan massa ventrikel kiri dan gangguan diastolik pola relaksasi. Perubahan massa jantung dan gangguan fungsi diastolik tersebut berhubungan dengan lama sakit dan tekanan darah.

Background. The impact of Diabetes Mellitus type 1 (DMT1) on the left ventricular mass and functions in children remains controversial.
Objective: The aim of the study is to measure the left ventricular mass and function in children with DMT1.
Methods. A cross-sectional study was conducted to compare the mass and diastolic-systolic function of the left ventricle of 30 children with DMT1 and normal children aged 4 to 18 years that matched in sex and age. The left ventricular mass and diastolic-systolic function was assessed by echocardiography.
Results.Ventricular mass of children with DMT1 were significantly heavier than healthy ones. Factors associated with increased mass were the duration of illness and blood pressure. Diastolic functions in children with DMT1 were significantly different compared to healthy children. The patterns of changes were appropriate with the relaxation pattern of diastolic dysfunction. The factor associated with the change of diastolic parameters is the duration of illness. Significant differences were not found in the systolic function.
Conclusion. In children with DMT1 there was an increase of left ventricular mass and also diastolic dysfunction with the relaxation pattern. Changes in cardiac mass and diastolic dysfunction are associated with duration of illness and blood pressure.

"Latar belakang: Timpanoplasti tipe 1 merupakan prosedur untuk menangani Otitis Media Supuratif Kronik (OMSK). Prosedur ini bertujuan untuk memperbaiki membran timpani, menjaga telinga tengah dari patogen luar dan pada akhirnya memperbaiki fungsi pendengaran. Faktor yang memengaruhi hasil timpanoplasti yaitu faktor operator, alat dan pasien. Tujuan: Mengidentifikasi karakteristik klinis preoperasi sebagai faktor yang memengaruhi fungsi pendengaran pascatimpanoplasti tipe 1. Metode: Penelitian ini merupakan studi kohort prospektif pada pasien OMSK tipe aman tenang yang telah menjalani timpanoplasti tipe 1. Subjek dengan membran timpani utuh pascaoperasi masuk dalam kriteria penelitian. Karakteristik klinis preoperasi berupa ukuran perforasi, letak perforasi dan fungsi Tuba Eustachius dikumpulkan melalui rekam medis. Fungsi pendengaran pascatimpanoplasti dinilai menggunakan audiometri nada murni. Hasil: Rata-rata ambang dengar preoperasi 44,7 dB ± 15,9dB menurun menjadi 33,2 dB ± 14,4dB. Rata-rata Air Bone Gap (ABG) preoperasi 41,9 dB menurun menjadi 14,4 dB. Tidak adanya perbaikan fungsi pendengaran 1 tahun pascatimpanoplasti terjadi pada 17,6% (n = 6). Tidak ditemukan hubungan yang bermakna antara ukuran perforasi, letak perforasi dan fungsi Tuba Eustachius preoperasi terhadap fungsi pendengaran pascatimpanoplasti tipe 1. Kesimpulan: Terdapat faktor selain ukuran perforasi, letak perforasi dan fungsi Tuba Eustachius preoperasi yang memengaruhi fungsi pendengaran.

Background: Type 1 tympanoplasty is a procedure in to treat Chronic Suppurative Otitis Media (CSOM). It aims to repair the tympanic membrane, protect the middle ear from external pathogens and ultimately improve hearing function. Factors that affect the outcome of tympanoplasty, including operator, tools and patient factors. Objective: Identify preoperative clinical characteristics as factors affecting hearing function after type 1 tympanoplasty. Methods: The study was a prospective cohort design involving patients with tubotympanic type CSOM who had undergone type 1 tympanoplasty. Subjects with an intact tympanic membrane postoperatively were included in the study criteria. Data regarding preoperative clinical characteristics such as perforation size, perforation location, and Eustachian tube function were collected from medical records. Pure tone audiometry was performed to determine postoperative hearing function. Results: The preoperative hearing threshold of 44.7 dB ± 15.9dB decreased to 33.2 dB ± 14.4dB. The preoperative Air-Bone Gap (ABG) value of 41.9 dB decreased to 14.4 dB. There was no improvement found in 17.6% subjects (n = 6). There was no significant relationship between perforation size, perforation location, and preoperative Eustachian tube function on postoperative hearing function in type 1 tympanoplasty. Conclusion: There are factors other than perforation size, perforation location and preoperative Eustachian tube function that affect hearing function."

"Latar Belakang: Kompleks prematur ventrikel (KVP) dikaitkan dengan risiko penurunan fungsi ventrikel dan gagal jantung, dan meningkatkan mortalitas jangka panjang. Variasi sirkadian yang rendah merupakan salah satu prediktor terjadinya kardiomiopati yang diinduksi oleh KVP. KVP idiopatik tipe independen merupakan salah satu bentuk dari KVP dengan gambaran distribusi variasi sirkadian yang rendah. Namun tidak semua KVP independen memiliki variasi sirkadian yang rendah. Belum ada studi yang menilai perbedaan fungsi sistolik intrinsik VKi menggunakan global longitudinal strain (GLS) pada KVP idiopatik independen dengan KVP idiopatik non-independen.
Tujuan: Mengetahui hubungan antara kompleks ventrikel prematur idiopatik tipe independen dengan GLS ventrikel kiri melalui ekokardiografi speckle tracking pada pasien tanpa penyakit jantung struktural.
Metode: Penelitian ini merupakan studi potong lintang dengan menggunakan data pasien aritmia ventrikel idiopatik yang dikumpulkan di RSPJD Harapan Kita Jakarta pada bulan Februari 2021- Mei 2021. Evaluasi KVP idiopatik dilakukan dengan EKG 12 sandapan, pemeriksaan Holter monitoring 24 jam. Data dasar ekokardiografi diambil dan penilaian fungsi sistolik intrinsik ventrikel kiri (Vki) dilakukan menggunakan ekokardiografi speckle tracking dengan global longitudinal study (GLS).
Hasil: Dari 67 pasien KVP idiopatik yang disertakan dalam penelitian, didapatkan sebesar 27 pasien (40,2%) dengan KVP tipe independen dan 40 pasien (59,8%) dengan KVP non-independen. Sebanyak 31 (46,3%) pasien memiliki disfungsi sistolik ventrikel kiri pada pemeriksaan GLS (kurang dari -18). KVP tipe independen (OR 5,3; IK 95% 1,10-33,29; p = 0,038), beban KVP 9% (OR 16; IK 95% 1,58-163,61; p = 0,019), jenis kelamin laki-laki (OR 6,58; IK 95% 0,80-0,99; p = 0,029), dan episode TV non-sustained (OR 13,88; IK 95% 1,77-108,53; p = 0,012) berhubungan secara signifikan dengan penurunan fungsi sistolik intrinsik Vki.
Kesimpulan: Kompleks ventrikel prematur idiopatik tipe independen berhubungan dengan penurunan sistolik intrinsik ventrikel kiri melalui ekokardiografi speckle tracking. Evaluasi tipe KVP idiopatik perlu dilakukan karena berhubungan dengan prognosis pasien dalam praktik klinis.

Background: Premature ventricular complexes (PVC) was associated with a risk of decreased ventricular function and heart failure, and increased long-term mortality. Low circadian variation is one of the predictors of PVC-induced cardiomyopathy. Independent-type-PVC (I-PVC) is a form of PVC with a low distribution of circadian variation. However, not all I-PVC show low circadian variation. No studies have been performed to examine differences in intrinsic systolic function of left ventricle (LV) using global longitudinal strain (GLS) in independent versus non-independent idiopathic PVC.
Objective: To determine the relationship between I-PVC and intrinsic systolic function of LV using speckle tracking echocardiography in patients without structural heart disease.
Methods: A cross-sectional study was conducted using data from patients with idiopathic ventricular arrhythmias collected at RSPJD Harapan Kita Jakarta in February 2021-May 2021. Evaluation of idiopathic PVC was carried out using a 12-lead ECG, 24-hour Holter monitoring. Basic echocardiography was performed then LV intrinsic systolic function was assessed using speckle tracking echocardiography with global longitudinal study (GLS).
Results: Of the 67 patients with idiopathic PVC included in the study, 27 (40.2%) patients included in independent PVC group and 40 (59.8%) patients in non-independent PVC group. A total of 31 (46.3%) patients had LV systolic dysfunction on GLS examination (less than -18). Independent-type-PVC (OR 5.3; 95% CI 1.10-33.29; p = 0.038), PVC burden of 9% (OR 16; 95% CI 1.58-163.61; p = 0.019), male gender (OR 6.58; 95% CI 0.80-0.99; p = 0.029), and non-sustained VT episodes (OR 13.88; 95% CI 1.77-108.53; p = 0.012) was significantly associated with a decrease in LV intrinsic systolic function.
Conclusion: Independent-type-PVC was associated with decreased in LV intrinsic systolic function assessed by speckle tracking echocardiography. Evaluation of the type of idiopathic PVC needs to be considered since it is related with patient's prognosis in clinical practice.
