"Praktek kerja profesi di Apotek Kimia Farma Nomor 366 Depok periode bulan Oktober Tahun 2017 dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk memahami tugas dan tanggung jawab apoteker dalam pengelolaan apotek, serta melakukan praktek pelayanan kefarmasian sesuai dengan ketentuan perundang-undangan dan etika yang berlaku; memiliki wawasan, pengetahuan, keterampilan dan pengalaman praktis untuk melakukan praktek kefarmasian di apotek; serta memiliki gambaran nyata tentang permasalahan praktek kefarmasian serta mempelajari strategi dan kegiatan-kegiatan yang dapat dilakukan dalam rangka pengembangan praktek kefarmasian. Mahasiswa melakukan praktek kerja profesi di Kimia Farma Nomor 366 Depok selama empat minggu, yaitu dari tanggal 2 ndash; 31 Oktober 2017. Kegiatan yang dilakukan diantaranya Pelayanan Informasi Obat PIO, telefarma, uji petik, membantu pelayanan resep, penerimaan barang, pembuatan booklet, stock opname, serta homecare. Selain kegiatan tersebut, mahasiswa juga mengerjakan tugas khusus yaitu 'Pelayanan Kefarmasian di Rumah Home Pharmacy Care pada Pasien Diabetes Melitus Tipe 2'. Tujuan dari tugas khusus ini adalah untuk memberikan pengalaman kepada penulis dalam melaksanakan pelayan kefarmasian di rumah; memberikan pemahaman kepada pasien mengenai penyakit, terapi obat dan terapi non farmakologi; mewujudkan kerjasama antara apoteker, pasien, dan keluarga pasien dalam penatalaksanaan penyakit; serta mengenalkan peran apoteker dalam masyarakat. Berdasarkan kegiatan yang dilakukan diketahui bahwa pasien telah menjalankan pengobatan dengan baik.

The internship at Kimia Farma Pharmacy Number 366 Depok period in October 2017 has aims to understand the duties and responsibilities of pharmacists in pharmacy management, as well as to practice pharmaceutical services in accordance with applicable laws and ethics; have the insight, knowledge, skills and practical experience to undertake pharmaceutical practices in pharmacies and can also have the insight of pharmaceutical practice issues; and learn strategies and activities that can be undertaken in the course of pharmaceutical practice development. Student had internship at Kimia Farma Pharmacy Number 366 Depok for four weeks, from October 2nd, 2017 until October 31th, 2017. The activities were include Drug Information Service, telefarma, sampling stock, helped the prescriptions service, receive the drugs from distributor, make a booklet, stock opname, and homecare. In addition, the student also doing the additional task, that was doing an analysis with the title Home Pharmacy Care of Diabetes Mellitus Type 2 Patient. The purpose of this task was to provide experience for home pharmacy care; provide patient to understand their own condition, drug therapy and non-pharmacological therapy; realizing cooperation between pharmacists, patient, and families of patient in the management of disease; and introduce the role of pharmacists in society. Based on the activities performed it is known that the patient has does the treatment well."

"Praktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker di Apotek Kimia Farma No. 366 bertujuan agar calon apoteker mampu memahami tugas, fumgsi dan peranan Apoteker Pengelola Apotek mengenai pengelolaan teknik farmasi dan non-teknik farmasi, memiliki wawasan,pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan pengalaman praktis untuk melakukan praktik kefarmasian di Apotek, serta mempelajari strategi dan kegiatan-kegiatan yang dapat dilakukan dalam rangka pengembangan praktik kefarmasian. Tugas khusus yang diberikan berjudul Pembuatan Leaflet Travelers Diarrhea untuk Penyuluhan di Apotek Kimia Farma No. 366 Ruko Depok Maharaja. Tujuan dari tugas khusus ini adalah untuk menyiapkan materi penyuluhan untuk menambah wawasan pelanggan Apotek.

"ABSTRAK Apotek adalah suatu sarana pelayanan kesehatan, tempat pengabdianapoteker yang telah mengucapkan sumpah jabatan, tempat dilakukannya praktekkefarmasian, dan tempat penyaluran perbekalan farmasi kepada masyarakat.Apoteker sebagai penanggungjawab apotek memiliki peranan penting dalampelayanan kesehatan dalam bidang kefarmasian. Tujuan dilaksanakan PKP supayaapoteker memahami tugas dan tanggung jawab apoteker di apotek, memperolehwawasan, pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan pengalaman praktis untuk melakukanpraktek kefarmasian di apotek serta memperoleh gambaran nyata tentangpermasalahan praktek kefarmasian. Peserta PKP melakukan praktik kefarmasian dan mendapatkan tugas khusus untuk melakukan pelayanan telefarma, yaitu pelayanan kefarmasian melalui komunikasi jarak jauh, dalam hal ini melaluitelepon. Telefarma bertujuan untuk memantau kepatuhan pasien dan memantauefek samping obat. Peserta PKP paham mengenai peran dan fungsi apotekerdalam aspek manajerial, yaitu: melakukan pengawasan seluruh aspek pelayanankefarmasian, pengelolaan perbekalan farmasi dan perbekalan kesehatan dimulaidari pengadaan, penerimaan, penyimpanan, pengelolaan, dan penyaluran sediaanfarmasi di apotek. Peserta PKP mendapatkan wawasan, pengetahuan,keterampilan, dan pengalaman dalam pengkajian resep, penyerahan obat,pelayanan informasi obat, konseling, pelayanan kefarmasian di rumah,pemantauan terapi obat, dan pengawasan efek samping obat. Gambaran nyatapermasalahan yang sering terjadi di apotek adalah penolakan resep karena obattidak tersedia.ABSTRACT The pharmacy is a health-care facilities, places pharmacist do practice

service over the phone. The purpose of telepharmacy are to monitor patient

compliance and drug side effects. Student understand the role and function of the

pharmacist in the managerial aspects, namely: to supervise all aspects of

pharmacy services, management of pharmaceutical supplies and medical supplies

starting from procurement, receipt, storage, management and distribution

pharmaceutical. Student get knowledge, skills, and experience in the assessment

of prescriptions, compounding and dispensing, counseling, home pharmacy care,

monitoring drug therapy,and drug side effects. A real picture of the problems that

often occur in the pharmacy is rejection prescription because drug out.
