"ABSTRAK
Person-organization fit (P-O fit) dapat memrediksi performa kerja, intensi
turnover, dan kepuasan kerja (Edward, 1991, dalam Farooqui & Nagendra,
2014; Bowen, Ledford, & Nathan, 1991, Kristof, 1996, dalam Sekiguchi, 2004).
Dalam penelitian ini akan dilihat hubungan antara values set dan perceived
cultural values di wilayah Jakarta. Desain penelitian ini ialah korelasi dan
teknik multiple regression untuk menganalisis data. Alat ukur yang digunakan
untuk mengukur values set dan perceived cultural values ialah PVQ-RR
(Schwartz dkk, 2012). Data dari 117 responden, ditemukan bahwa perceived
cultural values memengaruhi secara signifikan (p<0,01) terhadap selftranscendence
dengan lebih dari 20,6% proporsi varians dapat dijelaskan oleh
setiap dimensi perceived cultural values. Ditemukan juga bahwa conservation
dipengaruhi secara signifikan (p<0,01) dengan lebih dari 7,8% proporsi varians
dapat dijelaskan oleh setiap dimensi perceived cultural values. Hal ini
menunjukkan bahwa kenaikan nilai setiap dimensi perceived cultural values
akan meningkatkan nilai pada self-transcendence dan conservation dengan
proporsi varians berbeda. Lalu, self-enhancement tidak dipengaruhi secara
signifikan (p>0,05) oleh dimensi perceived cultural values apapun. Pada
openness to change ditemukan bahwa 6 dimensi perceived cultural values
memengaruhi secara signifikan (p<0,05) dengan minimal 2,6% proporsi varians
yang dapat dijelaskan dan tidak dipengaruhi dimensi harmony (p>0,05).
Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat bermanfaat dalam penyusunan rancangan
intervensi agar hubungan values set dan perceived cultural values dapat
semakin ditingkatkan kecocokannya dalam diri karyawan di Jakarta

ABSTRACT
Person-organization fit (P-O fit) could predict job performance, intention to
turnover, and job satisfaction on employees. (Edward, 1991, dalam Farooqui &
Nagendra, 2014; Bowen, Ledford, & Nathan, 1991, Kristof, 1996, dalam
Sekiguchi, 2004). This research will be examined the relationship between
values set and perceived cultural values on employees in Jakarta. Research
design will be correlational and data will analyzed with multiple regression.
PVQ-RR will be used for measured values set and perceived cultural values
(Schwartz dkk, 2012). Data from 117 respondents, found self-transcendence
significantly influenced by perceived cultural values (p<0,01) with minimal
20,6% proportions of varians could explained by dimensions of perceived
cultural values. Research also found that conservation significantly influenced
by perceived cultural values (p<0,01) with minimal 7,8% proportions of varians
could explained by dimensions of perceived cultural values. This found also
explained that if dimensions of perceived cultural values?s scores increased,
self-transcendence and conservation?s scores would be increased too with
different proportions of varians. All dimensions of perceived cultural values
didn?t influenced self-enhancement significantly (p>0,05). Except harmony
dimension (p>0,05), all dimensions of perceived cultural values influenced
openness to change significantly (p<0,05) with minimal 2,6% proportions of
varians could explained by dimensions of perceived cultural values. This
research could be useful for providing material for prepare the intervention to
increase the match of values set and perceived cultural values on employees in
Jakarta"

"Penelitian in bertujuan untuk menganalisis corporate ethical values yang berperan sebagai quasi moderasi (sebagai variabel independen dan moderasi) dalam hubungan kepuasan karir, identifikasi organisasi, dan turnover intention. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada karyawan generasi milenial dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 120 responden dari berbagai industri di wilayah Jabodetabek. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan kuesioner dan kemudian diolah dengan metode Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan karir dan corporate ethical values terbukti berpengaruh langsung terhadap turnover intention dan secara tidak langsung melalui mediasi parsial identifikasi organisasi. Sementara itu, pengaruh kepuasan karir terhadap turnover intention dan pada identifikasi organisasi terbukti dimoderasi oleh corporate ethical values, serta terbukti memoderasi pengaruh identifikasi organisasi terhadap turnover intention.

This research has a purpose to examine the role of corporate ethical values as a quasi moderator (serves as the independent variable and moderation) in the relationship between career satisfaction, organizational identification, and turnover intention. This research was conducted to millennial employees with a sample the sample consists of 120 respondents  from various industries in Jabodetabek area. The data was collected using a questionnaire and processed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method. The result shows that career satisfaction and corporate ethical values have direct effect toward turnover intention and indirectly through partial mediation of organizational identification. Meanwhile, the influence of career satisfaction to turnover intention is proved to be moderated by corporate ethical values. And the influence of organizational identification to turnover intention is proved to be moderated by corporate ethical values."

"Media sosial telah merubah persaingan industri kecantikan dan kosmetik menjadi lebih dinamis. Dinamisnya persaingan ini menjadikan Wardahbeauty menciptakan strategy baru dalam mempertahankan dan menarik lebih banyak pengikutnya di Instagram menggunakan digital marketing. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisis pengaruh perceived values terhadap brand loyalty dengan brand page engagement sebagai variabel mediasi (studi pada pengikut akun instagram wardahbeauty di DKI Jakarta). Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan pengumpulan data yang dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner secara online. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa perceived values memiliki pengaruh terhadap brand loyalty, perceived value memiliki pengaruh terhadap brand page engagement, serta brand page engagement memiliki pengaruh terhadap brand loyalty. Berdasarkan hasil uji mediasi yang telah dilakukan, terdapat pengaruh perceived value terhadap brand loyalty melalui mediasi brand page engagement. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan supaya Wardahbeauty dapat meningkatkan perceived value dan brand page engagement untuk meningkatkan brand loyalty kepada perusahaan.

Social media has changed the competition in the beauty and cosmetic industry to be more dynamic. The dynamics of this competition have made Wardahbeauty create a new strategy in maintaining and attracting more followers on Instagram using digital marketing. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of perceived values on brand loyalty with brand page engagement as a mediating variable (study on followers of the Wardahbeauty Instagram account in DKI Jakarta). This study uses a quantitative approach and data collection is carried out through the distribution of online questionnaires. The results show that perceived values have an influence on brand loyalty, perceived value has an influence on brand page engagement, and brand page engagement has an influence on brand loyalty. Based on the results of the mediation test that has been carried out, there is an effect of perceived value on brand loyalty through mediation of brand page engagement. This study recommends that Wardahbeauty can increase perceived value and brand page engagement to increase brand loyalty to the company."
