"Penerapan strategi experiential marketing yang baik dapat membentuk word of mouth konsumen mereka. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk menjelaskan pengaruh experiential marketing di Pesona Alam Resort & Spa dalam menciptakan word of mouth konsumen. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kuantitatif dan metode survei, dengan menyebarkan kuesioner ke 100 responden dengan teknik pengambilan sampel non-probability sampling dengan cara accidental sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh antara experiential marketing dengan word of mouth. Hal ini menunjukan bahwa Pesona Alam Resort & Spa sudah menerapkan strategi experiential marketing dengan baik.

Applying of experiential marketing strategy can either form the word of mouth of their consumers. This research was conducted with the aim to explain the influence of experiential marketing at Pesona Alam Resort & Spa in creating word of mouth consumer. This study used a quantitative approach and survey methods, by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents with a non-probability sampling with accidental sampling method. The results showed that there is influence between experiential marketing by word of mouth. This shows that the Pesona Alam Resort & Spa has implemented experiential marketing strategy well.

"Perkembangan internet, terutama pada World Wide Web yang telah tersedia secara luas, menyebabkan setiap orang dapat membagikan pengalaman unik dan berkesan mereka di internet. Penelitian mengenai experiential marketing telah banyak dilakukan sebelumnya, tetapi penelitian mengenai pengaruhnya terhadap electronic word of mouth pada online opinion platform belum dieksplorasi secara lebih luas.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bagaimana pengaruh antara Experiential Marketing terhadap pembentukan Electronic Word of Mouth dengan objek penelitian Santhai Restaurant - Kota Kasablanka. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 100 konsumen Santhai Modern Thai Restaurant dengan menggunakan metode non-probability sampling serta teknik purposive sampling. Instrumen penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner, dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa terdapat pengaruh antara experiential terhadap pembentukan electronic word of mouth.

The development of Internet, especially World Wide Web widely available leads anyone to sharing their unique and memorable experiences on internet. Considerable amount of research has examined experiential marketing before, but the research on its effect towards electronic word of mouth on online opinion platform has yet to be explored further.
This study focus to analyze how the influence of experiential marketing in establish Electronic Word of Mouth with the object of this research is Santhai Restaurant at Kota Kasablanka. This research applied quantitative approach with 100 consumers of Santhai Restaurant, collected using nonprobability sampling with purposive technique. This research used questionnaire as research instrument, analyzed using linear regression. The research proved that experiential marketing has influence on the formation of electronic word of mouth.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh Experiential Marketing Terhadap Word Of Mouth Konsumen (Studi pada Velvet Suite Blitzmegaplex Central Park. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah pengunjung velvet suite blitzmegaplex yang minimal berusia 17 tahun dan sudah pernah menonton di Velvet Suite Blitzmegaplex CP. Dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 100 responden dengan menggunakan metode non-probability sampling dengan teknik purposive. Instrumen dalam penelitian ini adalah kuesioner yang dianalisis dengan simple regresion. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Experiential Marketing memiliki pengaruh yang tidak signifikan terhadap Word of Mouth dengan nilai sebesar 34,7% dan sisanya sebesar 62,6% Word of Mouth dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain.


The purpose of this research is to find out how the influence of Experiential Marketing To Consumer Word Of Mouth (study on Velvet Suite blitzmegaplex Central Park. The respondents in this study are the visitors of velvet suite, who are at least  17 years old, with a total sample of 100 respondents by using non-probability sampling methods with purposive technique. Instrument in this study is a questionnaire that analyzed with simple regresion. The results of this research show that the Experiential Marketing have no significant influence of Word of Mouth with a value amounting to 34.7% and the rest of hitting on 62.6% Word of Mouth is affected by other factors."

"[Jumlah restoran yang meningkat menyebabkan pergeseran tren, yaitu semakin banyaknya orang yang lebih memilih makan di restoran, khususnya restoran bertipe casual dining yang menawarkan pengalaman yang lebih dari hanya sekedar makan. Hal ini sejalan dengan pesatnya perkembangan media sosial, sehingga memunculkan suatu platform baru bagi pelanggan untuk menyebarkan eWOM mengenai restaurant experience. Penelitian ini bertujuan
untuk menganalisis atribut-atribut restaurant experience yang dapat mempengaruhi motif pelanggan dalam menyebarkan eWOM positif mengenai restoran casual dining. Data penelitian ini diolah dengan metode multiple regression. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa food quality, atmosphere, dan price fairness berpengaruh positf terhadap concern for others, sedangkan food quality, service quality, dan atmosphere berpengaruh positif pada expressing positive feelings dan helping restaurant company.

The increasing number of restaurants created the shift of trend, in which more people prefer to dine in restaurants, specifically restaurants with a casual dining type that offer more experience than plain dining. This is in accordance with the rapid development of social media, resulting in a new platform for customers to spread eWOM about their restaurant experience. This study aims to
analyse the attributes of restaurant experience that can affect the motives of the customers in spreading positive eWOM on casual dining restaurants. The data are processed using the multiple regression method. Results show that food quality, atmosphere, and price fairness positively influence the concern for others, while food quality, service quality, and atmosphere positively influence the
expressing positive feelings and the helping restaurant company.

"Kehadiran internet memunculkan fenomena electronic Word-of-Mouth yang menggeser kekuasaan untuk memulai pembicaraan terkait sebuah produk atau jasa dari pemasar ke konsumen. Penelitian ini menganalisis hubungan antara electronic Word-of-Mouth yang ditinjau dari dimensi kualitas, kuantitas, dan keahlian pengirim terhadap purchase intention dalam konteks layanan digital banking Jenius. Penelitian ini juga turut menganalisis peran moderasi brand image dan product involvement di antara electronic Word-of-Mouth dan purchase intention tersebut.
Penelitian kuantitatif ini menggunakan metode quasi-experiment yang dilakukan secara online. Pengujian dilakukan dengan uji ANOVA dan analisis regresi linier sederhana serta berganda yang menemukan hasil bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara electronic Word-of-Mouth yang dimoderasi oleh brand image dan product involvement terhadap purchase intention layanan digital banking Jenius.

The emergence of internet creates the electronic Word-of-Mouth phenomenon which shifts the power to start a conversation about a product or service from marketers to consumers. This research analyzes the relationship between electronic Word-of-Mouth in terms of the dimensions of quality, quantity, and senders expertise towards purchase intention in the context of digital banking services Jenius. This research also analyzes the moderating roles of brand image and product involvement between electronic Word-of-Mouth and purchase intention.
This quantitative research uses an online quasi-experiment method. This research is conducted by using ANOVA test, single and multiple linear regression analysis techniques which discover findings that there is a significant effect between electronic Word-of-Mouth that is moderated by brand image and product involvement towards purchase intention of digital banking service Jenius.

"Artikel ini mendiskusikan implikasi word of mouth (WOM) dan electronic word of mouth (eWOM) terhadap brand image. Data sekunder berupa penelitian terdahulu menunjukkan adanya implikasi WOM dan eWOM terhadap brand image. Analisis dilakukan dengan pendekatan exploratory sequential mixed methods. Artikel ini juga mendiskusikan perkembangan implikasi WOM dan eWOM terhadap brand image selama lima tahun terakhir dari 10 jurnal dengan pendekatan mixed method dan kuantitatif. Analisis kuantitatif menunjukkan bahwa penelitian terdahulu cenderung termasuk dalam bidang studi ilmu sosial, berlokasi di Asia, menggunakan WOM dan eWOM sebagai variabel independen dan brand image sebagai variabel dependen, serta dilakukan dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Analisis kualitatif berbasis desk review menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang saling memengaruhi antara WOM dan eWOM dengan brand image. WOM dan eWOM berpengaruh dalam membentuk brand image dalam benak konsumer. Apabila pengalaman konsumer dengan suatu brand bersifat positif, konsumer akan terdorong menyebarkan WOM atau eWOM yang positif, begitu pula sebaliknya.

This article discusses the implications of word of mouth (WOM) and electronic word of mouth (eWOM) on brand image. Secondary data in the form of previous research shows the implications of WOM and eWOM on brand image. The analysis was performed using an exploratory sequential mixed methods approach. This article also discusses the development of the implications of WOM and eWOM on brand image during the last five years from 10 journals using mixed method and quantitative approaches. Quantitative analysis shows that previous research tends to belong to the field of social science studies, located in Asia, using WOM and eWOM as independent variables and brand image as dependent variables, and is carried out with a quantitative approach. Qualitative analysis based on desk review shows that there is an interdependence between WOM, eWOM and brand image. WOM and eWOM are influential in shaping the brand image in the minds of consumers. If the consumers’ experience with a brand is positive, consumers will be encouraged to spread positive WOM or eWOM, and vice versa."

Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 100 pengunjung Restoran Marché Cabang Plaza Senayan dengan menggunakan metode non-probability sampling serta teknik purposive. Instrumen penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan linear regression. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa servicescape memiliki pengaruh 26.5% dalam pembentukan WOM konsumen Restoran Marché Cabang Plaza Senayan, dan 73.5% sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain.

The objective of this research is to analyze how the influence of servicescape in establish Word of Mouth (WOM) by consumers of Marché Restaurant at Plaza Senayan. This research applied quantitative approach. The sample of this research is 100 consumers of Marché Restaurant at Plaza Senayan, collected using nonprobability sampling and purposive technique. This research used questionnaire as research instrument and analyzed using linear regression. Salah satu cara yang sebaiknya dilakukan adalah membangun dan memelihara hubungan baik dengan konsumen, sehingga sebuah brand dapat mencapai kesuksesan dengan kepercayaan yang telah diberikan.
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari self - expressive brand, brand trust dan hedonic product terhadap brand love. Selain itu penulis juga ingin mengetahui apakah brand love mampu mempengaruhi konsumen untuk mendorong perilaku positive word of mouth baik secara online maupun offline melalui moderasi experience dan price.
Studi ini berfokus pada brand Nike, salah satu sportswear brand yang cukup dikenal oleh masyarakat. Ditambah lagi, tingkat kesadaran akan pentingnya melakukan aktifitas olahraga membuat brand tersebut semakin diminati. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Structural Equation Modelling dengan pendekatan Partial Least Square.
Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif yang signifikan antara self - expressive brand, brand trust dan hedonic product terhadap brand love. lain itu, brand love juga menunjukan pengaruh positif pada perilaku WOM dan EWOM. Sedangkan untuk variabel experience dan price tidak memoderasi hubungan antara brand love dengan WOM maupun EWOM.

The highly competitive competition in global market place, makes marketers need to find the right way to maintain their position. One of the best ways is to build and maintain good relationships with consumers, so that a brand can achieve success with the trust that has been given.
The purpose of this research is to know the effect of self expressive brand, brand trust and hedonic product to brand love. Moreover, the authors also want to know whether brand love is able to influence consumers to encourage positive word of mouth behavior both online and offline through experience and price moderation.
This study focuses on the Nike brand, one of the sportswear brand that is well known to the public. In addition, the level of awareness of the importance of doing sports activities makes the brand more in demand. Method used in this research is Structural Equation Modeling with Partial Least Square approach.
The results of this study indicate that there is a significant positive effect between self expressive brand, brand trust and hedonic product to brand love. Furthermore, brand love also shows a positive effect on the behavior of WOM and EWOM. As for the experience and price variable do not moderate the relationship between brand love with WOM and EWOM.
