"Praktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker dilaksanakan di PT Merck Tbk, Jakarta Timur. Kegiatan PKPA ini bertujuan agar mahasiswa profesi apoteker dapat melihat langsung aktivitas yang berlangsung dalam suatu industri farmasi, memperoleh pengetahuan dan wawasan tentang segala aspek yang terkait di industri farmasi terutama dalam hal penerapan CPOB di PT Merck Tbk dan dapat memiliki pemahaman yang mendalam mengenai peran dan tugas apoteker di industri farmasi. Tugas khusus yang diberikan yaitu validasi metode analisis Thiamin HCl dan Piridoksin HCl dalam sediaan sirup multivitamin secara Kromatografi Cair Kinerja Tinggi (KCKT). Tugas khusus ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh metode yang valid dalam menganalisis Thiamin HCl dan Piridoksin HCl dalam sediaan sirup multivitamin secara KCKT.

"Pekerjaan kefarmasian yang dilakukan di industri farmasi antara lain pengendalian mutu sediaan farmasi, pengadaan, pengamanan, penyimpanan, serta pengembangan obat, bahan obat, dan obat tradisional. Industri farmasi diwajibkan untuk memenuhi persyaratan Cara Pembuatan Obat yang Baik (CPOB). Apabila suatu industri farmasi tidak menerapkan CPOB, maka akan berdampak terhadap keselamatan pasien. Praktik kerja profesi apoteker di PT Merck Tbk bertujuan untuk memahami peranan, tugas, dan tanggung jawab apoteker di industri farmasi; memiliki wawasan, pengetahuan, ketrampilan, dan pengalaman praktis untuk melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian di industri farmasi; memahami penerapan CPOB di industri farmasi, dan memiliki gambaran nyata tentang permasalahan pekerjaan kefarmasian di industri farmasi. Pharmaceutical works practiced in pharmacy industry are pharmaceutical preparation quality control, safekeeping, and the development of drugs, drug raw materials, and traditional medicines. Pharmacy industry is obligated to fulfill the requirements of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) of drugs. If a pharmacy industry doesnt apply the GMP, it will impact the patient safety. The objective of apothecary profession internship practice at PT Merck Tbk were comprehending the role, duty, and responsibility of apothecary in pharmacy industry; having knowledges, skills, and practical experience in executing pharmaceutical work in pharmacy industry; comprehending the application of GMP for drugs in pharmacy industry; and having real description of pharmaceutical work issue in pharmacy industry. "ABSTRAK
Praktek Kerja Profesi (PKP) di apotek bertempat di Apotek Kimia Farma No. 366
Depok. Kegiatan ini berlangsung selama lima minggu dari tanggal 1 sampai
dengan tanggal 31 Oktober 2015. PKP di apotek bertujuan agar mahasiswa
apoteker mengerti peranan Apoteker Pengelola Apotek (APA), memiliki wawasan
tentang pelaksanaan pekerjaan kefarmasian, dan memiliki gambaran nyata akan
permasalahan pekerjaan kefarmasian yang terjadi di apotek. Berdasarkan kegiatan
PKP yang dilakukan, APA di Apotek Kimia Farma No. 366 Depok secara umum
telah melaksanakan tugas dan tanggung jawab dalam pengelolaan apotek terkait
kegiatan teknis kefarmasian dan kegiatan nonteknis kefarmasian sesuai dengan
peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku. Mahasiswa apoteker telah berhasil
memperoleh wawasan mengenai kegiatan rutin yang dilakukan di apotek.
Kegiatan teknis kefarmasian yang dilakukan di apotek meliputi pengadaan,
penerimaan, penyimpanan, penjualan, pengelolaan narkotika, pengelolaan
psikotropika, dan dokumentasi resep. Adapun kegiatan nonteknis kefarmasian
yang dilakukan di apotek adalah penyusunan resep dan struk pembayaran,
penandaan harga pada resep kredit untuk penagihan, dan pembuatan Laporan
Ikhtisar Penjualan Harian (LIPH). Masalah yang terjadi di Apotek Kimia Farma
No. 366 Depok adalah ketiadaan Apoteker Pendamping yang dapat menggantikan
APA ketika sedang tidak ada di tempat.

dan konseling. Tugas khusus yang diberikan adalah mengenai pengkajian resep
terhadap penyakit tiroid. Resep yang diperoleh selama praktek kerja dikaji

to manage a pharmacy or to deliver pharmaceutical care. Pharmacist has role to

controlling, and reporting. On the other hand, pharmacist also has to deliver a
pharmaceutical care, such as receipt assessment, dispensing, drug information,
and evaluation of drug use. Specific assignment that been given is about the
recapitulation of rational drug use in the periode from February to April 2015.

"ABSTRAK
Apotek adalah suatu sarana pelayanan kesehatan, tempat pengabdian
apoteker yang telah mengucapkan sumpah jabatan, tempat dilakukannya praktek
kefarmasian, dan tempat penyaluran perbekalan farmasi kepada masyarakat.
Apoteker sebagai penanggungjawab apotek memiliki peranan penting dalam
pelayanan kesehatan dalam bidang kefarmasian. Tujuan dilaksanakan PKP supaya
apoteker memahami tugas dan tanggung jawab apoteker di apotek, memperoleh
wawasan, pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan pengalaman praktis untuk melakukan
praktek kefarmasian di apotek serta memperoleh gambaran nyata tentang
permasalahan praktek kefarmasian. Peserta PKP melakukan praktik kefarmasian
dan mendapatkan tugas khusus untuk melakukan pelayanan telefarma, yaitu
pelayanan kefarmasian melalui komunikasi jarak jauh, dalam hal ini melalui
telepon. Telefarma bertujuan untuk memantau kepatuhan pasien dan memantau
efek samping obat. Peserta PKP paham mengenai peran dan fungsi apoteker
dalam aspek manajerial, yaitu: melakukan pengawasan seluruh aspek pelayanan
kefarmasian, pengelolaan perbekalan farmasi dan perbekalan kesehatan dimulai
dari pengadaan, penerimaan, penyimpanan, pengelolaan, dan penyaluran sediaan
farmasi di apotek. Peserta PKP mendapatkan wawasan, pengetahuan,
keterampilan, dan pengalaman dalam pengkajian resep, penyerahan obat,
pelayanan informasi obat, konseling, pelayanan kefarmasian di rumah,
pemantauan terapi obat, dan pengawasan efek samping obat. Gambaran nyata
permasalahan yang sering terjadi di apotek adalah penolakan resep karena obat
tidak tersedia.
ABSTRACT The pharmacy is a health-care facilities, places pharmacist do practice
pharmaceutical care and the distribution medicine to public. Pharmacist as a
responsible pharmacist pharmacy has an important role in health care especially in
pharmacy. The goals of this internship are to make pharmacist student understand
jobs and duties as a pharmacist in pharmacy, to get knowledge, skills, and
experience abaout pharmaceutical care as well as to know about problems at
pharmacy. Student did pharmaceutical practice and got duties to do telepharmacy
service over the phone. The purpose of telepharmacy are to monitor patient
compliance and drug side effects. Student understand the role and function of the
pharmacist in the managerial aspects, namely: to supervise all aspects of
pharmacy services, management of pharmaceutical supplies and medical supplies
starting from procurement, receipt, storage, management and distribution
pharmaceutical. Student get knowledge, skills, and experience in the assessment
of prescriptions, compounding and dispensing, counseling, home pharmacy care,
monitoring drug therapy,and drug side effects. A real picture of the problems that
often occur in the pharmacy is rejection prescription because drug out.

Laporan Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker ini memberikan informasi mengenai peran apoteker dalam kegiatan registrasi variasi terkait aspek keamanan suatu produk industri farmasi dan kegiatan pengawasan dan pengelolaan obat, bahan obat, narkotika, psikotropika dan prekursor farmasi di Apotek. Apoteker di industri farmasi terutama departemen regulatory affairs berperan penting dalam pemantauan dan pelaporan aspek keamanan obat yang diedarkan untuk menjamin bahwa produk yang diproduksi bermutu, aman, dan berkhasiat selain di industri farmasi seorang apoteker yang berada di fasilitas pelayanan kefarmasian bertanggung jawab dalam kegiatan pengelolaan sediaan farmasi, alat kesehatan dan bahan medis habis pakai yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan mutu pelayanan kefarmasian serta melindungi pasien dan masyarakat dari penggunaan obat yang tidak rasional. Laporan disusun menggunakan metode pengkajian dan penelusuran studi literatur. Hasil dari kegiatan ini bahwa apoteker di industri farmasi berperan penting khususnya dalam menjamin keamanan, mutu dan khasiat obat sebelum diedarkan ke masyarakat serta sebagai seorang apoteker regulatory affairs harus memastikan dan menyesuaikan dengan timeline perusahaan supaya kegiatan dapat terlaksana tepat waktu; untuk menjamin keamanan dan keselamatan pasien, apotek harus selalu mampu memastikan dan menyesuaikan terhadap peraturan baru yang berlaku supaya kegiatan pengelolaan narkotika, psikotropika dan prekursor farmasi dapat terlaksana dengan baik.
This pharmacist profession practice is carried out at PT Abbott Indonesia and Roxy Jatibaru Pharmacy. This pharmacist professional practice report provides information on the role of pharmacists in the registration of variations related to safety aspects of a pharmaceutical industry product and monitoring and management activities of drugs, drugs substances, narcotics, psychotropics, and pharmaceutical precursors at pharmacies. Pharmacists in the pharmaceutical industry especially the regulatory affairs, play an important role in monitoring and reporting on the safety aspects of drugs being circulated to ensure that the products produced are of quality, safe, and medical consumables aim to improve the quality of pharmaceutical services and protect patients and the public from the irrational use of drugs. The report is prepared using the method of reviewing and tracing literature studies. The result of this activity is that pharmacists in the pharmaceutical industry play an important role, especially in ensuring the safety, quality, and efficacy of drugs before they are distributed to the public, and as a pharmacist in regulatory affairs must ensure and adjust to the company timeline so that activities can be carried out on time; to ensure the safety and security of patients, pharmacies must always be able to ensure and adjust to the new regulations that apply so that the activities of managing narcotics, psychotropics and pharmaceutical precursors can be carried out properly."

"Ilmu farmasi merupakan salah satu ilmu kesehatan yang akan terus berkembang seiring dengan perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi. Ruang lingkup farmasi begitu luas sehingga bentuk praktik kefarmasian juga sangat beragam. Dalam menjalankan praktik kefarmasiannya, seorang apoteker dituntut memiliki standar kompetensi. Standar kompetensi ini dapat dilatih dalam praktik kefarmasian, sehingga dilakukan praktik kerja profesi apoteker dibeberapa tempat dan berbagai bidang, diantaranya adalah Apotek Atrika, PT. Hexpharm Jaya, PT. Anugrah Pharmindo Lestari dan Puskesnas Kramat Jati. Secara keseluruhan apoteker belajar melakukan praktik kefarmasian secara professional dan etik, menggunakan komunikasi yang efektif dan menggunakan keterampilan organisasi sehingga dapat meningkatkan hubungan interpersonal yang baik dengan pasien maupun dengan teman sejawat. Pada bidang pelayanan, apoteker harus mengoptimalisasi penggunaan, dispensing, pemberian informasi terkait sediaan farmasi dan alat kesehatan. Apoteker juga dapat mengupayakan hal yang preventif maupun promotive untuk meningkatkan kesehatan masyarakat. Dalam bidang industri, apoteker belajar terkait pengelolaan sediaan farmasi, dimulai dari tahap formulasi, produksi hingga pendistribusian. Selain belajar memenuhi standar kompetensi yang harus dimiliki apoteker, pada kesempatan praktik kerja, apoteker juga diberikan persoalan yang akan dibahas pada masing-masing laporan hasil praktik kerja profesi apoteker.
Pharmacy is one of the health sciences that will continue to develop along with the development of science and technology. The scope of pharmacy is so broad that the forms of pharmaceutical practice are also very diverse. In carrying out its pharmacy practice, a pharmacist must have competency standards. These competency standards can be trained in pharmaceutical practice so that pharmacists' professional work practices are carried out in various fields, including Apotek Atrika, PT. Hexpharm Jaya, PT. Anugrah Pharmindo Lestari and the Puskesmas Kramat Jati. Overall, pharmacists learn to practice pharmacy professionally and ethically, use effective communication, and use organizational skills to improve good interpersonal relationships with patients and colleagues. Pharmacists must optimize the use, dispensing, and providing of information related to pharmaceutical preparations and medical devices in the service sector. Pharmacists can also seek preventive and promotive things to improve public health. In the industrial sector, pharmacists learn about the management of pharmaceutical preparations, from formulation and production to distribution stages. In addition to learning to meet the competency standards that pharmacists must possess, on work practice opportunities, pharmacists are also given issues that will be discussed in each report on the results of the pharmacist's professional practice."

"ABSTRAK
Praktik Kerja Profesi (PKP) di puskesmas bertempat di Puskesmas Kecamatan
Kembangan, Jakarta Barat. Kegiatan ini berlangsung selama tiga minggu dari
tanggal 30 Juni hingga 24 Juli 2015. PKP di puskesmas bertujuan agar mahasiswa
apoteker mengerti peranan apoteker, memiliki wawasan tentang pelaksanaan
pekerjaan kefarmasian, mempelajari strategi dan pengembangan praktik profesi
apoteker, memiliki gambaran nyata akan permasalahan pekerjaan kefarmasian di
puskesmas, serta berkomunikasi dan berinteraksi dengan tenaga kesehatan lain.
Berdasarkan kegiatan PKP yang dilakukan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa Apoteker di
Puskesmas Kecamatan Kembangan telah melaksanakan kewajibannya dengan baik.
Mahasiswa apoteker telah berhasil memperoleh wawasan mengenai kegiatan rutin
yang dilakukan di puskesmas. Kegiatan manajerial meliputi perencanaan
kebutuhan, pengadaan, penerimaan, penyimpanan, pendistribusian, pengendalian,
pencatatan, pelaporan, dan pengarsipan obat, serta pemantauan dan evaluasi
pengelolaan obat dan bahan medis habis pakai, dan kegiatan farmasi klinis meliputi
pelayanan resep (dispensing), Pelayan Informasi Obat (PIO), konseling, homecare,
dan penyuluhan kesehatan. peningkatan mutu pelayanan kefarmasian dilakukan
dengan memanfaatkan perkembangan teknologi seperti penggunaan perangkat
lunak dan website. Masalah yang terjadi di puskesmas adalah keterbatasan sarana
dan prasarana pendukung kegiatan pelayanan kefarmasian.

2015. Profession Internship at pharmacy was intended to make apothecary student
understand the role of pharmacists, have insight into the implementation of
pharmaceutical practice, learning strategies and the development of professional
practice of pharmacists, have real description of the issues of pharmaceutical
practice in health centers, as well as to communicate and interact with other health
professionals. Based on the activities, it can be concluded that pharmacists in
Puskesmas Kecamatan Kembangan has been carrying out his duty well. Apothecary
student have obtained insight into routine activities in pharmacy. Managerial
activities include requirement planning, procurement, receipt, storage, distribution,
control, recording, reporting, and archiving of drugs, as well as monitoring and
evaluation of the management of drugs and medical materials consumables, and
activities of clinical pharmacy includes the service prescriptions (dispensing),
giving the drug information, counseling, homecare, and health education.
Improving the quality of pharmaceutical services performed by utilizing
technological developments such as the use of software and websites. Issue that
occur in Puskesmas Kecamatan Kembangan are limited facilities and infrastructure
to support the activities of pharmaceutical services.
