"Adolescent and child sexuality is studied by developmental psychologists from a research perspective and is of interest to forensic psychologists dealing with abuse and custody issues as well as rape cases. In many cases, it is of interest whether the child in question was sexually active to understand the extent to which an underage minor might have voluntarily participated in sexual activity as opposed to having been coerced. Previously, researchers interested in the applications of their research needed to look to separate books, and forensic specialists needed to look to development books to find the information they may have needed."

"Remaja memiliki berbagai risiko masalah terkait kesehatan seksual dan reproduksi. Komunikasi efektif antara Ibu dengan remaja puteri dibutuhkan dalam mencegah perilaku seksual yang tidak sesuai pada remaja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami pengalaman ibu dalam berkomunikasi tentang seksualitas dengan remaja putri. Metode penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan desain penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan sampel berjumlah 10 orang yang merupakan ibu kandung dari siswa SLTP berusia 13-15 tahun. Sampel diambil dengan tehnik snowball sampling dan semuanya bertempat tinggal di Cibubur, Jakarta Timur. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan Juni 2022 selama satu bulan. Analisa dilakukan dengan metode tematik. Hasil penelitian didapat setelah melakukan deep interview dan dianalisa menjadi empat tema mengenai pengalaman ibu dalam berkomunikasi tentang seksualitas dengan remaja puteri. Empat tema tersebut diantaranya 1)Seksualitas itu bahasan yang penting namun hal yang tabu dibicarakan dengan anak, 2)Variasi topik yang dibicarakan terkait seksualitas beraneka ragam, 3)Melakukan komunikasi tentang seksualitas dengan mengacu pada sumber informasi dari diri sendiri dan dari lingkungan, 4)Mengalami berbagai kesulitan untuk melakukan komunikasi tentang seksualitas. Simpulan penelitian bahwa hambatan dalam berkomunikasi mengenai seksualitas adalah pandangan tabu dan kurangnya kemampuan komunikasi Ibu, sehingga perlu dilakukan pendekatan dengan menyampaikan informasi terkait kesehatan seksual dan reproduktif kepada Ibu untuk membuka pikiran dan memaksimalkan peran Ibu.

Adolescent has various problems and risk related to sexual and reproductive health. Effective communication between mother and adolescent is needed to prevent inappropriate sexual behavior by the adolescent. This study aims to understand the experience of mothers in communicating about sexuality with adolescent girls. The research method was carried out using a descriptive qualitative research design with a sample of 10 people who are biological mothers of Junior High School students aged 13-15 years old. Sample were taken using the snowball sampling technique and all of them were resided in Cibubur, East Jakarta. Research is carried out in June 2022. The research analyzing using thematic method. Research result that were obtained after conducting deep interviews and analysis were found to be four themes regarding the experiences of mother communicating about sexuality with adolescent. The four themes incude 1) Sex is an important topic but a taboo subject to discuss with adolescents. 2)Various topics discussed related to adolescent sexuality 3)Sexual communication by referring to source information from oneself and the environment 4) Having various difficulties to communicate about sexuality. In conclution, the obstacle in communicating about sexuality is taboo and lack of communication skill so it is necessary for nurse to approach by conveying information related to sexual and reproductive health to open mothers mind and maximize her role."

"ABSTRAKGangguan tidur yang kerap dialami oleh anak autis akan berdampak pada penyimpangan perilaku. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran gangguan tidur dan perilaku pada anak autis usia sekolah dan usia remaja. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain descriptif dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Responden sebanyak 41 anak autis di 7 sekolah formal maupun sekolah khusus autisme yang ada di Depok dipilih dengan teknik sampling snowball. Gangguan tidur diukur menggunakan Children?s Sleep Habits Questionnaire (CSHQ) dan perilaku menggunakan Child Behavior Checklist (CBCL) yang ditanyakan kepada orang tuanya. Hasil penelitian ini berdasarkan cut of point menunjukan bahwa 30 % anak autis mengalami gangguan tidur dan 10 % mengalami perilaku menyimpang. Perawat perlu memberi asuhan yang tepat terkait masalah tersebut.

ABSTRACTSleep disorders that are often experienced by children with autism will have an impact on deviant behavior. This research aimed to describe sleep disorders and behavioral disorders among school age children and adolescence suffering autism. This research was a quantitative research with descriptive cross sectional design. The data was collected from 41 children in School. The children?s sleep disorders and behavioral disorders were measured with Children?s Sleep Habits Questionnaire (CSHQ) and Child Behavior Checklist (CBCL) which was rated by their parents. This research was conducted at seven inclusive schools and special schools for autism children in Depok. The result based on cut of point showed that 30% autism children experience sleep disorders and 10 % of them experiencing behavioral disorders. It is recommended that nurses provide nursing care to overcome sleep disorders and behavioral disorders among autism children."

"ABSTRAKGangguan mental pada anak-anak dan remaja berkontribusi dalam beban penyakit dunia karena dampak yang ditimbulkan mencakup aspek yang luas. Di Indonesia, gangguan mental usia 15 tahun ke atas cukup tinggi dengan proporsi terbesar di Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Timur NTT . Komunikasi orang tua-anak merupakan salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi kondisi emosi dan perilaku anak, terutama pada anak usia 3-6 tahun ketika dimulainya perkembangan kemampuan sosial pada anak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gangguan emosi dan perilaku pada anak usia 3-6 tahun di Provinsi NTT dan hubungannya dengan frekuensi komunikasi orang tua-anak. Desain potong lintang analitik dilakukan terhadap 328 sampel anak usia 36-83 bulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 49,7 subjek mengalami gangguan emosi dan perilaku. Pada hampir setengah jumlah subjek jarang atau tidak pernah terjadi komunikasi orang tua-anak 44,2 . Hasil analisis bivariat dengan uji chi-square didapatkan hubungan tidak bermakna antara frekuensi komunikasi orang tua-anak dengan gangguan emosi dan perilaku pada anak p=0,272 . Selain itu, didapatkan hasil yang tidak bermakna antara karakteristik subjek lainnya, yaitu faktor jenis kelamin p=0,505 , gangguan perkembangan p=0,956 , jumlah anak dalam keluarga p=0,244 , dan status ekonomi keluarga p=0,707 . Dari penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa frekuensi komunikasi orang tua-anak tidak berhubungan secara bermakna dengan gangguan emosi dan perilaku pada anak.

ABSTRACTChildren rsquo s and adolescents rsquo mental disorder attributes to global burden of disease due to its wide impacts. In Indonesia, mental disorder of people aged 15 years old or more is high and Nusa Tenggara Timur NTT has the highest proportion. Parent child communication is one of many factors that influences the development of children rsquo s emotion and behavior, especially when they are 3 6 years old, the time whose social abilities is developing. This research aims to assess the emotional and behavioral disorder of 3 6 years old children in NTT and its association with parent child communication frequency. This analytical cross sectional study is used to 328 subjects of 3 6 years old children. The result shows that 49.7 subjects had emotional and behavioral disorder. Nearly half of the subjects had infrequently parent child communication 44.2 . Bivariate analysis using chi square test shows a nonsignificant association between parent child communication and children rsquo s emotional and behavioral disorder p 0.272 . In addition, there are nonsignificant association with other characteristics of the subjects gender p 0.505 , developmental delay p 0.956 , number of children in the family p 0.244 , and family rsquo s economic status p 0.707 . In conclusion, parent child communication frequency has nonsignificant association with emotional and behavioral disorder among 3 6 years old children in NTT."
