"Pengembangan bisnis perangkat lunak dalam tim berskala global meningkat dengan cepat dan bahasa pemrograman berperan penting dalam pengembangan web secara global. Paper ini menyajikan desain dari bahasa penulisan BAIK (Bahasa Anak Indonesia untuk Komputer), yang sintaksisnya dimodelkan dengan Bahasa Indonesia untuk pengembangan web multitier. Peneliti mengusulkan implementasi dari parsing engine Bahasa Indonesia dan struktur binary search tree untuk alokasi memori terhadap variabel, serta membuat fitur bahasa yang mendukung dasar pemrograman berbasis objek, common gateway interface, manipulasi gaya HTML, dan koneksi basis data. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menciptakan bahasa pemrograman yang sesungguhnya dan menggunakan desain struktur sederhana untuk pengembangan web dengan menggunakan kata-kata dari Bahasa Indonesia.

Business software development with global team is increasing rapidly and the programming language as development tool takes the important role in the global web development. The real user friendly programming language should be written in local language for programmer who has native language is not in English. This paper presents our design of BAIK (Bahasa Anak Indonesia untuk Komputer)scripting language which syntax is modeled with Bahasa Indonesian for multitier web development. Researcher propose the implementation of Indonesian Parsing Engine and Binary Search Tree structure for memory allocation of variable and compose the language features that support basic Object Oriented Programming, Common Gateway Interface, HTML style manipulation and database connection. Our goal is to build real programming language from simple structure design for web development using Indonesian lexical words."

"Skripsi ini membahas korelasi antara usability (yang di dalam penelitian ini terbagi menjadi pre-use usability dan user performance) dan web-design attributes terhadap preferensi pengguna website LCC di Indonesia. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode statistik inferensial. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan yang erat antara usability dan preferensi pengguna website LCC di Indonesia, dan pre-use usability memiliki hubungan yang lebih kuat terhadap user preference dibandingkan user performance; seluruh atribut desain website LCC memiliki korelasi yang kuat terhadap user preference, dan user preference lebih dipengaruhi oleh aspek estetika dibandingkan struktur dan layout website LCC di Indonesia.

This thesis aims to evaluate the correlation between usability (which in this study consists of pre-use usability and user performance) and web-design attributes towards preference of Indonesian LCC websites users. The data were collected by using questionnaire and scenario-based time study. This study uses inferential statistic methods. The results show that there are strong correlations between usability and user preference, pre-use usability has greater correlation than user performance to user preference, all of web-design attributes have strong correlation with user preference, and user preference is mainly affected by aesthetic aspects rather than the organization of structur and layout of the websites."

Clover Digital Media adalah salah satu perusahaan startup yang baru berdiri pada 10 Juni 2013, salah satu bisnis utama dari Clover Digital Media adalah pada bidang web development, akan tetapi hingga saat ini proses web development pada Clover Digital Media masih terkendala beberapa masalah, masalah tersebut antara lain yaitu keterlambatan penyelesaian proyek dan rendahnya kualitas web yang dihasilkan. Penelitian ini akan berfokus terhadap perancangan kerangka kerja yang ditujukan untuk meningkatkan ketepatan waktu penyelesaian proyek dan meningkatkan kualitas dari produk yang dihasilkan pada Clover Digital Media. Kerangka kerja yang dirancang akan menggunakan salah satu best practice pada dunia software engineering yaitu CMMI-Dev. Pemilihan representasi CMMI dan process area yang akan digunakan akan mengacu terhadap kebutuhan dan permasalahan organisasi. Metode penilaian CMMI yang digunakan pada penelitian ini menggunakan SCAMPI, dan juga digunakan metode AHP dan Pareto untuk menyusun prioritas terhadap implementasi dari rancangan CMMI yang telah dibuat. Penelitian ini akan menghasilkan sebuah rancangan implementasi kerangka kerja CMMI-Dev berupa rekomendasi perbaikan yang disertai susunan prioritas penerapan yang telah dilakukan validasi kepada pihak Clover Digital Media.

Startup company is a pioneering company that recently established and is still in the development phase, the current is very rapid growth startup companies. in the United States each year stands 600,000 startup company, but of these, a startup company that can last up to 5 years not more than 50%.

Main problem of the inability of a startup company to continue to stand and grow is the lack of experience, but in fact the use of best practices in the industry this can be overcome, because the best practice is basically the result of the formulation of the best experiences that done and eventually become a standard.

Clover Digital Media is one of a new startup company that was established on June 10, 2013, one of the main business of Clover Digital Media is in the field of web development, but until now the process of web development on Clover Digital Media still constrained some problems, the problems is delays in project completion and low quality product.

This research will focus on designing a framework aimed to improve the timeliness of completion of the project and improve the quality of products at Clover Digital Media. The framework is designed to be using one of the world's best practice in software development is a CMMI-DEV. Selection the process areas of CMMI representation that will be used will be based on the needs and problems of the organization.

CMMI appraisal method used in this study using the SCAMPI, and also used AHP to prioritize the implementation of the draft CMMI process areas that have been made. This study will produce a design of implementation CMMI-DEV framework in the form of recommendations for improvements that accompanied the application priority that has been validated from Clover Digital Media. "PT XYZ adalah perusahaan yang bergerak di manufaktur otomotif. Saat ini web berperan sangat penting terhadap operasional di PT XYZ karena web tersebut mempermudah pertukaran data secara real time dan akurat antar organisasi dan pemangku kepentingan. Web yang dipublikasikan di internet juga akan rentan diserang, dilumpuhkan dan diambil datanya oleh peretas, terutama jika web tersebut masih terdapat vulnerability. Permasalahannya adalah aplikasi web PT XYZ yang dipublikasikan di internet memiliki vulnerability. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kriteria keamanan yang harus dipenuhi di aplikasi web yang dikembangkan di PT XYZ dan membuat prosedur pengembangan aplikasi web yang dipublikasikan di internet yang memenuhi standar keamanan. Perancangan dilakukan menggunakan wawancara ahli keamanan informasi untuk memverifikasi draf prosedur pengembangan aplikasi web. Hasilnya dari penelitian ini adalah rekomendasi prosedur pengembangan aplikasi web yang sesuai dengan standar keamanan menggunakan OWASP secure software development lifecycle (S-SDLC) yang persyaratannya mengacu kepada OWASP top 10 risk 2017 dan pengujiannya mengacu kepada OWASP ASVS 3.0.1 dan OWASP testing guidance versi 4."
