Efisiensi diukurdengan pengelolaan waktu kerja dan jumlah SDM dengan mempergunakan teknikanalisis beban kerja work sampling dan perhitungan WISN. Sedangkan untukefektivitas diukur dengan proses kerja, mengamati waktu penyelesaian dan kualitashasil verifikasi. Diperoleh hasil bahwa jumlah VIJ seharusnya adalah 4 (empat)sedangkan VIJ yang ada saat ini adalah 5 (lima). Berdasarkan hasil pengamatanproses kerja, VIJ telah efektif dengan pencapaian kualitas dan tenggat waktuverifikasi.
