"Introduction: The most common cause of the peripheral arterial disease (PAD) is atherosclerosis. PAD is associated with other atherosclerotic diseases such as renal artery stenosis (RAS). Life expectancy decreases in patients with RAS, especially those whose stenosis is above 60% but has not reached the stage of chronic kidney failure. This study aims to determine the prevalence of RAS in PAD patients, the relationship between angiographic scoring system (ANGIO Score), history of hypertension, and diabetes mellitus with the degree of RAS. Method: This research was a cross-sectional study conducted at Cipto Mangunkusumo Hospital from February to May 2019. Patients with a diagnosis of lower extremity PAD and had been assessed with CT angiography examination, were included in this study. The degree of RAS and ANGIO Score were calculated. Sampling was done by the total sampling method. Results Most patients were women 33 (50.8%), while men were 32 (49.2%). 90.8% of the patients had diabetes, while 61.5% of the sample had hypertension. Grade 1 RAS was the most found. There was no correlation between ANGIO Score on age, sex, and diabetes mellitus, but there was a significant relationship with hypertension. There was a relationship between RAS with age and hypertension, but there was no relationship with diabetes mellitus and gender. ANGIO Score and RAS had a significant relationship (p <0.001). Conclusion: There was a relationship between the ANGIO Score and the severity of RAS. The cut-off score of 9 for the ANGIO Score had a sensitivity of 85.7% and a specificity of 61.4% for predicting RAS."

"Media dengan kemiringan 16o merupakan solusi efektif untuk mereduksi risiko low back pain akibat berdiri berkepanjangan. Sepatu yang berpengaruh terhadap besaran low back pain pada saat berdiri berkepanjangan, pada penelitian ini diteliti pengaruhnya terhadap besaran low back pain pada kondisi berdiri selama 2 jam diatas media miring. Namun berdiri berkepanjangan memiliki faktor risiko besar lainnya yaitu lower extremity pain, dimana dalam banyak penelitian risiko tersebut dapat dipengaruhi oleh faktor sepatu sehingga lower extremity pain menjadi parameter utama yang diteliti pada penelitian ini. Sepatu yang diteliti adalah sepatu Safety dan Slip On dimana keduanya merupakan jenis sepatu yang paling banyak digunakan di industri manufaktur. Menggunakan metode Surface Electromyography SEMG, perbedaan respon otot Medial Gastrocnemius diukur terhadap kedua jenis sepatu yang pada penelitian ini ditemukan bahwa kedua jenis sepatu memiliki besaran aktivitas otot yang berbeda dan sepatu Safety memperlihatkan aktivitas yang lebih besar. Hal ini membuktikan bahwa sepatu berpengaruh terhadap besaran lower extremity pain saat berdiri selama 2 jam diatas media miring, serta sepatu Safety memiliki risiko lower extremity pain yang lebih besar. Metode Visual Analog Scale VAS dan Foot Pain Questionnaire mendukung temuan tersebut dengan memberikan hasil yan serupa. Pada penelitian ini ditemukan pula bahwa aktivitas berdiri selama 2 jam diatas media miring memiliki risiko lower extremity pain yang lebih besar dibandingkan dengan risiko low back pain berdasarkan pada nilai VAS. Pada metode Foot Pain Questionnaire ditemukan bahwa media miring meningkatkan risiko nyeri pada bagian ibu jari kaki dan telapak kaki bagian belakang. Maka penelitian ini merekomendasikan bahwa perlunya rancangan sepatu khusus untuk berdiri berkepanjangan pada media miring yang dapat mereduksi risiko lower extremity pain disamping risiko low back pain.

Media with 16o slope is an effective solution to reduce the risk of low back pain due to prolonged standing. Shoes that affect the amount of low back pain on prolonged standing, in this study examined the effect on the amount of low back pain on standing condition for 2 hours on sloping medium. However, prolonged standing has another major risk factor that is lower extremity pain, where in many studies the risk can be affected by shoes factor so that lower extremity pain becomes the main parameter studied in this research. The shoes observed in this study are Safety Shoes and Slip On as the most widely used shoes in the manufacturing industry. Using the Surface Electromyography SEMG method, the difference in Medial Gastrocnemius muscle response was measured against both types of shoes which in this study resulted that both types of shoes have different muscle activation values and Safety Shoes show greater activation. This proves that the shoe effect on the amount of lower extremity pain while standing for 2 hours on sloping medium and Safety Shoes have lower extremity risk. Visual Analog Scale VAS and Foot Pain Questionnaire methods support that right by giving the same results. This study also found that the activity of standing for 2 hours on sloping media has lower extremity pain risk greater than the risk of low back pain from the results of VAS method. Foot Pain Questionnaire method indicates that the activity of standing for 2 hours over sloping media has a high risk in thumb and the back foot. So in this study the authors recommend that it is necessary to design a special shoe for prolonged standing on a sloping medium that reduces the reduction of lower extremity pain risk besides low back pain risk."
