"In recent years many researchers have argued that knowledge and the capability to create and utilize it are the most important sources of a firms's sustainable competitive advantage. Many firms are employing the latest information technology as a set of knowledge management tools. However,despite the continuing boom of and advances in IT, the productivity of knowledge workers does not seem have increased much. These tools not offer an integrated and holictic way of dealing with tacit and explicit knowledge in the context of knowledge economy. IT not used to facilities or trigger the creation of new knowledge. Use the concept of Nonaka, CRTools and ART systems, this paper try to explain the relationship of information technology to create a new knowledge. This paper also an preliminary study to explore the role of leader in the process to create a new knowledge. Information and knowledge management is the key function of leader, although have not been explored."

"Future organizations have form and appearance dynamic as proper as their environment condition in order to compete in competition. Therefore, organization should be developing knowledge management and technology application. There is need to make a good will from the leaders who have transformational leadership style and applied a learning organization concept. This research purpose to know a description or company employees perception concerning transformational leadership in knowledge management and technology application to get and maintain competition position in globalization. Research used survey method with chosen a case study at BNI Card Center -- Jakarta. Samples choose randomly 80 of 311 employees. In this research progress, author used Leadership Questionnaires instrument to get employees perception concerning transformational leadership aspects. Meanwhile knowledge management and technology application used Learning Organization Profile instrument from Marquardt to measure Knowledge management variable and technology. To measure these variables used Likert model scale. From this research known that most of employees who's said transformational leadership not application at all is 1.25%, occasionally 10.05%, Often 40.02% and Very Often 3.80%. In knowledge management, employees who's said it is not application yet 1.25%, little mere 15.25%, particular some 41.50%, a large part 35.00% and completely 7.00%. For technology application uses, employees who's said not application yet is 11.50%, little mere 18.00%, particular some 25.75% and completely 5.50%. Generally it concludes that in lower knowledge management level and technology application current in BNI Card Center, there are limitations on creating and developing transformational leadership that affect superiority competition."

"Penelitian tesis ini dilakukan di Kantor PT.ASRA, sebuah perusahaan penyedia jasa keuangan di bidang Asuransi Umum. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menentukan apakah kepemimpinan, psychological capital dan komitmen organisasi memengaruhi kinerja dan rancangan intervensi yang dapat dilakukan terhadap kepemimpinan, psychological capital, komitmen organisasi serta rancangan intervensi manajemen pengetahuan untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawan di unit penjualan dan unit klaim di PT.ASRA. Kepemimpinan diukur dengan LMX7, komitmen organisasi diukur dengan Organizational Commitment Questionnaire (OCQ), dan psychological capital diukur dengan PsyCap Questionnaire (PCQ). Analisa regresi linier berganda menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh signifikan kepemimpinan, psychological capital, komitmen organisasi afektif, komitmen organisasi continuance, dan komitmen organisasi normatif terhadap kinerja (p<0,05) dengan Nilai R2 sebesar 0,869 yang menunjukan bahwa variasi kepemimpinan leader-member exchange, psychological capital, komitmen organisasi afektif, komitmen organisasi continuance, dan komitmen organisasi normatif mampu menjelaskan sebesar 86,9% variasi kinerja, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 13,1% dipengaruhi atau dijelaskan oleh variabel lain yang tidak dimasukan ke dalam model penelitian ini. Secara parsial variabel psychological capital, komitmen organisasi afektif, komitmen organisasi continuance, dan kepemimpinan leader-member exchange yang berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja. Rancangan intervensi dibagi menjadi dua tahap, yaitu 1) intervensi terhadap kepemimpinan leader-member exchange melalui pelatihan kepemimpinan leader-member exchange (kelas dan on-the-job) dan coaching dan mentoring; 2) intervensi manajemen pengetahuan dalam berbagi pengetahuan tacit dan eskplisit berbasis SECI melalui Community of Practice.

This research was held at PT.ASRA, a general insurance company. Purposes of this research are to determine whether leadership, psychological capital and organizational commitment has impact to job performance, to determine design intervention toward leadership, psychological capital, and organizational commitment also to determine design intervention of knowledge management to increase job performance in sales and claim unit at PT.ASRA. Leadership measurement is using LMX7, organizational commitment measurement is using Organizational Commitment Questionnaire (OCQ), and psychological capital measurement is using PsyCap Questionnaire (PCQ). Multiple regression result shows that there is a significant impact of leadership, psychological capital, organizational commitment affective, continuance, and normative through performance (p<0,05) with R2 = 0,869 or show that leadership leader-member exchange, psychological capital, organizational commitment affective, continuance, and normative variations able to explain 86,9% performance, and 13,1% influenced or explained by another variable that not included in this research. Partialy, psychological capital, organizational commitment affective, continuance, and leadership leader-member exchange had significant impact through performance. Design intervention is devided into two phases, 1) design intervention towards leadership leader-member exchange through leadership leader-member exchange training (class and on-the-job) coaching and mentoring; 2) design intervention knowledge management on sharing tacit and explicit knowledge based on SECI through Community of Practice (CoP).

"Peningkatan globalisasi dan keragaman budaya menuntut perusahaan multinasional untuk mengelola perbedaan budaya dan dinamika pengetahuan secara efektif, dengan dibantu oleh pemimpin dan juga adanya work engagement karyawan perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh cultural intelligence dan knowledge-oriented leadership terhadap knowledge management success dengan work engagement sebagai variabel mediasi pada PT Bank DBS Indonesia, kantor pusat Jakarta. Dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dan desain cross-sectional, data dikumpulkan melalui survei daring terhadap 197 karyawan tetap dan kontrak. Teknik analisis menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) untuk menguji hubungan antar variabel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa cultural intelligence dan knowledge oriented leadership memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap knowledge management success. Selain itu, work engagement berperan sebagai mediator yang signifikan dalam hubungan antara variabel-variabel tersebut. Studi ini memberikan kontribusi praktis bagi perusahaan untuk meningkatkan knowledge management success melalui pengembangan pelatihan lintas budaya, knowledge-oriented leadership, dan strategi untuk meningkatkan work engagement karyawan. Implikasi akademis mencakup perluasan literatur terkait knowledge management dalam konteks multinasional, khususnya di Indonesia.

Increasing globalization and cultural diversity require multinational companies to manage cultural differences and knowledge dynamics effectively, with the help of leaders and the work engagement of company employees. This study aims to analyze the influence of cultural intelligence and knowledge-oriented leadership on knowledge management success with work engagement as a mediating variable at PT Bank DBS Indonesia, Jakarta head office. With a quantitative approach and cross-sectional design, data were collected through an online survey of 197 permanent and contract employees. The analysis technique used Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) to test the relationship between variables. The results showed that cultural intelligence and knowledge-oriented leadership positively and significantly influence knowledge management success. In addition, work engagement is a significant mediator in the relationship between these variables. This study provides practical contributions for companies to improve knowledge management success through developing cross-cultural training, knowledge oriented leadership, and strategies to increase employee work engagement. Academic implications include expanding the literature on knowledge management in a multinational context, especially in Indonesia."

"Di tengah transformasi bisnis digital, peran customer knowledge dalam membangun customer relationship di perusahaan multinasional (MNEs) menjadi semakin relevan. Perusahaan beralih ke strategi Customer Relationship Management (CRM) dan Knowledge Management (KM) untuk memahami lebih dalam dan melayani pelanggan mereka. Perusahaan memilih untuk mengintegrasikan proses, produk, dan obyektif bisnis untuk menciptakan hubungan jangka panjang yang menguntungkan. Praktik CRM fokus pada perilaku dan preferensi pelanggan, sementara KM menangkap dan membagi Customer Knowledge (CK) di seluruh organisasi. Kombinasi ini membantu MNEs dalam menciptakan pengalaman pelanggan yang konsisten, meningkatkan komunikasi, dan memanfaatkan informasi untuk mendorong inovasi dan perkembangan bisnis. Sayangnya, persimpangan antara CRM dan KM belum diselidiki secara mendalam dalam dunia nyata. Studi ini akan mengeksplorasi hubungan antara KM dan CRM melalui CK, menentukan peran faktor customer knowledge dalam membangun customer relationships. Delapan manajer dari berbagai latar belakang fungsional diwawancarai, dan sembilan faktor CK diidentifikasi sebagai pengaruh terhadap customer relationships selama proses pra-pembelian, pembelian, dan pasca-pembelian. Temuan utama ini meliputi complexity, product development, cohesive branding, delivery of value, seamless customer journey, providing guidance/nudges, conversion, brand equity, and brand leadership; dibagi menjadi tiga kategori: Customer Interaction (CI), Customer Experience (CX), dan Customer Success (CS).

Amid digital business transformations, the role of customer knowledge in building customer relationships in multinational enterprises (MNEs) is becoming increasingly important. Companies are turning to customer relationship management (CRM) and knowledge management (KM) strategies to better understand and serve their customers. Opting to integrate processes, products, and goals to create profitable and long-term relationships. CRM practices gain insights into customer behavior and preferences, while KM captures and share customer knowledge (CK) across the organization. This culmination assists MNES in creating a consistent customer experience, improving communication, and leveraging insights to drive innovation and growth. Unfortunately, the overlap between CRM and KM has yet to be investigated in the real world. This study will explore the relationship between KM and CRM via CK, determining the role of customer knowledge factors in building customer relationships. Eight managers from various functional backgrounds were interviewed, and nine CK factors were identified as influencing customer relationships during the pre-purchase, purchase, and post-purchase process. These main findings include complexity, product development, cohesive branding, delivery of value, seamless customer journey, providing guidance/nudges, conversion, brand equity, and brand leadership; divided into three categories: Customer Interaction (CI), Customer Experience (CX), and Customer Success (CS)."

"ABSTRAK
Manajemen proyek semakin dikenal dan banyak digunakan oleh berbagai organisasi untuk memperoleh keuntungan kompetitif. Menurut survei yang dilakukan oleh Standish Group International mengenai Teknologi Informasi TI dan proyek pengembangan perangkat lunak, di tahun 2015 hanya 29 proyek berakhir dengan kesuksesan dan sisanya 71 dikategorikan gagal. Faktor keahlian manajemen proyek merupakan salah satu faktor kesuksesan pelaksanaan proyek. Pada faktor tersebut, manajer proyek yang baik, mampu menunjukkan kepemimpinan dengan tetap mempertahankan tujuan utama. Proyek akan gagal jika manajer proyek tidak memiliki kepemimpinan. Ketidakberhasilan penerapan kepemimpinan pada tingkat dunia menjadi dasar penelitian ini dilaksanakan. Hal ini dilakukan agar para manajer proyek TI di Indonesia memiliki kesiapan dalam menjalankan kepemimpinan yang efektif.Data yang terkumpul melalui survei sebanyak 85 responden yang diolah menggunakan Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling PLS-SEM . Metode ini digunakan karena tidak membutuhkan ukuran sampel yang besar dan model penelitian yang bersifat eksplorasi. Para responden yang dipilih dari survei adalah praktisi yang memiliki pengalaman manajemen proyek TI di Indonesia, yaitu manajer proyek dan anggotanya.Penelitian ini menghasilkan 2 faktor yang mempengaruhi penerapan efektifitas kepemimpinan di Indonesia antara lain Idealized Influence dan Inspirational Motivation. Faktor-faktor ini berasal dari gaya kepemimpinan transformational. Hal ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa kepemimpinan tersebut masih memiliki peran penting untuk dimiliki manajer proyek TI di Indonesia.

ABSTRACT
Project management is recognized and widely used by organizations to gain competitive advantage. According to a survey conducted by Standish Group International on Information Technology IT and software development projects, by 2015 only 29 of projects ended with success and the remaining 71 were categorized as failures. The project management expertise factor is one of the success factors of project implementation. On these factors, good project managers, able to demonstrate leadership while maintaining the ultimate goal. The project will fail if the project manager does not have leadership. The failure to apply leadership at the world level is the basis of this research. The implementations of this research for the project manager in Indonesia have the readiness to run effective leadership.Data collected through a survey of 85 respondents who processed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling PLS SEM . This method is used because it does not require large sample size and exploratory research model. The respondents selected from the survey are practitioners who have IT project management experience in Indonesia, ie project managers and their members.This research produces two factors that influence the implementation of leadership effectiveness in Indonesia such as Idealized Influence and Inspirational Motivation. These factors are derived from transformational leadership styles. It can be concluded that the leadership still has an important role for IT project managers in Indonesia."

"Dynamic capability merupakan salah satu pendorong kemampuan perusahaan melalui performa inovasi sebagai prediktor penting bagi keberlanjutan organisasi, tetapi penelitian yang menghubungkan strategic flexibility dan organizational creativity sebagai anteseden performa inovasi organisasi masih terbatas. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui hubungan innovation performance dengan knowledge management, strategic flexibility, serta organizational creativity pada UKM khususnya di Provinsi Bali dalam innovation performance saat pandemi Covid-19. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu penelitian kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan berupa kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 431 manajer UKM. Teknik pengolahan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu partial least square – structural equation modelling (PLS-SEM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa UKM yang memanfaatkan pengetahuan pada standar kinerja, perencanaan strategi bisnis yang baik, serta memiliki ide yang cukup berbagai akan menghasilkan produk yang dapat memberikan kontribusi besar bagi industri dalam memenuhi kebutuhan pelanggan. Namun, manajer perlu melakukan diskusi antar karyawan berkaitan dengan pekerjaan mereka, membuat strategi dalam menghadapi pesaing bisnis, serta menerapkan kreativitas mereka untuk dapat bersaing dengan merek terkemuka di industri.

Dynamic capability is one of the drivers of company capabilities through innovation performance as a significant predictor of organizational sustainability. However, research linking strategic flexibility and organizational creativity as antecedents of organizational innovation performance is still limited. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between innovation performance and knowledge management, strategic flexibility, and organizational creativity in SMEs, especially in the Province of Bali in innovation performance during the Covid-19 pandemic. The research method used in this research is quantitative research with data collection techniques used in the form of questionnaires distributed to 431 UKM managers. The data processing technique used in this study is partial least square–structural equation modelling (PLS-SEM). The results of the study show that SMEs that utilize knowledge of performance standards, good business strategy planning, and diverse ideas will produce products that can make a major contribution to the industry in meeting customer needs. However, managers need to hold discussions among employees regarding their work, make strategies in dealing with business competitors and apply their creativity to compete with the leading brands in the industry."

"Sistem Perbendaharaan dan Anggaran Negara SPAN adalah sebuah sistem yang dirancang dengan mengintegrasikan proses penganggaran, pelaksanaan dan pelaporan keuangan negara. Kepuasan pengguna layanan SPAN masih di bawah target yang ditetapkan 3,54 dari 4,06 . Salah satu penyebabnya adalah kecepatan respon service desk yang masih rendah. Kinerja service desk dipengaruhi kondisi proses manajemen pengetahuan yang belum berjalan optimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur tingkat kesiapan penerapan manajemen pengetahuan di Direktorat Sistem Informasi dan Teknologi Perbendaharaan SITP dan memberikan rekomendasi berupa strategi perbaikan jika terdapat faktor yang belum siap. Kerangka kerja pengukuran kesiapan manajemen pengetahuan Direktorat SITP menggunakan Knowledge Management Critical Success Factor KMCSF yaitu budaya organisasi, struktur organisasi, sumber daya manusia, teknologi informasi, kepemimpinan dan strategi, dan lingkungan fisik. Penelitian dilakukan secara kuantitatif dengan menggunakan kuesioner berskala likert survey research yang ditujukan kepada pegawai Direktorat SITP sebagai objek penelitian. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dengan metode statistik deskriptif, Direktorat SITP mempunyai nilai rata-rata sebesar 4.05368 ready but needs a few improvement . itu berarti Direktorat SITP telah siap untuk mengimplementasikan manajemen pengetahuan, namun masih perlu melakukan beberapa perbaikan.

The Treasury System and State Budget SPAN is a system designed to integrate the process of budgeting, implementation and reporting of state finances. User satisfaction SPAN is still below the target set 3.54 from 4.06 . One reason is the speed of response service desk is still low. Performance of service desk is affected by conditions of knowledge management process that has not run optimally. This study aims to measure the level of readiness of implementation of knowledge management in the Directorate of Technology Treasury and Information System SITP and provide recommendations in the form of improvement strategies if there are factors that are not ready. The level of readiness is measured using a knowledge management Knowledge Management Critical Success Factor KMCSF ie organizational culture, organizational structure, human resources, information technology, leadership and strategy, and the physical environment. Research carried out quantitatively using a Likert scale questionnaire survey research , addressed to the employees of the Directorate SITP as research objects. According to analysis by descriptive statistical methods, Directorate SITP has an average value of 4.05368 ready but needs a few improvement . These values indicate that the Directorate of SITP ready to implement knowledge management, but still need to do some improvement
