The research aims to implement and analyze the concept of time-driven activity-based costing (TDABC) at PT. X to allocate the cost of serving customers to their accounts, analyze its customer profitability, and formulate the strategic decision to increase customer’s profitability. This research uses a case study strategy with a mixed methods research approach since it used different research tools to obtain detailed data. The collected data are analyzed by using descriptive analysis with explanation-building techniques. The results show that the 10 largest customers have been profitable to PT. X in 2021 but the most significant profit is not generated by customers who contributes the greatest revenue for PT. X and vice versa. The result of the customer profitability analysis shows that two customers need to be cared for and treated with the highest service priority, seven customers should be managed with periodic evaluations, and one customer does not require service priority."
