"ABSTRAK
Praktek kerja di Suku Dinas Kesehatan Kota Administrasi Jakarta Timur dan Puskesmas Kecamatan Jatinegara dilaksanakan selama dua minggu dari tanggal 3 14 Agustus 2015 Praktek kerja ini bertujuan agar mahasiswa memahami tugas dan peran apoteker di Suku Dinas Kesehatan Kota Administrasi Jakarta Timur dan Puskesmas Kecamatan Jatinegara Berdasarkan praktek kerja yang dilakukan peran dan tugas apoteker di Suku Dinas Kesehatan Jakarta Timur terutama di Subseksi Farmakmin yaitu mengadakan pendampingan perizinan sarana farmasi bila diminta oleh PTSP pengelolaan laporan laporan seperti LPLPO POR NAPZA dari puskesmas rumah sakit dan sarana Farmakmin pengelolaan obat buffer dan obat program dari Kementrian Kesehatan dan Dinas Kesehatan untuk disalurkan ke fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan RS dan puskesmas serta Binwasdal sarana Farmasi Makanan dan Minuman misalnya pada instalasi farmasi RS apotek apotek rakyat toko obat penyalur alat kesehatan dan perusahaan industri rumah tangga PIRT di wilayah Jakarta Timur Sedangkan peran dan tugas apoteker di puskesmas adalah dalam kegiatan pengelolaan obat dan bahan medis habis pakai serta dalam kegiatan farmasi klinik Pengelolaan obat dan bahan medis habis pakai telah dilaksanakan sesuai Permenkes No 30 Tahun 2014 namun terdapat pelayanan farmasi klinik yang belum dilaksanakan di Puskesmas Kecamatan Jatinegara yakni ronde visite pemantauan dan pelaporan efek samping obat pemantauan terapi obat dan evaluasi penggunaan obat ABSTRACT Profession internship at Suku Dinas Kesehatan Kota Administrasi Jakarta Timur and Puskesmas Kecamatan The aims of apothecary profession internship program at Regional Health Department of East Jakarta and Cipayung District Community Health Centers on March 2015 are to understand therole duties and responsibilities in pharmaceutical care at Community Health Centers in accordance with the provisions and ethics pharmacy that applies in Community Health Centers perceive and have knowledge skill behavior and attitude insight and experience to do the practice of a profession and pharmaceutical care in Community Health Centers look and study thedevelopment of strategies and practice of the profession of pharmacists at Community Health Centers having an example of the problems and work of pharmaceutical care in Community Health Centers and able to communicate and interact with other health workers working there Given a special assignment report titled recapitulation sheet usage and demand for drugs lplpo the use of narcotics and psychotropic substances rational drug use period January December 2014 and the data center of the public health pharmacy personnel Cipayung sub district east of Jakarta city administration."

"Pemerintah saat ini dituntut untuk memaksimalkan fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan yang diberikan kepada masyarakat sebagai upaya dalam pemenuhan hak kesehatan bagi setiap orang. Dinas Kesehatan merupakan unsur pelaksana otonomi daerah untuk urusan kesehatan yang unit kerjanya terbagi atas Suku Dinas Kesehatan Kota Administrasi Jakarta Pusat, Jakarta Utara, Jakarta Barat, Jakarta Selatan, dan Jakarta Timur. Salah satu struktur organisasi yang ada di Suku Dinas Kesehatan adalah seksi Sumber Daya Kesehatan (SDK) yang di dalamnya mencakup sub seksi Farmasi, Makanan, dan Minuman yang membutuhkan peran Apoteker untuk melakukan tugasnya dengan optimal. Oleh sebab itu, calon Apoteker dituntut untuk mengetahui dan mendalami perannya di instansi kesehatan pemerintahan. Kegiatan Praktek Kerja Profesi di bidang pemerintahan dilakukan di Suku Dinas Kesehatan Kota Administrsi Jakarta Pusat serta salah satu Puskesmas di Jakarta Pusat yaitu Puskesmas Cempaka Putih. Materi yang diperoleh selama kegiatan PKPA yaitu terkait struktur organisasi, kegiatan Pembinaan Pengawasan dan Pengendalian (Binwasdal), pengelolaan obat, penyuluhan PIRT, rekapitulasi data Puskesmas, dan kegiatan pelayanan kefarmasian di Puskesmas Cempaka Putih. Tugas khusus yang diberikan yaitu melakukan data Laporan POR Puskesmas Kecamatan di Jakarta Pusat periode Februari 2016. Pelaksanaan PKPA di Suku Dinas Kesehatan Kota Administrasi Jakarta Pusat memberikan wawasan baru mengenai tugas pokok dan fungsi instansi pemerintahan di bidang farmasi.
Government is currently required to maximize health care facilities provided to the public as an effort in fulfilling the right to health for everyone. Suku Dinas Kesehatan Kota is implementing the element of regional autonomy for health affairs who work unit consisting Suku Dinas Kesehatan Kota of Central Jakarta, North Jakarta, West Jakarta, South Jakarta and East Jakarta Administrations. One of the existing organizational structure is sexy Health Resources (SDK) which include subsections Pharmaceutical, Food and Beverage that requires the pharmacist to perform their duties optimally. Therefore, prospective pharmacists are required to know and explore its role in government health institutions. Profession internship in the field of governance is done in Suku Dinas Kesehatan Kota of Central Jakarta Administration and a health center in central Jakarta, Puskesmas Cempaka Putih. The material obtained during profession internship activities are related to the organizational structure, Development Supervision and Control (Binwasdal), medication management, counseling PIRT, data summary health center and pharmacy services at the health center activities of Cempaka Putih. Special task given that perform data Reports POR District Health Clinics in Central Jakarta in February 2016. Implementation of the this profession internship provides new insights regarding the duties and functions of government authorities in the field of pharmacy."

Berdasarkan Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 32 tahun 2007 dijelaskan bahwa
kesehatan merupakan salah satu urusan wajib pemerintahan yang menjadi
kewenangan pemerintahan daerah yang dalam hal ini dinas kesehatan. Dinas
Kesehatan adalah unsur pelaksana otonomi daerah untuk urusan kesehatan. Dinas Kesehatan dipimpin oleh seorang Kepala Dinas yang berkedudukan di bawah dan bertanggung jawab kepada Gubernur melalui Sekretaris Daerah. Sebagai salah satu calon apoteker yang nantinya akan memasuki dunia profesional yang dalam hal ini pemerintahan umumnya suku dinas kesehatan khususnya, sangat diperlukan untuk memahami tupoksi dan segala hal yang berhubungan dengan sudinkes. Untuk tujuan tersebut, dibutuhkan Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker untuk mengenal tupoksi sudinkes jakarta timur yang dalam hal ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Februari tahun 2016

Kesehatan. Dinas kesehatan is implementing elements of regional autonomy for health affairs. Dinas kesehatan headed by a Head of Service under and
responsible to the Governor through the Regional Secretary. As one of the
prospective pharmacist who may enter the professional in this case the
government generally and suku dinas kesehatan in particular is very necessary to understand the duties and all things associated with sudinkes. For that purpose, Pofession internship is required to know the duties sudinkes east jakarta which in this case held in February 2016"
