""Today's workplace is already a tapestry comprising people of countless different backgrounds, ethnicities, age groups, religions, and more. But that diversity is just the beginning of a radical shift in the makeup - and requirements - of tomorrow's workforce." "The New Workforce gives you a clear picture of the rapid changes now under way - along with the steps required to attract and retain motivated, loyal, and productive employees. Based on a wealth of statistics, research, interviews, and firsthand experience, the book pinpoints five sweeping trends."

""Shaping the Future" provides how-to guidance - as well as examples based on interviews with executives from companies like Boeing, Microsoft, Rockwell-Collins, and Apple - on how readers can help to create a future of their own choosing. Rethinking many classic assumptions about change, "Shaping the Future" emphasizes the importance of making a single, critical change - the strategic imperative - rather than many smaller ones."

"The success of Indonesian mining industry cannot be separated from the effort to improve mining policies which has attracted considerable number of foreign investment. Further improvement is required to accommodate future exploration and mining to be able to meet both national and investor interest. In the future, mineral exploration in Indonesia will be influenced by tighter space arrangement regulation. It is therefore recommended that people from mining industry could intensify exploration as well as mining development without damaging the environment. Besides that, they should be able to maintain important mineralized areas as mining areas."
