"LatarBelakang: Struktur dentokraniofasial pada anak dengan celah bibir dan langit-langit yang ditangani dengan prosedur bedah, akan mempengaruhi pertumbuhan maksila, namun tidak mempengaruhi struktur dan posisi mandibula. Disproporsional atau kelainan dentofasial dapat terjadi apabila pertumbuhan maksila tidak sejalan dengan pertumbuhan mandibula sehingga untuk mencapai keberhasilan perawatan perlu memperhatikan keadaan pertumbuhan dan perkembangan anak terutama pada kasus yang diindikasikan perawatan orthodonti disertai bedah orthognatik, dimana waktu dilakukan bedah pada saat pertumbuhan telah selesai. Dalam mengidentifikasi tahap pertumbuhan dapat digunakan beberapa indikator seperti usia kronologis, tinggi dan berat badan, perkembangan gigi geligi dan karakteristik maturasi seksual yaitu menstruasi pada wanita dan perubahan suara pada pria. Indikator lainnya adalah perkembangan skeletal yang umumnya dilakukan melalui pemeriksaan foto radiografik. Penentuan maturasi skeletal dengan mengevaluasi marurasi tulang karpal, sangat membantu untuk menetapkan diagnosis dan merencanakan perawatan yang tepat.
Tujuan: Untuk menilai tahap maturasi tulang karpal penderita celah bibir dan/atau langitlangit usia 15 - 20 tahun.
Bahan dan Cara : Dilakukan pengambilan rontgen foto karpal tangan kiri pada 25 sampel, hasil radiografi dilakukan analisa dengan maturasi skeletal indeks. Dari data yang didapat dilakukan uji statistik chi-squere.
Hasil: Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tahap maturasi tulang karpal pada penderita celah bibir dan langit-langit pada kelompok umur 15-17 tahun, sangat bervariasi. Pada kelompok umur 18-20 tahun, baik lakilaki dan perempuan tahap maturasi skeletal telah selesai. Hasil uji statistik memperlihatkan perbedaan maturasi skeletal yang bermakna antara laki-laki dan perempuan.
Kesimpulan :.Dari penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan yang bermakna antara maturasi skeletal kelompok laki-laki dibandingkan kelompok perempuan pada penderita celah bibir dan/atau langit-langit.

Background : Dentocraniofacial structure in children with cleft lip and palate treated with surgical procedures, will affect the growth of the maxilla, but does not affect the structure and position of the mandible. Disproportionate or dentofacial abnormalities can occur when the growth of the maxilla is not in line with the growth of the mandible so as to achieve treatment success should pay attention to the state of growth and development of children, especially in the case of the indicated treatment with surgical orthodontic orthognatic, where surgery is the time when growth has been completed. In the growth stage can be used to identify some indicators such as chronological age, height and weight, the development of teeth and characteristics of sexual maturation that menstruation in women and in men the sound changes. Another indicator is the skeletal development which is generally done through radiographic examination. Determination of skeletal maturation by evaluating marurasi carpal bones, is helpful to establish the diagnosis and appropriate treatment plan.
Objectives : To assess patients with carpal bone maturation stage cleft lip and/or palate aged 15-20 years.
Material and Method : Hand wrist x-ray image of the left hand on 25 sample, result of radiograph performed analysis with Skeletal Maturation Index (SMI). The data was performed statistical analysis chi-squere test.
Results : The results showed carpal bone maturation stage in patients with cleft lip and palate in the age group 15-17 years, are very varied. In the age group 18-20 years, both male and female skeletal maturation stage has been completed. The test result showed statistically differences in skeletal maturation between male and female with cleft lip and palate on Skeletal Maturation Index (SMI).
Conclusion: From this study it can be conclude that there significant differences male skeletal maturation compared to female of children with cleft lip and palate.

"Model kematangan digital dapat didefinisikan sebagai proses transformasi digital yang secara eksplisit didefinisikan, dikelola, diukur, dan terus ditingkatkan. Tingkat kematangan dapat dinilai berdasarkan nilai target terukur yang dapat dicapai secara bertahap. Dengan memanfaatkan kerangka kematangan tertentu, organisasi dapat menilai tingkat kematangan digital mereka saat ini. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui posisi kematangan digital BALIS Online saat ini dan bagaimana meningkatkan posisi kematangan digital yang telah diterapkan dalam organisasi. Kategori proses kematangan digital yang dinilai meliputi tata kelola strategis, informasi dan teknologi, transformasi proses digital, dan manajemen sumber daya manusia. Hasil evaluasi mencirikan lima tingkat kematangan, tingkat satu sampai lima, yaitu dilakukan, dikelola, ditetapkan, dapat diprediksi, dan berinovasi. Kriteria dan bobot penilaian ditetapkan untuk mengembangkan kerangka penilaian. Dengan strategi yang tepat, sub-kriteria dengan tingkat kematangan yang rendah dan bobot global yang tinggi dapat diprioritaskan terlebih dahulu untuk meningkatkan tingkat kematangan digital BALIS Online. Rancangan strategi disusun dengan menggunakan rekomendasi dari studi literatur, dan prioritas strategis ditetapkan dengan menggunakan metode AHP-TOPSIS.

The supervision of nuclear energy utilization is carried out by the Regulatory Body through regulations, licensing, and inspections covering aspects of safety, security, and safeguards. To engage in nuclear-related activities, permission must be obtained from the Nuclear Energy Regulatory Agency, BAPETEN, through the submission of licenses via the BALIS Online, which is a database provided and utilized in the licensing application process for the field of nuclear energy in Indonesia. Digital maturity model can be defined as a digital transformation process which defined, managed, measured, and continuously improved. Utilizing specific maturity framework, organizations can assess their current digital maturity level. This study aims to define the digital maturity position of BALIS and how to improve that in the organization.  The Assessed digital maturity process categories include strategic governance, information and technology, digital process transformation, and workforce management. The assessment outcomes outline five maturity stages, from performed to innovating, each denoted by levels one through five. These levels serve to gauge the maturity of BALIS. By employing sound strategies, prioritization can be given to sub-criteria with low maturity levels but high overall importance, thereby enhancing BALIS digital maturity. Crafting this strategy involves literature study and determining strategic priorities through AHP-TOPSIS."

"Usaha kecil dan menengah (UKM) memainkan peran penting dalam perekonomian Indonesia, memberikan kontribusi signifikan terhadap produk domestik bruto (PDB) dan penciptaan lapangan kerja. Namun akibat dampak pandemi COVID-19, kontribusi UKM terhadap PDB menurun. Transformasi digital menjadi solusi yang diusulkan untuk menghadapi tantangan ini. Banyak UKM telah mengadopsi digitalisasi, meskipun menghadapi kendala seperti pemasaran produk, akses permodalan, persediaan bahan baku, dan adopsi teknologi digital. Peluang digitalisasi termasuk peningkatan efisiensi dan akses pasar global melalui internet yang meluas di Indonesia. Rekomendasi strategis meliputi implementasi sistem manajemen produksi terintegrasi, pemindaian dan digitalisasi dokumen, analisis data pelanggan, dan pelatihan keterampilan digital dasar. Studi ini menggunakan metode Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) untuk merancang strategi transformasi digital, dengan fokus utama pada perencanaan proses bisnis internal UKM pakaian jadi. Langkah-langkah strategis diusulkan untuk meningkatkan efisiensi, produktivitas, dan adaptabilitas, termasuk penggunaan teknologi yang tepat, pelatihan karyawan, dan restrukturisasi organisasi. Tujuan jangka pendek (6-12 bulan) dan jangka panjang (5 tahun) telah ditetapkan untuk membantu UKM mencapai kematangan transformasi digital yang lebih tinggi. Dengan fokus pada proses bisnis internal, langkah-langkah ini diharapkan dapat membawa UKM pakaian jadi ke tingkat yang lebih maju dalam era digital.

Small and medium enterprises (SMEs) play an important role in the Indonesian economy, making a significant contribution to gross domestic product (GDP) and job creation. However, due to the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, the contribution of SMEs to GDP has decreased. Digital transformation is a proposed solution to overcome this challenge. Many SMEs have adopted digitalization, even though they face obstacles such as product marketing, access to capital, raw material supplies, and the application of digital technology. Digitalization opportunities include increasing efficiency and expanding global market access via the internet in Indonesia. Strategy recommendations include implementing an integrated production management system, document scanning and digitization, customer data analysis, and basic digital skills training. This study uses the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method to design a digital transformation strategy, with the main focus on planning the internal business processes of apparel SMEs. Strategic measures are proposed to increase efficiency, productivity, and adaptability, including appropriate use of technology, employee training, and organizational reconstruction. Short-term (6-12 months) and long-term (5 years) goals have been set to help SMEs achieve higher digital transformation maturity. By focusing on internal business processes, these steps are expected to bring SME clothing to a more advanced level in the digital era."
