A Pharmacist has a vital role in the pharmacy industry and community pharmacy. Pharmacists should meet competency standards as a requirement for get into the professional work and carrying out professional practices. Indonesian Pharmacist competency standards consist of ten (10) competency standards as abilities expected by Pharmacists when graduating and entering professional work practices. As a preparation and experience of prospective pharmacists to be able to understand the role of pharmacists and improve competence, the Pharmacists' Professional Work Practices are implemented at PT. GlaxoSmithKline Indonesia and Atrika Pharmacy in the February-April 2020 period. During the Pharmacists' Professional Work Practices, it is expected that Pharmacist candidates can expand their insights, understandings and experiences to carry out pharmaceutical work in professional workplaces."

"A brief Introduction of steel cladding failures under wind uplift load. Explaining the importance of roof and wall cladding system to support the structural integrity of the whole structure during the cyclone or storm events. The objective of this thesis is to develop a dimensionless formula for predicting pull-out failure under wind uplift loading. Chapter two presents the behaviour of steel roofing systems under wind uplift loading/suction. It also describes the types of cladding, connection, and failure mechanism of the roofing systems. Chapter three and four Presents a review of previous literature published on pull-out and pull-through strength of steel roofing systems subjected to wind uplift/suction. Chapter five presents the detailed analysis to determine the pull out strength of steel roof claddings using Buckingham theorem, excel spreadsheet and solver program."

"Skripsi ini membahas mengenai proses peralihan TAC menjadi PSC. Proses peralihan ini dimulai dari permintaan Exxon untuk melakukan perubahan kontrak. Dalam skripsi ini Penulis akan membahas tiga pokok permasalahan yaitu apakah alasan ExxonMobil mengajukan perubahan TAC menjadi PSC dikaitkan dengan hak dan kewajiban kontraktor yang diatur dalam TAC dan PSC Blok Cepu, analisis proses mendapatkan Wilayah Kerja pada PSC biasanya dibandingkan dengan PSC Blok Cepu dan analisis terhadap tidak dilaksanakannya Plan of Development (PoD) dan keabsahan Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) pada Proses Peralihan TAC menjadi PSC di Blok Cepu. Berdasarkan penelitian yang telah dilakukan kesimpulan yang penulis dapatkan adalah sebagai berikut: Pertama, beberapa alasan ExxonMobil mengusulkan perubahan TAC menjadi PSC dikaitkan dengan hak dan kewajiban Kontraktor pada Blok Cepu ialah terkait Pertanggung jawaban, keuntungan Exxon sebagai Operator, adanya Penggantian Cost Recovery sebesar 100%, serta ExxonMobil tidak tersingkir dalam Blok Cepu. Kedua, terhadap analisis perbandingan proses mendapatkan Wilayah Kerja pada PSC biasanya dengan PSC Blok Cepu adalah pada PSC Blok Cepu tidak terdapat proses pelelangan dan indikator penilaian yang dilakukan menteri dalam memilih kontraktor. Ketiga, dengan tidak dilaksanakannya PoD dapat dinyatakan bahwa ExxonMobil telah melanggar kontrak TAC. Namun, terhadap pembatalan kontrak ini merupakan hak Pertamina sebagai pihak yang merasa dirugikan. Terhadap Permasalahan keabsahan MOU dalam hal ini Komisaris Utama berwenang melakukan penandatangan MOU berdasarkan pasal 32 ayat (2) UU No. 19 Tahun 2003 tentang BUMN. Sehingga, MOU ini sah dan mengikat. Mengenai keabsahan MOU tidak mempengaruhi kebsahan daripada PSC karena PSC muncul dilandasi penunjukan Menteri kepada ExxonMobil sebagai kontraktor berdasarkan Peraturan Pemerintah No. 34 Tahun 2005. PSC bukanlah perjanjian accesoir (ikutan) dari MOU.

This thesis discussed about Process of Transition of TAC into PSC. This transition process was began from Exxon?s request to change the contract. In this thesis the author will discuss three subjects which are about; first, what is ExxonMobil?s reason to propose the changes of contract from TAC into PSC which is associated with rights and obligations of Contractors regulated in TAC and PSC on Cepu Block. Second, analysis the process of getting the Area of Work on standard PSC compared with Cepu PSC. Third, analysis on implementation of Plan of Development (PoD) and validity of Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) in the Process of transition from TAC into PSC in Cepu Block.

Based on research the author has concluded that first, some of ExxonMobil?s reasons for proposing changes of TAC into PSC associated with Rights and Obligation of the Contractor in Cepu Block are related to the liability, Exxon?s profit as Operator, Replacement of Cost Recovery by 100%, and ExxonMobil wouldn?t be eliminated in Cepu Block. Second, In Comparative analysis on the process of getting Area of Work between standard PSC and Cepu PSC, the author found that in Cepu PSC there was no tender process and assessment indicators for minister to choose a contractor. Third, In regard on the implementation of PoD, it can be stated that ExxonMobil has breached the contract.

However, the termination of this contract is the right of Pertamina as a party who feel injured. In the problem on validity of MOU, Commisioner has authority to sign MOU in accordance with article 32 paragraph (2) Law No. 19 year 2003 regarding State-Owned Company. So, the MOU is legal and binding. The validity of the MOU didn?t affect validity of PSC, since PSC was emerged based on appointment from minister to Contractor that is regulated in Government Regulation No. 34 Year 2005. PSC is not accesoir agreement of MOU."
