"Istilah Sick Building Syndrome (SBS) digunakan untuk menjelaskan situasi dimana penghuni bangunan mengalami efek kesehatan dan kenyamanan akut yang berhubungan dengan waktu yang dihabiskan di dalam bangunan. Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) atau kualitas udara dalam ruangan menjadi perhatian karena rata-rata manusia menghabiskan waktunya 90% di dalam ruangan. Maka dari itu, diperlukan pertukaran udara yang memadai dalam sebuah bangunan. Sistem HVAC merupakan peralatan yang dapat memberikan pemanasan, pendinginan, penyaringan udara luar ruangan, dan kontrol kelembaban untuk menjaga kenyamanan. Perkembangan teknologi di era industri 4.0 semakin memudahkan manusia, tidak terkecuali pada bidang konstruksi. Pada penelitian ini, akan dipelajari pengembangan machine learning untuk memprediksi desain sistem HVAC agar memenuhi parameter IAQ pada bangunan sehat di Indonesia. Tinjauan literatur mengenai parameter IAQ pada bangunan sehat dari berbagai sumber dilakukan untuk mengidentifikasi kesamaan dan kesenjangan parameter pada bangunan sehat dengan parameter yang berlaku di Indonesia. Tinjauan literatur menghasilkan parameter kualitas udara dalam ruangan untuk konsep bangunan sehat di Indonesia. Rapidminer digunakan untuk pembuatan empat buah model dan model divalidasi dengan metode Mean Absolute Error (MAE) dan confusion matrix. Model prediksi beban pendingin memiliki kesalahan relatif sebesar 1,11%. Model prediksi jenis chiller memiliki kesalahan relatif sebesar 3,33%. Model prediksi jenis AHU memiliki kesalahan relatif sebesar 10%. Model prediksi luas filter memiliki kesalahan relatif sebesar 1,22%.

The term Sick Building Syndrome (SBS) is used to describe situations in which building occupants experience acute health and comfort effects related to time spent in a building. Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) is a concern because the average human spends 90% of his time indoors. Therefore, adequate air exchange is needed in a building. HVAC systems are equipment that can provide heating, cooling, outdoor air filtration, and humidity control to maintain comfort. Technological developments in the industrial era 4.0 have made it easier for humans, including the construction sector. In this study, we will study the development of machine learning to predict the design of the HVAC system to meet the IAQ parameters in healthy buildings in Indonesia. Literature review regarding IAQ parameters in healthy buildings from various sources was carried out to identify similarities and gaps in parameters in healthy buildings with parameters that apply in Indonesia. The literature review resulted in indoor air quality parameters for the concept of healthy buildings in Indonesia. Rapidminer is used for the manufacture of four models and the model is validated by the Mean Absolute Error (MAE) and confusion matrix methods. The cooling load prediction model has a relative error of 1.11%. The chiller type prediction model has a relative error of 3.33%. The AHU type prediction model has a relative error of 10%. The filter area prediction model has a relative error of 1.22%."
