"ABSTRAK
Praktek Kerja Profesi (PKP) di puskesmas bertempat di Puskesmas Kecamatan Cengkareng
Jakarta Barat. Kegiatan ini berlangsung selama tiga minggu dari tanggal 1 sampai dengan tanggal
25 September 2015. PKP di puskesmas bertujuan agar mahasiswa program studi apoteker
memahami peranan, tugas dan tanggung jawab apoteker dalam praktek pelayanan kefarmasian di
Puskesmas sesuai dengan ketentuan perundangan dan etika farmasi yang berlaku, dan dalam
bidang kesehatan masyarakat, memahami dan memiliki pengetahuan, keterampilan, sikap perilaku
serta wawasan dan pengalaman nyata untuk melakukan praktek profesi dan pekerjaan kefarmasian
di Puskesmas, serta melihat dan mempelajari strategi dan pengembangan praktek profesi Apoteker
di Puskesmas.Berdasarkan kegiatan PKP yang dilakukan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa Apoteker di
Puskesmas Kecamatan Cengkareng memiliki tanggung jawab terhadap pengelolaan sediaan
farmasi dan pelayanan farmasi klinik, meliputi pengkajian resep, penyerahan obat, pemberian
informasi obat, dan pelayanan informasi obat. Pengetahuan, keterampilan, sikap perilaku serta
wawasan dan pengalaman nyata untuk melakukan praktek profesi dan pekerjaan kefarmasian di
Puskesmas telah diperoleh penulis. Berdasarkan pengamatan selama pelaksanaan PKPA,
Puskesmas Kecamatan Cengkareng secara umum telah menerapkan seluruh aspek pelayanan
farmasi klinik dengan baik. Masalah yang terjadi di Puskesmas Kecamatan Cengkareng berupa
kurangnya tenaga Apoteker yang tidak seimbang dengan jumlahnya pasien. Selain itu, perlu
diadakannya ruang konseling agar kegiatan konseling berjalan dengan baik. ABSTRACT Profession Internship in community health center located in Cengkareng, West Jakarta. This

and in the field of public health, understand and have the knowledge, skills, attitudes and
behaviors as well as insight into the real experience to practice apothecary profession and work in
health centers, as well as see and learn strategies and the development of professional practice of
pharmacists in community health center. Based on profession internship activities undertaken, it
can be concluded that pharmacists in Cengkareng sub-district health centers have responsibility for
the management of pharmaceutical and clinical pharmacy services, including assessment
prescription, drug delivery, give the information of drugs, and drug information services.
Knowledge, skills, attitudes and behaviors as well as insight into the real experience to practice
apothecary profession and work in health centers has been obtained by the authors. Based on
observations during the implementation, Cengkareng sub-district health centers in general have
implemented all aspects of clinical pharmacy services properly. Problems that occur in
Cengkareng sub-district health center in the form of shortage of pharmacists is not balanced with
the amount of patients. In addition, the holding space needs counseling so that counseling
activities run well.

"Praktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) dilaksanakan di Rumah Sakit Umum Pusat (RSUP) Fatmawati Jakarta Selatan. Kegiatan PKPA ini bertujuan agar mahasiswa profesi apoteker dapat melihat langsung kegiatan kefarmasian yang berlangsung dalam suatu rumah sakit, memperoleh pengetahuan dan wawasan tentang segala aspek yang terkait di rumah sakit terutama dalam hal manajerial dan pelayanan farmasi klinis di RSUP Fatmawati, serta memiliki pemahaman yang mendalam mengenao peran dan tugas pokok seorang apoteker di rumah sakit. Tugas khusus yang diberikan berjudul Pemantauan Terapi Obat pada Pasien Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) dan Diabetes Mellitus di Ruang Rawat Inap Lantai 5 Gedung Teratai RSUP Fatmawati. Tugas khusus ini bertujuan untuk lebih memahami tentang tujuan dan parameter terapi pasien Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) dan Diabetes Mellitus.
Pharmacist Internship Program (PKPA) held at General Hospital Center (RSUP) Fatmawati South Jakarta. The PKPA Activity is intended that the student pharmacist can see directly the activities of pharmacy that takes place in a hospital, gain knowledge and insight on all aspects related in hospitals, especially in terms of managerial and service of clinical pharmacy at Fatmawati, and has a deep understanding of the the role and duties of a pharmacist in a hospital. "Seorang apoteker memegang peranan penting di Apotek, Puskesmas, maupun Rumah Sakit. Apoteker harus memenuhi Standar Kompetensi sebagai persyaratan untuk memasuki dunia kerja dan menjalani praktik profesi. Standar Kompetensi Apoteker Indonesia terdiri dari sepuluh poin Standar Kompetensi sebagai kemampuan yang diharapkan oleh Apoteker saat lulus dan masuk ke tempat praktik kerja profesi. Sebagai bekal dan pengalaman calon apoteker dalam memahami peran apoteker dan meningkatkan kompetensi, maka dilaksanakan Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker di Apotek Atrika, Puskesmas Kecamatan Kebayoran Baru, dan Rumah Sakit Umum Pusat Fatmawati selama Periode Bulan Januari hingga April 2019. Selama PKPA, diharapkan calon apoteker dapat memperluas wawasan, pemahaman, dan pengalaman untuk melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian di tempat praktik kerja profesi apoteker.
A pharmacist holds an important role in pharmacy, community health center, and hospital. Pharmacists must have the Competency Standards as requirements for entering the workforce and undergoing professional practice. Indonesian Pharmacist Competency Standards consist of ten points of Competency Standards as an expected competencies by Pharmacists when graduated and enter professional work practices. As a preparation and experience of prospective pharmacists, understanding the role of pharmacists and increasing competence, Apothecary Professional Work Practices are implemented at Apotek Atrika, Kebayoran Baru District Community Health Center, and Fatmawati Central General Hospital during the January to April 2019. During PKPA, it is expected that pharmacist candidates can broaden the insight, understanding and experience to do pharmacy work in the pharmacist professional workplace."

recapitulation of rational drug use in the periode from February to April 2015.

Tujuan dari tugas khusus ini adalah untuk mengetahui strategi yang dilakukan Badan POM RI pada penilaian keamanan pangan dalam menyambut Msyarakat Ekonomi ASEAN (MEA). Peran, tugas dan tanggung jawab apoteker di Badan Pengawas Obat dan Makanan ialah melakukan regulasi, standardisasi, dan sertifikasi produk makanan dan obat mulai dari aspek pembuatan, penjualan, penggunaan dan keamanan makanan, obat-obatan, kosmetik dan produk lainnya di masyarakat. Professional Internship at Badan Pengawas Obat dan Makanan Republik Indonesia aims to understand the assignment and responsibility of pharmacists; has the knowledge, skills, and practical experience to carry out the practice of pharmacists at Badan POM RI. Tujuan dari kegiatan PKPA ini adalah agar mahasiswa Apoteker mampu memahami peranan, tugas, dan tanggung jawab Apoteker di Rumah Sakit sesuai dengan ketentuan dan etika pelayanan farmasi khususnya dan pelayanan kesehataan umumnya dan agar mahasiswa Apoteker memiliki wawasan, pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan pengalaman praktis untuk melakukan praktek kefarmasian di Rumah Sakit. Berdasarkan kegiatan PKPA yang dilakukan, diketahui bahwa Apoteker di RSUP Fatmawati bertanggung jawab atas kegiatan pengelolaan sediaan farmasi, alat kesehatan, dan bahan medis habis pakai dan pelayanan farmasi klinik. Pelayanan kefarmasian di RSUP Fatmawati mangacu pada Permenkes No. 58 Tahun 2014 tentang standar pelayanan kefarmasian di Rumah Sakit.

Profession Internship at this area was intended to make apothecary student understand the role and responsibility of pharmacist in Hospital accordances to the statutory provisions and ethics, have insight into the implementation of pharmaceutical practice in RSUP Fatmwati, and know the issues in pharmaceutical practice in Hospital. Based on the activities, pharmacist in Hospital have been carrying out the duties and responsibilities in management of pharmaceutical preparation, medical devices, and consumable medical supply and in practice of clinical pharmacy. "ABSTRAK
Praktik Kerja Profesi (PKP) di puskesmas bertempat di Puskesmas Kecamatan
Kembangan, Jakarta Barat. Kegiatan ini berlangsung selama tiga minggu dari
tanggal 30 Juni hingga 24 Juli 2015. PKP di puskesmas bertujuan agar mahasiswa
apoteker mengerti peranan apoteker, memiliki wawasan tentang pelaksanaan
pekerjaan kefarmasian, mempelajari strategi dan pengembangan praktik profesi
apoteker, memiliki gambaran nyata akan permasalahan pekerjaan kefarmasian di
puskesmas, serta berkomunikasi dan berinteraksi dengan tenaga kesehatan lain.
Berdasarkan kegiatan PKP yang dilakukan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa Apoteker di
Puskesmas Kecamatan Kembangan telah melaksanakan kewajibannya dengan baik.
Mahasiswa apoteker telah berhasil memperoleh wawasan mengenai kegiatan rutin
yang dilakukan di puskesmas. Kegiatan manajerial meliputi perencanaan
kebutuhan, pengadaan, penerimaan, penyimpanan, pendistribusian, pengendalian,
pencatatan, pelaporan, dan pengarsipan obat, serta pemantauan dan evaluasi
pengelolaan obat dan bahan medis habis pakai, dan kegiatan farmasi klinis meliputi
pelayanan resep (dispensing), Pelayan Informasi Obat (PIO), konseling, homecare,
dan penyuluhan kesehatan. peningkatan mutu pelayanan kefarmasian dilakukan
dengan memanfaatkan perkembangan teknologi seperti penggunaan perangkat
lunak dan website. Masalah yang terjadi di puskesmas adalah keterbatasan sarana
dan prasarana pendukung kegiatan pelayanan kefarmasian.
ABSTRACT Profession Internship at pharmacy was held at Puskesmas Kecamatan Kembangan,
West Jakarta. This activity was held for three weeks from June 30
2015. Profession Internship at pharmacy was intended to make apothecary student
understand the role of pharmacists, have insight into the implementation of
pharmaceutical practice, learning strategies and the development of professional
practice of pharmacists, have real description of the issues of pharmaceutical
practice in health centers, as well as to communicate and interact with other health
professionals. Based on the activities, it can be concluded that pharmacists in
Puskesmas Kecamatan Kembangan has been carrying out his duty well. Apothecary
student have obtained insight into routine activities in pharmacy. Managerial
activities include requirement planning, procurement, receipt, storage, distribution,
control, recording, reporting, and archiving of drugs, as well as monitoring and
evaluation of the management of drugs and medical materials consumables, and
activities of clinical pharmacy includes the service prescriptions (dispensing),

occur in Puskesmas Kecamatan Kembangan are limited facilities and infrastructure

;Profession Internship at pharmacy was held at Puskesmas Kecamatan Kembangan,
West Jakarta. This activity was held for three weeks from June 30
2015. Profession Internship at pharmacy was intended to make apothecary student
understand the role of pharmacists, have insight into the implementation of
pharmaceutical practice, learning strategies and the development of professional
practice of pharmacists, have real description of the issues of pharmaceutical
practice in health centers, as well as to communicate and interact with other health
professionals. Based on the activities, it can be concluded that pharmacists in
Puskesmas Kecamatan Kembangan has been carrying out his duty well. Apothecary
student have obtained insight into routine activities in pharmacy. Managerial
activities include requirement planning, procurement, receipt, storage, distribution,
control, recording, reporting, and archiving of drugs, as well as monitoring and
evaluation of the management of drugs and medical materials consumables, and
activities of clinical pharmacy includes the service prescriptions (dispensing),
giving the drug information, counseling, homecare, and health education.
