"Praktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) dilaksanakan di PT. Merck Tbk. Jalan TB. Simatupang No.8, Pasar Rebo, Jakarta Timur. Kegiatan PKPA ini bertujuan agar mahasiswa profesi apoteker dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan dan wawasan tentang segala aspek industri farmasi yang berhubungan dengan CPOB serta mengetahui penerapan CPOB di PT. Merck Tbk. serta mengetahui dan memahami peran dan tanggung jawab apoteker dalam industri farmasi yang diharapkan dapat menjadi bekal untuk menghadapi dunia kerja yang sesungguhnya. Tugas khusus yang diberikan berjudul Revalidasi Metode Analisis Vitamin E Asetat dalam Sediaan Sirup Emulsi Secara Kromatografi Cair Kinerja Tinggi (KCKT). Tugas khusus ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh metode yang valid untuk analisis vitamin E asetat dalam sediaan sirup emulsi secara Kromatografi Cair Kinerja Tinggi (KCKT).

Merck Tbk. aims to ensure that the Measuring Cup Ex. Erwina and Folding box Ex. MJSG can be used for production scale, either manually capping or cartoning folding box in the production area."

"ABSTRAK Praktek Kerja Profesi (PKP) di apotek bertempat di Apotek Kimia Farma No. 366Depok. Kegiatan ini berlangsung selama lima minggu dari tanggal 1 sampaidengan tanggal 31 Oktober 2015. PKP di apotek bertujuan agar mahasiswaapoteker mengerti peranan Apoteker Pengelola Apotek (APA), memiliki wawasantentang pelaksanaan pekerjaan kefarmasian, dan memiliki gambaran nyata akanpermasalahan pekerjaan kefarmasian yang terjadi di apotek. Berdasarkan kegiatanPKP yang dilakukan, APA di Apotek Kimia Farma No. 366 Depok secara umumtelah melaksanakan tugas dan tanggung jawab dalam pengelolaan apotek terkaitkegiatan teknis kefarmasian dan kegiatan nonteknis kefarmasian sesuai denganperaturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku. Mahasiswa apoteker telah berhasilmemperoleh wawasan mengenai kegiatan rutin yang dilakukan di apotek.Kegiatan teknis kefarmasian yang dilakukan di apotek meliputi pengadaan,penerimaan, penyimpanan, penjualan, pengelolaan narkotika, pengelolaanpsikotropika, dan dokumentasi resep. Adapun kegiatan nonteknis kefarmasianyang dilakukan di apotek adalah penyusunan resep dan struk pembayaran,penandaan harga pada resep kredit untuk penagihan, dan pembuatan LaporanIkhtisar Penjualan Harian (LIPH).
