"ABSTRAKPraktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker di PT Actavis Indonesia bertujuan agar calon apoteker mengerti peranan, tugas dan tanggung jawab apoteker di Industri Farmasi dan memahami penerapan CPOB di Industri Farmasi. Sebagaimana yang diketahui bahwa tenaga kesehatan dalam industri farmasi yang turut berperan dalam menghasilkan obat yang bermutu, aman, dan berkhasiat adalah apoteker. Kedudukan apoteker juga diatur dalam peraturan perundang-undangan, yaitu sebagai penanggung jawab produksi, pengawasan mutu dan pemastian mutu. Selain sebagai personil kunci, apoteker juga dibutuhkan di bidang-bidang lain yang memerlukan keahlian dan pengetahuan dalam bidang kefarmasian seperti PPIC, pengembangan produk dan regulasi. Selain itu, tugas khusus yang diberikan adalah mengenai pembuatan user requirement spesification, yang mana merupakan dokumen berisi spesifikasi dari peralatan yang akan diadakan

ABSTRACTInternship at PT Actavis Indonesia aims to understand the role, duties, and responsibilities of the prospective apothecary in pharmaceutical industry. In addition, the aim is to understand the application of GMP in Pharmaceutical Industry, though. Health profession in the pharmaceutical industry, also plays a role in producing the drug quality, safe, and nutritious food, is an apothecary. The role of apothecary as a key personel, which is as the responsible production, quality control and quality assurance. Not only plays as key personel, apithecary is also needed in other fields that require expertise and knowledge in the field of pharmaceuticals as PPIC, product development and regulation. ABSTRACTProfessional pharmacist internship at PT. Actavis Indonesia was executed to make soonto- be pharmacist understand about their role, task, and responsibilities as a pharmacist at drugs company, understand about how to implement CPOB/GMP, and also to develop their capabilities by directly experiencing how to be a pharmacist at pharmaceutical industry. ABSTRACT

Profession internship at PT Actavis Indonesia on February-March 2016 was intended to understand roles and responsibilities of apothecary in pharmaceutical industry, understand about implementation of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) aspects in pharmaceutical industry particularly in PT Actavis Indonesia, have insight, skill, and practical experience during working pharmaceutical job in pharmaceutical industry, understand to solve the problems happen commonly in pharmaceutical dosage production. During practice, student has been given a chance to perform roles and responsibilities of production department. Profession internship was performed for two months with specific assignment is the role of quality to productivity in the pharmaceutical industry. "

"Dalam Peraturan Kepala BPOM No. HK 03.1.23.10.11.08481 tahun 2011 menyebutkan bahwa sediaan farmasi termasuk obat yang beredar harus memenuhi persyaratan khasiat, keamanan dan mutu yang harus dipenuhi oleh industri farmasi. Pedoman bagi suatu industri farmasi dalam proses produksi dan segala aspek yang terkait di dalamnya diatur dalam Cara Pembuatan Obat yang Baik (CPOB). Hal ini merupakan salah satu tanggung jawab apoteker karena sesuai dengan PP RI No. 51 tahun 2009, salah satu fasilitas kefarmasian tempat pengabdian apoteker adalah fasilitas produksi sediaan farmasi atau Industri farmasi. Praktek Kerja Profesi dilakukan pada bulan April-Mei 2016 di PT Actavis Indonesia. Praktek kerja profesi ini bertujuan untuk memahami tugas dan tanggung jawab apoteker di PT Actavis Indonesia dan untuk memahami penerapan Cara Pembuatan Obat yang Baik (CPOB) di Industri Farmasi.

According regulation from Chief of BPOM No. HK 03.1.23.10.11.08481 pharmaceutical preparations including drug should meet the requirements of efficacy, safety and quality that must be met by the pharmaceutical industry. Guidelines for a pharmaceutical industry in the production process and all aspects related to it set in Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP). This is one of responsibility of a pharmacist because base on PP 51 ON 2009 one of the pharmaceutical facility where pharmacists should dedicated their pharmaceutical services is the pharmaceutical industry. Internship was held in April-May 2016 at PT Actavis Indonesia. This Internship was aimed to understand the roles and responsibilities of pharmacists in PT Actavis Indonesia and to understand the application of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) in the Pharmaceutical Industry."

Profession Internship at PT. "ABSTRAKIndustri farmasi merupakan salah satu sarana yang berperan penting dalam upaya peningkatan kualitas kesehatan masyarakat yang berkewajiban untuk menyediakan obat yang bermutu, aman, dan berkhasiat. Sebuah industri farmasiharus memiliki minimal 3 orang Apoteker sebagai penanggung jawab pada bidang pemastian mutu, produksi, dan pengawasan mutu. Hal tersebut menuntut seorang Apoteker untuk memiliki wawasan, pengetahuan, keterampilan sesuai Standar Kompetensi Apoteker IAI. Kompetensi seorang calon Apoteker agar mampu bekerja dalam dunia kefarmasian dengan baik dapat diperoleh dari materi kuliah dan pengalaman terlibat langsung dalam dunia kerja melalui kegiatan PKPA. Kegiatan selama PKPA yaitu berupa pemberian materi serta kegiatan visit untuk mendalami materi terkait seluruh kegiatan di PT Phapros, Tbk. antara lain struktur organisasi, manajemen K3L, pengelolaan air limbah, manajemen resiko, produksi, Perencanaan dan Pengembangan Produksi, Quality Operation, kegiatan gudang, kegiatan maintenance, dan bagian penunjang lainnya. Tugas khusus PKPA di PT Phapros, Tbk. yaitu melakukan review kelengkapan dan menyiapkan dokumen registrasi variasi dari beberapa produk PT Phapros, Tbk. yang dilakukan oleh bagian DR (Dokumentasi dan Registrasi). Pelaksanaan kegiatan PKPA di PT Phapros, Tbk. membuat mahasiswa mendapatkan wawasan, pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan pengalaman praktis yang lebih di industri farmasi secara umum dan melakukan registrasi variasi secara khusus.

ABSTRACTThe pharmaceutical industry is one of important things which can improves the quality of public health providing the quality, safety, and efficatious of medicines. A pharmaceutical industry must has at least 3 pharmacists in charge in the field of quality assurance, production, and quality control. It requires a pharmacist to have the insight, knowledge, skills corresponding Pharmacist Competence Standard IAI. Pharmacists competence of a candidate to be able to work in the world of pharmacy well can be obtained from lectures and experience directly involved in the world of work through profession internship activities. Activities during profession internship include giving materials and visit to explore related material of all activities at PT Phapros, Tbk. among others, organizational structure, management K3L, water management system, risk management, production, Production Planning and Development, Quality Operations, warehouse activities, maintenance activities, and other supporting parts. The special task of profession internship at PT Phapros, Tbk. is conducting a review of completeness and prepare the registration documents of some products PT Phapros, Tbk. done by the DR (Documentation and Registration). The implementation of profession internship at PT Phapros, Tbk. make students gain insight, knowledge, skills, and practical experience in the pharmaceutical industry more generally and specially in register variations."
